After looking for a new 2015 Corolla in London where I was disappointed about pushy salesmen, I was really impressed by Bob Braun at my local dealership. Not only is my new car exactly what I wanted but between Bob and Glenn's fantastic customer service I really felt like I was a valued customer. They both took the time to explain details of the financing and vehicle that I didn't know and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. This whole process was awesome, and the Saturday car washes are just an added perk!
My partner was in recently looking to buy a vehicle as per the recommendation of my parents who both lease Toyota's through Bailey Toyota. I have never experienced such terrible, unprofessional service. The gentleman (Bob) we dealt with was not the problem. It was another salesman (Thomas) who did not acknowledge my presence whatsoever, came into the room while we were trying to talk numbers and proceeded to go into his lunchbox, take out a sandwich in front of us and ate it chewing with his mouth open. I would assume they have a lunchroom he could have used at Bailey Toyota. He then began to spew sexist slurs about how women should not be police officers because they simply can't handle the job. Also while our salesman was out of the room he came in again asking my partner to get him a job at the plant my partner works at. I will be looking for a vehicle in the near future and although I enjoy the Toyota product, I will not be shopping with Bailey Toyota due to this terrible experience.

We recently decided to downsize from our minivan to a CUV. After a great deal of research, we settled on the 2015 RAV4 XLE. Our shopping, and subsequent purchasing experience at Bailey Toyota was exceptional. Mr Thomas Janzen, along with other staff who assisted us, made the entire process seamless and comfortable. This was our second purchase at Bailey Toyota - we will definitely return to them for our next vehicle.

After several talks and conversations regarding my wife's Highlander and the poor performance of the service department. We are yet to have successful conversation with any of the management team. I highly suggest not bringing your business to this dealership. I feel that their "Management" team does not take accountability for the people they have working for them. I have never seen such a poor preforming customer service department in any business that has been open for as long as they have, its hard to believe in my opinion. If you read the reviews the service department is responsible for the majority of 1 star ratings. It makes it hard to understand where the arrogance that they have conveyed on my calls comes from. they have offered me a free oil change but out of fear that they will mess it up I declined. I will NEVER EVER bring my cars back I would rather go to London any day of the week and suggest anyone reading this consider doing the same. I look forward to reading the comment left by the management team attempting to debunk this review but regardless of what they write there is a reason why I am adding a 2 hr drive to complete any maintenance done to my cars think about it. Or trust them and enjoy finding out the hard way best of luck.

He did everything he possibly could to get her in that car. Thomas was kind, funny,and had a very good work ethic. Glen was a big help too. We recently purchased our first Toyota from Bailey Toyota. The initial visit went very well, and the salesperson, Aren, accommodated our schedule to ensure we were able get the transaction in motion even thought is was approaching closing time. The vehicle did take a bit to arrive, however Ian, the Business Manager, always provided prompt updates as to when it was expected, and accommodated a few changes to make sure the accessories just as we wanted on the vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived, I was happy to receive an email and a phone call to schedule delivery. Upon delivery, everything was as expected, and we appreciated the attention to detail in touring us through the dealer, meeting the service folks, and reviewing the details of the new vehicle. The experience was great, and we appreciate the efforts from everyone at the dealer which enabled us to begin enjoying our new vehicle!
My husband took the car in for an oil change. There were no problems, and the car was finished in the time that was quoted to me on the phone. The car wash was an unexpected treat. My son and I had enjoyable time looking for an SUV last week. After walking away from the Mazda dealership frustrated, we encountered a wonderful salesman named Tony at Bailey Toyota , who directed us to this beautiful Rav4. I was taken by this vehicle right away and Tony was very professional in describing the features of the car, especially as I was test driving it. I was Sold! Ian was extremely helpful by explaining the financing in detail. When I went to pick the car up today, both gentlemen were there to assist. I drove away a very happy consumer. I had bought a car back in September 2014 and I went in for my first oil change shortly thereafter due to it being driven a lot. They had just finished updating their building and the atmosphere was nice. It didn't take very long and there were no delays. The service staff were great to deal with and if I had any issue with my car, they told me they would take a look at it with no problem and had no issue with filling out my car manual to keep track of the maintenance.

I brought my truck in for it's first transmission oil change. I watched the mechanic work on it for a half hour and thought he had finished working on it when it was moved back outside. The service manager informed me the pan plug was rounded off and they did not have one in stock, so they could not finish the job. The problem I have with this it was the FIRST transmission oil change?? If the plug was rounded off the mechanic should have noticed that in the first ten minutes and informed me,but working on it for a half hour then informing me, sounds a little fishy. They were polite to ask if I wanted them to order a new pan plug at my cost and re-book my appointment. First and last time with Bailey Toyota.

