Met Jean-Francois to buy a CR-V... Wow what a poor salesperson. Was not interested in making me try the car. Gave me the keys, told me to go try it with out him. The car had no gas at all... How can you try a car of you don't know how far you can go before you run out of gas. Will never buy or recommend Honda Blainville. Worse expérience ever. You're better off buy a Hyundai right next door where they treat their customers with respect. The Tucson was more confortable and a better drive then the CR-V.

My experience has been poor at best, I would never buy at Blainville Honda again. The salesman Antoine lacked integrity on various fronts. First he stated the vehicle is still under warranty and the vehicle follows the new owner when it isn’t the case. Secondly based on Antoine recommendation of picking me up at the Blainville Station he stands me up. I took his advice and planned the pickup a week in advance and I contacted him 30 min prior to my arrival, and he still doesn’t show up. Not professional Antoine spent more time defending himself then taking accountability. Thirdly the vehicle was to meet road safety standards, and the moment I had it looked at in Ontario, I needed to spend $600 to get the brakes done. I spoke with the manager Guislain to address my concern about the warranty and he said he would look into, 2 month since the purchase and still no follow up from Guislain. Just sent an email to the general manager 2 days ago Yves still no answer. I strongly discourage anybody that is looking to purchase vehicle out of province please avoid Blainville Honda.

Y a t’il deux classes de clients ?? Sinon, ils proposent le raccompagnement, mais il faut accepter de perdre son véhicule pour la journée ! 3- Avoir une réparation de 45 min. attendre 2 h, car il y a eu des meetings dans le garage ! Cet endroit manque de professionnalisme, le directeur du service client ne rappelle pas les clients et à chaque visite on vous envoie un courriel pour demander de mettre un 10/10 à tous les items !
