Service was prompt although it took longer than usual as it was a major undertaking. The service manager himself, Chris, delivered my vehicle right to my house, now that's service! I would like to thank St. Thomas Ford Lincoln for the extremely positive experience I had buying my 2012 Ford Edge Limited. I was looking for a very specific model and trim which I found at St. Thomas Ford. Brandon was very helpful and offered to stay back if we could not make it in time to the dealership. I'm really disappointed by your service this time. Usually you guy's are good, on time and what it need to be done with my car. This time, it took 3 hr and half just for rotation of tires with rims. And oil change. Argue that the nuts from the tires where in bad condition and that's why they took that long. I was charge 90 dls for all the ones for 4 tires. Some of them where still in good condition to used. I feel like I was cheated there, but its ok. Since last time they told me about the car need to get change some part but its to much money so I been holding on that. My point with this is like they are trying for what ever reason to charge more and more and more with things like the nuts and filters. This would be the last time I go with you guys. This happens last time with the brakes they told me that they where really bad and need to change, give me the budget and I save money to do them and when I took the car to do them they did the adjust to them and say you have 6 month at least for the change on them. That's why I don't believe any more on you guys. It's a shame that one time it's good and 1 time it's bad on your service and what you guys try to charge and say to the people on there service. Hope you guys have good business but for me it's a NO ANYMORE. would look for someone that its not trying to charge me more for what I need on my car.

Had my vehicle serviced here. I am impressed by how quickly this dealership was able to schedule, order in and fix my vehicle. Made the drive in from London worth it. The dealership i usually go to wasn't able to schedule me in until 230pm while I was seen at 10am here and had my issue fixed (flat tire requiring new tire) by 3pm. They were very prompt and upfront about price. Staff, especially Randy, were courteous, polite and professional. Would come here again!

This comment is for Fix Auto. I don't know the nature of the affiliation to Ford Lincoln. My insurance recommended Fix Auto to repair my vehicle after a fender bender on Christmas Day. FA did a great job with the body work on the rear fender, but they failed to notice that the proximity sensor was permanently detecting an obstruction causing the warning alarm whenever the vehicle was in reverse. FA ordered a part and a week later received the wrong part. We're now waiting for the correct part. Overall experience with FA is positive, but the initial oversight and the wrong part issue is dragging the process on longer than I'd like.

We are very disappointed with St. Thomas Ford dealership. We purchased the Ford maintenance program and The dealership would not address issues until the warranty period was over. We contacted Ford Canada to get assistance but they were unwilling to help. Needless to say we’ve had the vehicle in to the mechanics for a repair 2 days after the warranty expired.

The service reception that I talked with on the phone was pleasant and able to book my F150 in for service quickly, however that's where it stopped. Once the truck was dropped off the ride promised to get us didn't appear as promised. The shuttle driver was off sick. My wife had to walk home to carry on with her job. When I called to find out the status of the truck, the service advisor told me it was done and was very pleasant. When I picked up the truck I was handed the keys and was told it was out in the lot, no review of the work done or what happened to cause the issue. Over all a mediocre experience at best.

We were visiting St. Thomas when we got a screw in the tire and it was leaking fast. We're over an hour away from home and a major highway between here and there. Plus we wanted to be in the St. Thomas car show that was starting in a few hours (we were driving a 1949 Dodge sedan). We first went to Canadian Tire and the guy there was a snob and basically couldn't be bothered with us. Everything else was closed. I called the dealership with fingers crossed and Steve got us in right away. Less than 30 minutes and we were out. Even though they were closing soon. They were all super friendly, interetered in the car, and very reasonably priced. We we're expecting double what they charged us. They provided us with water and coffee too.

People are friendly work gets done when they know what to do but my truck still isnt fixed the mechanic said drive it a couple more weeks maybe whatever is rattling will break then we will know exactly what it was but dont purposely drive it at the speed it rattles so I will be taking it back in 2 weeks i guess and I hope I get a better answer

I would never take my Ford or any car for that matter to St.Thomas Ford. They had my car for 10 days and didn't do the recalls they were suppose to do. Oh buy they did the other work that they charged me for. No rental. Had to walk home. And walk to get my Ford from Ford. And they owe me $ still from the other recall that I had to pay for. I went out and bought a dodge. I will drive my Ford with the recalls until the wheels fall off. But I will not be returning to St. Thomas Ford. I was lied to then called a drunk and or a druggy for miss naming a person. Then was told they would call me back on Monday and never did. GM general manager is Steve Retardo and never go to St. Thomas Ford ever!!

