I was told everything was ready for me to pick up the car and I drove 2 hours to pick it up but when I got there they forgot to have the winter tires ready and parts was closed at that time. So I drove back without the winter tires and when I called expecting them to tell me they will ship it to me or a nearby dealership they said I would have to pick it up myself even though it was not my fault. After going back and forth they said the best they could do is meet me halfway so I had to drive an hour to pick up the tires even though it was not my fault. Very disappointing customer service.

We just purchased a used vehicle from Planete Mazda and our experience was great from start to finish. The car we bought was exactly as advertised on the website. It was in great condition and cleaned to a point that it looked like new. We dealt with Hugo Bastien and received amazing customer service. He was courteous and sincere and not at all pushy like most other salespeople we have dealt with in other dealerships. He answered our questions and when he was not certain of the answer, he would try to find out instead of giving us a false answer. He said that he would look for winter tires for us but could not promise anything. Yet, even after the sale was made already, he surprised us with the tires when we returned to take possession of the car. We are satisfied customers and would recommend this dealership to anyone (ask for Hugo ;) )

We bought a pre-owned vehicle couple of days ago at Planete Mazda. The overall experience was pleasant. The sale representative, Mr. Michel Turgeon, was very friendly, customer-oriented and accommodating to our schedule (for test drive and taking possession of the vehicle). The vehicle we purchased was delivered in very good condition and price was great (after doing a month of shopping around...) The used car information on Planète Mazda's site differs from the same listing on the central Mazda.ca site (which says certain cars are CPO, while the Planète Mazda site says the same car has only a month of warranty). The Planète Mazda website encourages people to fill out a contact form to get information about specific listings and to receive trade-in value estimates. We live an hour away and so we do not want to drive there for nothing, so we filled out their form (in English). We received a response several hours later that said "il est préférable de venir nous le montrer pour évaluation pour plus information" (in French, which is fine, if the response had bothered to answer our questions instead of wasting our time!!). Seriously: don't you think we would have come in to look at the car ourselves it that was a convenient option for us? Don't encourage people to fill out a contact form -- with a giant blue "Request more information" button -- if you're not going to respond properly to their questions. There is almost always a good reason that a potential customer chooses to first seek information by email. Whatever language you want to write in, just answer their questions. It's that simple.

(Translated) After paying for full inspection + full brake maintenance on under 3 sport 2019, 4 months later when I changed my tires I was told the rear wheels are jamming (mechano over there confirms that it was not done as he need) brake maintenance, after we rebuilt under warranty, but only the rear. I am now stuck with the same problem forward, but worse, the discs are crooked which makes when I brake the steering wheel vibrate worse braking distance and not like before, and I was told by the service director himself, that the forward brakes sound okay, when he hasn't even checked himself. Very disappointed I don't even sit back there Avoid every time (Original) Apres avoir payer pour inspection complet + entretien frein complet sur under 3 sport 2019, 4 mois plus tard à mon changement pneus je me suis fait dit les roues arrière sont jammer (mechano là-bas confirme que ce n’a pas était fait comme il faut) besoin d’un entretien frein, suite l’on refait sous garantie, mais seulement l’arrière. Je suis maintenant coincé avec le même problème en avant, mais plus pire, les disques sont croche qui fait quand je frein sa vibré le volant pis distance freinage et pas comme avant, pis je me suis fait dire par le directeur service lui même, que les freins en avant son correct, quand il a même pas vérifier lui même. Très déçu j’asseye même pas retourner là-bas Évitez à tout coup

I usually do not write reviews, but this one merits it. Leased and purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, initial process was smooth and with no issues whatsoever. After sales, its a whole different story. I was rudely addressed with the service manager regarding an issue with one of our vehicles during regular service. After complaining and taking the matter to upper management, was treated ever worse and literally told to go elsewhere. And so I did, much happier on the other dealership.

Le jour où j'ai mon rendez-vous pour faire les réparations j'amène mes pneus d'hiver pour transférer mes rims sur mes pneus d'été, à la demande du concessionnaire, car les mags qui sont sur mes pneus d'été ne sont pas des mags Mazda d'origine, je dois donc remettre l'auto avec les pneus d'été et les rims d'origine. Quand je retourne chercher ma voiture on a posé mes pneus d'hiver sur l'auto malgré que j'aie expliqué 2 fois ce qui devait être fait. De plus, l'auto de courtoisie qu'on m'a prêtée n'était pas nettoyée malgré la Covid. Il y avait un kleenex usagé sur le plancher et une vieille facture qui trainaît. Tout ça pour dire que je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec Planète Mazda!

I had a bad experience with the seller’s name Hogo. He offered 4 winters include in the car sale, however, one of tires was bad. I didn’t know until I went to mount it on the mags. I went back to him, but he didn’t do anything, he tried to avoid me. He didn’t take any responsibility as seller. He even suggested me to drive with the bump tires. How bad is that? In the end, I got help and offered another 4 winters from the seller which is not his problem at all. But he helped me to find a solution. If you need to deal with seller with this Mazda planète, just don’t go with this Gus name Hugo.

Worst experience at a dealer. The women that served us refused to speak English. Was very condescending and spoke badly about other dealers. She said her dealer is the best and more expensive because they give better service and take better care of their cars...I think that is pure bs. This was another Mazda dealer!!!! So was she saying Mazda dealers do this? We did not enjoy our experience here at all and ended up buying somewhere else.The salesman was very condescending throughout and kept telling us to "check his google reviews"(as if we hadn't already, and also, we are not staking our car purchase on their google reviews, sorry). He made us feel rushed from the second we walked in, stating he had another customer in an hour but "we could get it done". This was despite the fact that we had booked an appointment and not at a time that was more convenient for us because the salesperson on the phone didn't want us to come in their Saturday rush period (we sat in traffic for almost an hour). Ultimately we bought the next day from a nearby competitor who offered us a better price and a better warranty for the same vehicle, same condition, same year, within 10,000 km mileage, plus new winter tires. We walked in very motivated to buy but our experience did not make us feel confident that we were getting the best price nor that they were being fully transparent with us, and we ended up buying from a competitor. We will keep this in mind for our subsequent vehicle purchases.

Horrible after sales customer service, during the covid lockdowns they led us to believe that notes were written in our file so that when we could finally come in for an inspection it would be covered under the warranty.. finally after inspection (several months post warranty).. they tell us the problem is covered, not to stress and that the part is on order and they will contact us for an appt when it comes in.. that was 8 months ago and several un answered messages.. now they are refusing to do the repair.. file is open with Mazda Canada and the consumer protection office.. this place looks great and they sweet talk everybody but as soon as you sign the paperwork your on your own!!!
