I recently priced out a Ford Edge Sport through the Ford Website. When I received the quote back within 24 hours from Parkway Ford in Waterloo, the real quote was considerably more appealing than the web quote. I will be coming into this dealership in the spring to check out this vehicle more thoroughly and decide whether it is the vehicle for me. I know that if I buy a vehicle from this dealership I will be in good hands having it serviced. Knowing that the Service Department is run by Craig Moser, also reassures that if I buy a vehicle from Parkway I will be taken care of.

Hi all. I needed to take my car in for servicing the other day. In additional to the usual stuff, I sheepishly admitted to a front bumper issue which occurred the previous week. Bumped up against something in a parking lot which caused a section of the front bumper to come apart. They took care of this issue at no charge and corrected the issue. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Brand new F150 delivered with tear in leather seat. Waiting 6 months. Dealer says that new seat cover is "On order". Called last week to say seat cover is finally in. Drop truck off today and am now told that an after market contractor is going to be removing the seat cover (not a Ford tech) cutting out the damaged section and sewing in a replacement piece. Let's see, $70k truck with 2000 km and a drivers side seat cover where the seams have been removed and a new piece sewn in. Taking bets on how long until the seams separate once I get it back.....and fully expecting issues with the power seat controls, or heated / cooled seat controls since it is an outside contractor doing the work.

Mixed feelings now. The sales Don was a really nice fellow, helped me with all my questions with my vehicle, I cannot praise him more,best sales ever. I finally purchased a new ford. Now, after three weeks, I'm having some weird issue on my car( maybe electrical), or maybe a bad battery, I don't know. Booked an appointment with service a week ago, hoping to have it checked out. On the day of my appointment, I brought the car in the shop 9 ish in the morning, and service didn't even bother to see the car till 5:30 when they closed~ you would think they will perform a diagnosis first thing when the car is brought in, at least a few hours after you bring a car in, or at least at the end of the day~~ but~~~ hey, just book an appointment, leave the car in the shop~ for fun~I don't care if you need a car tonight, we should look at it tomorrow... My Question: why book an appointment? Or why bring it in the morning before work? SO FAR, BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE SERVICE HERE. Hope this is not always the case.

We have been using Parkway Ford for a few years and have been consistently impressed with both their work and their service. On one occasion they refunded us some previous work when it turned up later on recall without our evening having ask, and at my most recent visit they gave me a lift as I wasn't able to use the shuttle. Sadly good service is rare, so I appreciate it when I get it. Thanks Parkway service staff :)

Full service at 80,000km - everything checked and reported on. Everything great except the alignment report. Why are the factory spec numbers so small? I could barely read it. I had to get my son to write them larger in the space above. Minus one star. Can’t fault the service though, gave me exactly what I asked for, and soon my car will be safe and sound. I can drive, confident that my vehicle is operating as it should.

Had truck in for service twice in last month. New spark plugs and electronic tune up. Wow I am getting better gas mileage, I can see it. Very happy. Repair on window but broke the locking button and mirror adjustment button. Parkway fixed with no issues. Very happy with second service as well.

Extremely impressed with this team. My car couldn't go past 50 kmh or 2k rpm so I called them and they were able to squeeze me in on the day of. They finished a diagnostics test in two hours and called me to say that my clutch and transmission control need replacing and they could do it all on the same day! This has been my first purchase from Parkway Ford and it was an informative, transparent, and seamless transaction. My sales rep, Boris, was timely in his communication and was there to answer all my questions when I needed. He had the necessary information ready for when I arrived at the dealership to begin the buying process and understood my needs from the beginning and didn't try to persuade me otherwise. He thoroughly explained my options and the process of getting out of my current lease and into my new car. Boris has been a pleasure to work with and worked extremely hard to get me as close to what I wanted as possible! One of the managers, Paul, was there as soon as I walked through the door and made me feel welcome and was there to answer any additional questions I had. He kept me company while Boris was getting the car ready for a test drive and he even washed my car for me while I was out! (that was the cherry on top!!) Tami in finance was also a pleasure to work with and was thorough in walking me through my contract and wasn't pushy with the additional add-ons. There were a few adjustments to be made to my contract and she corrected them within minutes and sent the new paperwork to me. All in all, Parkway Ford has exceptional customer service and truly works hard to get you the best deal possible without sacrificing your wishlist! I couldn't have asked for a better, more worry-free experience and highly recommend purchasing from Parkway Ford and working with Boris.