I have written Google reviews in the past. They have been written for my thoughts on either inadequate, poor, or suspect business practices, but I have also written reviews for great service. This is one of those. No one ever wants to have a catastrophic failure of their vehicle. It usually means a lengthy wait to get it fixed and huge dollars. Recently, I had a catastrophic engine failure on my Ford Escape. It came as a huge shock that my Escape had encountered an engine failure at 136,000 km. It was outside the warranty. The issue was an uncommon, fail of the head gasket that allowed coolant to leak into the engine. This is not something that should happen to a vehicle with low kilometres, especially when the oil changes and other maintenance is done on a routine basis, so I know that’s it was a fluke. I decided I would get it repaired because I liked the Escape and it suited my needs. Rather than get angry and say something I couldn’t take back, I made the decision to speak with the St. Thomas Ford/Lincoln Service Manager – Chris Furtado. I sat down with Chris at Ford and laid out my case. Chris was very supportive and he knew how long I had been dealing with their shop, and so, he also knew I was a loyal client. Chris told me that St. Thomas Ford Lincoln would certainly support my repair. He went a step further and wrote a strong letter of support to Ford Canada and urged them to also step up to the plate. Several days later I got a call from Chris saying that his letter of support had paid off and Ford Canada was going to contribute by installing a new engine in my Escape. My portion of the costs immediately dropped by 75% of what I was originally expected to pay. It’s never a happy time to have your vehicle need major repairs, especially as a senior on a fixed income. I can’t express how pleased I am that Chris Furtado took the time to review my case and “do the right thing”. Integrity is out there in the business world, but sometimes it’s hard to find. In this case, I was lucky to find someone with a high degree of ethical responsibility. STFL certainly has the right person doing that job. My thanks go out to Chris and his team at St. Thomas Ford Lincoln.

Send me a message a week before my appointment to remind me but then she can’t be bothered to let me know that they decided to close that day instead therefore letting me waste an hour and a half out of my day plus the fuel, etc. Completely unacceptable in my eyes. The garage itself would be a five star but the female handling booking appointments for the garage doesn’t even deserve one star in my eyes..

I had very little heat and very little defrost and it was diagnosed that my heater core had failed. I received a good explanation from Sue the service representative and a further explanation for the mechanic. Sue then secured a loaner vehicle for the two days it took to resolve the issue. I give the Ford dealership top marks for the repair and the customer service. Although I am VERY disappointed in the design of the the heater core system that resulted in a very high labour bill due the fact the dash had to be removed and it was a difficult repair. Maybe Ford didn’t think a customer would keep a 2011 Escape this long. Better engineering would of made this repair cheaper. I had no choice but to fix the situation since heat and defrost is a necessity in a cold winter. Steve Barnes

