I bought a car at this dealership just last week. The young sales person Mathieu was wonderful. However, the finance director Sébastien wasn't, who tried hard to sell me anything (insurance, warranty etc.) he could. I signed up for Nissan Platinum warranty where it states on the contract than I can cancel the policy within one month with $50 admin fee. I talked to Sébastien today as I wanted to cancel the warranty, but he is telling me that the finance interest rate will go up if I cancel the warranty. I do not find any such condition on the contract documents I signed. I'll keep following on this until I reach to the bottom of the matter. I'll never step into this dealership again.

Je l'ai apporté au département du service, on devait le vérifier avec moi, le mécanicien a fait sa vérification seul, et je n'ai jamais pu avoir une copie de son inspection avant de quitter. Un conseiller au service m'a rappelé pour m'informer qu'il me commandait un shock et qu'il me rappelait pour un rdv qu'il devait commander la pièce!? on parle quand même juste de shock avant sur un de leur véhicule les plus populaires… j'attends toujours son retour depuis le 19 décembre… Je suis moi-même mécanicienne depuis plus de 15 ans et j'ai vérifié la suspension le lendemain de ma visite au service, les 2 shocks sont complètement défoncés. Pour l'instant j'ai contacté mon vendeur pour lui mentionné qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un shock mais de 2, j'attends toujours un retour de sa part. J'espère qu'il feront la réparation complètement et pas seulement la moitié et que cette fois-ci ils installeront des pièces de qualité. C'est dommage d'attribué une telle note alors que le service du vendeur d'occasion Tristan et de Laurent Biton ont été impeccable.

Je ne sais pas si Nissan doutait de la crédibilité d'une dame de 70 ans ou si simplement ses mécaniciens ont besoin de lunette...mais c'est extrêmement dangereux. Il va sans dire que c'est un risque qu'elle ne prendra plus. Les locations chez Nissan c'est fini. La confiance est rompue.
