I've bought a few vehicles from Harley over the years and feel like I got good value on them. The starter went in a vehicle he sold me less than a week after purchase and when I called him up he made sure it was taken care of right away without any additional cost.

Bought a certified vehicle that had the check engine light on. It is still on 1 1/2 years later. I have had nothing but problems with it, he has been aware of the problems since day 1 and he has even helped with some of those problems. He sold me a lemon. He is aware of all of the issues and will avoid my calls if I call from my cell as it is displayed. He doesn't care. Didn't buy certified to put over 2000 into it and then to have to have to replace it within this short amount of time. Truly dissatisfied.
