I purchased a used 1 series from Sarnia Fine Cars recently. I felt that Brad Banks was respectful and knowledgeable throughout the purchase process. Brad even went the extra mile and delivered a set of lock nuts to my parents house after hours as I do not live near Sarnia anymore. Because of this please go and see Brad, he will treat you right.

Having worked at BMW London previously and loving the brand, we decided to make the one hour drive to look at a pre-owned, off-lease X4. Things were just opening up post pandemic and from the time we walked into the dealership and met with Don for our appointment. It was a relaxed, no-pressure environment and experience from start to finish. Adriano and Alex were a pleasure to deal with. It was well worth the drive ! They treated us fairly with our X3 trade and satisfied us with the specifics of the overall deal. A bonus was having former colleague Chloe Trinh who is their new service manager greet us warmly. My wife said the best auto buying experience of her life. We were in yesterday for an oil change and standard maintenance. We noticed some new additions to the team. We were greeted warmly by the concierge drive line attendant Martin and then by Chloe, the service manager. We had a nice chat with GM Don and then Adriano when he arrived for his shift. What a wonderful vibe we got from the environment. It appears to be a genuinely warm and fun place with this new team. We were also introduced to Steve, the service advisor. Smaller dealership that gives you the family ownership feel and we really gravitate to that !

Brought my car in for the first time with a fault message on the dash. I bought it used, out of town as they are hard to locate used. I was treated as if I bought it there. From my initial inquiry, to being put in a loaner and being updated through the text app was all a great experience. My issue was covered by an extended warranty campaign and parts had to come from Germany. They kept me in the loaner the entire time. Extremely satisfied with the service and treatment received.

I use to avoid going to BMW Sarnia because the previous owners and staff members did not seem interested in my business, however I thought I would try again when I heard the business was under new management and thats when I met Martin who is the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with in any public service. Martin makes setting up appointments easy, he is professional, patient and genuine which makes the entire experience much more enjoyable. Because of covid and since now we can do things virtually, I decided to explore other BMW dealerships that are far from me. I live in Toronto and came across BMW Sarnia, and from the moment that I gave them a call I noticed their commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. Chloe the service manager went above and beyond to arrange a window replacement on my X7. I bought my vehicle at a dealer in London and needed to stop immediately after crossing the border to replace the shattered driver side window. I arrived 90 minutes before my scheduled appointment and it was lunch time. Oh oh! The service advisor who answered my call was so helpful and arranged for a technician to work through his lunch. Who does that? Outstanding customer centric service. And they made time for another employee to wash my car. Even though I live in London Ontario, I cross the Blue Water bridge frequently as I own property in Port Huron. Sarnia BMW will be my 1st choice for service in the future. I applaud everyone at Sarnia BMW service department.

First time I had service here. It was incredible. Had a complicated issue with my X5 which required it to be in the shop for about 10 days. I live abroad but am from Sarnia originally years ago. I drove from Toronto in a rented Mini Cooper to visit family in Sarnia. On the way, my side mirror had become damaged and unusable. I did a quick internet search to find Sarnia Fine Cars, who are BMW dealers and service providers. One day I was in there speaking with Kacey Hale and the next day I was in and out with a brand-new mirror on my car. The mirror had to be sourced and then delivered in person by one of the staff. Not only was the experience very quick, but Kacey was very efficient, personable and no-nonsense. My friend and I were made to feel at home by everyone there and were offered Nespresso coffee with the staff's milk in the fridge as well. The person who repaired the mirror in Sarnia pointed out a couple of issues with the car I should look at as a courtesy. I drove away very happy, having wasted no time at all, in a fully-functional and newly-washed car. If I lived there I would definitely buy a car there since I know I would be looked after very well for follow-up visits.

Updated Review: Some car dealers are the greatest actors, but deep inside they are extremely cheap and love money. Below is the last email which I had sent Sarnia Fine Cars and they simply don't care: "You guys sold me tires at a deal because I bought my vehicle from you. These tires did not fit my car. I transported those tires in an 8 hr drive to my city. I unloaded them into my shed to store them until it was the season to put them on. When winter hit, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with a mechanic to swap the tires. After dropping the vehicle off at the shop for the day, I get a call that the tires I had were not the right ones for the vehicle. I picked up my vehicle and was charged only half an hour of labor as a courtesy. I then had to drive this wrong set of tires around and haul them into my shed once again. I don't think I need to tell you how heavy tires on rims are. I had to find new rims and tires for my vehicle in short notice. These cost me >$1000 and I had to wait a few weeks to get them put on. Now, after months of following up with your dealership about this issue I have been having, you are asking me to re-load these tires into my vehicle and drive them half way across town so that they can get shipped to your warehouse. I would also like to remind you that these are used tires we are talking about. I think we have wasted enough of each others time following up about 300$. I am not going to be carrying and transporting these used tires around the city." Absolutely repulsive customer service. Stay away!

I found he had an extreme amount of knowledge on each auto, as he has been in the business for years. Best part was I could talk to him like a buddy and he was honest with his remarks or answers. A regular service turned nightmare when the shop computer crashed and took my M3 down with it. The computer was crashed and it took 3 days to fix. All of this would have been fine and an unfortunate, unavoidable issue however, aside from the service manager (who was wonderful) the 2 other people I had to deal with were rude, condescending and unapologetic. I was considering buying another BMW from this dealer but will go elsewhere simply because of the 2 rude staff members who I believe were in parts and warranty. Such a shame, because the service manager was a dream to deal with.

Had the worst customer service here. Noone seemed to help. Had to go through head office and go through all the hassles to contact President's office to get any resolution of my warranty and a battery that was only 50% of a CPO car, not to mention that thee seat on driver's side was 're-done' and obviously torn at one point. Scam dealership .avoid this place unless You enjoy being robbed and left without a vehicle for 28 days.on multiple occasions .bought a used 2011 bmw 535i from this dealer ship .car had 89k on it at the time of purchase .i have put 31 k onto the car and iv spent about 5 -7000$ keeping it going threw out this journey .i paid 300$ to have door seals replaced because i was told it was the cause of a leak .not 11 months later the cars soaking wet inside the back seat AGAIN.scammed ..They dive threw inspections when doing oil changes .iv had and oil change done .then iv discovered a rear main seal leak not a week later... i waited 28 days for an alternator to be replaced. Iv had a 1500$ phone stolen out of the car while it was in the dealers hands ..they give the car back to me in limp mode .and im trying to get rid of this financial mistake and im looking at at 15k loss .thanks bmw sarnia for the most quality customer service .another dollar in your pocket .and another one out of mine

Sarnia BMW is the gold standard that all dealerships should strive for. I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years and I have never had such a pleasant experience as I have had with my recent purchase. The honesty and kindness is evident from the second you meet everyone in the dealership. The negotiation process is seamless and extremely fair. Don is by far the best General Sales Manager that I have ever dealt with. The entire staff is friendly and greets you with a welcoming smile. I have bought 3 bmws from them so I know. Of course, I did my homework prior to the purchases and nobody could offer what they offered me. Also, their new service team, Martin and Steve, is providing the top class service that are much much better than low class service that you get from Toronto (I am from Toronto). I thought about getting Mercedes and Porshce for my next vehicles many many years but always ended up staying with BMW only because of their great team! Fortunate to have them local!