He also offered to show me how everything works with the Truck before driving away with it to make sure I am safe and familiar with everything on my drive home. I had gone to multiple car dealerships the same day and by far had the best experience at Toyota. I also wanted a vehicle with a manual transmission, and even though they didn't currently have one made, Brad was able to order and have one delivered in less than a week! You are kidding me correct....!??! We had nothing but a horrible experience with Bailey Toyota and this isn't the first time. Our first time no one could understand that you can raise and/or lower the torsion suspension on any Toyota truck and/or Land Cruiser. Plus when I asked to have my "E" brake loosened up due to the dissimilar metals as they always corrode due to poor design, Bailey Toyota's answer was to change all the parts to new. After picking up my Land Cruiser with none of these things done, It took me about 20 minutes to free up my sticking "E" Brake ( that was 2 years ago and still working fine today) and another 15 minutes to raise my front suspension so that my Land Cruiser sat level. The good news is that I saved a bunch of money that you people didn't get. At that point I swore I'd never bring a vehicle back to Bailey Toyota. The only reason it came there this time was because our insurance company recommended it as it was to be repaired at a Factory Toyota Dealership and done right. Done right....! HA!!!! As discussed with Jason yesterday the condition our Land Cruiser was returned to us after the body work is appalling and almost as if an amateur did the work. The amount of over spray on the truck was insane. I spent 3 hours so far removing over spray with Gun Wash and I am still not finished. The tapping job for the paint work almost appears as it was done by a 6 year old. Paint on trim, places not tapped properly allowing over spray to get where it shouldn't. Paint on my brand new tires, over spray on my bug deflector, rear window, all 3 wiper blades,Sunroof, sunroof deflector, all the black trim on passenger side, the hood appears as it was wiped down with some chemical and is dull looking now with no clear coat?, my detailed engine bay is completely covered in white shop dust, the washing job was never rinsed properly leaving a white Haze on all windows to the point it would be dangerous to drive at night in that condition. AND this is how a professional Factory Toyota Dealership returns a vehicle to a customer...!?!?!?.... appalling workmanship! We will never be back and filling a complaint with the better Business Burrow of Ontario. Reason being, because after explaining this to Jason on the phone yesterday- he never not once offered to do anything about it except speak with the shop. WHAT ABOUT MY LAND CRUISER...!?!?!? Disappointed Customer that will never ever be back. Follow up. After trying to detail the Truck for the first time since it was returned by Bailey Toyota we found many many more flaws in their workmanship. 27 to be exact. We photographed as many as we could and contacted our Insurance company. The case was re-opened and an appraiser is in contact with us. I posted a few more pictures of their terrible work that came out of their body shop. The last photo is from a orbital sander contacting and damaging the window trim. The rest are poor taping/masking jobs. The over spray is difficult to capture in pictures but we did get some that show it clearly as we just keep finding more and more!!!!. Horrible, horrible and completely unprofessional work! The problem with the type of 'Liquid Spray Mask' they use is that if NOT enough is applied the overspray/paint will penetrate it. I found this out after speaking with a reputable body shop and the appraiser himself. It's a soap like product and is less than ideal for a professional body shop. All of my wind and rain deflectors are now ruined due to the overspray and trying to remove it.

Above & Beyond We purchased a used toyota from Bailey's in the spring of this year with no issues until I noticed the clear coat flaking from the front bumper @ 6 months later. I have dealt with many dealers over the years and was skeptical on any repairs being done without digging into my wallet. Well the crew at Bailey's had me eating my words. I brought the car there and had Jeff our salesman deal with my issue with the paint. In a matter of minutes Jeff had the body shop look at it and was amazed when I heard the repair would be fully covered. A few days later an appointment was set up. Upon arrival a courtesy car was waiting for me and was on my way out in minutes. Our car was repaired and on time as promised! The purchasing experience was always professional and we felt that we were paying a fair price for our vehicle purchases. Our current vehicle is a 2008 4 Runner 8 cylinder that has towed our trailers from Atlantic to Pacific and in that time we have always had excellent scheduled service from the maintenance department. They always remind us of when maintenance is due and they have kept the vehicle in tip top condition. I have nothing but praise for this dealership ! If you are thinking of buying a Toyota, you will not be disappointed. ...and did I mention how great the Saturday car wash is !
Very bad customer service.
Went there to look at cars with my wife and encountered very sleazy sales tactics. No prices on any of their vehicles and the sales person couldn't tell us the correct price when asked but was very adamant about knowing where we worked, our budget and working with us on financing and payments. We humored him and sat down to talk after taking a used Sienna for a test drive. High pressure sales continued with no actual price in front of us. Humoring him again we wanted to see specs and price. He finally came back with a spec sheet with MSRP and told us that he would throw in a tow package (LOL). They were seriously trying to sell us a used car with 13k on it and a warranty that only had 1.5y left for MSRP. When we wouldn't willingly hand over 50k he brought in his boss and we got lectured on "how great of a deal this was", "we are saving the delivery fee on basically a new car", "these cars sell themselves" (fooled me, seems like you are trying really hard) and "it might be gone tomorrow", bla bla bla. Two months later, it's still sitting in the lot and a 2 second Auto Trader search showed similar vehicles in London for 10k less with less miles. Trust me there were no misunderstandings here. This was pure predatory sales tactics against a young couple they thought they could scam. I wish I had a hidden camera so I could play back this ridiculous interaction which cannot be fully appreciated unless you were there. Pure sleaze bags. Go elsewhere.

