When I was doing the financing with Scott he also was amazing made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the service I got at Kia. Both the staff at the service desk were polite and knowledgeable. They explained what was done and why they couldn't update my GPS system. They even recommended the best place to go to possibly get it updated that they use. I would highly recommend Kia any time. Staff even washed my car for me for free. Thank you Kia.

I had a 2015 Kia soul and last year I traded it in for a 2020 Sorento and I love it! Recently got an oil change and they check everything! They even washed my car. Wonderful staff and great service.
After purchasing two previous vehicles at this dealership we wanted to replace our Kia Spectra and went in to test drive a vehicle. They had no brochure on the desired vehicle and had to be emailed the information. There was no follow up call from the dealership, even though we let them know we wanted to buy. We purchased a new vehicle from London Kia.

Great service. Two thumbs Up! I was stranded in Sarnia on vacation with a malfunctioning fuel cap (car was not bought from this dealer). The reception was helpful at getting the car checked and the service person was an expert at identifying the fixing the electrical problem that led to the malfunction. They invited my dog into the dealer and provided water. The service person ended up staying overtime to fix my car to make sure I can get home. The price was more then fair. All in a great experience. A small dealership with a big heart!
I love my van! Sales were excellent and very helpful in getting everything set up. Pick up date was later than I would have hoped but they were flexible and everything was ready to go on my date.

Hey Kia Lambton, remember when you told me I had a crack in CV boot and could replace it for me. Then called me back up saying the mechanic broke my axle and I had to pay an extra $400! For your “qualified” mechanics mistake. When I came in to pick up my car you guys gave me a complementary Kia umbrella like this somehow made everything better. No wonder why any mechanic in Sarnia has nothing good to say about your shop and now your customer service is also going down the drain. Good luck

It looks like Lambton Kia has a good customer service only for new sales. I experienced a pathetic service from the Service department (front desk employees). I think someone should set KRA for them and create checklists for each jobs so that they will not miss to communicate with the customers. I have raised a complaint ticket in Kia Head office website to ensure that this is well messaged to as google reviews will not change a thing.

I was well look after. Rob explained everything a number of times until I understood. I am extremely happy with car and mostly because the staff are amazing.
I got the full day spa package for my Kia Sedona. They said it would be an all day thing until 5pm. We left the car the night before so that it would be there and ready for 8am. They text at 3 to say it was done (2 hours early). As I drove up, i saw water spots all over the van and was not impressed. I also noticed that they had done 2 tire rims but forgot the other side because they were still dirty. I went in the and the really nice manager came out with me and agreed this was not good work and said she would cover the cost of the outside since it was so bad and she couldn't guarantee that they had even done the wax. As I went to walk in, I said to her I'd like to check the inside to be sure it was done thoroughly...it was not! There were dirt spots still on the seats, spots that clearly were not vacuumed, streaks on the display dash and brown stuff all over my front windshield. They did not clean the silicone cup holders inserts in the console either. Overall it was not done well. The manager told me she'd cover the whole thing and it would be a learning opportunity for her staff. She wanted me know this is not their normal work. I have had detailing there a few years ago at Lambton Kia that was great. I am glad I did not have to pay but we got home and still had to wipe down windows, door jams and seats for an hour and my van is still not "clean" ¹

The service is great at the parts counter , I bought a lemon and ended up not under warrenty and rebuilding what broke cost me almost as much as a new car , I would not recommend buying a kia but the people there are great !
Best Kia dealership in the area. The one complaint would be communication needs to be better. The work that has been done was good. Their waiting room area is very good they supply drinks and snacks. Service people are polite and can work with them. I would give 5 stars but it's the communication part.

