Thanks to the team at Carget for a fantastic sales and service experience! Came in to look at a vehicle we’d seen online only to find it had been sold that day. Jordan showed us a few other options and after looking around a bit we were confident that not only did they have the best price and best quality vehicle, the way they do business is second to none! Had a small problem with the brakes after delivery and they worked hard to figure out the problem and make it right. Hope to drive this one for a few years but when it’s time to switch I know where I’ll be going for the next one!

Peter promise me everything, the Moon the Stars" Your in Good Hands With Carget" after 3 months my windshield washer don't work! I Almost collide in accident! Peter came to Rescue!!! With the help of TAYYI Done! After 3 days... It seems faith it's not on my side when Winter SUBSIDE I start smell something fishy... My Car starts to OVERHEAT! After 5 MONTHS of the time I bought it! Tried to call them it seems their pre occupied, decided to pay them a visit! Right away Mr. Jordan help me out about my Concern.. It's been there since MAY 22, it's been 12days... I can't say enough about Jordan and his team and their exemplary customer service - they are true professionals. Right from the first communication we had to a few days after purchasing 2 vehicles, they were top notch quality. After looking for a few months and not loving the reception we were getting from other dealerships in Calgary, we ended up driving from Calgary to Saskatoon to deal with Jordan and his team. It was definitely worth the drive for Carget's 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Carget to anyone without any hesitation. Both cars were extremely detailed as represented in the pictures.

Great place for a used car. I got an Infiniti G37X. Everything with the car was swiftly taken care off and was delivered as promised. To my recollection this is closest to a personalized used car experience one can get in Saskatoon (you can reach them anytime via sms or call). Really passionate about cars. I have dealt with a few dealerships in the city in the past 6 years and have had nothing but bad experiences with stereotypical car salesmen and pushy maintenance departments. I had a completely different experience with Carget that will keep me coming back in the future. Jason managed to get me out of a vehicle I was incredibly unhappy with and into something newer, bigger and nicer that only slightly increased my current payments. I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe XL and had noted a shake in the test drive and again after purchase. The whole team was attentive to my concerns and promptly offered maintenance at no cost to me. The whole experience makes you feel like you're part of the family, I can't reccomend them enough.

Great place to go if your looking for any type of used vehicle. Roy was great to work with. I came in looking at a car that was out of price range but they just so happened to have another car I was interested in coming in later that week. As well as great costumer service they were able to get me a sweet deal on some new wheels and tires to help with the look that I had envisioned in my head. We are from Regina and found our truck online. Jordan was easy to communicate with and we drove down and bought the truck very quickly. We had to trust it was a good vehicle and the dealership. It was very late and a long weekend. We are very happy. We had a minor issue that had to be fixed and Jordan compromised with us on paying for the problem which was great. The truck checked out at the mechanic very well. It always feels scary buying a used vehicle but this one seems solid. Jordan is a bit busy so that was why the 4 star rating but I would actually give 4.5 if I could. It’s nice to trust if there is a problem it will be dealt with. Thanks Carget! CARGET AUTOMOTIVE is selling a 2015 Infiniti QX70S and say it has been fully serviced. However the CARFAX says it had only one service between 7753 km and the current odometer when it had service in Saskatoon and not at a NISSAN dealer. This vehicle probably needs 15K worth of service done and if the oil wasn't changed for 113km the engine is shot. Also the vehicle was in a police reported accident 6 months after it was purchased. And the dealership is asking $4800 over the AUTOTRADER.CA average price estimate. This dealership doesn't mind covering up the CARFAX details and over charging on top of it.

Just got mechanical work done on my 2015 Toyota Sienna. We always take the van to ENS Toyota for repair/tire/oil change work, however, the bigger you are the bigger you are is true. I say that because a small job like Tire Change at ENS Toyota will take a day out of your life. Yes they offer shuttle service but still. You make an appointment, drop it off early and pick up late in the afternoon. 6-7 hours for small job like this seems too long so we decided to try Carget. Guess what? We were in and out in 1.5 hours!! Excellent work team Carget!!!