Bought my 2017 f150 from St. Thomas Ford and wish I never did, Dave Dunseath was great on getting things going and getting what i wanted in my new truck. Unfortunately his support staff failed him, i was told i would get my truck as it was just needed to be pick up in Mississauga on a thursday, a WEEK later i got my truck and things werent done, detailing was poorly done, protective stickering was left around the number pad. I ordered retrofit leather seats was quoted one thing and then billed something completely different, and the same went with the remote start when I wanted it installed. 6 weeks after having the truck the tailgate has to be slammed to be shut and line up correctly take it in and they can't do anything with it. Drivers seat belt won't click in without shoving it in with force, again they couldn't do anything with it. The truck is under warranty replace the god damn thing. Being a licence tech i did my first oil change and rear diff fluid was 3/4 of a bottle low, the transfer case and transmission are low and of course take special fluids. I wish I never bought my truck from them and will never go back their service is horrible and don't bother to make an effort to fix things correctly after buying a 55k truck I'm pissed. Update: So after writing my review, St. Thomas ford reached out to me to fix these issues. After discussing these issues the seat belt and tailgate "didn't go through the proper channels" was the reasoning i was given, yet the tower operator knew all about it so don't really understand that one. As far as the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) on the vehicle the reasoning given for that was they got the truck from Mississauga so it was suppose to come to them all ready to go which I personally find to be a bunch of bull because Mississauga's name inst on the sale, st. Thomas fords is, therefore they should have made sure everything was 100% ready to go when i got the truck and clearly they didn't, they just got the truck did the minimal effort and gave me the truck and then continued to have excuses about it. So I took the truck in, the tailgate was fixed, now comes the seat belt. Seat belt had to be order, going to take a day, no big deal ill bring it back in the morning, come back next day, all suppose to be done get in the truck click seat belt in seems fine start to look at the work order. Line 1 says, inspect and report on Driver's side seat belt buckle doesn't latch properly, red release doesn't return. Line 2 says, Inspected and Replaced RF seat belt buckle Line 3 says, Inspected and Replaced RF seat belt buckle (wish i had a copy of it but its "disappeared" after i've given it back to them.) Now this throws alarms off in my head, so i start to look at the passenger buckle and yep looks new and the red release pops back up nice and quick like it should. So i try the driver's side again and yep still doing same thing so I go back inside. Well got to see if the tech put the wrong side on the work order, not possible because its still doing it. Techs on lunch, go figure so am i. so instead of keeping the truck and taking me back to work and fixing it they send me on my way and tell me they will call me in the afternoon and let me know whats going on. 4 hours go by and hear nothing, head back in, oh we were going to call you in the morning (well that isn't what you said you were going to do) no admission that the tech screwed up, we need to get the truck back on Monday because the tech doesn't work tomorrow (Sat) fine it will be here 7:30 Monday morning. (fine it happens i get it but i never should have left with the truck it should have been kept and fixed that day!) Comes back Monday it gets fixed and haven't had an issue with those since only took weds-mon to get it fixed with 3 trips to the dealership.

Beware of any suggestion that you need an alignment. Was in for a routine service and offered a free alignment check. Was told that I needed a 4 wheel alignment - 25,000 kms on car - at $100+. Took car to Pro Tire in London and a more detailed test showed that an alignment was not necessary.That cost me $32 but that's better than an actual alignment. Went in and spoke to Mr Furtado about this issue. He told me it was borderline, and that I would have gotten the detailed printout after the alignment was done. A little late then. No attempt was made to appease my concerns over the inaccuracy of the equipment. All he said was "so do you want to book an alignment?" Are you serious ..... That's the last time I will darken their doorway.

Dropped the truck off to have the AC outlet looked at. They tested the aux ports instead and called us to state they were working fine. We went back and showed them it was not the aux ports that needed to be tested it was the AC outlet. They tested and determined it was not working at all. Had to order a part which was fine. We took our vehicle home not fixed. They called a day later to state the part was in so my wife dropped it off the following week. Received a call that the wrong part was ordered and they had to keep the vehicle overnight. New part came in and truck was fixed after a total of 4 visits.

Terrible service. I went in on a Friday to get a oil change, tire rotation and my bug deflector replaced. I was called later that day by Randy Huse who informed me my rear break pads were in need of being replaced, without looking into it further, I trusted his judgement and let him replace the rear break pads and rotors. After picking my vehicle up Saturday, the first thing I noticed was instead of the oem motorcraft parts that I had expected to be used, there were instead “car quest” parts on my vehicle, which I never approved of. The service department was closed at this time so I couldn’t speak to anyone. After getting in my vehicle and driving towards the exit of the parking lot, a terrible metal on metal screeching sound was coming from the rear brakes. The mechanic did not insert the brake hardware correctly, causing a part to scratch up the side of my new rotors. I avoided driving my vehicle until dropping it off Monday morning. I arrived at the dealership Monday morning to explain the issue, Randy told me that they used these pads without my consent because “They’re weren’t any Ford pads on the shelf”, also that “this issue can happen sometimes with aftermarket parts”. My question is if that is the case, why are you using aftermarket parts at all, let alone without asking the customer first? Because now I am missing out on work, on a Monday morning, getting this issue resolved. After working on the vehicle for approximately two hours on Monday, fixing the mistake the previous mechanic caused, Randy proceeded to tell me that the emergency break shoes have fallen off my driver side rear brake and needed to be replaced as well. I told him I will take my vehicle to another dealership to get the shoes replaced and this is an issue that should of been brought to my attention Friday or Saturday when the first mechanic inspected and had my brakes apart, and gave it the OK. Randy replied with “sometimes mechanics can miss things, and to call a tow truck if I want to “take it somewhere else”. Keep in mind his mechanic just test drove my vehicle less than two hours ago, and I had drove my vehicle that morning to the dealership, and used my parking brake the night before with no issues.