I was very disappointed and the sales person was not friendly at all ..he didnt even care.. don’t trust them over the phone once you go in person they are not as nice and professional as in emails or over the phone

I was referred to this dealer from my normal one to get some body work and a warranty item repaired. Went online and made an appointment weeks in advance. Was contacted to confirm the service needed, order parts, VIN number etc. Appointment 1 - Dropped off vehicle in the morning. At end of the day, they called to say the body shop didn't have time to look at it and they had to order parts for the warranty repair (guess they forgot to when I made the appointment) Appointment 2 - Dropped off vehicle in the morning. A service employee put a "this vehicle has been sanitized" sticker on my window the second I pulled in. Makes me wonder if they actually sanitize them. Got a call at the end of the day saying the body shop AGAIN didn't have time to look at it. Suggested I called their body shop directly to book next time. Claimed warranty repair was done. Appointment 3 - Made an appointment with the body shop. Took literally 3 minutes for a photograph and a "we will email you if this repair is approved through Ford" conversation. This was done by the receptionist so difficult to understand why this couldn't have been arranged in the 15+ hours my vehicle had been in their lot previously. The warranty repair is still not fixed but thankfully the body shop side of Parkway was on the ball with good communication. I emailed the service manager and a GM 15 days ago, no response to date. I hope this isn't the norm but it seems as if communication is not one of their strengths. I've dealt with a number of local dealerships in my years and have never experienced this much frustration or lack of communication. 2 stars because the collision centre was great to deal with when I finally was told to deal with them directly.

Last month we decided to change vehicles. After approaching a number of dealerships, we settled on one of two. The vehicles were virtually identical except for colour and dealership. Parkway had a great selection of vehicles and were able to draw from a larger dealer network. We made our offer to them. From the beginning the salesman left me with an uneasy feeling. I very much felt I was being played. Phrases like "I'm on your side" "I've never seen them make this kind of deal before." I can't believe they came back with this." Everything was hurry for me and then wait for them. It all felt very much like a sales training session. With regrete, I backed away and purchased the vehicle elsewhere.

This is an amazing dealership for women to shop. Buying a car is super stressful and there are so many factors. I found Elisia V to be down to Earth, knowledgeable, accessible and really helped a lot. I didn’t wind up buying a car there, but definitely will come back when I am ready. Expensive and poor service. They ordered a part for me and told me they would let me know when it came in. A month later I emailed again and they told me they've had and just never told me. For an unrelated issue I was charged a $160 "diagnostic fee". You can't possibly tell me they needed the equivalent of 2 hours labor to run a scan tool. And they couldn't figure it out anyway but still charged me of course and will no doubt charge me the same fee again when I have to bring it back in for the same thing as it gets worse. Technician also got frustrated with me very quickly on the phone when I dared to ask him about what they found and what was preventing a full diagnosis.

I brought my vehicle into Parkway for the first time on Monday for regular maintenance and oil change. I was aware that I would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half outside as the waiting room is closed due to COVID. I brought my walker and a good book. It was a snow storm but I was dressed for the weather. A nice young man (I believe he is a salesman) invited me to sit in the showroom. When I went in, another nice man welcomed me in and gave conversation. My car took only an hour. They sanitized everything for me and I was on my way. I will definitely be back.

Bought our used Ford Escape here. We dealt with Dan who really knew his stuff and was very easy going - awesome guy. Was skeptical at first as a previous mechanic who has seen shotty hidden fixes at other dealers, but 5 weeks later and am still really happy with the new brakes they put in and the overall shape of the vehicle. The rest of the staff we met were extremely warm and welcoming and very flexible with pick up time for the vehicle (we needed it asap) and shuttle service!

I had warranty work done in the paint shop in January, 2020. The warranty was covered by the rust protection company for rust proofing my vehicle so there was administrative work required to submit the warranty claim and get approval for the repair. The paint shop manager, Jeff Leeper was very helpful and professional in getting the approval and finally completing the paint job. Scheduling was done to meet my needs; the job was done on a timely manner and the finish was excellent. Jeff leads a professional team; I highly recommend this shop and will not hesitate to take my vehicle there in future.

