Don't be surprised if you take your vehicle in first thing in the morning for a service appointment you have booked in advance and they call you in the afternoon saying they didn't get to it and it has to come back. It will also probably be filthy on the inside when they are finished with it like ours.

Bought a vehicle here in 2016 and my experience was amazing and just recently, I bought a brand new 2021 truck from auto clearing and the experience was just as amazing!! The staff are excellent, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to take the vehicle home that day (as I had a rental for about a month). Not to mention they were able to find the perfect truck for me, with everything I wanted plus more!! I will most definitely continue buying through this dealership and I highly recommend that others do as well!

The most unprofessional salesman I've ever dealt with. I've been truck shopping for a while and there's no chance I'd buy from here. The most uncomfortable test drive I've ever been on. Listening to racist jokes aimed at every minority visible, and the constant sexualization of every woman he saw made me wish I had stayed on the lot. I've been in locker rooms with more class than the cab of that truck had. And no, I don't care how good the weed brownies you had last night were, I'm more interested in finding a vehicle. Thanks.

Unprofessional. Bought my vehicle in 2019, brand new caravan. Haven’t received a “just a reminder you oil change is due” or a “thanks for being a valued customer” “Merry Christmas from Auto Clearing” (Still get those from both Mainway and Bennett Ford.) So here we are 2020 my ac fan and my rear drivers door is making a noise. I book it in and drop it off. I was told they would call and tell me what was wrong with my vehicle before doing any repairs. I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready as I hadn’t heard anything all day, to find out it’s ready for pick up and the bill is $. I’ve dealt with Mainway Mazda, Jubilee Ford and Bennett Ford all of which called me to tell me what was wrong and what needed to be done and is it ok to continue with the work, in other words kept their word that they we double check with the client first. Maybe I expected to much from my previous experience with dealerships. But I will not be going back. Will never purchase a vehicle from there again.

I nearly purchased a vehicle here. It's a crowded lot with a good selection of used vehicles. The sales staff, however, need professional training because there really isn't a lot of value or relationship building going on. It's really kind of disgusting, actually, to meet sales people who stink of cigarettes and coffee.

Would not recommend. Went it to purchase a van, and our salesman (Barry Ratti) knew less about them than we did. He was very pushy, and when I pointed out something that was broken on the van I was told I could "bring it back for a warranty repair". I'm not going to buy something broken just to bring it back. As well, I asked to see the service report on why the vehicle received a certain repair (done an hour previously at Auto Clearing) and despite him "going to get the report" 3 separate times, we never actually were shown it -- which to me was a pretty bad sign. The trade offered on our vehicle was far lower than what it's worth, and when we inquired about this he tried to show us "similar" vehicles online to justify their offer. He filtered the seach results to bring up only what he wanted to see, not actually comparable vehicles to ours. This wasn't hard to find out on my own, and as soon as I saw that level of dishonesty I knew I wouldn't be purchasing a vehicle from him, or Auto Clearing. He was very pushy throughout the process, and was visibly very unhappy when I said we weren't ready to purchase that day and wanted some time to think and let things sink in. All in all, it was a bad experience all around and I hope this stops someone from going through the same process and making the mistake that I came so close to making myself.

Beware!! We bought a used 2013 Dodge Caravan less than a month ago, everything with the financial part went great! Up to the time i picked up the Van, 2 hours after driving it off the lot, i noticed the heat wasn't very hot, then drove it around the next day and noticed the transmission was acting kind of funny, thought maybe im just not used to this vehicle, then called the dealership and told the sales person the issues, they said to just call service and book it in to get looked at. Once i took it into service, my feelings were Right!! The thermostat needed replacement, and a transmission hose was also needing replacement, as it was low on transmission fluid, then they said it was a good thing i had Extended warranty, but they need me to pay $200 deductible to fix it, why do i need to pay $200 just after buying the vehicle, those problems should've been fixed at the Dealerships expense! Not mine! Funny thing is, just as financial was being finished, i was asked by 2 people to make sure i leave them good reviews! Well im not going to leave reviews just after signing papers, and not driving the vehicle for a couple days to make sure everything is working good first!! Now nobody wants to deal with it. So, i pay the extra $200 to fix it, but will NEVER Recommend buying a used vehicle from them. these issues were present at time of purchase!! Much BEFORE the -50 temperatures we received, which would Obviously! Make any problem Worse! Just a Bad and Sad experience.

I recently purchased a used car here. Before the sale they weren't pushy but they weren't honest either. It was only after I purchased the car that I discovered the two winter tires on the front and they only had one of the very expensive keys. When I asked for a discount on some all seasons they did less than nothing for me. They told me they would take care of me but in the end they had me wasting my time going to a tireshop where I expected to be able to order tires at some sort of arranged discount. I saw nothing but full retail price on the quote. I don't believe they were upfront about what they needed to be about the car and they couldn't care less about me after the transaction. I had to spend another $800 after the car purchase to get everything I was expecting with the car. After you purchase a car you want to feel great, but Auto Clearing totally ruined the car buying experience for me.

