Successfully diagnosed and fixed my starter, which I am grateful for. However, they failed to do the warranty repairs despite the vehicle sitting there for four days, apparently it was "crossed off". Dealt with Darren and although he is incredibly nice, politeness cannot be used in lieu of competence. It's clear his memory is going but he does not write things down, which could indeed be helpful.

Worst service department in the city. Never call to let you know when vehicle is ready, several botched appointments because they have forgot to order parts for simple recalls. Accused multiple times by Colin of 'chipping' my truck with absolutely zero proof or reasoning behind his claim. My truck went in 3 times to get the front pinion seal changed, only to find out that they had never actually replaced it once. Had a filter clog up 60k before scheduled maintenance and was told I'd be stuck with the $900 bill to replace it, took it to Auto Clearing and they fixed it on warranty. Also, they have their employees writing 5-star reviews on here. ????

This was one of the best experiences I ever had with a dealership. I was skeptical when I walked in, however, Paul (the promoter for the special event at Dodge City) listened to my concerns and set me up with Vin, the salesman who he felt would be best suited for me. There was no pressure from Vin. I told him my three choices of vehicles, one of them being the 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, for which he sent me out on my own to test drive. After the test drive, I was sold on the vehicle; it was a beautiful ride and had all my must-have features. Vin worked out my options with my trade in, but I didn't think I would get the financing. He handed me over to Trevor, one of the financial services managers, and he worked with the bank to get the financing that worked for me. I was amazed. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I am now the happy owner of a brand new 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk!

5 star in new vehicle sales and new vehicle pricing and what a nightmare for service department. The service department is the worst 1 star at best. The service manager a woman I won’t name names plays the blame game and is very unprofessional. Also the parking lot is so jammed can’t even move. Not ever using this place for service again. But the new vehicle sales is as good as it gets. It’s kind of surprising they can’t get there service manager and service team together running as good as new vehicle sales.

Great company, they know their stuff and the are fair and good. But for goodness sake can you guys work on you communication skills with customers. Every time I have to deal with them, it's such a gong show for communication. It's annoying and I have to tell them every time to work on better communication with customers. It would be great to know where my vehicle is and what state it's in and what's going on with it without having to be on hold for over 10 mins then finding out not only did they diagnose it, they sent it to get fixed elsewhere without even telling me.

After looking for a truck for 4+ months at a few different dealerships in Saskatoon I finally purchased a truck at dodge city thanks to Jeff’s help. This is also my first time purchasing from a dealership, prior to this I would always buy with cash privately. Jeff was able to find me a 2015 ram 1500 sport with some sweet additions (blacked out rear windows, aftermarket exhaust, light bar, etc..). He was able to get me a superb deal on it. I am very happy with the purchase and Jeff’s 10/10 customer service. He answers the phone on his days off and kept me updated on the process along the way. We first bought a new Ram from another dealer and they wrecked our truck delivering it to us, not only that, we were treated horribly the entire time, needless to say after wrecking our truck they wouldn't honour the deal on another one. We were very upset as they had a near identical truck in stock. I emailed DODGE CITY and Bill Elliot called me the next day, giving us everything we asked for, really going above and beyond for us! We got the exact truck we wanted (they went and got the truck from the first dealer), and had a very good experience buying it from Dodge City. Honestly the best dealership I have dealt with! We are loving the new Ram. We will definitely be back. Thank you again, you turned a horrible experience into a great one!

They programmed it but the buttons wouldn’t work so I was pretty disappointed considering I spent close to $60 for the programming… but satisfaction was guaranteed in the end. I unfortunately had a terrible experience with their service department. Arrived at 7am on a Monday, and Chelsea was immediately very rude and talked to me like I was a child. It was pretty upsetting, and I wasn't given any help afterwards. I was told by another service person to bring my Jeep in even though I told them the engine light had turned off, and then was told by Chelsea that I shouldn't have brought it in without the engine light on. They still did a diagnostic and charged me for it though, they jerked me around and when I tried getting a hold of management to try and explain my frustration they just never called me back. I'm now selling my Jeep and will go elsewhere for my vehicles from now on.