Very bad service experience. Booked an appointment for 10 in the morning and dropped the vehicle on time. Called back at 2PM only to know that vehicle has not even been checked by the technician yet. The appointment was just to drop the vehicle. Waited all day and went back at 5 pm only to know that the rattling noise issues reported earlier have been fixed but new electrical issues have came up. I got back my vehicle the next day only to hear that the technician missed some electric setting while fixing the brake. The worst is that the rattling noise still exists and will have to take back the vehicle and waste another day on it. The sales team is awesome( as expected) but the service experience is very very poor.

I am a brand new customer to Ford, and with a new 2021 Ford Transit RV. One phone call to book an appointment, confirm that this location has bays tall and wide enough to work on RV’s. Required an all points check and oil change. The work was done promptly, correctly, and Christina R., the service advisor, was exceptional, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The worst experience I’ve had with a vehicle and frankly any company that I’ve dealt with. The wrong part was ordered multiple times and I was told for 5 months that it was “in transit” yet the 10th largest company in NA has no tracking information available. I was put in a loaner car for 2 months no where comparable to what I’m actually paying for. Ford Canada offered $1500 towards a new vehicle and I have been waiting 3 months for a quote after following up multiple times .. should be the other way around. The valve cover was finally replaced 5 months after it initially went in. The cherry on top was they asked if I wanted my oil changed and charged me for it after 5 months of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced only to come back 3 days later and lose a few hours of my day because the drip pan broke off. We’re in a pandemic and parts are harder to get.. I get that. But the pathetic customer service from Parkway Ford and Ford Canada won’t have me buying another vehicle again. They had many opportunities to make it right and didn’t.

The representative walk out open the door and didn't even let me to turn the car on, then he locked the door and walk away without trying to sell the car to me! I was in desperate need of an oil change and contact three dealerships. All of them had claimed that their next available appointments were a week away. My fourth attempt was Parkway ford where I spoke Lenni their Service advisor. She advised me that they had a oil change express line, how long it would take, and updated their database as it was my first time visiting their location. It was evident throughout the phone call and visit to Parkway Ford that customer service is their first priority. You ever walk into an establishment and walk out feeling like family? Well this was my experience with the PF team. I walked in with the intention of selling my car. Got decent price for it and I casually mentioned I needed a Honda Odyssey as my family was expanding. Boris found me a 2018 Honda Odyssey, delivered it to my house (I was VERY pregnant at the time) and hooked me and my family up. The entire transition between Boris, Stacey and myself was handled very well, which is what I needed. STRESS FREE. I got my Odyssey just in time for my twins without even seeing/driving it through their virtual showroom. A risk I decided to take but paid off in the end. The entire team that I interacted with were welcoming, friendly and not pushy sales people who just want to make a sale. One of the sales managers even gave me a free car fax for my car and a print out of all the cars that were listed in KWGC like mine to show what the price range was. No obligation to sell my car to them. Just straight honest group of people. The team even ordered me flowers after I gave birth which was so sweet. I'm new-ish to Kitchener and don't have a lot of contacts but when I find good honest ones, I keep going back as they've proven they have earned my business. The team at Parkway Ford definitely earned my business and I will be going back to service my vehicle. Bye bye Costco.

On May 30th, 2017 I needed emergency repairs done to my Ford diesel pick-up while out of town with my family on vacation. I did some reviews and decided to trust all the positive Google reviews. It was a good call. I was greeted by Jeff Leeper, of the commercial truck service section. I felt he really listened to what the issues were and sure enough I received a proper diagnosis the next morning. He also seemed to really know my truck well. Jeff kept me completely informed as things developed. The repair was done in 2 days and I could not have been happier with the service. Upon vehicle pick-up I was able to speak to the mechanic that did the work, without even asking to. I believe this was done intentionally, which I feel is a HUGE benefit to each customer.

due to poor experiences with Parkway Ford and the other in KW I will no longer be a ford customer. 2018 f150 with 25K on it and the AC clutch is gone. No big deal I figure since the truck is under warranty. Was I ever wrong apparently when you spend 50k+ and things like this break you're expected to drive it until parts come in regardless of how hot its been. All I asked for was a rental because every weekend we go away during the summer. I was told the only way I can have a rental is if i paid for it. I guess they are only nice when your spending money.