The Rogue Less Travelled

Absolutely disgusted with this dealership. They made a deal with us which included some work done to the vehicle. They wanted a deposit at signing. When questioned about the deposit, they explained they were going to do work to the Jeep and we could decide not to take possession. We said we’d take possession before they did the work. THAT caused a kerfuffle. Suddenly the work wasn’t part of the deal!! They refused to fulfill the deal. We walked. Had we paid the deposit they would have done the work and THEN advised it wasn’t part of the deal!! Be VERY wary of this dealership.

I had an SGI claim that I brought to the collision centre. I would not recommend going through them. The guy constantly tried talking me out of a claim, treated me like I no idea what I was doing, talked down to me. It seemed like they did not want to do the work at all, because things that should have been covered under the claim were not. I would not recommend!

I took my truck in to get an oil change, it didn`t take them too long but now my oil is leaking. I know my filter is a tough one to get to, but you`d think that people who change oil would know how to do it properly. It`s just a piss off because now there are a bunch of oil spots all over the cement in the garage. Not going back there, I could`ve done a better job myself!

Then to Kealy who I was scared to talk to because of finances. Best service Iv had choosing a vehicle yet. Shanley was able to pick me up right from my door step in the morning to come test drive some trucks. She knew enough knowledge to answer all of my questions and a few she couldn't answer she wasted no time finding me the answers. during the price negotiation period, Shanley was on my side and got me a better price then what I had offered, you don't see that happen very often. Since the date of purchase we did have a mud flap issue, and with me being from out of town it was dealt with, with no hassle for myself they got a dodge dealership near me to correct the problem and they paid for it, I honestly didn't even have any hassle to deal with what-so ever. Great group of people and no one is forcing you to buy and each salesman seems to drive a different brand of a vehicle sold there they inform you on not only the pros but also the cons. It made me a lot more comfortable with the whole experience.

Not impressed with the service. Left a van to get serviced, was told it will be .5 hrs to repair something, and then was called that they weren’t able to program it because the part replaced wasn’t new. Was then told to have the technicians try plugging old part to program, but it will cost another .3 hrs. Was called several hours later saying that no it won’t program because the technicians think something else needs to be programmed not the part in question. I told them ok, but was told it will cost another .8hrs to program it. I said sure and a day later I was called that same part that I was told didn’t need programming was needing replacement. I said the van isn’t worth the price they were charging to diagnose and repair. I asked for a bit of discount since the technicians weren’t able to fix anything but was told by the advisor that was the best they can do. ~$293 later I am back to ground 0 and the car isn’t fixed but I am out $293!!! Will definitely not go here again.

We were on our way to Saskatoon from Calgary and out van broke down just outside of the city. When I called the service department, I was connected with a fellow that may need a lesson in customer service handling. Perhaps the service writer already left as it was close to the closing time.... maybe he was a mechanic. I am not sure. My question to him after explaining my situation (Family of five, stuck on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck) was when would be the earliest that they could look at our van. I was met with a bunch of preamble about the weekend and only doing oil changes. I quickly got the impression that this man wasn't in the mood to discuss helping me with my issue. I called another dealership an was met with nothing but courtesy and compassion. I had a bad experience here at Auto Clearing. I can't recommend them.

Bought this Dodge Caravan 2012 from them Back in October 2021. It was as traded unit But they had their inspection done and I was told there is no major problem with the van just need some break work to be done and problem with the AC. After 2 weeks later the car didn’t start after a wash and found out the TIPM was broken for the car cost me around another 800$ to fix it and in the mid December the car totally broke down on me the transmission got broke down. I called them and asked whether they gonna do something about it it was not even 3 months. I specifically mentioned them I need this van for my work and now I had to suffer loss from my work too. Very very poor staff and service provided by them can’t trust this guys again.

From the moment I inquired after one of Auto Clearing’s pre-owned vehicles, until I drove away with my final selection, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. My salesperson Pat was utterly amazing. He accommodated my schedule, and he personally went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed - and the information I didn’t know I needed too! Kealy in finance also went the extra mile to ensure I got the financing for the car I chose at the price point that fit my budget. She really busted her butt to get my interest rate lowered, but she didn’t stop there. When I went in to sign the final paperwork, she had gotten it lowered even more! Traditionally, the arduous process of buying a car had always left a bad taste in my mouth, but Auto Clearing and their people are the exception.

Waited two days for pictures and information on a vehicle, called and discussed the vehicle, made an appointment to view the vehicle with Jordan W and 15 minutes before my appointment I get an email stating the vehicle has been taken to auction. I was on my way when I received the email, the vehicle should of been ready in the sales lot to view well before my scheduled appointment, yet he only realized at 6:00pm he did not have the vehicle we had been talking about throughout the day, very disappointed Jordan could not take the time to call, the vehicle should of been ready to view, poor customer service, plain and simple! it’s obvious customers are not important to him. I definitely recommend nobody use this particular salesman. Auto Clearing dropped the ball on this one.

