Brought my car in for a repair quote on my 2013 Charger front bumper and after 2 weeks and me calling 2x during that time frame for a follow up, he still never got back to me. Don't know how he has a job when he is clearly losing business for them. My other dealings with this place have been fine though.

Pushy salesman don’t give them your email or phone number or they’ll be harassing you constantly with phone calls emails text constantly trying to sell you the vehicle that is 10,000 more then you’d pay probably in London there are even trying to sell your last year’s model more than this year’s model just a total scam place .

Just bought a new truck, so far experience has been ok, as far as dealer goes, will keep it updated as i work my way through this adventure Part #2 ( Aug 30/19) Well picked up my new 2019 3500 today salesman ( Jordan & F&I guy John ) both top notch good experience BUT here's a great cash grab , needed safety for commercial vehicle , was told ( after the fact ) I would have to pay for the safety myself ( that alone is a B.S move ) went to pay at service dept $260 for a commercial vehicle safety ON A BRAND NEW TRUCK , please tell me someone did anything more than sign a PC of paper, and laugh for easy they just made $260 ... And dealers wonder why customers don't trust , like & deal with them after the sale. ANOTHER great example of GREED and just plain stupid business practices ... Best of luck BAYVIEW , you will never see me again other than warranty work. Enjoy the $260 cash grab, it's all you will ever get from my wallet !! Real great first impression your service dept made !!

This review is for the service dept. We were traveling near Sarnia and our engine light came on in our 2015 Dodge Diesel 2500 we were also towing a large boat. So we has found the address after stopping and asking a pedestrian and went straight there at 8 am this past Saturday. We were in a bit of a pickle because the message on the truck said that we could only drive 120 more km and the truck would shut down to 5 miles per hour. My husband went in and spoke to the lady at the service dept. She was very rude from the moment he walked in. My husband explained our dilemna and that we were far from home. She simply said we are too busy to look at it and we only have 2 service men on today. We asked if she could ask if one of them would mind looking at it after they took care of the other customers if they didn;t have any plans after work. We knew it was warranty work but due to our situation we offered to pay extra. She didn't even bother to ask them nor did she offer an alternative dealership until I asked her if she could please look up another dealer as I had no way of looking it up without internet. I practically had to beg her to help us. She reluctantly gave us the phone number and address for a Dodge Chrysler dealership in Strathroy and oh boy what a difference from the moment we walked in the door they were so kind and helpful and luckily for us they had the part that was required and had us back on the road. So I have no idea how the sales team is here in Sarnia but for service I would drive over to Dale Wurfel Chrysler in Strathroy Ontario they will treat you respectfully and fairly. We will never step a foot or recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks to your service dept. secretary with a bad attitude. Please note that another lady came into work and was very nice but the first lady was not.

The sales staff are excellent and very helpful, however, if you have to deal with the body shop, I suggest you stay on top of them and check their work. Not very happy with the body shop but the service department is very good.. Sorry Bayview Chrysler but you need to straighten up the body shop.

I ordered BF Goodrich KO2 tires for my Ram 2500. When I picked up my truck I looked at the tires and they were not what I ordered. The service department didn't even try to contact me about this. Vary disappointed in the service. Now I have to wait 3 to 6 weeks to get the tires I ordered.

Everyone scrambled to help me- no new tires were available, so I was driven home- my spare/winter tire picked up, returned to the shop and changed in under an hour. He’s an amazing asset to Bayview Chrysler Sarnia ! They have always been extremely thorough with any concerns I may have and I leave feel confident that my concerns have been dealt with. I am a PICKY FREAK and they know I only like mechanic Matt working on my car and that’s exactly who does every time (each to their own, but Matt has taken care of me and my vehicles since day one of being a purchaser at Bayview), and I always leave feeling confident. Just recently my 2016 SXT Dodge Journey got broken into with the back passenger side window smashed and without having to get into to much detail, Bayview made me feel confident leaving my vehicle with them. They had to wait for parts (the people who smashed my window ruined my vinyl and leather on my door. Bayview was extremely supportive and very helpful. I purchased a lemon here. A 200s. They in my opinion have done their best to fix it every time but their hands are tied by Chrysler customer care. My tranny has required service 5 times and they refuse to replace it because Chrysler won't reimburse them. Bad customer service. That being said! Dave Orr Jr does his best to keep customers happy even though his hands are tied. It's the brand who I've lost faith in not the dealership. In 2015 I bought a 200s with all the bells and whistles for almost 37 grand. 2 years later they offered me 13 000 as a trade in value... took the wind right out of me. Depreciation like no one's ever heard of before. I love my 200 it's just a lemon. So I'm conflicted lol. The cars awesome the dealership is awesome the brand sucks and doesn't back their cars.

I was buying out a vehicle that we were previously leasing. Although the price was great, it was a headache to get any information from our sales guy. I called multiple times and left messages, emailed etc. Kale, the leasing manager was extremely helpful but the sales manager that we dealt with was very difficult to get a hold of, if he was even in the office. It did all work out in the end, but was frustrating how hard it was to give them our money, especially since it was MY first vehicle. Didnt feel as special and exciting as I would have hoped.

