J'ai modifié mon avis et je l'ai augmenté car après un courriel expliquant la situation embarrassante (causée en grande partie par le représentant qui a été congédié entre temps), Laurier Mazda a bien voulu procéder à l'échange des pneus et de quelques pièces, malgré que le véhicule était dépassé de beaucoup la garantie de vente dans l'usagé. Je n'énumère pas ici tout ce qui s'est passé car ça ferait un téléroman et je suis conscient que plusieurs clients doivent être satisfaits de cette entreprise car Groupe Saillant possède une bonne réputation à Québec. Par contre, mon expérience ne fût pas agréable, mais je tiens à préciser qu'ils se sont très bien rattrapés.

Heureusement, ils ont été corrigés après constatation et un peu de temps. Bref, compliqué à mon avis pour la livraison d'une voiture neuve, j'ai été déçue du service.

Mauvais service du vendeur en plus, aucunement professionnel. Allez acheter votre véhicule ailleurs !!
