I drive from London to this dealership every time I need service because I prefer them over any Honda dealership in London! They are always professional, friendly and courteous. They’re friendly on the phone to schedule, I get text reminders for my appointments, drive my car into the garage and we complete a safety check together before handing it off to be serviced. I couldn’t be more pleased. The salesmen are all wonderful as well. Keep it up!

Just purchased a vehicle here, my wife and I both were very impressed with the customer service. We dealt with Brad and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy whatsoever. In our experience we found other local dealerships were almost annoyed by any questions or concerns and we felt as if we were bothering the associates and didn't feel welcome at alot of the other dealerships. Brad took time to welcome us before the dealership was even open but again was not pushy at all. Curt went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and seamless for us, again outstanding customer service all around ???? We were offered to sit in the waiting lounge instead of on the sales floor (no other dealership offered this to us) which is comfortable, you have a view of the shop so you can see your vehicle being serviced (clearly nothing to hide in the shop with literal transparency) and there are lots of beverages to choose from. We understand that we didn't go to hang out in the lounge and make friends but you get a real good feel of what your future experiences will be like by seeing how much care and effort they put in, and everyone we dealt with at Auto House Honda treated us very well and went out of their way for us. Overall this was our best experience at a dealership hands down. Thank you again to everyone who helped us and we look forward to buying another car here in the future.

Autohouse Honda has been servicing my 2018 Accord since I bought it and I have never had anything less than fantastic service. I have always found the prices reasonable and the quality of the work has never been in doubt. I had my car in today getting it ready for winter and some shiny new rear brakes, dropped it off last night in the night drop and they were all done by 11. Fantastic service from the service adviser John as well! If you have a Honda or want a Honda, I would definitely recommend these folks!

Took my car there to get an oil change first they want to check all the lights and stuff I didn’t need any of that stuff done . Then trying to find anything and everything..then telling me to do a whole bunch of stuff I don’t even need to do..I asked them to do was make sure the shroud was hooked back on because it keeps falling off because it was just hooked on with zip ties from the last time they did the oil change , I wanted it reinstalled the way it was when I got the car .. but no I drive to Chatham and it falls off again .. plus i had an appointment and they took the car somewhere and came back 1/2 hour later . Then it took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil ... what the !!! Should of just done it myself ... never going back ...

Their service department either doesn't care at all, or doesn't care unless you bought your car from them. I have a BRAND NEW 2019 Civic still under 1000km that had a "Fuel Emissions Problem" check engine light on already. I booked a service appointment here to have it looked at and was told by the service manager that Honda had indicated to them it was a known issue with '19 Civics and there was nothing they can do... pretty much told me to just ignore the error and to beat it. I wouldn't have really had an issue ignoring the error on an expert's advice except it was limiting functionality in other ways (such as disabling the remote start feature) so ignoring it wasn't something I was willing to do I then decided to call up London Honda where I bought the car and after some research they indicated that there was a software update available to fix this known issue and to bring it by for a half hour software update. Since I was already planning to go to London to visit friends this happened to not be a problem but otherwise this would have been 2 hours of extra driving just to get proper service It's 2 days later and as of now the message is gone and this simple software update fixed it.... I just cannot wait for many years to come of having to go all the way to London instead of going here because I now know you get different (lesser) service here

Excellent staff and great service department. Not the easiest to deal with when it comes to a new purchase as they tend to stick as close to MSRP as possible. Easier to get deals elsewhere but service here is excellent. Just drive on in and if it is a short appointment they have a great lounge to wait in, probably one of the best I have seen recently.

Left my car for service and had a broken windshield when the car was picked up. They would not own up to it and $500. (Deductible) later. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. if my car broke down in front of Autohouse dealership I would have it towed to another dealership. Autohouse will never touch my car again.