Terrible experience for my daughter buying her first car. A cash purchase. No financing, the easiest possible sale this dealership could have! The vehicle she was purchasing had been on the lot for four weeks. The salesman had said one person had been interested the same vehicle for the whole time and flip-flopping about their trade in. My daughter negotiated $800 off of the sell price and the salesman was getting the final approval after having the deal approved by the “manager”, and he was just going back to take all the unnecessary up-sell stuff off of the bill. He came back and indicated that in the time that he went to finalize the paperwork, the manager reached out to the flip-flopper and all of a sudden, the care was sold for full price and my daughter lost the SUV. I felt terrible for the salesman who had worked very hard to make this a good first car buying experience for my daughter who is 20 years old and saved $15K cash to buy a car outright. He lost his commission to a manager who obviously called the other person and tipped them off on the sale and allowed them to come in and pay full price. Really poor business practices for sure. And my daughter left in tears after signing back paperwork that just needed to be signed off by the manager. Fortunately a few days later we had an AWESOME experience elsewhere and I am so glad that they wanted $16.5K CASH for a better vehicle and terrific service. I would not waste your time shopping at this dealership for a new or used vehicle. They do not value your time or your money.

I have to edit my review, Service is reasonably good, the staff are friendly. Last year my Edge was misdiagnosed, had to bring in 3 times to get repaired properly. This year my 2011 low mileage Edge failed the emissions test 3 times, I was told it wasn't a problem with my Edge but the government who insisted the emissions have to be done. Long story short, a few hundred $'s, numerous testing and many miles later the service dept had to re-flash a module and only charged me half price, which finally made the Edge sticker ready!!

Darkness. That is where my wife and I resided. We had been trudging through our lives driving an '03 Ford Taurus telling our selves "We don't need a nice new car, ours works fine".How young and naive we were. We knew there was wonder and splendour out in the world, but not that it would be within our reach. My wife had just dropped me off for another shift at the coal mines, we'd lost 3 men that week so there was much work to be made up for. Before she left we parked the car and sat in silence for awhile. Unsure if the smell of hellfire was from the mine's smoke stacks or from the demons burning with hatred from underneath the Taurus' hood. She spoke softly to me, "One day my love, we will be free from this dread, this seemingly endless struggle of poor gas mileage and no Bluetooth capabilities". I held her tightly and told her our day will come soon, not actually knowing when that day would come. Little did I know that a blessing would occur that very day. I got out and just before she pulled away I told her, "You should stop at Tim Hortin's for a treat, to bring some brightness to your life". She smiled and nodded and was on her way. It wasn't even 30 minutes later that my wife called me. "She's gone." My blood ran cold. "Who's gone? What happened?" She laughed. "The car. It wont start." A wave of relief washed over me, I would have jumped and shouted for joy had I not developed the black lung from my years down in the mine. "Well I guess we should look for another then", I replied. "I'll message Brandon." Brandon. Our guiding light. Our light at the end of the tunnel. Our saving grace. The next few days were a blur. We went from having an embarrassment of a vehicle, to driving a 2017 Ford Escape SE. Walking into the dealership and seeing Brandon Dumouchelle, and Mitchell Boughner welcome us felt like I could breath for the first time in years. Because of the black lung. Which they also cured, at no extra charge. My wife and I were new to this game, unsure on who and what to trust, But every question was answered and explained with perfect clarity. We had finally climbed out of that darkness we had suffered through for so many years, and found our salvation at St. Thomas Ford Lincoln.