Glen, Jeff and Ian really stepped it up when helping me find a new vehicle QUICK, when my Jeep died out of nowhere. I have dealt with a certain salesman for 12 years and he could't have been more friendly and helpful. Three months before my lease ran out in August this salesman was calling and was most persuasive about me buying or leasing a new car. When in July I told him I was buying out my lease he dropped me like a hot potato. No longer spoke when meeting me at the dealership. The other fellow who handled the sale for me didn't tell me I needed a certified cheque for the buyout and so I had to go to a bank and get one. I got the impression since I wasn't buying or leasing a new vehicle I no longer was an important customer. Not impressed.

I recently spoke to Lisa in service about a key problem with my Tacoma. She responded I'll have to look into that. 3 hrs later I called again. This time she said there is a list of things she has to do. I've been waiting 10 days now for a call back. She must have a very long list of things to do - not getting much done. She does not belong dealing with people. The great people at Eastway Toyota in Windsor took care of my key problem with my call (4pm) to Brad the same day & their call back to me the next morning from the manager Steve with my key codes. We've owned toyotas since 1985. Now we have 3 toyotas & 1 lexus. We have never had such lousy service ever. I know where my service will go when needed when we are in Canada. Ignorant service department. Dismissive when you ask them to address issues with the vehicle and they cant immediately find the cause. Service advisor looked at me like i was crazy. Very obvious issue which any half decent mechanic could diagnose and figure out. Heard mechanic bring keys to service advisor as im sitting in waiting area, overheard him use the 'f' word in description of my vehicle. Was there for 40 mins and heard them talk about all kinds of customers. I think the service guys forget the customers are sitting/waiting on the other side of the wall and can hear EVERYTHING they are saying. I come here because my employer gets vehicles serviced here. Ill do everything i can to get them to change service shops. No idea about sales dept. I hope they are better than service dept.

We recently purchased a 2017 Sienna van and love it. The interior is awesome and I love driving it. This is our third Toyota - Corolla, Camry and now the Sienna van. I love my new 2016 Toyota Prius. It is sleek, gorgeous red, quiet and extremely responsive. I liked it immediately because it had the hatchback I was looking for, but also appreciated the features and new technology. Just purchased a new 2016 RAV4 Limited this Sept. from Baileys. Tried other Competitor's vehicles and decided the RAV4 to be best for our needs. Would like to note that we have had other Toyota models in the past and as machines go with wearable parts we have had no major mechanical issues. - Baileys encouraged our need to make several test drives on different dates which was necessary to get a real sense of the car. -The sales staff at Baileys were very receptive to our needs and eager to work out a good honest deal that included our trade in and accessories. - Follow up has been very attentive; lots of techie controls means lots of help required. - Free car washes on Saturdays will keep the car looking new for years to come.

Met with a sales worker at this dealership this week. I was very excited to hear about the Corolla Cross which was going to be in my budget. The MSRP was going to be $24,000 with an interest rate of 5.6% and I was told that with the vehicle shortages right now that this price and rate would be undefeated. When I told the salesperson that I actually had an offer to sign for a $33,000 vehicle from Kia with an interest rate of %2.99 I was flat out told that Toyota would simply not compete with Kia because Toyota is superior in reliability and longevity and I was shown a chart stating how much money I would be predicted to spend on maintenance in a Kia vs a Toyota over the years. The estimated maintenance on a Toyota was much lower but I told this sales person I was interested a lease, so the vehicle would be under warranty during my time with the vehicle. I just thought that telling me that they would not compete was a very strange approach from a sales person. I thought the whole method of getting a sale would be to compete with other dealers to get my business but either way I signed with Kia later that afternoon. As a side note Toyota is the only dealership out of all 9 that I've visited between Sarnia and London who insisted on coming for the test drive with me. It felt awkward and uncomfortable and I was very close to passing on driving the vehicle in the first place once I found that out, especially after the talk we had inside beforehand. All in all not a good experience but I hope that by leaving such a detailed review maybe some of these things could be improved on for future customers.