I recently picked up a vehicle from Carget, the advertisement and the bill of sale said the car had 12,000km and at the time of pick up it was over 15,000 km. I was told there was no documentation fee and at the time of pick up was surprised with a $600.00 doc fee. The window stop on one door was falling off and glued back into place, the other door handle was also broken and glued into place, and all of this just after the car went through a " complete inspection " to top it all off the license plate was installed crooked, who ever put it on didn't have the right screws and instead of getting them and doing it correctly they forced the screws through the bumper of the car and put the plate on crooked. I would not buy another vehicle from Carget and would strongly recommend that no one else does or at least is more vigilant than I was while purchasing a vehicle.

I was interested in purchasing a Subaru STI from them recently. It was in good shape and seemed to be priced reasonably. When getting all my info so I could purchase the car the payments seemed oddly high for what the total price of the car was worth. After sitting down and going through how much the interest and taxes and so on would cost it should have only added on a few thousand dollars. Instead they wanted an extra $11,000 from me. I knew right away this was a terrible deal as I had bought a brand new car from another dealership 2 years ago that was worth more for a total of less than what they wanted out of me for this cheaper car. Last year I purchased a 2011 BMW 328I Xdrive from Carget. At the time I purchased extended warranty with my car. Once winter came my car started misfiring and throwing codes. I called Jordan and we decided it would be best for me to bring my car back for them to service under my warranty. They had my car for 2weeks and fixed nothing. When I went to pick it up they charged me around $1,000 for work I had not approved. After arguing with them and being continuously insulted by Jordan and his staff I left with my car. After making it out of Saskatoon the misfire was back, Eventually I was able to get ahold of a service manager who advised me that my car had bigger problems. When he had discussed these problems with Jordan, Jordan did not approve them to fix my car properly, instead they did as minimal as possible to try and hide the problems. I highly recommend staying as far away from Carget as possible. I have lost so much money into this car and dealership.

Where to start……: for a very long time I envisioned myself in a Mercedes Benz AMG. When the day came that I could finally justify owning a vehicle of this caliber the search was on. Where I live ( northern Alberta ) there is absolutely non of these cars on the used market I scoured the internet for weeks. About 2 weeks before the purchase of my 2014 E63s i found my car at Carget in Saskatchewan. It was at the high end of my price range but I enquired anyway. I spoke with Jordan about the vehicle briefly he explained the are history the price provided the carfax openly with zero pressure and honestly spoke to me like a person. Not just another sale.. I asked how long it would take to get it the vehicle? He said he could have it to me by the following day. I told him I would get back to him. He thanked me for the call and I continued my search. 2 weeks later and a pile of information requests on other cars I was tired of looking and the emails texts and calls form people were honestly becoming overwhelming. Out of all the places I had spoken to about these cars I had personally ran 11 carfaxes on cars from Vancouver to Quebec. Anyone I found that was reasonably priced either had 7 owners, or rebuilt titles, or lack of maintenance records. Along with a lot of sales pressure. So I emailed Carget and talked to Floyd in finance. He said Jordan had mentioned I was interested in the car. The fact that two weeks later I was still remembered by this place from a simple phone call is shocking. It made me think. hey this place was not a profit by volume dealership so I pulled the trigger. I was approved the next day details were worked out. Not once was I pressured into buying anything more then I needed. I was given choices and explanations Of my choices. They were transparent. They educated me on everything they could provide service and protect wise. No questions were asked if I declined. I received everyone’s personal cell number was included in group chats about the car and They answered every time I texted or called. This is unheard of! I felt and still feel like part of the Carget family. The car was delivered was in meticulous condition. With all paper work and documentation. Within the first couple days of ownership, A couple small issues came to my attention, one being a burnt out light in footwell sill, A 700 cost! yikes and a CD still in the console that had to go in for evaluation. I notified Jordan of the issues and asked him if it was an extended warranty thing? I was floored when without question he told me he would take care of the issues even a couple days after I took delivery. This is the best experience I have had to date purchasing a vehicle. I do not have enough good things to say about these guys. Thanks you all so much for making this guys dream a reality. This will without a doubt be my first call on every vehicle purchase going forward.