I've visited sales, parts, and service and have purchased one vehicle from here and my level of satisfaction after each visit varies greatly. The sales department was friendly and helpful when buying my truck however going back in hopes of purchasing a car a few years later was a totally different story. I know this is going to sound like a fairytale considering that in general car salesmen have a stereotypical reputation of being very eager and aggressive but I literally could not get anyone to help me. I waited there 45 minutes before leaving in frustration. I watched while one salesman was selling a car and a few more walked around with plates of KFC ! We were asked once about 1/2 hour into our wait if anyone has helped us, we said not yet but would like to test drive a vehicle and the gentleman disappeared into the back and never returned. I was on the fence between Dodge and Honda, Honda got the sale that day. (See my review of Honda sales for details on that experience :/) The parts department is fast, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service department seems efficient, on my most recent visit a gentleman stepped in and even went a above and beyond to help me with my key fob at near close and sent me away with a smile.

The worst customer service I have experienced from the used car manager name WAYNE. Please avoid him if possible I almost bought a car from the them and paid the deposit and when tried to check the car for all the listed features, he was not very co-operative and was insisting that everything is in place and discouraged me to verify , however I persisted and found that the promised tow package with wiring and all are missing. Instead of being sorry that those items were missing or should not have been described in the listing, he tells me I am not pointing a gun to your head to buy it from me and he cant get those installed for the price he is selling the car to me. I would have still bought the car if he displayed little humility. So I cancelled the deal and got my deposit back. I hope he is sent to a customer service training. I feel bad for the sales guy named Guy who missed his commission due to his manager.

Will not bring my car here again. Booked my vehicle in for 10/10:30 as per Candice or whatever her name is. Arrived about 10 to be told it might not be done today. Even after being told when I booked it in that they would just look to see what parts were needed (backup camera failing) and would take a few hours. After explaining I needed my car back for an apt on the north side of town at 1:30, and saying I would wait for it to be checked, I was told "you didn't listen to what I told you yesterday" and "our garage is full so you have to wait in line". The attitude was not required at all, being told one day a couple of hours and a book in time then the next the excuses that I don't listen !! Extremely let down. This is no form of customer services at all. And a side note if you value your vehicle paintwork do not leave it with them. First time I came to pick my vehicle up after the backup camera wasn't fixed plus some recalls (3rd trip to two different dealership in two Provence's for the backup camera may I add) I found it parked inches off a pickup wedged at the back. Luckily no scratches or dents found. My vehicle is now booked in at the dealership on circle drive, walked in to book my vehicle in and was talked to with respect and understanding, and with assurance my vehicle will be in at 0800 Thursday and I am ok to wait while they check the issue.

My van is running nicely now. Glenda kept finding the best prices on all the work that had to be done. The service department is the heart of a dealership. Some dealerships do not provide you very good service if you have not purchased the car from them. Dodge City Auto treated me like I had bought a brand new car from them.

Second vehicle I have bought. Both times sale number agreed to for “out the door” cost after taking to sales manager. When sitting down with Finance department the number comes out higher. Just about walked out this time. Also on a vehicle this expensive would have been nice to have fluids all topped up. DEF tank less than half full. Guess I’ll be going to buy more. I gave three stars because the people are great to deal with but two times in a row for the “surprise” when signing papers was disappointing.

Our Town & Country had an alternator issue just outside of Vanscoy. We were travelling from Calgary to Martensville to visit my folks on the Canada Day long weekend. Called Dodge City from the road side, in the rain, while waiting for the tow truck. Three kids in the van. The service person I talked to said that they wouldn't be able to look at the van until the coming Tuesday (this happened on Friday night.) This is understandable because of the holiday. I wanted to cover my bases, so I asked if she new the name of their competing dealership. She gave me the name. After a bad experience with the other dealership, I quickly called Dodge City back. They assured me that they would have a look at the van first thing Tuesday morning. They delivered! Amazing that they we able to accommodate this repair in such quick order. Commendable! We were on our way back to Calgary before noon! Thanks Dodge City!

Worst Service Ever!!! I found them very rude and confrontational, like I was the bad guy. That was 5 years ago when I came into the shop for an out of province inspection. Came back to give them a second chance recently with a scheduled appointment. Not only did they keep my truck for 24hrs, I had to call them to find out what the status was. The response..." We couldn't find the issue upon basic inspection, and did nothing further to look into it. Come show us, and we will need your vehicle for at least another day". Unsatisfied. Completely unsatisfied.