I purchased a new 2018 Toyota 4Runner from Bailey Toyota and was very happy with the whole experience. Brian ( Dealer) and Glenn (Sales Manager) were able to find the model, trim and colour I wanted quickly and had it brought in for me. Delivery was great and organized, the vehicle was spotless and Glenn took his time to ensure I was comfortable with the operation of all the features. They also thought of giving me some Toyota gear before I Ieft. Definitely a great car buying experience and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
You will not find a better service department! Constantly going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure 100% satisfaction! After reading the previous review and being a long time customer I felt it necessary to interject as I was present at the dealership when this "gentleman" who has previously commented decided to write something so skewed. I found it very interesting that his wife also showed up to the dealership to apologize profusely for the manner in which he treated the service advisor and for the mistake that was made in dropping her keys in an after hours box during business hours. Aaron, was exceedingly polite in his interaction with her and also apologized for any ill will or misunderstanding as he was simply treating someone as he was being treated. I have had dealings with Aaron with more than just Toyota vehicles and will continue to service my vehicles with Bailey Toyota because of the outstanding team that is the Bailey Toyota Service Department! Went to service my car as one of the headlights was not working, they were very accommodating and during replacement of the bulb they found out that whole bulb assembly had to be replaced, when I mentioned I had a drive next evening they were very proactive to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for reliable service.

Never go here. I went into this dealer knowing which car I wanted and I had a quote from another dealership with the price match (the other dealer didn’t have any cars on site so I would have to wait about a month to order it). I was terribly disappointed at the lack of respect that was used at this dealership. I was a single female who wanted to purchase a car in the lot. Bob Braun lectured me with why I had the wrong price quote, wouldn’t take a second to listen to a word I had to say or take the time to understand what I was saying. He talked over me then got his manger and both men sat there and lectured me on the “impossible” price quote that I had. Not once did either of them try to figure out what went wrong they just continually lectured me on why the price match guarantee was impossible. I left the office with advice to go buy the car elsewhere. I woke up the next morning to a text with an apology and explaining that they in fact had made the mistake not myself or the other Toyota dealer and wanted me to come in to buy the car. I of course said no. Honestly I never thought buying my first new car would be like this. So sad to think that their lack of respect and inability to sit down and help to solve the situation could have been because I didn’t come in with a man on my shoulder.
While driving along my car suddenly developed a loud undercarriage rattle, about an hour before the service department closed on a holiday weekend. I showed up at the door and the service manager (Matthew) took the car in right away. They only had one technician working but had the car up on a hoist and repaired in very little time. Both staff were very professional, friendly and completely exceeded my expectations of what they would be able to do with no notice right before New Years. I'm very impressed and grateful.