Purchased a brand new Forte in April of 2020. Do not have enough nice things to say about the quality and reliability of the vehicle itself. At around 50 thousand kilometres I was informed that I would be needing tires in the near future. I found this to be on the lower spectrum of wear. I began to immediately question whether tire rotations were being routinely done as part of my regular maintenance. I believe every 2nd service or so was to include a tire rotation. Every service record I have does not state a tire rotation. Kia had assured me TIME and TIME again that they were following proper tire rotations as followed and they had it noted on their records. I had contacted Kumho and was told that they offer no minimum warranty on that series of tires from them. Kia gave me a quote for I believe roughly 12-1400$ for the exact same series tire to be reinstalled. I decided to go with a high performance Yokohama tire and had them installed elsewhere for roughly 500$ cheaper. Flash forward to December 29th my car is in Kia for a routine service. I dealt with Sara at the desk. Making sure a tire rotation was done with these new tires I had installed as I had already put on roughly 7000km already on them. When she also looked back into previous service records on my car she informed me that only 1 single tire rotation was ever performed at roughly the 1 year mark of owning my car. Not overly surprised as that was my feeling all along. Furthermore she began to tell me that tire rotations don't really help with the life span of the tire. And from what she understood a decent tire gets around 30 thousand kilometres. I was completely dumbfounded by this remark. I began to explain that the Yokohama set I had purchased has a minimum warranty of 75 thousand kilometres with proper maintenance (tire rotations). I also questioned that when the single tire rotation was done at the one year mark of owning my car why I was never informed to come back for a retorque within 50 to 100 km or a couple days etc. Once again dumbfounded by the response. Well retorque is an old school thing. The mechanic torques to spec at the time of the install. I have dealt with Joe's tire, International, Good Year etc. I have always been told to come back for a retorque. I have a good buddy who is a very reputable 310s and 310t mechanic in town. I had a conversation with him about everything. And he basically was stating everything said to be was pretty false. A main thing being that not doing a retorque can be a liability for Kia. Ensuring that the lug nuts have not loosened up or tighten up over the course of the next couple days is a must. Now I have sent an email to the owner/president. I have yet to hear back about how this will be resolved. I feel that the maintenance neglect from Kia and even the LIES about doing the tire rotations caused my tires to burn out at a much faster rate. It's tire rotations this time...maybe next time it's something more mechanical and expensive that is missed.
From the moment I called Lambton Kia I had fantastic service. I requested to test drive the 2022 Kia Carnival. When I arrived I was given a warm welcome immediately. I was given an overview of the vehicle and off I went. When I came back from my test drive I was in love with the vehicle. Clark was amazing with getting the paperwork going and giving us an idea of what payments would be. That afternoon Candice had everything ready for us to sign. With how excited I was Candice made sure I had my vehicle that week. The staff were as excited as me when I picked it up. If you are looking for an affordable vehicle and a place where you are treated like family as soon as you walk through the door Lambton Kia is the place to go.
I recently got a recall for my Kia Soul and ended up having my entire engine replaced. Everyone was incredible there, the girls are awesome at the front desk. They kept me posted frequently, I got a loaner car for the time mine was getting fixed, and I walked away without paying for a thing. Definitely going to purchase my future car from them!

I had my 2012 Kia Sportage serviced at Lambton Kia recently and I’ve never had such a thorough pre service inspection of any other service Center before. The service agent, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, was very professional, polite and courteous. We walked around the vehicle to check for any damage, non functional lighting inside and out. She asked me if there was anything I needed to know about the car or service. After my service she even washed the car as well. I would highly recommend Lambton Kia service to anyone.
I had a engine recall on my car. Had to get engine replaced at Kia Sarnia. Worst experience they didn't tighten engine bolts or hook my electronics in steering wheel back up. I told them the problem right away and they said it was my problem. Ended up costing me $3000 dollars from damage from the job they wouldn't finish. Never get a car here or get them to do any work on your car. BUYER BEWARE.

The experience was good when we were looking for a vehicle. They gave us the info we wanted and checked out our 2011 Kia Sorento and gave us a quote for a trade in. They gave us a quote for a vehicle we were thinking about buying and let us walk away without hassle. We decided to purchase the vehicle and came in later to give the deposit, sign the paperwork etc. They told us the vehicle needed to be serviced and would be ready for pick up in a couple days. Our less then adequate experience came when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. They asked us to come in at 10am, my fiance texted a lady we'd been dealing with to ask if he could come in at 11am instead and she replied with "absolutely!". When he arrived they made him wait 20min until anyone looked at or spoke to him. Kind of odd in a car dealership when you're normally fighting the sales people off. The lady he had been texting/dealing with wasn't there and the other staff immediately said to him "we were expecting you at 10" without even a hello. He explained and they said it was no problem. We were told the vehicle would be detailed and it wasn't, there was still dust in it like they barely wiped it down. Over all we felt that as soon as they got our deposit and made the purchase they didn't care about us anymore. Pretty disappointing seeing as we just made a purchase that was over $25,000