Pat was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, able to find compromises, and focused on finding ways to keep me satisfied with the truck I had in mind to purchase. I was also actively looking at three other dealerships for more or less the same truck and I found Auto Clearing to be above the rest. There was a sizeable scratch on the side of the bumper that I didn’t notice until a couple hours after I purchased the the truck (13,000km on it so scratches do happen) but Pat told me they’d send me some vehicle paint to tidy that up. While the scratch could have been pointed out to me during the sale, I look forward to being contacted soon about that issue. Otherwise, very pleased.

Most recently my truck had an issue with the passenger heater and the Ram boxes weren't opening properly. After diagnosing, parts were ordered for the heater and the ram boxes were apparently due to the install of the tonneau cover at the purchase dealer. No problem, i contacted watrous. I brought the truck back to Auto Clearing when the parts arrived for the heater. Diagnosing was wrong and the part was on back order. So I told them I'm working from home, i don't need the truck so hold on to it. Saved them time from having to put the dash back together and them having to remove it again. After 1.5 weeks I did inform them i wanted my truck before easter weekend. Which they met. All total had my truck for two weeks waiting on the part and the correct install. However, I picked my truck up and was told there was a .4 hour charge of $75 when they inspected the ram boxes from the previous visit....almost 3 weeks previous. After having my truck for 2 weeks, saving them time of reinstallation and stripping it down again... two wrong diagnosis on the actual fix and being very easy to get along with considering I didn't "need" the truck i was disappointed to get dinged $75....its not about the cash, it's about how you take care of customers and that just didn't sit well with me... Due to social distancing the dealership doors were closed so I did contact the gm via phone again... full transparency in trying to give the dealership the opportunity and know about the issues. Also, my truck was fully detailed inside when I dropped it off. simply because of covid I wanted to ensure it was good for the dealership .... when I picked it up it looks like it was left outside on a dusty windy day/s with the windows open. Everything is covered in greasy garage dust.... While heater seems to work at high setting it sounds like a jet engine... two weeks and it's still not repaired. Previously there was a squeaking noise in the cab so I contacted Auto clearing. Left messages on monday, Tuesday and wednesday that week. The only time i got a returned call was after I had to speak with the General Manager about my disappointing experience. Service manager claimed he tried contacting me but I had no messages or missed calls. I would not recommend this dealership All fairness, I dealt with the auto body side previously... top notch service and would highly recommend the auto body repair shop, particularly the manager was great to deal with.

I went to Auto Clearing because I was interested in a vehicle I saw on their site, met with a sales associate, did the test drive, really liked the ride. I asked the associate what kind of numbers we were looking at and that I'd like a quote and a detailed spec to look at when I got home, I was told that they'd write it down on a 'sticky' for me because there wasn't anything to write down. Surprisingly they didnt attempt to close me. When I got home, I called them and said I was serious about the vehicle and would like to get something on paper. They were like I can do that only if you're going to buy today and again still really liking this vehicle, I said... yes I can do that. I get there absolutely no negotiation and they were like okay how do you want to do financing? Lol I want to negotiate first..and they were like what were you thinking (I was thinking you already had this convo with your boss). I asked for a window of what they usually looked at, and of course, no feedback. Brings my number to the boss and the boss sends them back with 'that's the price. We can look for something else for you if you don't like it.' That's it. So of course I left. Super insulting. Kia and Ford have AMAZING service and want to have you as a customer if that's important to you when you're looking for a vehicle. {I would like to clarify that the employee (although they were new to the game of sales) was upbeat, had high energy and did their best. Ultimately they were afraid of having to go to their bosses office to negotiate}

This dealership told me on the phone that they would be able to fix my car for free because it was a recall product. Didn’t ask for a serial number, just said bring it in and they’d fix for free. After a day with the car, they called and said it would be over 2 hours of labour and $70 for the part. I told them that they said it was a recall and it would be free on the phone. They said “we would never say that, especially without getting a serial number.” I asked them to go back to the phone call so they can listen to what they actually said, but they conveniently don’t record their customer service phone calls. I had CAA tow it back to my place and my brother in law and I fixed it in 30 minutes with a part that cost $40. Hard to believe a professional mechanic would need 2 hours. If that wasn’t enough, the tow truck driver said they him that the car was “drivable” before he took it back to my place. Maybe they were trying to get me in trouble with CAA? Who knows. Terrible experience, would avoid at all cost again.

Took my new truck (28,000 km) in for a rattle in the dash and vibration while driving. Left being told they can’t find the obvious rattle and charged me $50 to look at the driveline vibration, which they blamed on my tires. After they told me my tires were at or below the wear bar I decided to take my truck back. I took it to a much more reputable shop which told me my tire wear was at 6/32 (4/32 above wear bar). They washed the rims and the problem is gone. It’s unbelievable that auto clearing tried to charge me over $1500 for tires that weren’t needed and weren’t the source of the problem AND charged me for the privilege.

Thanks to the team at the service dept my week has been made! After my lug nut key was lost I tried many ways to remove them without the key. Over the weekend I was told the by other shops master set isn't available, other shops were closed and the ones that were open had no time to remove the lock lug nuts. He brought the vehicle into another shop and found that he had a rad leak, electrical issues and the wrong oil was put in the vehicle. I booked an appointment for 9 am to get my tires changed to the winter tires. They were not ready for me at that time at all. I was told this would be an all day thing. This would have been ok if I was told ahead of time so I could have planned a ride home but I was expecting maybe up to 2 hours like every other time I got my tires changed at other places. But ok, I get it, things happen. What really got me upset is that both front tires were leaking air so fast I had to fill up as soon as I got home and often after that. The front passenger tire was leaking so bad out the valve that I could very clearly hear it from far away. The only thing holding The air in was The plastic valve cap. The other was just leaking fast but not loud. They obviously did not pay attention or check if there was any thing wrong. If I'm paying $130 I would expect at least a very basic check up and at least let me know they are leaking and see if I would like it fixed. I feel this was a very unsafe and unprofessional way to accept my money and let me leave their shop. Turns out both valve plugs were loose and I fixed them my self with a $5 tool and 2 minutes of my time. Maybe they should make it regular practice to check simple things like this before they give the car back to the customer.

Not particularly fond of vehicle shopping. Went to many dealerships all around Saskatoon and the surrounding area and talked to sales people at each one. Most were either pushy, annoying, or acted as if me being there was a chore for them. Went to AutoClearing and met with Jay, who was easy to work with to say the least. My search was helped along by Pat S who gave me all the detail and history on the vehicle and did not try to 'up sell' - much appreciated. Although one would always like to get more on a trade, I felt that the difference I paid in the end was very fair. And working through the final paper work with Josh P. could not have been any easier. While I did purchase a used vehicle, I left there with the "New Truck' feeling. Don gave me the price and I told him that wasn't what I was looking for but was curious. He asked what I was looking for and cut straight to arguably the best deal in Saskatchewan that day. My mistake for taking a couple of days to think about it. He showed me a couple of trucks, found the perfect truck to fit my needs, and came in under budget. If I could give 0 stars I would. The service people are incompetent it took them 40 hours to figure out how to fix a trunk mechanism. They brought me in on 4 seperate occasions without offering me a courtesy vehicle. I was put on hold several times and transferred to different people as well as sent to multiple voicemails and Hun up on. I was not given a timeline on when my vehicle would be ready. The salesperson I dealt with as well was pushy and rude. " if I show you a car will you buy it". Like I was supposed to make the choice before I saw it even drove the vehicle. Don't buy here buy anywhere else these guys are the worst I'd rather chew rocks then go back to auto clearing for anything. I wouldn't let them service my lawnmower.

Got absolute terrible service here. They fixed the backup camera and told me I turned the camera off in my settings and charged me $55. Nobody has even been in the settings in the vehicle, and it also would randomly work and not work. Get the vehicle back and the camera is on a 20 degree tilt. They still tell me there is nothing wrong, but they could try a new camera but if that doesn't work I would have to pay for the camera. What a joke of a place. NEVER GO HERE

I went to parts for items that I was told to get. Parts man greeted me and I told him what I needed. He then asked for serial# or year of vehicle and when I responded I did not have any of the unfo he required, he got snippy and huffy. After discovering the required info, he then checked some things on the computer, and redirected me to service. When I got there, completely different attitude. They bent over backwards to help me, kept me informed about the progress of my requirements and made a new customer feel at ease. Parts depot =1.5 star Service Depot = 4.0 star.

Went to start my dodge and the anti theft code popped up on my screen and truck wouldn’t start. I called dodge to see if they could get it in right away as I had the truck scheduled for another appointment at 11am. The service manager I talked to on the phone said “yes no problem” . So I had my truck towed over to there shop Within 30 mins, and when I showed up nobody knew what I was talking about. I explained the situation and they then told me that they can’t guarantee it will be done by 11 because they were short technicians. This frustrated me as the guy on the phone said “yes we definitely can, it will just need a reboot”. I would of towed my truck somewhere else if this was the case. Now my truck sits at dodge not being worked on and I had to cancel my other appointment for the truck. Very disappointed in the service and lack of communication.

Have bought vehicles from this business and have been very pleased with the experience. BUT when it comes to the service department, I do not have such a glowing recommendation. I arrived at approximately 0840 for a routine oil change and was told it would be one and a half to two hours through the "Express " lane. I got my keys back at 1145. I would not call that Express. This has happened in the past, but I thought that was a one of, I guess I am a slow learner. Since I live outside Saskatoon, this took up a good chunk of my day. Needless to say, I will be taking my vehicle to another reputable business from now on. Sorry.