The engine ran great, the interior was miraculous, the body was almost perfect and it had very low mileage. The vehicle was FULLY LOADED and also recently serviced by Mercedes-Benz Saskatoon with supporting record. Not until I saw an E 63 from out of town and another S 550 within the city, could I sincerely appreciate the unparalleled condition of this S 550. Carget gave me incredible extended warranty on the vehicle and, because the original 3M protective wrap was not in perfect condition, they offered a complementary rewrap for me. The wrap job was well executed and they had experienced consultants in regard to body modifications too. Originally purchase a 2013 Ford Escape SE, engine light turned on immediately after driving off the lot. Luckily purchased warranty and spent the next few months in and out of the shop. Was thankful Jordan offered to buy it back/trade it in for another vehicle. I recently got my commuter into an accident and needed a vehicle in a pinch. I found a great looking VW Jetta on autotrader.ca from Carget so I booked a test drive online the day before. I drove from Moose Jaw to test drive this VW amongst vehicles at other dealerships that day, and it wasn't until after the test drive that I told them about my situation. It was (and still is) a really nice ride, and overall the vehicle I was looking for. Despite someone already having interest in buying the vehicle, they made it work at the price I wanted. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received while getting my car fixed. I bought my car early January and had wonderful service as most reviews have been, I gave them 5 stars. I'm lowering it now because beginning of February, I brought my car in and turned out that it needed a new engine. 6 weeks later, I finally have my car back. I understand that the parts coming weren't up to par so it took longer but what bothered me was two things. First is that not once did I get offered a loaner vehicle until the second time I asked which was already in March. And then I never actually was able to get one because I worked later than what they were open till. Secondly, the communication was terrible on their end. I kept getting told(when I would ask, they very rarely called/text me first) that it would be done the next day or end of the week but I wouldn't hear back so I'd have to ask once again.

I don’t know where to begin- Carget is AMAZING. To be honest, I have always held a stigma of the “untrustworthy car salesman” but Carget completely restored my faith and changed my opinion. Peter, The salesman who sold me my vehicle went above and beyond what was required of him. For example, I work in a very busy hospital and Peter was SO accommodating and gracious about my schedule. There were many occasion where I we had planned to meet but I would get called to an emergency and have to change the time last minute. Beyond this, Peter met me at the hospital to show me the car, drop it off to test drive and was so patient and gracious with my 1000 questions. He even met me at my place (my request) to solidify the payment and came to hospital the next day to change the plates post purchase. Peter was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, personable, accommodating (WAY more than he had to be) and professional. Both my husband and I felt Peter was incredibly passionate about what he does and ensuring the customer is well informed, thoroughly went through and explained every component of my purchase. He got me the lowest interest rate I have ever seen on financing my vehicle. I don’t know how else to articulate you late this but you know those people you meet and you just instantly feel that they are a genuine, sincere, respectful and kind....that was Peter. I can’t thank you enough Peter! Beyond this, Cargets vehicles are high end and well maintained with prices that my hubby and I are still shocked about! I still feel like the IKEA commercial where the lady thinks the cashier made a mistake and charged her too little....and she yells “start the car! My husband and I bought a car from here in September 2020, should have trusted our gut and backed out. Scheduled to come in on a Saturday as we live 3 hours out of Saskatoon, met Jordan and he took us to the car we were looking at which was in the shop in the back being serviced (sign number 1). We were told we could test drive it but could only go around the block as one of the brake calipers were missing a pin (sign number 2). After returning from our short drive we were approached by a member of their staff who had just taken a credit card deposit and wondered if it was ours (sign number 3). Filled out the paperwork and whatnot and were told the car would be delivered in a few days once the brake was fixed, had I not checked over the paperwork upon getting back to our hotel room we wouldn't have noticed that all the paperwork we had signed was for a Silverado, not the car we purchased (sign number 4). We go home Sunday and wait. And wait. And wait. Almost 2 weeks later our car is finally delivered (sign number 5) Within a week I ended up spending $250 on a new battery as it still had the probably original 7 year old battery in it, which had leaked and they went out of their way of cleaning the corrosion off the battery instead of replacing it (sign 6). Then about a month later I end up spending another $300 to have the rad hose fixed. (sign 7). I would never recommend Carget to anyone who is car shopping, when asked by a few people in our area who were looking I told them everything and suggested they go almost anywhere else.