Theyre crooks. They will cut slits in your wires so the wires rot and you are forced to take the car in for a couple hundred dollar diagnosis and repair, they may also drain your transmission fluid

We bought a used Fiat privately and contacted BCD to have a second key fob programmed. They advised us there was an outstanding recall on it as well so I scheduled it all to be done at once. When I arrived, I asked if they could look at the sunroof too because it wasn't opening. They advised that would be an additional $85. When I picked up the car they gave me a quote for $3200 to replace motor and belts. I YouTubed the sunroof issue and found that it may have been a loose screw. So when I took in to my own mechanic for a wheel bearing he took a look (no charge by the way) and it was indeed missing a screw. If BCD had even looked at it they would have seen the missing screw. So they charged my for a service they didn't provide and tried to gouge me for a whole new system that wasn't even needed. The people were friendly and acted respectful but the integrity was pathetic.

Had an exhaust manifold replaced, gasket and bolts 2 1/2 yrs ago. Today had the exact same thing done on the opposite side of the engine. In two and a half years the cost of the repair went up $400 feel like I was ripped off. Not taking my vehicle there again.

the Ram eco diesel truck is a lemon.Whatever fuel savings advertised you end up paying double (1000$ plus) for each frequent repairs for checkengine light ,not least that Chrysler do not carry sufficient parts and expect you to wait over a week for back ordered parts for the fix. you are advised not to drive the vehicle during this time Buy a 60000$ plus vehicle and expect to use rentals yearly ????????

Miscommunication led to me believing that my appointment for 11 am that day meant that I could wait and they would look at the car at around 11 am. Nope, it meant that they would look at my car through the rest of the day?? So at 3:30 pm I get told that my heater core is plugged and needs replacing,’a $1300 job?! I ask if they could try to flush it out and unplug it ? They say it can’t be done. I look on you tube and you definitely can try to backflush the heater to unplug?? Diagram shown to me from service rep. Of the heater core was inaccurate?? Also, there is a way to remove the heater core without tearing the dash apart and charging $1300! They did not charge me for the analysis though. I will try to backflush myself . If this doesn’t work, I will replace it without tearing the dash apart.

The service center at bayveiw is a big joke. They play guessing games with your money and safety at risk. We had a jeep serviced there and it left my wife and our infant son stranded on the highway. I went into confront them they shrugged off the fact that they put my wife and son in a dangerous situation and went on about what MIGHT the problem be after I already spent $1000 to fix the problem in the first place. So I suggest avoid these criminals at all cost.

If there we're an option for Zero Star rating, this organization would definitely get that award! Ever since buying our vehicle there, the after sales service has been horrible. We called the service department last week to ask a couple of questions. The person who answered was reasonably helpful over the phone but said that as there were no appointments available that day that we should just pull in to the drive through service bay which is considered to be for smaller service issues. "Just come anytime he said". So, we arrive there around 11.45am and after explaining the issue, the staff there seem more interested in the fact that it was close to lunch break and right in front of us one guy said to the other " Who on earth tells customers to arrive at lunch time". As if that wasn't rude enough, I had explained the problems we were having over the phone and had also explained that I was fairly certain that I knew what the issue was but that I would like their help as the "Sales Dealership who were happy enough to take our money and bragged about their after sales service" to verify the issue and to resolve it so that we could drive safely on our way. Instead, the service technician tried to make us feel like we had no clue what we were talking about and that we were wasting his precious time. This isn't the first time that they have treated us like this here and even though we purchased the vehicle there, we certainly won't be returning! Would rather drive to another dealership that go to this unorganized hole! Other examples of poor customer service since buying the vehicle - Courtesy vehicle didn't arrive on time to collect me from work to get the vehicle back. So I ended up having to walk. Good exercise which I enjoyed anyway but not the point as we had made arrangements to be somewhere after picking up the vehicle and this made us late. I brought this to their attention and they said that they must have forgot! No explanations, no apologies..... just forgot! How rude! - Arrived at desk to pick up vehicle and after being given my keys, I asked where I could find my vehicle. The girl didn't even look up at me and pointed in the general direction of the parking lot and muttered "over there somewhere" I literally had to go outside and use the panic button on the key fob to locate my vehicle. Other dealerships we have shopped at in the past have had a service team member drive the vehicle up front as you are waiting/paying at the desk. Another dealership had a system where a tag was put on your key stating the location of your vehicle in the parking lot. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE! They don't seem to know the first thing about customer service and neither do they seem to care when you point it out to them! So my advice to you is don't shop there for a vehicle and definitely don't bring your vehicle there for service if you are expecting to be treated like a valued customer. #0/10

What I thought to have been a great experience was shattered by true colours shinning through. Made to believe things that really weren't. You would think after buying 2 brand new cars from here you'd get honest people. Quick version....car needed repairs that would be covered by warranty. Was told they knew something something was wrong but couldn't find it. Told to drive it a bit more to see if problem got worse. Bring car back and get told sorry, warranty has expired. Which I wasn't even aware of. Thought it still had another year. Funny how a tech couldn't find the problem until it was expired. I'd give 0 or negative stars if possible. NEVER AGAIN!!!