Stay away. Bought at used Ford truck 2 months ago from Auto Clearing and would not recommend because the post sales support is horrible. After purchase, you will not get service and it takes multiple text messages, voice mails and trying to track people down. Was promised calls back, things to be done and they did not happen. The tailgate step cover was cracked and as part of the offer I had them write in that they would order the tailgate piece and I would be responsible for installing it as its just some plastic that clips in. Fast forward, 2 months later with multiple texts and phone calls of me hounding them and I finally get told to pick it up a Merlin motors. I go to pick it up and it was not paid for! I am now arguing with them over language in signed offer sheet. They say they were just suppose to "source" the part. The offer sheet said dealership will order the part which would imply they would pay for it. Like I couldn't have phoned Merlin and ordered the part myself. This took two months to accomplish. More frustrating than even the money I am out for the part is the overall communication. It can take days to get ahold of the sales person I worked with. Tried to work with them in good faith but got nowhere. It is just mind boggling to me that a dealership would alienate a customer over a $200 piece of plastic on an expensive truck. Will not buy from here again. Overall, I would recommend that you work on your communication, getting back to your customers in a timely fashion and honoring the commitments in your sales agreements. Response to comment below: Doesn't matter how much of a discount was given or whether you charge doc fees, that is irrelevant. I have tried for over a week to get this resolved. The salesperson is incorrect as it was discussed and included in the deal which was why it was on the signed offer. The signed offer says" "Order missing piece of tailgate step, customer will cover cost. of install *" I had the salesperson add the last part before signing to make it more clear that I was only responsible for the installation but guess it wasn't clear enough. The resolution is clear in that the dealership should pay for the part they said they would in the signed offer sheet. Have the sales manager contact me when Auto Clearing is willing to do this. I am tired of sending messages and getting nowhere. Jordan has my contact info if Auto Clearing would like to make this right.

On February 22 2019 i booked my CUMMINS DIESEL Ram 2500 in for recalls and an engine block heater that's working intermittently, mostly not at all. They new when I booked the appointment that my block heater wasn't working. I told them i had a video of it plugged in with a lighted extension cord and the engine coolant the same temperature as the ambient air outside. I took the truck in on March 1st. They did the recall they had parts for(tailgate latch), and my block heater issue is not resolved. Why? You ask? Because they didn't have a block heater cord in stock! They had a damned week to get the 2 parts required to replace the entire block heater system, the heater and the cord!!!!!!! So now I'll be taking my Ram back to them on March 8 because they'll have a new cord to install then. Pathetic doesn't even begin to explain the lack of service my truck received. Its March 2nd today. -46 with the wind. Spectacular job Auto Clearing Service! ????

Found a great truck, did not negotiate price but asked for a hard three panel tonneau cover to be thrown in. This was agreed to by the salesman. Went in the next day to finalize paperwork and found the dealership had added $600 to the sales price for the cover. Spoke to the salesman again who explained his manager had added the price when presenting us the bi-weekly payment amount. The sales agreement had the purchase price plus tax which I assumed amounted to the bi-weekly payment. After threatening to walk away they removed the extra charge as discussed originally. We completed the deal and I do like the truck. Came back the next day to get the cover was given a vinyl cover that the installer said would fold up completely to the back window. Did not install as the cover ordered was too long. Came back the day after and cover was put in but only folds up two thirds of the way and not fully. Offer was to include a tri fold which this was not. I had already decided to go with the vinyl since I had not specified an exact tonneau model but trusted I would get a true tri fold. Salesman feigned ignorance and suggested next time I should make sure to look up a cover online and make sure I pick what I want. Again we did discuss hard cover and tri fold which was not delivered on. Lesson learned not to trust this dealership. At the end of the day I feel lied to and turned my exciting purchase into feelings on being taken advantage of. As I said, just make sure you get everything in writing and do not trust them to take care of you. Definitely will never deal here again.

My kids call it an SUV though since its the same color as our old Yukon XL and I'm not going to change that! I took my vehicle in at 11 am for an oil change. I was disappointed to learn that it could not be done until after lunch. I had to wait for an hour to get a shuttle ride home. I wasn’t taken right home but had to go to Lawson Hights mall first. When I left I received a text message telling me I would be contacted when it was ready. I never received any messages and had to call to find out it was ready. I was pleased when the shuttle came right away and took me straight there. How great to have a café at your dealership, cinnamon spread on toast, homemade carrot cake with cream cheese, need I say more? The service technicians are careful with our vehicle interior and come upstairs and ask us any questions. They have good communication skills and send text messages promptly. The Circle Drive location is a bit challenging to access but well worth the trouble.

Financing came through and I was waiting for the truck. Jeff told me they were replacing the brakes and a coupe things prior to pick up. I thought it seemed to be taking a while, but got the call that it was ready. Jeff went through what was repaired and it was an extensive list of items. The truck was bought May 1st 2019. Went in for a problem with my ram box, they are warping and not at all Inline with my box, after waiting 4 hours they told me they are fine, and basically said I guess you should not have gotten them, Took my truck to dodge city, they took the time to look into the problem online, and decides they needed to be replaced. If you have any problems with your ram, take it to Dodge city, they take the time to research the problem. I can not recommend the Auto Clearning service department, spending 60k on a truck and not a lick of research done. Only given a 1 star cause you can not put zero.