Recently two incidents happened to me while driving my Jeep...both of which reslulted in contacting Dodge City Auto for assistance. The first was when I picked up a large foreign object in my tire. Bill Elliott and the service dept. arranged for a replacement vehicle so I could get on with my day, and my tire was fixed in a few hours. And then they took care of my bill! The second incident was a large stone hitting my windshield, which substantially within a week. Brian and Terry from the auto body shop got right on ordering the windshield and arranged for a day to replace it. It usually is a great experience, but this morning it has very dysfunctional trying to check in my vehicle for service- computer system lost my work order ( the system has never worked properly), I told the staff person what I needed done, but he didn't understand without the system, the new staff member wasn't receiving any training or assistance from other staff, and waiting room is to small for social distancing. I was very disappointed with the service I received. I took my Jeep in on Tuesday Morning. The part had to be ordered out of Red Deer. They said it would be in Wed in the am and I should be on the road by Wed at 2:00 at the latest. I live in Edmonton and had to get home. I confirmed the part arrived on Wed at 9 am. They did not get my Jeep in until Thursday morning. It was a full day delay. They told me other jobs bumped me even though they had me booked in. I kept asking how the part was broken, I asked for photos I asked a lot of questions and the service person was unable to tell me anything except it was not covered under warranty and he did not provide me with photos or video. I had to go to my dealer in Leduc and they had to complete the job as the tech left a hose hanging 2-3 inches under the Jeep. I am very happy I did or I may have ripped it off and been stuck with another bill. Thank goodness my home dealer caught this! I found communication very poor, price was high and service was terrible. I hope I am never stranded in Saskatoon again! Thank you for the response - I spoke to heather today - I am even more frustrated now. Lots of "I am sorry" but no solutions, No explanation as to why the tech and service person did not provide me with photos.

After purchasing a used out of province Jeep, I took it to Dodge City Service Department to get another key, have two recalls done and an oil change. Following the oil change, they told me I had a ton of leaks and that the vehicle should not have passed the Saskatchewan safety inspection. Total repair cost would be over $4250! I took the vehicle to another shop we trust and they said there was only two issues and cost of repair would be $2000. They also said there was no reason for it to not pass a safety. As for staff there, Glenda and Gena are nice and personable.

This place has terrible management skills which regard to over booking services, and not helping in anyway. We booked our vehicle for an oil change... those take 1 hour MAX for time... we called after 1pm since its been in there since 11am and well they told us that they will call us around 4:30 to tell us if its going to be finished or if it will have to stay the night there. We live out of town and its winter... we need our vehicle! We even asked them to give us the keys and we will book another day since a winter storm is coming and all they said was, Phil the service advisor will give you a call around 4:30 to see if its done or not... WHAT A WASTE OF THE DAY. we ALWAYS have problems whenever we service our Jeep there. We will never ever get our oil change there EVER again and telling our friends and families to not waste their good money on this ridiculous place. They take your vehicle all day and you pay an arm and a leg for it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A BETTER VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN HERE. Thanks.

I have bought two trucks from this establishment. One used prior, and this time it was a new truck. I signed up for a promotion regarding a new vehicle purchase as well at this time. They did not have a optioned model I was satisfied with. I had found one at another RAM dealership which they noted they had a vehicle transfer relationship. The sales staff agreed to bring the truck for me, and I would purchase it through them. All was good, except for when it came to finalizing the sale, they tried adding on additonal charges for the options which we already included at the dealership it was transferred from. I found this quite frustrating, and when I noted these instnaces they honored the other dealership price and were agreeable. On another instnace, I was supposed to be given a full tank of gas with the sale, but was only given a half, and never reimbursed for the other half as was told I would be. Another issue, was with my agreed upon promotion. It was to receive $500 in GC's, and I had to inquire multiple times to receive them, and was way too much of a process in regards to this.

We recently bought a 2019 Dodge Caravan from Dodge City Auto. I first dealt with Tom Moses and then Trent Watts, and both were absolutely fantastic to deal with! I set up an appointment through email with Tom, who paired us up with Trent. We were pre approved before we even arrived for our appointment. It wasn't even a problem when we switched to a different van. Trent took us through the van and showed us all of the features. We added command start and a couple other things, and we're given the option to come back for them, or have it stay there to be done immediately. This is primarily about Dodge City Collision, the auto body repair shop associated with the dealership. I'm giving them 5 stars because I've found nothing to complain about and I don't know how they'd do any better of job than what they did. I had my front bumper on my truck replaced after somone gave it a love kiss in a parking lot at -30C and it virually exploded. I took the opportunity to have a door ding and a scratch on the tailgate from previous love kisses, repaired at the same time. They did a perfect job on all three, and the charges we less than estimated. It's not often that happens. I've had vehicles there now three times over the years and the service and quality has always been top notch. Highly recommended.

