Was suppose to show up to complete an appraisal, after waiting 10 minutes from the scheduled time I called him and he forgot about my appointment. Lack of communication, I sent an email for clarification on his appraisal and he said he bc would get back to me in a couple days... it's a month later and still nothing; I am assuming he will not be replying as he cant justify his reasoning. As well lack of knowledge, I had to educate him on my car as he was giving me values of the same car but different generation of vehicles... I would not recommend