Although the performance for repairing was excellent. The service with the shuttle was not accurate: They dropped me home just fine, but when they were going to pick me up the shuttle left saying that I was not there to be picked up. I called them (25 minutes after the time agreed) and they did not provide any solution, I had to pay a taxi to get there. As I said, the service within the dealership is very good but adding the taxi charge and my time wasted provoked a negative experience this time. I lost 1 hour waiting for them, waiting for the taxi and getting there (As most people, I have a busy life).

One of the worst experiences on Tuesday Called on Monday and told that I checked my air pressure in tires but light still on I requested appointment Was told it was a simple problem to come after 10 am and it Would be taken care of When I got there after leaving children with babysitter they wasted time checking pressure told me I had to schedule appointment I argued snd said that’s why I called the day before The clerk was highly rude The service man was ignorant and pretending to know nothing The service manager told me to come back at 230 told me it would be less than one hour Came back at 220 left children with sitter After one hour told for 150 dollars they would replace sensor but it would take more time I had to leave due to children issues I have used this place before and never have I been treated so rudely and with a complete lack of respect for people of their time I came to Sarnia to spend time with family instead wasted over 2 hours at this place with nothing fixed Their complete incompetence and rudeness I was almost in tears no consideration for others or their time or people’s family or their lives Also highly dishonest and not credible On their stories Said one thing and did another I highly do not recommend anyone to go there

Cheap chewing gum and cheap people are always good in the starting! They say 50 years of loyal customer base. But it's a 50 years of agitated and helpless customer base as there's only 1 Honda dealership in/around Sarnia! I used to have my Accord maintenance done by Autohouse. But the last time they came out pathetic. Maintenance was for breaks, tires and oil change. After the maintenance, the car was not washed properly. System notifications about my car still has same issues. Though I updated the car system as it was asking for. And I am a new to Honda Accord, they started blaming me rather. On top of all, without looking at my car they said I'm a liar. A sheer shitshow to ever get into. Can't write everything here so adding all the photos here. Autohouse is a parade of jokers making joke of Honda since 50 years. One more Honda dealership around Sarnia, truth about a loyal customer base will unearth.

Terrible customer service. The service advisor (or BDC rep or whoever) I spoke to was unbelievably rude. I called asking for an appointment to replace a key for my Honda Civic. She told me that she was “unable” to speak to me without writing down my name, phone number, and email address. I then asked her for how much it would cost for a key to which she rudely replied “I don’t know. You have to come in and talk to service. I will only make appointment for you”. I am sorry but if you are a service advisor and you cannot tell me how much a simple repair such as a key replacement costs, you need to find yourself a new job. Then when I asked her if she could ask someone who knew, she repeatedly kept saying “When are you bring your car in?”, completing ignoring my question as if I was obliged to bring my car into this Honda dealership. I hung up the phone and booked an appointment with another dealership to get a new key. I have worked in sales and service departments at dealerships, and I have never come across an employee who is rude to this person’s level. If you want to be disrespected, this is the dealership for you.

I was interested in a car, and the salesman said he would hold it for me for a day so I can make the drive up and buy it. While I was driving (I drove 2.5 hours) he emailed me and said the car was sold, didn’t even call me. Didn’t see it until I got to the dealership. When I walked in and asked for the salesman and the car, another employee said he wasn’t in and he had just sold the car. Very disappointed, waste of a drive and will never come back.

Terrible Parts department and would not return my call. Called 2 days previous to order parts as we were without a vehicle. Called 4 times that day throughout the day and each time I left my number and reason for calling to the secretary. I finally got through on the 5th call. Oh and I had the part numbers for them to order so there tough job of looking up parts wasn't too hard for them. I finally got through, gave them the part number and they ordered and said they will be in tomorrow and would call me, 2 days later no call back. I called and got the secretary and left my name and number each of the 3 times ,before noon with no return calls. Its a disgrace that Honda allows them to be a dealership. I wouldn't buy a pack of crackers from this terrible dealership!!!