Engine light went on on my Lincoln that I had purchased 5 months prior. I brought it in and had it checked out, and it was due to the recent rust proofing I had done on my car, the individual had coated the fuel pump sensor causing the light to go on. So the new part was ordered and came in the next day, I brought my car back and it was replaced and covered under warranty with no cost to me! I was shuttled back and forth to work with no hassle, service was excellent!!

Terrible is how we would describe our service. Took truck in on Wednesday mid-morning because radio would not turn off among some other odd-ball electric issues. My husband even had the service tech guy come out to the truck to see that indeed the radio would not shut off and explained someone would have to look at it soon or the battery would die. Later in afternoon he called and no one had looked at truck yet. My husband again stressed that someone would have to disconnect the battery or it would be dead soon. On Thursday Ford called him to tell him they had solved the problem saying it was a dead battery. Oh course no one had disconnected the battery but they were sure this was the problem. They wanted to replace the battery. My husband assumed it was still under warranty so gave the go ahead. For some strange reason there were no batteries for an F-150 in St. Thomas and they would need the truck another day to order one in (unbelievable!). So oh course they replace the battery and say all is good now and by the way this battery will cost $322!! (unbelievable!) We told them to put the old battery in which by the way a week later is working just fine. Really all that needed was the computer to reboot which could have been taken care of Wednesday AM if someone had just taken the 5 minutes to disconnect the battery and reconnect it. You would think they should know that there. Clearly what the truck was doing was not the problem of a dead battery. How does a radio go on for that long and the vehicle start and stop numerous times with a dead battery? How is it we know that but the tech guys at the Ford dealership don't?? In the end we didn't get the truck back until Saturday since the dealership is only open until 5pm on Fridays (very inconvenient for people that work). So clearly we are very unsatisfied and will never take the truck there again for service!

So I have an unreliable Ford vehicle, and am not happy with the car. I was really pleased the service department because they took time to discuss options available to me. I have some good information to help me make decisions about my car. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my car from diagnostics appointment, I had a completely flat tire. The shop was closed, so I had to drive to the nearest gas station on the rim. I did not take my car for a tune up, just a diagnostic, but I was surprised that a flat tire would go unnoticed, as it was not flat when I dropped it off 2 days earlier.

I went in originally to look at a ford ranger on auto trader being sold as is. I met Shawn and he showed me around. The ranger would take too much to safety so i told Shawn what i needed and a price i wanted to stick to. Considering i wanted a big vehicle on the road for $3500 it wasn't much to play with. Shawn called me the next day with a ford escape for me. He got it on the road a little over budget but i couldn't complain. He really looked after me and helped me out. Just yesterday, yes Friday the 13th, my vehicle was acting odd. When I put it into park in my Driveway my 2015 Ford Escape would not shift out of reverse (I realize now it was stuck in neutral), I couldn't turn off the vehicle and my parking brake wasn't working properly. I had it towed to St Thomas Ford Service center and worked with Sue to see what were my options. I was hoping I would get either my vehicle back or a loaner as I had to travel for business that weekend. After a bit of waiting, they said they had an appointment slot available for me but were working on getting a loaner in case it could not be resolved today. Turned out the bushing got lose in the transmission line, all it needed was an adjustment. Sue honestly said, there were two options the cheaper and more expensive but the mechanic would try the cheaper option first. After making the adjustment and even taking it for a quick test they deemed it safe to drive. I am so appreciative of their honesty and candor in terms of dealing with customers. If you have had a bad experience at any other Ford service center try St. Thomas - they are courteous, friendly and the staff are very cordial - some of the members of the team when walking pass me in the lounge would make small talk which helped me to pass the time. Great service/Great results 5/5 - I would give a higher score if I could.