We had an 8:30 appointment on May 3rd to repair a minor problem with our Ram 3500 dually. We live about 1.5 hours from the dealership and planned to wait for the truck till it was done that day. Service advisor phoned at around 3:00 pm says that they would not be able to get the truck into the shop that day. We spent 9 hours (including 3 hours travel time) to not even have the truck repaired that day. I phoned the service manager Shane Hopper to complain. He was slightly apologetic but was more concerned with telling how me he had 50 work orders to deal with everyday and that I should have to sit in his chair, then I might understand the problems at the dealership. I wasn't satisfied with his response. I phoned Paul Savoie, the owner/manager. I was impressed he already knew of the situation. He apologized and admitted the service department had "dropped the ball" with regards to our truck. He also said considering we were from out of town the truck should have been fixed that same day. He suggested that we bring it back another day and give them a second chance to get it right. I in turn suggested they pay for our out-of-pocket expenses for the day considering it was Auto Clearings mistake. He was quite argumentative about my request and told me not a chance he would do that, and also said if they started paying for that type of thing "they would be out of business in no time". He also said if the truck had been purchased at Auto Clearing we would have received better service. This is our first Chrysler vehicle that we have owned and it was purchased from an independent Saskatoon dealer. Apparently Auto clearing is not looking to expand its customer base by giving reasonable service to people who don't buy their vehicles from Auto Clearing. Covering our out of pocket expenses was, in my opinion, a reasonable request. While I appreciate the apology, that only went half way to making it right. Bottom line is our business had to eat the expense of Auto Clearing's mistake. I am sure there are a lot of good people that work at Auto Clearing, but my experience has been that the Service manager Shane Hopper and the Owner/manager Paul Savoie are not among them.

Trying to get an oil change there is a joke. They refuse to make an appoinment for an oil change. Something that takes an hour anywhere else is a minimum 2.5 hour commitment. Saleman there kept pushing their 'express' seevice lane for oil changes when he sold us the vehicle. THIS IS NOT AN EXPRESS OIL CHANGE!! It's a total lie. I cancelled an extended warranty because of the poor service and 'busy' customer service. I still have not been refunded the taxes over 6 months later. When I called I was told they would look into it but haven't heard anything back. Overall a dishonest place and I will never buy another vehicle from them.

If I could less stars, I would. I have been taking my Ram 2500 to the dealership for 2 years to fix an ongoing issue. I have been told several different excuses as to why they cannot fix the issue and I have even been told they have no clue what power saving mode is. The truck is now off warranty and costing me money every time I need to take the truck in because it will not start. Untrained, unqualified, and a money scam of a dealership.

He then let out a loud sigh and rambled that it depends on the vin. but wouldn't tell me what the differences were. So I said I'd get the VIN and call back... he said "Ya" and hung up! The "Ya" came as he was setting the receiver back I think it was so quiet... When I called back I ended up getting the same guy unfortunately, I said I have the VIN now, and he was AGAIN RUDE.. "*Sigh* K what is it". SERIOUSLY?! will NOT be dealing with them again!

I will NEVER go back to auto clearing for service. I've brought my vehicle there numerous times to fix the same issue and it has never been fixed. It's on warranty and they keep saying nothing is wrong. Yes there is something wrong!!!! I was told to leave it for the week when I was away on holidays and they'd drive it everyday to get a good look at how its running and nope it was returned to my daughter on the first day they had it. I'm not impressed AT ALL with the service department. This is probably around the 5th time I've brought it in to them for the same issue. The only good thing is they take my vehicle in right away. They have lost my family and I as we would of been future customers for our next purchases as we drive dodge and jeep.

Seemed to be confusion over what Services had actually been completed on my truck while there. I had asked to have my tires rotated and told that would cost $25, which I said yes to. Then advisor suggested since I was nearing end of warranty a Piece of Mind Inspection, which would include tire rotation, at $70 would make sense. I agreed. When I picked up vehicle it was not written on work order anywhere that the tires had indeed been rotated. I paid the $70 but advisor told me that " the tech probably rotated your tires". I am going to check tires tomorrow when I can borrow a depth gauge to see if they actually were.

