First service of my new CX-5, felt they could have at least washed it, as they did at Proberts in London.
The service department is beyond exceptional. They explain everything they do, why they do it, and even show you the parts they replace or take out and take you through how things are working vs how they should work. Just a super awesome group of people! :) 2020: Just bought a 2021 CX-5, Glenn was easy and friendly to work with, had to wait a bit for it to come in because my colour choice was hard to find, but day of delivery was organised and easy, winter tires were installed and the car was sparkling and ready to go! The whole experience was why I wanted to shop local and shop Autohouse Mazda!

Purchasing your first vehicle is stressful enough - let alone during a pandemic! That is what our son faced along with consistent disappointment in the numerous visits to our local Toronto dealerships. Guess what dealers, you need customers more than they need you! As a certified customer experience professional, I was floored at the ignorance of some dealers who could not care less if you were armed with all the facts, market research and comparables in the area and not listening to our car buying needs. My son worked hard for over two years to save 60% of the car's value and we were set on getting good value and great service (while hoping to help him start a credit history). Then we found Kyle at Auto House Mazda. It felt like Kyle transported himself into his teen days and transformed the car buying process into a positive, COVID safe, seamless and best experience. He was patient, explained every step of the process and even ensured that the brakes were in top shape for delivery. He explained that he would not want anything less if it was his son - now that is customer experience done perfectly! It was a 4 hour round trip drive for us to come to beautiful Sarnia and we would do it all over again - in fact, we will skip the hassle locally and make the trip out to Kyle for our next purchase. It was absolutely worth it. Understandably after we found our perfect vehicle, it was a pleasure to tell the other dealers to stop harassing us as we gave our business (and future loyalty) to Auto House Mazda.
Happy with there service department and the customer service of the receptionist, the last couple visits I find my car comes out of the shop a lot dirtier then it was when it goes in, I keep my car immaculate on the inside and outside, recently spent several hundred dollars on a ceramic coat. I always find oil stains in my interior and hood when I come to get the car which is frustrating but understandable considering the oil change, what really annoys me is the sheer amount of bird droppings that are on my hood went to pick up the car, I just feel like it's good customer service that when somebody drops 30k at a dealership and faithfully goes back for maintenance that they at least try to keep the car in as good of condition as it was before it came. Just my two cents, great service, just wish more care was taken while the dealer has my car. The difference between a 3 star and a 5 star, will update if it improves.

Being a younger man, most dealerships didnt take me seriously pulling up to the building in and old beat-up truck. Auto house mazda was professional from start to finish. Very very pleased with the service i received. Talk to Kyle if you need a new vehicle. Hes the real deal

My family bought a car from these guys and a peice fell off of the door. The manager here said he would take care of it because we had the vehicle not even a month, and it was still under warranty. Out of no where, a couple weeks later after dodging our phone calls and ignoring us, we finally got a hold of him only for the guy to say "yea sorry i changed my mind" because he decided in his mind it was our problem and it was not an accident. Who in their right mind does that? Awful customer service. If the car is under warranty they should do something about it but the people here clearly don't care about their customers. The least they could do is fix the door. Very stingy. I won't be reccomending these guys to anybody.

I have bought my last 2 cars, both Mazdas from this wonderful place. Both my vehicles were one owner, return customers to this dealership too. To me that says a lot. They made financing a breeze both times and I am completely converted to a Mazda owner now! Zoom zoom! There is nothing better than feeling like the company you make a big purchase from cares about you being 100% satisfied.

Absolutely the worst place to deal with. Amateur salesman, and no support after the deal. I bought a used vehicle from them, there was a rear blinker out at the time of sale that wasn’t fixed upon delivery so it’s clear they don’t take performing a safety seriously. Had it in once after the fact and it was apparent that they didn’t even look at it, I ended up fixing it myself. The incompetent manager offered to fix it but gave me the run around on scheduling the repair. STEER CLEAR of theses hacks!!!

Today about 1:15pm my husband stopped in as he needs to buy a vehicle shortly. We bought a car here in the past, service has never good but the car was. So a heavy set short male salesman came out and my husband asked about a car and Inquired about rough payments. He said “ what do I look like an Abacus? “ Well maybe let that smart mouth salesman that non helpful comment cost him a sale today! Learn to deal with people in a respectful way. No one has time to deal with that. Mazda’s will never be bought at our house.

We bought our car here 11 years ago and have being using them for all our services since then. The staff are AMAZING!!! They are always friendly, remember you personally and even squeeze us in on short notice when something pops up unexpectedly. The service department guys (I mostly deal with the 2 Johns) are kind enough to always let us know ahead of time when we have a big service coming up so we aren't blindsided financially and ask when I book my appointment if I will need a ride home so I need not wait long when I arrive. Janina (who usually calls for my follow up survey) is beyond sweet! Once we drive our 2008 Mazda 3 into the ground we completely plan on buying our next Mazda from the awesome folks at Auto House Mazda!
I had been car shopping for three months, and at the end of the day I choose to go with the Mazda CX-5. It is a great car, and I typically expect to have to haggle to get the price right. That wasn't the case at Auto House Mazda. Kyle Wiens provided a great price off the bat, and was very accommodating as we were able to get the deal done almost 100% over the phone due to a COVID situation in my home.

Purchased a new vehicle from Autohouse a week ago. Our salesman Kyle was extremely helpful, no pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we ended up purchasing.. The owner/manager a few days later solved a minor problem by looking after it personally. If the vehicle is as good as the customer and sales service at Autohouse I will be a returning customer. Kudos to Autohouse and their staff. I believe this is the best new vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. This week my wife and I were treated to the congeniality of this Dealership and again dealt with Kyle and the owner Chris who were as knowledgeable about our new CX5 GS as they were with our previous Mazda Mazda 3 GS. Everything went very smooth, no pressure and a few hours later we were making the deal and a very good deal it was. As we age we found we needed to get into something a little taller, larger and a little easier to slide into along with some extra bells and whistles This new vehicle is the right fit for this time and at the right price. So, again Kudos to the management and staff at Autohouse Mazda for their expertise and their "welcome mat" approach to a returning customer. If life turns out right we will be back!
The service staff is so friendly, accommodating and are great at communicating and explaining what’s being done to your car and finish their work very quickly. I have always really enjoyed bringing my Mazda to be serviced here. The sales staff not so much. I’ve tried purchasing a new car from them twice. Firstly, they had no working printers for over 2 years because I could never get any information on their offers to bring home with me. I was told both times to write down what they were going to offer me if I wanted to compare the difference financing options. Secondly, the gentleman I’d have to deal with would lie to me about the numbers. When I would confront him on his “math mistakes” he’d become condescending and defensive. I ended up going to London to purchase a Mazda.