I bought a car here this summer. Got a decent car for what I thought was a fair price. Process was rushed. Process was long and tiresome for both parties. The staff that works the shop cant balance tires. Took 3 months to get them to provide car with repairs promised on the day of sale. When I took for tpms censors tires came back with lug nuts falling off the car within 22 kms of driving. Owner only said thanks for letting me know. No offer to fix the situation. Car wouldn't pass inspection and the people in the shop definitely are hack job techs. Or the one i dealt with should never touch a car. Car Also had air bag light on which tech couldnt fix. The excuse was led light bar that was installed was grounded to air bag system. They never fixed Recently noticed I was not provided with Carfacts or sgi report. Never even got my bank contracts till 3 months later. Which is illegal and in breach of procedure in accordance with fcaa. Was found with 13 thousand dollars of damage not disclosed to me in the time of the deal. Now i do believe Jordan as he was the sales man I dealt with truly wants to help people. But when I brought it to his attention he refused to accept responsibility for a shady deal and proceeded to guilt me by saying I was his friend and my accusations break his heart. Not professional at all. We arent dating... no one is breaking your heart. So my word of advice to anyone shopping carget. To make sure you get all the paperwork. That includes bank contracts Bill of sale. Sgi printout or car facts. Do some research and dont be attracted by imports at cheap prices.

We really enjoyed the laid back experience from the moment we walked in to inquire on a vehicle. Roy was incredibly helpful and was able to provide us with answers to all our questions. There were a couple things that needed to be looked after, after getting the vehicle home and Joey in the service department took care of everything. Definitely recommend! Edit to add: the car had a smoke smell when purchased. Roy and Jordan assured me the smoke smell would be removed, with Jordan reassuring it would be removed as he is sensitive to smoke. With more than a few attempts at removing it, they have been unsuccessful. The last time I had it in, they tried a chemical treatment of some kind and the vehicle was delivered with a used Bath and Body works vent scent diffuser. Joe Hepp indicated that if that didn’t work he wasn’t sure what else could be done. Incredibly unhappy with their attempts as this vehicle as purchased with their assurance. The smoke smell is still strongly prevalent when first getting into the vehicle. My husband had shampooed and used cleaners in the vehicle that still haven’t worked. If they knew they couldn’t get the smell out they should bit have sold it in the assurance it would be removed.