I brought my car in for a third clutch replacement. Sue at the service desk was wonderful and I am very pleased with her. My frustration lies with Ford and their faulty car. My car is a 2017 Ford Focus hatchback with just over 25 000 km. I find it completely ridiculous that a third clutch has just been installed. I was told prior to my purchase that the clutch issues had been resolved which was clearly false information. This is a most inconvenient situation that requires time and attention that could be spent elsewhere. I have not been compensated in any way shape or form for Fords dishonesty in selling me a faulty car. I am beyond frustrated with Ford and their lack of responsibility for this situation.

Brought in my mother's Lincoln MKS with failed power steering. After a bill of over $3,700 to replace the steering rack (they claimed that the defective steering recall was over in January of 2021 so we were on our own). Paid to have the steering rack replaced just to have the car returned to us with the collision warning system now showing a fault on the screen, the manual shift paddles no longer work and the cruise control no longer works. After talking to people at Ford Canada I was told that it sounds like things were disconnected and not properly hooked up. I contacted St Thomas Ford to let them know this. I was told to bring it in this morning. I did,and was told that it would take at least an hour just to get at the harness. We left it there. Watched it being parked outside lot and left in the same place till getting the call that everything with the wiring harness checked out. That further diagnostic was necessary and that more repairs will be required. I really regret buying a Ford vehicle from this dealership just a couple weeks ago. This is the integrity of Ford these days? Wow don't get service or buy anything from St Thomas Ford Lincoln (the are apparently owned by Expressway Ford in Waterloo Ontario so I'd guess that they would be another place to stay clear of. It's a shame that so many companies these days are more interested in up selling service for profit. We had very good service of our new vehicle, for most of the first 5 years. The service package had been prepaid. Finally, at the last prepaid servicing, attention from staff seemed to deteriorate. There was confusion over our name, and the work to be done. Finally retrieved the vehicle, but needed to return for a seal. Another two days required to install the seal. One week later, a problem with the power steering. Coincidence? Thirteen days at the lot waiting for a part from the states! Unable to reach manager and calls were not returned. Car was delivered with bent license plate, scuffed bumper and scratched fender. Returned once again, and photos taken. Two weeks later, no response to telephone request regarding status of potential bodywork. I'm not sure why this particular experience was so unexpected and disappointing. After 5 years, the vehicle is paid and the service contract has expired. Coincidence? At any rate, we will no longer support the dis-service of Ford St Thomas. Looking for a new dealer for our next car.

Stop asking for rateings and surveys. I have been a customer for years and every time I'm in there it asks to review or rate us on surveys. If I wasn't satisfied the first time I wouldn't have come back. It's annoying to get 12 reminders to rate you. Bought a brand new Ford Focus and had asked to install heated seats, they had went to century sound and installed extremely cheap manual heated seats that could of been done watching any YouTube video. Car came with a hand stain in the fabric which Ford was supposed to look after. Brought the car around 12:30Pm and they said it would be done around 3:30/4 and I said I would come at 5 to be safe and they would get ahold of me if anything changed. I showed up at 5 and not only could they not find the keys but they hadn't even started cleaning the car. I don't know if it's just St.Thomas Ford but just save yourself the trouble don't go.

Was referred by a good friend and dealt with John Stollery as well as David Kaskey the finace manager. Dealing directly with Ford Credit made things MUCH easier then having your credit searched by serveral lenders at one time which will lower your score substantially. Payments are right where I wanted them to be, they got me out of my Volkswagen and into the truck I've always wanted. Made the appointment for 9AM for SAT NOV.25 for Betty's 2014 Focus about a month before going. SO got there it was a busy day about 8 people ahead of me at about 8:30. They ask what my KM was on car I told them 13400km well they told me it wasn't right last time I was in on APR 02,2016 IT WAS 15,132 KM SO CHECKED it was 13400km so they corrected there computer. Also had a alignment checked said it was out had it done about a year before SEPT 2015 IT WAS OUT THEN at 7123km & it was good when checked in APRIL 2016 now about 6000km later from first time had it done again I got out it was just before 12 noon. Now the QUICK LANE area Randy was running his tail off so BUSY & also if you make an appointment you shouldn't be put to bottom of pile. Maybe it will be better next time.