I recently purchased my first vehicle, a Toyota Tacoma, from Bailey Toyota and Sales Rep Mike Taranto in particular and I can't say enough about the incredible customer service they offered. Everyone there went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like you were their only priority. I'll never forget how Mr. Taranto put a truly massive bow on the windshield of my truck because he wanted my first vehicle to be special! I recommend them to everyone and they've made life long customers in myself and my family!
On July 4th I brought my 2013 Toyota Highlander to Bailey Toyota to get my drivers side lumbar support fixed, navigation system issues fixed, as well as a knock noise in the front passenger side fixed, I arrived at 8:45am to drop of my car for a 9:00 am appointment, I saw on the sign that the area didn't open until 9:00am, I then placed my keys in the overnight drop box. Around 1:00 that same day my husband called to get an update on my car, as we had heard nothing at this point, the service manager had said that I had not dropped of my car, my husband called me and I told I had and explained what I did with the keys, it turns out I had read the sign wrong and the service department had opened at 7:30, my husband explained this to the service manager on the phone at which time he and the service manager had a very very heat conversation, both men yell and arguing on to the phone unnecessarily, the service manager then decided to hang up on my husband (a practice that well yes it's ok for teenagers, but not professionals) this of course brought my husbands anger to a new level, I then proceeded to go to Bailey Toyota and apologize as it had been my fault because I read the sign wrong, the manager at the point explained to me that he was apologetic as he had acted completely unprofessional and let his emotions get the best of him. We then made arrangements for my car to be brought back once the parts need to fix the car came in. Fast forward to yestersqy july 20th, I drop my car off and said to be back by 3:00, at 3:00 I received a phone call stating that the service department had "bit off more then they could chew" and my car would not be ready until the morning. Today July 21, I called around 10am to see how my car was making out I was informed my that my car was ready as I pulled out of the driveway to go home I noticed that in order to keep my car on the road I had to keep the wheel turned to the left of I wanted it to go straight, I immediately got back the phone with Bailey Toyota and asked to speak to someone higher on the food chain as I was in such shock and disbelief, along with frustration and nervousness. The gentleman on the phone explained that the service manager was unavailable but made an appointment for me to come back at 2:45 that day,I found this be unacceptable and called back and asked to speak to Jason the next person on the chain of command, after many times paging him, he answered and said to bring back the vehicle in which I responded I was in the parking lot, he gave me a loaner car for the time being but made sure to remind me to fill it up back to full, really after the driving back and forth I did to get my car fixed a second time for problems that weren't originally there! I received a call stating that the job had been done and I could pick up my car, to which I did very very frustratingly, on my way home I went to adjust my side view mirrors and noted the buttons that normally pop out of the dash were now set quite far in the dash, here we go again ANOTHER call to Bailey Toyota, at this point I found myself to be vetry annoyed and frustrated as I have now spend my whole day dealing with a problem that were not even the reason I brought the car there! It did take only a few minutes for the to fix the problem, on my way out to the car, Jason the manager gave me a free oil change? Really an oil change! What a slap in the face! I have never been treated this way by a service department in my life. I have no words, I have made the call to Toyota Canada and told them I was logging a compliment with the BBB of which I did. I don't think Toyota wants this to be the face of Toyota in my neighborhood! Please excuse my spelling mistakes still a little shaky with frustration! Also we have a call in for Brwin Bailey to call us, still no word!

Booked an appointment to swap winter to summer tires, fix loose skirting & repair AC. When my wife picked up the van she was told by the service desk that everything but the AC repair was completed. The loose skirting around the van had not been completed. This involved the installation of new clips. When my wife called to inquire why the van skirting had not been completed she was told the clips weren't in stock. This is very difficult to believe as these clips cost pennies to stock. We spent over $1000 to install new AC line in 2014. We're now being told that road salt etc has caused these to fail. Again, difficult to believe that our van AC can run problem free for 6 years then all of a sudden road salt on a brand new line caused problems within 6 months??? I think not. Problems in the past with this dealership. Told them about low fluid levels, they assured us the levels were checked. When we received the van, the brake fluid was still low. Poor service at these dealership.

My husband and I purchased a car from Bailey Toyota at the end of April. Thomas Janzen was our sales advisor and he couldn't have been more of a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable and friendy and worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted and helped us to stay within our budget. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Thomas again in the future. As for the Camry itself....love it! We had a slight issue with the battery within the first few weeks of owning the car. However, the staff at Bailey Toyota service department were accommodating and quick to fix the problem and offer compensation for our troubles. I have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past and my experiences have not been great. The level of service at Bailey Toyota exceeds my expectations and I am happy to continue to bring my business to them.

Such a positive experience at a time where it was needed most. My mom was looking to down size her vehicle (Highlander) and rightfully she was nervous to tackle car buying on her own. She asked me (her daughter) and my husband if we could help her with it – obviously we instantly agreed. We live out of town and checked the market in our area for a vehicle that would suit her needs and narrowed it down to a few. Thinking on it for a bit, we went back online to look at Bailey Toyota’s pre-owned inventory and also found one that would work for her. What became the deciding factor of where we would trade-in and purchase her new vehicle was her previous experiences at Bailey Toyota. And can I tell you, it was most definitely the right move. She was able to trade-in her Highlander and purchase the Rav4 hassle free (even in light of the pandemic) which meant more than the salesman would know. On top of the pandemic, my mom has had to move her husband to a nursing home resulting in her being on her own for the first time. Her car is what takes her to the nursing home everyday to help care for her ailing husband as well as take him to any necessary medical appointments outside the home. To say we needed this to be an easy, seamless and cost effective transaction is an understatement – so thank you. Thank you for taking the time to talk with my mom. Thank you for not using high pressure sales tactics on her. Thank you for taking your time with her when she came to pick up her new vehicle and explaining all functions to her.