I waited 15 minutes while the representatives made other calls and while one other representative talked to a customer or whomever about antibiotics for his cold which I dont feel is relevant. They were very helpful on the phone.. However as a person who works in customer service normally you address the customers right in front of you and make your calls after that. When selling the extended warranty to me she failed to tell us that there is a deductible when putting my truck in the shop for repairs. Sadly my truck was written off 3 months after I bought it, they kept 2 thousand of my warranty when I didn't use 1 penny of my warranty. Terrible service, went there once for an oil change and wheel alignment ended up needing 2 new tires because their alignment machine was off when they did the alignment causing the tires to cup and wear unevenly. After noticing this i brought the truck back and they tried saying it was my fault when it wasn't. Instead of them offering to fix this, they offered to sell me a new truck when my truck was only 2 years old and then got yelled at by the owner. I would recommend staying away from this dealer all together.

The only thing that would have made this better would have been a more proactive stance on passing on the vehicle documentation. For example, there was no build sheet, carfax, or owners manual included with the purchase. It would have been nice to have those right off the start.

Bought my brand new Ram in 2009 with a rust inhibitor they talked me into (useless). They installed the mud flaps with mild steel screws so now the body is rusting in all 4 spots where they did this. I already spent $2000 fixing 2 locations. Now the other 2 are rusting and will need to be fixed. the autobody shop I went to told me DODGE CITY should be the ones to fix it being they were the ones who installed them. Contacted the dealership and all I got was the run around and eventually telling me they weren't going to fix it even though I paid for all the rust protection they said I needed for warranty. Shady way to run a dealership when you won't even honour warranty. Just bought a brand new SUV for the wife and it would have been from you guys if you treated your customers properly. Great way to retain business.

Brought my Dodge van here to have some major electrical issues diagnosed and had a bad experience. Was told over the phone that they would be able to track down the issue no problem. Paid them $200 only to have them tell me they couldn't find anything! The shop rate of $153/hr is outrageous! Wont be going back.

This is the first review of a business I have ever written because we had such a noteworthy experience. Unfortunately not in a good way. We went in to look at trading in our vehicle for a new (to us) vehicle. The salesman was extremely rude, confrontational and demeaning. They also tried very hard to get a great deal for themselves! They offered us $17000 for our vehicle for trade in value which we knew was a total rip-off. Went to Meidl Honda right after and were offered almost $22000 for our vehicle! They tried to screw us out of $5000. However, if you plan to go shopping for a used vehicle at Dodge City Auto avoid Mike Zogheib unless you want leave feeling personally attacked and receive the worst service you've ever received in your life.

My wife and I needed to replace a vehicle. I looked up every web site, made phone calls all over the province, made a trip to Prince Albert and to Saskatoon. Last stop was Dodge City. Went home for 2 weeks, looked at every web site, and made more phone calls, a trip back into the city to again look at every dealer I could find. Last stop again was Dodge City. Every time I stop at Dodge City, they gave us all the time I needed and answered all my questions. And I have a lot of questions (lol). I should know better by now and not have wasted my time looking all over the province. Don’t waste yours! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Dodge City! Each time it’s the same great service before AND after the sale. And best of all, the best price up front! Doesn’t matter who I see, the team is always professional and honest up front. I don’t find any of the team aggressive or forceful which I do not like, just the opposite. It is very relaxing and they made us feel at home right up front. So I recommend for a great experience, make Dodge City the home of your next vehicle! You will not regret it!

1 start solely based on the service side. Anytime I've taken my truck for service I get it back with dirty hand prints everywhere and this last time I had the inside of my driver door damaged. Told them, they took photos and 3 days later still havent heard a thing from them. I will continue to just take my truck to auto clearing for service. Very disappointing

So first thing first, im a ford guy through and through. But my Fiance likes her jeeps. So we were looking for a new vehicle as we are due in November and need something reliable. And she asked if we can maybe look at a jeep. I said ok but not promising ill go for it. Next thing you know we are in dodge city looking at jeeps with Jeff the salesman. He was unreal helpful and actually listened to what we wanted. We end up going for one and got passed off to Tamara Frerichs in finance. She said with my credit rating it would be a long shot but we could try. The next day Tamara called and said we didn't get approved but she still wanted to help us get something we liked and could get on my credit rating. 2 long weeks later of her working her but off we got into a grand cherokee today. I felt at home everytime I walked into that place and was treated so well. Most dealerships would have turned me way when the seen my credit acore but not these two. They were very great to deal with and I will definitely be back and recommending them to anyone I know. Thank you guys so much