I used them for many years. Just normal dealership, nothing bad and nothing to write home about. Last week I had very bad experience though. They wanted to charge me more then what they advertised service for. On the top of that, they recommended changing wipers. However, I replaced them a week ago with the ones from Canadian Tire. Makes me wonder what else they recommended to be changed and it was not needed.

Terrible Experience, My elder parents went in for an oil change. A gentleman my the name of John explained that if my mom did not get brakes adjusted she would void her warranty. They then added 75$ for fixing a tire my mom did not ask for and charged brake fluid flush that should be done when the car is 3 years old. My moms CRV in only 2 years old. Scammers at this dealership avoid at all costs. I am writing a letter to honda head office.

UPDATE: Talked to Lynn Whitesell today. Told her what happened. She said she would ask Service Manager to give me a call - No call yet... Went to dealership to change the oil. 20 minutes in, I was told what else was wrong with the car. I was told that brake, transmission and rear differential, fluids are all dark and had to be replaced (see the picture). I question them and told them that transmission and rear differential fluids were changed 2 month ago in different Honda dealership. No respond. Attached picture is transmission fluid 5 minutes after appointment - can not be cleaner. Why the dealership thinks we don't know anything about cars and they can rip us either way they want? Why this dealership does not have a contact person to talk about this on their web site? I can show you bill from another dealership if you want. Huge disappointment.

Update: Was contacted by manager - said he would get back to me - that was in March. Now May. Went in for brake noise and told if I brought it down by noon, I could have it back that day. Fast forward next day at closing and still working on it due to shortage of mechanics. All new rotors (replaced a year before) and pads, I drive 10 feet and the same noise is happening. This after the tech said he had a great ear and suggested I replace some other unrelated part he heard making a noise. I turned back into the shop and stood there for two more hours while they fixed them again. Also, the pads were a year old and original Honda parts with a lifetime warranty that they wouldn't recognize due to some technicality. Not usually one to write reviews, but after they called me a couple of times for my story, I wrote them and haven't heard back since.

Service after Covid19 almost non-existent. You need to call 3-4 time to get an appointment. Be prepared to be put on hold. When your entire service department is being handled over the phone you need to get somebody who sounds a little happier or concerned about customer service to answer.

While going to ask for a status in a bill, at 45 mins past my promised leave time, Don, apparently the owner, put his finger up to me when I was asking about the status and if they forgot about me (since my oil change was done 45 mins ago, and I mean completed and car in the parking lot) When I asked him, again he continues with his poor behaviour telling me to look at my phone. A link with the bill will arrive there. (Never came, reception/service guy came out after another 15 mins). Understand this is the new(ish) owner. This was objectively and incredibly rude. It was also clearly meant to be rude. Sad. The receptionist/service desk guy was great. While my car was in service was considering moving forward in a loaded pilot with Tom. Tom was also great. I guess after buying 2 Honda's there, I'm out. Can't imagine anyone wants to work under this guy. Poor team at Sarnia Honda. BTW, for that team, there is a labour shortage. No need to spend your working hours working for a tyrant. Look around. It's always greener than working for someone like that. Enjoy your life, work for great management. If he's like that to me, a paying customer, I can't imagine what he's like to you.

Absolutley love this dealership! My wife and I just recently purchased a new CR-V from Auto House Honda in Sarnia. I shopped around for pricing at other Honda Stores, but I received the best deal from Auto House! They didn't ding me for any extra Admin Fees, Tire Nitrogen etc. like the other dealerships tried to do. Everyone I dealt with in the sales dept. was very knowledgeable & pleasant to deal with. Thank-you for looking after us! We will definitely come back for our second Honda in the near future!

Ordering parts from the dealer is healthful as soon as I brought my car for service they would not allow me to leave it with them to worked on and I had to be back the next day to pick it up I drive transport truck I can't be back the next day they're asking me to lose money to have to pick the car up lose a day of work
