Covid protocols seemed to be in place for the staff.. however I was a tad concerned when a couple came in without wearing masks and no one seemed to question them on the issue. Service was fairly quick and vehicle was taken in on time.

Great from the start, made us feel at home right from the time we walked into the showroom. Albert went above and beyond, no pressure approach was great, asked us what we were looking for vs trying to over sell us something we saw as no value... He even stayed open after hours to allow us to test drive the vehicle. Jill in the office was a pleasure to meet, vary down to earth, and worked magic to get everything done, and again she went above and beyond. Kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Took my 2008 GLI in to get a thermostat replaced. Thermostat was repaired and operates properly however the mechanic neglected to tighten the charge pipe to the throttle body and I was able to pull it off by hand when I got home. Not sure how they checked the vehicle as "operating normally" as stated on my receipt, when the car had hardly any power on the drive home. Disappointed that after getting my car fixed I immediately had to diagnose and fix it when I got home.
The staff here was very deceiving and un helpful aswell as the service I received was terrible with no intent to help their customers I don't recommend any one using their services as they are rude and will attempt to rip you off and don't want to help you in the first place

This place is an absolute joke. Brought my 52 thousand dollar car here to get ceremic coated and they made a complete mess out of it. Brought it back in today for the 5th time and still am not happy. Was told to stay away from this place from previous employees and other vw guys, should have listened.
Didn't end up purchasing from them but they were extremely helpful and checked in to update me on stock levels. Very welcoming with test drives and a friendly sales staff.

Used this place for a simple programming of the TPMS and light still on and not programmed! How do you give the car back to the customer without diagnosing the primary reason as why the car was there in the first place? It was clearly written on the work order? I guess it’s the last time they will see my car.

Took my Tiguan in because I had an oil sensor light come on. They blamed it on who did my last oil change saying that they put 2 litres of extra oil and put the wrong oil in. Not the case at all and the oil change company would offered to write me a cheque for Sarnia VW to do a new oil change if that was the case. They took another look and said that the sensor must be vaulty and would replace it under warranty. They didn't have the part in stock and would have been the next week to do the work. I went to Leavens because I was closer to London and they discovered that a rodent chewed the wires connecting to the oil sensor. Sarnia VW misdiagnosed the issue twice and tried to pass the blame of the issue before trying to do work that wasn't required. If they want to pay for my chewed wires now I might change my tune. But so far, completely unimpressed with the time I wasted at Sarnia VW. Sidenote, the wires were chewed because the wire covering ingredients that VW uses attracts rodents. Just great. (sarcasm)
After a bit of a delay replying to my initial service inquiry, staff were great! Kept me apprised of the repair, used my preferred method of communicating (text), finished on time and within the quote. Chris followed up with a voicemail about a question I had from what was written on the repair order. I will go back for service when needed and recommend Sarnia VW for anyone in the area or looking for an attentive and quality experience.
While looking for a new car after a deer accident my son wanted to go look at vw. My new Tiguan is great so far. Austin was a terrific salesman, prompt replies to questions and knowledgeable on the products. One of the BEST car buying experiences I have had. Our salesperson Albert was fantastic and gave us every available discount before we even asked! They also gave us a more then fair trade price without hesitation. Sarnia Volkswagen is very transparent and look to find customers for life instead of a fast one sided deal leaving the customer with buyers remorse. The whole time I was waiting for a catch but that moment never came. Customer for life for sure! Oh and our new Atlas is amazing! Special thank you to Jill in finance who didn't pressure us at all and was patience in dealing with our busy schedule. I’m used to going to dealerships and the salesmen are very pushy, but this is not the case at all at Sarnia Volkswagen! They work at your pace, and make the vehicle buying experience extremely simple and exciting! Jared worked around my schedule and even came on his day off so I could take delivery of my new vehicle that I couldn’t be more happy with! Had terrible service experience. Went in for glow plug replacement and came out with a vehicle needing $2000 job. The car was not even worth that. Technician had no idea what he was doing.

I wish I can give this dealership zero star, This was by far the worst and stressful experience i had in my life. I purchased a toyota highlander and it was certified pre-owned vehicle but the car was far from that, there was oil leaking coming from the timing chain cover i took the car to my mechanic and it was very clear that they didn't care to fix it before saling the vehicle. The cost and time to fix the issue was $3500 and 5 days in toyota dealership. They're the worst and disownest people you can deal with, I had to trade in the car after only 3 weeks of owning it because of that. Good luck to anyone want to deal with them.

Quick and prompt service.
To make an extremely long story short, during the COVID crisis, Sarnia VW has had my wife and I's only vehicle for over a month. What initially could have been a quick fix has quickly turned into an extremely unnecessarily long and dubious process. Initially, they were very helpful in allowing us to have a loaner vehicle for free. Things took a turn however when our vehicle was damaged in an in-shop incident which prolonged our car's stay at VW Sarnia. As of tomorrow, 4 July 2020, the owner of VW Sarnia is no longer allowing us to keep the loaner vehicle even after an offer to pay the daily fee. My wife and I recently moved from PEI and therefore have to find a way to get this car to Sarnia from Watford and then back to Watford without help from friends or family who all live far away. My wife and I will now be unable to go to work until we find a vehicle to borrow. I am not looking forward to the extra isolation and complications to our lives that VW Sarnia has caused us on top of the current crisis. During difficult times, organizations and businesses show their true colours. Sarnia VW's colours are not pretty at all.

This is a warning to perspective customers. I had a 1pm appointment, I called at 3:30 no information given told I would get a call back. I called at 4:30, was told I needed brake pads I didn't need and was given an estimate for my ac unit that I asked only for them to do a temporary repair on meaning I would be charged for them doing a assessment on it. I was then given the runaround about when my car would be completed. I tryed to complained that my appointment was at 1pm and before I could continue I was yelled at saying what does 1pm have to do with anything. 3 and a half hours to diagnosis my car is far too much time especially when it was only brakes that needed to be looked at and I had booked this appointment 3 weeks in advance. A 300$ job turned into a 800$ job. I had had the pads looked at prior when my tires were changed and was told they were not needed to be replaced yet. I was bullied by representative of VW and I decided that all I wanted was my car returned to me and 800$ was the price I had to pay to learn I couldn't trust this dealer.
