I don't know how this place makes money! Not helpful when trying to purchase a vehicle. They stand around & look at you weird. Trying to get information is like pulling teeth. It was like they made sure you left & didn't come back.

We recently had a scenario where a customer was stranded in Sarnia with a noise coming from under their vehicle. Being hours away we were unable to assist in them. First reached out to a shop we knew and got turned down pretty hard. After checking the Map, we realized there were other shops in the area and decided to reach out. The phone was answer very professionally by a gentlemen name Gilbert. I then told him the situation we had and asked him if he could squeeze in the customer to get them on the road for home. Without a hesitation he told me get the car there and he would take care of them no problem. The customer picked their car up from the one shop that was unable to help and went right there and before they knew it they were on the road for home! BIG SHOUT OUT to Gilbert and AutoMax for the exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend your service any day!!

Extremely easy to deal with for repairs. Great people, shuttle service, rents, buys, and sells vehicles. My favourite place to hold due to a hilarious, but informative, track speaking about the staff at their location. My only negative would be that I would like to have more details on the specifics of pricing. That said, their estimates have never been far off and service is generally very quick. All in all, great place in Sarnia if you ever need anything involving a vehicle.

Fiancé bought a used car and dealt with Tim, Not even a week later the car was making noises when breaking and idling. Also had to wait 4 weeks after getting the car for a fab to be given and the fab was old and falling apart and tim would not call us to let us know when one would be coming in so we had to call everyday as he wasn’t informative or bothered to contact his customer. Long story short we were completely ripped off by automax. They’re cheap and don’t care about customers after you sign those papers and over pay them. The car was inspected at parklane and automax sold it to us with bare tires and a broken break line. Should not have even came close to passing a safety so it shows you they’re safeties aren’t true safeties. I do not ever recommend using automax. I highly recommend talk to andrew at parklane as he will go through hell and back to find you a good deal and will also take care of your needs. AUTOMAX IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM
