Staff are super courteous, friendly and try to be helpful. Customer service is exceptional and itself is five stars. I was asked in response to my four star review what could be done to achieve five stars, and to that I would answer this. Find a way, in today's technological world, to repair a single tracer in a rear window defroster without having to replace the whole window. Pretty disappointed to hear that that was the only solution. Hopefully somewhere else, which I was suggested I try, has a more sensible, affordable fix. Perhaps something to consider when I choose my next vehicle...

It's a very poor decision for me to buy a new car from the Fenwick. I am International Student in Canada and I bought a brand new car Sonata GLS from Fenwick and I feel like I made a worst decision ever. Their Salse after Service is Zero. And they just make False promises which they don't fulfill. "If you are an INTERNATIONAL STUDENT don't buy a car from them."

To do a period oil change, the service department is asking to drop and leave the car one day before the service without anyone's attention. I was not comfortable to do so. And I ask them to give me an appointment with proper schedule so that I can leave the car and I will fetch it when ever its done and I don't wanna wait there since my home is just few walks away. And the reply was ridiculous as they are not working like that, and I have to leave the car with them just to do an oil change. Customer is paying for the service and he owns the car and it's not fair that a service center force to leave the car with them for a day.

I have very bad experience with them as according to deal they said you have to pay nothing for first three months as a offer is going on when you purchase a new car. Glenn Fenwick personally contacted me when I previously left a one star review. Glenn gave my car a free service due to the inconvenience, and after the service they had the swirls removed from my paint which were put inform the re-used cloths from their free car washes on Saturdays. I was very pleased that Glenn went out of his way to contact me and make this right. They even replaced one of my windshield wipers and tint on my window that was starting to bubble. Thank you again Glenn for your help.

Omg terrible. Pls save your money go somewhere else. Got sold a terrible vehicle its crapped out after 2 years after keeping up with maintenance already had dumped over 2 grand in it at least. They didn't honor the warranty and tried to sell me something else without getting anything back from what I had purchased. Now my family and I have no transportation. When I spoke to a man named MIKE who sold me the car who at the time was an expert at cars and knew everything when I returned he through his hands up in the air and said "I don't make the cars buddy" had to pay them another 150 just to get it back off the lot. Been with them 15 years was pretty heartbreaking. Again don't trust these thieves

Went for oil change #4 several months ago. The vehicle had 28,000 miles on it. When I picked up the car less than 2 hrs later the bill was $576. Yes that's no bull. They changed the brake fluid, engine coolant, and several other minor checks. The labor alone was $366. At no time did I ask for brake fluid and engine coolant flush. Owners manual says "inspect". Talk to Glen Fenwick and he gave me a big pile of BS, about his experience in the business, and not wanting to void my warranty with Hyandai. Tell me has anyone ever heard of a bill like this with a car that has 28,000 miles? Sent my experience to Hyandai Canada. Heard nothing. Trust me I won't be back unless it is recall work. Big time Ripoff.

I've had several experiences with Fenwick Hyundai and have always had a pleasant experience. Starting with service/parts with my previous car, prices seem fair, the staff are friendly and helpful, and parts always arrive quickly. I recently traded in my previous Hyundai for a new Santa Fe and couldn't be happier. I had several encounters with various sales and financing staff and not only do I feel I was given a fair trade-in on my previous car, at no point did I feel pressured to buy a new car or pay for additional options with financing. I even had the owner, Glen, come check in to share information about the dealership and cars I was interested in I will continue to be a customer of Fenwick Motors and look forward to see which new vehicles Hyundai comes out with in the coming years!