I posted an awesome review when I purchased less than a month ago but the after sales services leaves something to be desired, and now I found out that the vehicle that I purchased was a rental vehicle even though we were told before we bought it that it had never used as a rental vehicle. As far as our new vehicle goes .... a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk ... I am very happy with the product so far. As far as the dealership goes - Auto Clearing - I would have to say it is a very disappointing dealership. I have a variety of reasons for saying this: 1. The day we bought our jeep we spent approximately 45 minutes in their lot looking at the vehicle we ended up purchasing from them. All the sales people sat inside and were oblivious to our presence in the lot. In order to even take this for a ride, we had to go inside and actually ask which one of them wanted to try and sell us a car. 2. We came from many years of buying Chev products at SMP. Granted they were familiar with our faces and knew we would likely follow through with the purchase of a new vehicle BUT this dealership did not seem to care one way or the other. Guess the sales people aren't on commission here!! Regardless, we were required to take the salesman with us to test drive it. 3. Since the purchase of the vehicle, we have not received one single call from the salesperson or the dealership following up. Guess they care even less after the sale has been made (although I didn't really think that would be possible). 4. And finally ---- we were told that if we referred a friend and they purchased a vehicle there, we would receive $100.00. Well - we referred a friend! They did purchase a vehicle! and they mentioned to the dealership that we had referred them! Nothing! When we questioned them on this, we were told it was something the salesman had promised us, not the dealership and therefore would not be possible to collect because the salesman had since retired. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL LIKELY BUY ANOTHER JEEP BUT IT WILL NOT BE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Seen a truck online, went there to buy it.( I wouldn’t even of test drove it, would just get the paperwork and keys and buy out the truck then and there) . So I walk in, and there’s at least 5 employees, the one brave soul approaches me. I tell him the truck I want, he can’t find the keys, truck, then makes an excuse that he doesn’t now what’s happening? A car dealership that loses vehicles lol. I recently viewed a 2013 Chevy Trax with an older gentleman from the dealership. I had my eye on this vehicle the previous week, but it still needed to go through the service center. Finally, it went up for sale for $14,999 (87,000km, seemingly good condition). The service center had recently installed a new control arm and put on 4 new tires. I was informed that the vehicle had been in an accident in 2013, with repairs to the tune of $1500. After talking a bit of finance, we set up an appointment to do a credit approval two days later. In that time, I decided to search the vehicle on autotrader.ca, and found out the vehicle was overpriced by $1430. Also the CARFAX stated that the vehicle had been in two other accidents, (all 3 within within a 6 month period) but there was no dollar value for the repairs. This meant probably the insurance company wasn't willing to pay for it, and it came out of the owners pocket. Phoning up the salesman, I told him the price of the vehicle needed to come down before we could do any further business. He asked how I came to this conclusion.I told him I read the price badge on autotrader.ca. He said in all his years as a salesman he'd never heard of such a thing. Also, he stated that the reason the price was that way was due to the refurbishments the service center had provided (control arm, tires). ????? He promptly cut me loose right then and there on the phone. Hunting for used cars is still a new experience for me so I'll take this as a lesson learned: Not knowing what the other two collision costs were, I probably shouldn't have pursued the vehicle any further. I doubt the salesman was too old or inexperienced to know what 'autotrader' was, so overall I was quite disappointed by the sales service.

This dealership wants your money and will say whatever they can to get it. Update: the manager finally called me after seeing the review. The response says they reversed the decision which was never the case. We eventually agreed to fix the A/C and split the bill. Unfortunately, my mechanic had quoted me $1210 and autoclearing charged me 2100$ for the same job so they saved me 150$. This took me a month of fighting with them, and they only acted after I posted a review and I've never felt like they actually cared about making their mistake right just wanted to do the bare minimum to get rid of me. But I'm sick and tired of fighting with them so I'm just going to walk away. *original review* I bought a van here a month ago. While we we're there there were a few things that the salesman forgot but he seemed like he was trying. He had guaranteed us that the ac of the van we were buying just needed a recharge. A week later we found out it actually needed $2000 repair. I contacted the salesman and he assured me he would get on it. Two weeks later he has promised me 6 different times that he would get back to me. He has never called me back and has stopped answering my calls and has never given me an answer. They also responded to my post that they would like to call but I have never been contacted and like I said the salesman ignores my calls. I feel like these guys fit the used car salesman stereotypes and I feel completely cheated and uncared for.

It’s not very often I get baited into buying a new vehicle by a promotional mailer, but I couldn’t be happier that I did. My wife and I were throwing around the idea of getting into a vehicle that better suited our current life situation, and conveniently a letter from AutoClearing promoting specials was enough for me to make a phone call simply to inquire. I called and spoke with Shane, he was confident they could honour all the claims of the letter and got me in touch with their salesperson Nick Giesbrecht. We were able to setup an appointment on a Thursday evening to check out the vehicle and meet Nick. When we arrived, it was a pleasure meeting the guy, dealing with him was great. No pressure sales, calm, collected, knowledgeable and personable. Nick had the vehicle washed and brought inside for us to have a comfortable look at it. The dealership also seemed to be doing a good job following Covid protocols and made the entire experience relatively stress free. After having taken a test drive, we were really impressed with the GrandCherokee, it checked every box in our ideal requirement list. We were given a fairly satisfying quote and figured we would sleep on it, and think it over. Over the following two days, much of our dealings were conducted with Nick over the phone (limiting our in-person outings) and we were made an offer that we simply couldn’t refuse. We decided to drive over on a Saturday afternoon to get things finalized. When we got there, the actual sale went silky smooth, everything was ready for us. The Trade-In / Buying experience was flawless and pain free, it was nice to conduct a deal with such assurance about the entire decision. The finance person Kealy was also a pleasure to work with, she was personable and very transparent with the deal as she expressed every detail and was able to answer every question. When the dust settled and we drove off the lot, we noticed one piece was missing from our vehicle, the locking lug nuts. I called and Nick was able to honour the quote and ensure we were entirely taken care of. They truly did earn our business and instilled confidence with this dealership. I look forward to receiving the same treatment from AutoClearing “Post-Sale”, I am confident that we will be just as pleased as we are now. I would recommend Nick to absolutely anyone who is looking to get into a new vehicle. Thanks AutoClearing! The only good part of my experience was the salesman, Rob. He was super relaxed, informative and a joy to deal with. Rob gets 5 stars himself. The rest of the business gets 2 stars. Sales manager lowballed me over $5,000 for trade-in compared to other dealerships I had been to in Saskatoon. I went in to buy a pre-owned vehicle and when we went to talk pricing, the information relayed to me from the Sales Manager was that he "couldn't do any better on the price," and wanted full listing price. From there we backed away and I went to Edmonton to buy that specific vehicle instead. By going to Edmonton I got the exact same make and model of vehicle (but with lower KM's) as well as a 5 year extended warranty for less than the price Auto Clearing wanted. Thank you to Rob only for your great service.