Tony exceeded our expectations at every turn especially in the time of the Covid 19 pandemic. When we ordered our Corsair in February, we expected a 6 – 8 week delivery date, but once it became clear that this was not possible due to plant shutdowns, Tony and Brandon were able to sell us a nearly identical car on the lot creating a win-win situation. Dave, the finance person, brought the contract papers to the house for signature and the day of delivery, Tony drove our Corsair to our driveway, changed the licence plates and drove our MKZ back to the dealership. Had an issue with my trunk release 6 months after purchasing my vehicle. Needed my trunk as I was heading out on an extended golfing trip. Called for an appt but was told next appt was 3 weeks away due to a significant technician shortage in the shop. Once I told them about my trip, they “fit me in” with a special appt within 2 days, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and got me back in within 48 hours to install the part. Got me on my way for my trip in great time! They acted like family, genuinely caring for my personal circumstances. That kind of service is a dying breed. While waiting both times for my vehicle (I live out of town) the staff in the dealership were very laid back, friendly and genuinely appeared to enjoy being there. Speaks volumes of the work atmosphere created at this dealership. If you want an honest experience, done with integrity and a feeling that you will be respected as a valuable customer consider this dealership. Here is my original comment: I had a very poor experience taking my Ford Focus in to have the transmission control module replaced - under an extended warranty for a known issue that is Ford's problem. I took my vehicle in mid-May to be fixed, and did not receive it back until *3 months* later. But this, itself, is not the issue - I understand that the pandemic has led to delays in electronic parts. There's only so much you can do on that end, and I'm sympathetic to that. The problem was the response from Ford. That there may be a delay was not made clear up front, nor did I once receive a phone call follow up to apologize for the delays and to offer to make it right. Eventually I had to call regularly to get updates, and no effort was made. I was patient and understanding through the initial period without my vehicle, and my feeling is that this was taken advantage of. They did not offer me a rental vehicle. At minimum, they should have done so, as expecting someone to be without their vehicle for 3 months for an issue that is Ford's fault is not acceptable customer service. Not even the smallest gesture was made - e.g. a full tank of gas upon picking up my vehicle, etc. When my vehicle was ready for pickup, I was asked if I wanted to replace my brake pads with them for $1,084 - something that, at that point, arguably should have been done free of charge or at a discount, given that I was made to be without a vehicle for 3 months. This would be a normal customer service response in a situation such as this - to demonstrate that I am valued customer and they appreciate my business. The crux of the matter is that St. Thomas Ford has demonstrated to me that they do not care, and therefore I do not care to purchase a vehicle from Ford again.

I was not overly happy with service. When booking my appointment I spoke to Chris F. he was very professional and wanting to ensure I was happy which I appreciate. I told him my issues which were the carpet coming up near drivers door inside, and back up camera. He confirmed there was no charge. When getting there I was told by the associate they would charge me for the carpet, and I'd be lucky to have my car back the next day. Turns out they had my vehicle longer than expected, and carpet not fixed.

Dealing with the Ford service department was my worst experience since owning a vehicle. Telling them what the problem is with your vehicle is not satisfactory to the service people at Ford. They will insist on getting you to pay over $100 to diagnose exactly what you said the issue is. Their slogan is "be aware of parts unknown" to me this means that they know extensive details on how each part effects your car. Unfortunately this isn't the case at this ford dealership.