When I first met Roy at @Carget to buy a car, he said, he does not want to just sell any car, he wants to build relations with the prospective customers. I feel compelled to write this review because I think I had a great experience buying a car from Carget. Roy contacted me when he had the car with all the specs I was looking for. All I did was go there for a test drive and next day I bought the car. Carget helped a newcomer to Canada like me with a descent financing option. But that's not only why I am writing this review. Roy himself took me to motor licensing office as I needed to transfer my US license. He dropped me and picked me up from home several times. He didn't have to do these, but he did. And not only Roy, everybody I met in Carget has been highly cooperative in matters I think they didn't have to deal with. My sincerest apologies Jordan and the Carget Family! have been meaning to write this review for a VERY LONG TIME, and although I have no excuses besides life being incredibly busy, it is certainly no reflection of my unwavering appreciation to Jordan, Joey and all the Carget staff who Always go above and beyond. I will never go elsewhere. I feel the need to share how amazing this crew is.....let me share what happened.... this is the second vehicle I purchased from them and here is what happened...... I work in frontline healthcare and at the beginning of March 2020 at 3am someone hit and ran my vehicle; and my vehicle was a write off. This was at the very beginning of the pandemic when everything literally went into shut down, with the exception of healthcare and I still needed to get to work everyday but my vehicle was a total write off. It was an incredibly stressful situation on so many levels to say the least. Jordan and his team had helped my get my get my dream vehicle (the one that was now the write off) so I texted him in the morning advising him of my issue- asking for guidance- and explaining the added layers of complications brought on with Covid 19- namely, that my availability would be virtually obsolete, except via text and they would have to do most of the leg work (which I felt terrible for )- but I had no choice as our I was needed for planning purposes and frontline necessity. This team was AMAZING. Cant say enough how they went above and beyond, got me the vehicle of my dreams AGAIN- even be (even the colour I wanted!) in 4 days- with a free rental car in the interim!!!!! They supported me with all the SGI processes - hit and run reports etc. Not only that- they all kept thanking me for all I was doing on the frontline- they got me winter tires and offered to support CARGET SUPPORT for healthcare workers in any capacity possible! To this day, they text me just to check in. I was reminded as to how wonderful they are as I dropped my vehicle off with them to get my winter tires put on - and as an extra bonus they washed and detailed my vehicle for me- free of charge. They truly are wonderful people. They staff are such amazing people. I just have to say that this has been a very difficult year for a lot of folks- Thanks for all you do JORDAN- you and your team are amazing. I appreciate you all. Huge shout out to Joey as well! When my wife and I came in looking at a used Kia Sorento with plans to trade in our current vehicle (2012 Acadia) we were shocked to find out that while we were on my test drive the Acadia's engine had blown while they were taking it around the block. In spite of it all, our sales person Roy, went above and beyond to still get us a great price and to get us home in our Sorento. They even went so far as to organize and pay for the tow of the Acadia to our prefered mechanic so that it could be repaired. Honestly everyone we intereacted was great and never hesitated to go the extra mile for us. Both my wife and I would give these guys six stars if possible.

We recently bought an X3 from Carget. The experience was excellent right from the moment we walked through the door. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. All staff were super helpful and always around to answer questions/calls. We did have to bring the car back in after a few days to get something looked at and they were very accommodating with that. They worked at the issue until it was fixed and now my car is like new!! I would absolutely recommend Carget if you are looking for a vehicle!!! I am very impressed with the entire experience and LOVE the X3!!!

Update After a few things have gone wrong on the truck I am doubting how good the warranty is they offer. Was told that everything would be coverd at time of purchase. Now finding out that some things aren't. As well....hard to get a hold of. Jordan gets back to you quickly but does not do what he says. He says one thing and does another. Said hell get his shop manager to to get a hold of me...days go by and nothing. When he does finally reach me. He says he'll get back to me. Almost a week later and nothing. Typical of used car lot I suppose. Generally the same as all the rest. Once they get your money.....that's it. All they care about. Not that I'm surprised....I guess I just thougt maybe this car lot was different. Guess not. O well.....like I said....they are all the same.

5 months in. We are reducing our star rating from 5 to 2, for the last 2 months we have been trying to get an issue resolved with our truck. The repair needed should be under warranty, but they are NOT helping to resolve the issue. Staff away on holidays, haven't ordered the part, not really listening to our concerns, etc. They say they are going to get back to us, and they don't! So, Disappointed in the service! On a Tuesday we wanted to test drive a Denali and an escalade. The following Tuesday we drove our new to us Denali home.