I called to try and book my vehicle in for service. I had to leave a message that afternoon because of holidays in the service department and I rated a 2nd star because they did call back early the next morning. However, upon trying to book an appointment for the following week, I asked to have someone confirm the service type was something they could provide for my make and model of vehicle BEFORE I come in since another shop said they couldn't service my vehicle after hearing the make and model and issue type. The service lady didn't listen and instead of booking and having an advisor check the file in the 5 days before my appointment, she transferred me to an advisor by phone and it went to voicemail. So I hung up and called back and tried to repeat myself to just book me in and please have someone make sure they can do the service before I drive down there and just call back if they can't. The next lady answering the phone tried to transfer me to an advisor AGAIN. I told her it was okay and to just book the appointment and have an advisor review it and she replied that she wasn't the first person who helped me and started ranting at me.... I was so frustrated I just hung up and booked in at another shop down the street.

I initially had a good experience with my salesman but when I went to order the specific vehicle I wanted they wouldn't help me. I wanted a base model with certain upgrades, I would take something with more than the minimum of what I wanted if they couldn't find exactly what I wanted. They refused to look out of province and couldn't get me what I wanted. I called Londonderry in Edmonton, negotiated the deal over text message, and had it delivered for a $500 fee. Small price to pay to get the exact vehicle I wanted. I really don't understand why they would give that sale up.....

I was blown away by how quick and sufficient the service department helped me ! My husband had me take his vehicle in while he’s out of town and I hate doing these things but the girl I spoke with over the phone Nikyta I think her name was , was wonderful polite and very knowledgeable. I was not sure what to book it in for but she went over all the information and informed me of a recall on his vehicle . The service advisors and shuttle driver were also very friendly and accommodating though I cannot quite remember their names but overall everyone in the service department deserves 5 stars for making it as easy as possible .

This was my first service at Auto Clearing for my new to me truck. I previously had all my work done at Dodge city, but we moved and Auto Clearing is now closer. My disappointment started with my first phone call to book my truck in. My truck is a 2018 Ram 1500 with 20,000 km on it. I asked about setting the headlights and was told there would be a charge, (done under warranty on previous truck at Dodge City). As this truck was purchased from Alberta and a safety was done with a wheel alignment at a different service provider I asked if wheel alignments were checked as part of the oil change service and was told there would be charge. (Free at Dodge city). It seems that the staff were not willing or able to provide the service I was expecting. Not sure if I will return for future warranty or service work.

Not impressed. They charged me 90 bucks to reseat an LED bulb. I guess I should be thankful it wasn't a whole hour? They also did a recall repair that went well enough, but we're unable to provide advise for winterizing air suspension, just to expect a big bill if it goes wrong. Also had never heard of my warranty coverage plan, and said it probably doesn't cover air suspension without looking (I know it does). On top of all this they didn't wash my truck or provide a loaner which seems ridiculous when you have 100 vacant vehicles outside. Going elsewhere next time.

Possibly the worst service I've ever had. My Grand Caravan had a damaged left cylinder head and needed replacement. Auto Clearing said they would fix it under extended warranty, but the part was two months back ordered. They would not give me a car in the meantime to haul my family around. All they would do would get me into a rental for $25/ day (my expense). So I called corporate and they said they would "expedite the part". Again no help. I called Service at Auto Clearing back and the fella there got mad at me when I told them I needed something for my family and hung up. I ended up buying an entirely new vehicle and am stuck with huge expenses because they wouldn't give me a loaner car. Major headache for a minor problem they could easily fix. Not impressed. Will avoid dealing with them in the future.

As a tourist traveling through the area and having a 2011 Jeep with no suspension in the rear I can tell you that I was very disappointed that you would not take the time to even look at it to see if it was something serious or something that could be quickly fixed. Instead I was told that you could look at it in a week. That simply does not work for someone traveling through. I ended up taking it to North Battleford and they got me in within minutes and it was fixed in less than 1/2 hour. I owned a transportation company for over 20 years and have owned hundreds of Dodge vehicles and if someone that was traveling through needed help we always made them a priority to get them fixed and on their way. We understood that someone on holiday did not have time to sit around for a week and wait for help as they always were on a timeline. Very disappointed with you.