On 22 july 17 I called St,Thomas ford Lincoln and inquired about leasing a pickup truck .The lady at the desk asked my name what I wanted she said she would set up an appointment for me in an hour so I would not have to wait around .So I showed up awhile later but she never heard of me maybe it got lost there was no sales people avail. so she got me in to see Jane Robertson financial ser, manager.So we discussed I wanted to lease a truck she gave me a figure and I said it was too much money she said how did you want to spend I said 400 -500 a month. So she said I got a deal for you 2017 f150 demo. with 10.000 kms.I took it out for a ride nice truck there was actually 12700 kms. on it.We negotiated a couple of times and came up with a payment for a three year lease. She said the truck was on the road by the managers son since the end of December 2016 approx. seven months.i would not have a warranty for the last 7 months of the lease I did not like that she said I could buy a 4 year ext. warranty for 1200.00 dollars.I told her I was a ford retiree but friends and family priceing was in so it did not matter I did not like paying a extra 1200.00 for seven months warranty. So we left it like that and I went home I got to thinking it over and I called her back and I said lease it to me for the two years five months and everybody will be happy She said sounds good went and talked to somebody came back and said you have to lease it for 3yrs cant do it for 2yrs 5 months my opinion they wanted the 1200.00 war.she said lets see what happens over the weekend .Monday comes along I wait till around 3pm nobody calls from St Thomas Ford. I email Finch Hyundia and inquire about a Hyundia Tucson in a couple of hours I leased one for 33 months no problem .On Tuesday a lady called from St Thomas Ford I think it was Crissy pike she asked me how my expirence went with St Thomas Ford over the weekend I told her of my expirence she said she would let everybody know. My opinion they call you and if you have a bad expirence they don't tell anybody.Being a former Ford employee and buying and leaseing many veh.at this location iam disappointed .You wonder why the overseas market is taking over go figure. No my problem was not with the finance manager it was the fact that you wanted to charge me 1200.00 for a extended warranty for seven months if you have a 24 month lease why did you not offer it to me at the time it would of been fine Wednesday aug 16 you sort of skipped over the two things that concerned me any comment on them.Update aug.18 you mentioned you had 300 local reviews you probably had that many customers in a month where are the rest of the reviews dosent sound to good to me .I Guess the manager dosent read the edits maybe he will get back to me or not

My car was under warranty. I brought it in to get Bluetooth fixed. They could not have recorded properly what was wrong with it. Mechanic checked volume & recorded it as it seems to be working. I didn't bring it in for volume. I told them when I touch my Bluetooth button, the volume goes up and won't make a call. When I brought it back to be fixed, I'm still under 60,000 km but over time. Ford refuses to fix. Plus when I call, I tell her, it should be under warranty, she’s tells me she can’t check that over the phone. When I arrive, she asked for my phone, keys it in her computer and tells me I don’t have warranty. I’m very dissatisfied.

Bought a Used truck here. Have had nothing but trouble with it since. Best yet the problem was pre-existing and was traded in with the problem and then re-sold to me with the same problem which they new about based on there own service records !! Shady at best. OMVIC and UCDA are my next calls until this is resolved. 9 right front wheel hubs and going in for the 3rd since I have had the truck. 10,000km and 3 wheel hub/bearings and it pulls to the right!!! despite it passing an alignment check. so far each new part has lasted UNDER 5000 km. Asked for some money back being they new about the problem and resold it knowing it was going through Hub bearings and was basically told to pound salt by the sales manager. I said at this point the truck is not worth what it was sold at and I was again told he could do nothing ! NEVER BUY FROM HERE. my next purchase will be ELSE WHERE

Things sure changed after deal was made, There was a small paint chip in the door so they ordered a paint stick to fix it then want to charge me for it, $21.00 plus tax.. The vehicle I traded in had winter tires on it and now they want the summer tires as well as the winter tires, but will return my winter tires with a not so nice attitude about it. Not so friendly when I went back one week after the purchase. Very disappointed at this point.

My car was fixed late on a Friday afternoon given the time of day that the car was done I was concerned about the rental return but the Fixit Auto assured that it would be fine and the new Covid procedure was to drop your car off with them and handled the rest with Enterprise. There computer systems are linked so no need to worry. Unfortunately that was not the case Fixit never notified the rental company and the rental sat on their all weekend long somehow the bumper on the rental got damaged that weekend but oddly enough the camera that is pointed right at the parking spot that rental didn't video that weekend. So, Fixit changed their and took no responsibility for the damage on tge rental but took it was my bill to pay Fixit took $500 on the Friday and enterprise took $500 on tge Monday before even letting me know and I have been told it will cost me another $1500. Fitit is no responsibility for their employees negligence and put every thing on me i was under tge impression that the rental was done as soon I took my car and Fixit inputting my pickup into tge system. I will never recommend Fixit to anyone or ever go to Fixit again.

Went in to get a tire repaired , was a bad valve stem leaking..Repair went good , but they did not think ahead and check the other tires..On my own I found another leaking valve stem which now needs replacing. Thinking outside the box would have helped.