I brought my 2012 Ford F150 in because my water pump went and it was covered under warranty. Parkway has had it for 3 weeks now and they keep telling me they can't get the pump for it. I called 3 other Ford dealerships and they said they could have the part delivered within 3 days. I've heard that dealerships do this so that they can make sure it truly is a warranty issue and that they can soak the most out of the warranty to make it worth their while. Just getting sick of driving a piece of crap rental instead of a truck in as great shape as mine.

Thought I would Try Parkway Ford as Kitchener Ford has screwed me over to many times, little did I know that Parkway was no better, they delay warranty claims with cheap fixes. Bought a 'as-is' car from here on the beginning of July 2021, and I spent equivalent money to the price of the car for reparing & replacement for some parts; and the car is still in repair station up to August 5 2021 waiting for a part shipping from USA for further job. In conclusion, I trust the salesperson's words "your safety your save", and did some check on engine, suspension, brake, and believed the car worth it and bought it, which is the beginning of the nightmare. At the mean time, on the one hand I have to take another job to make up for the unexpected cost of the safety job, on the other hand, I need a car to ship my stuff to another place while the car rental shop near me are in 'sold-out' state. My suggestions: 1. If you really want a car here, first confirm does it have safety and warranty, if not, don't believe a single word the salesperson says; 2. get a certified mechanic with proper scan tool and jack to do pre-purchase inspection.

I have had numerous issues with my Lincoln MKZ. I sense that Ford generally does not know how to fix their own vehicles. A lot of my issues have been serious and impact safety. This time the back of the mirror flew off while driving. It scared us and new mirrors were replaced not long ago due to them not being able to open. In this car the hybrid battery had to be replaced, the throttle system, the mirrors, the hood had to be redone due to defective paint and the heated seats died. So think before you buy a Ford!

Horrific garage, inattentive staff. Dropped my car at 830 telling them I need a new battery and brakes and to call with an estimate. Heard nothing. Called several times after lunch with no luck. They called me at 430 to say it's done. $40 to confirm by battery failed and $70 to confirm I need brakes but no work done, just $110 wasted and pushed out the door with two outrageous estimates and a near-dead battery. I'd drive my car onto a frozen lake and let it sink in the spring before I'd take it back to Parkway. Abysmal.

I recently had significant motor work completed on my f150 which could only be done by Ford due to proprietary tools. I was notified by the service advisor that unfortunately a couple of key parts needed were on backorder, and had been for some time which suggested to him that they may be a while yet before coming in. I spoke w Ford Customer service and got nowhere and nor did I feel at all heard about the fact I would be without my vehicle for a month if not more. They simply did not care. At all. Craig Moser, the service manager at Parkway was able to negotiate my rental costs and coordinated the billing . I am not certain that I will buy another Ford, due to the arrogance of the company, but my experience with the Service at Parkway would be the single reason to reconsider. I remain completely impressed with the quality of service I received during a frustrating and expensive repair.

Recently took my car in for winter tire service, oil change, and repair of the heat shield. Was set to pick up my car after hours in the back parking lot. They called me and left me a voicemail 5 minutes after they closed for the day to advise the machine they use to change the tires was broken. They also stated that were unable to do any work on my car and that I would need to call to reschedule. I understand that machines can break down, but I was disappointed they did not do the other unrelated service work to my vehicle, called me after close, and only suggested to reschedule as opposed to fitting me in the next day. Before I can state my review I first have to say that my whole life I have been saying I will never buy a ford, but man was I mistaken. I ran into a few high repair bills with my old vehicle and decided to trade it in after it got fixed (issue with air bag so had to be fixed before resale ($900 Bill pluse the rental)). I went to absolutely every dealer in the region beside ford to test drive cars and find out trade in vaule of my car. All cars that I test drove were above my budget in order to get what I wanted. And they lowballed hard on trade in vaule. So when I was in Hamilton on a saturday I thought what's to lose and test drove the 2017 escape. Sales guy wasn't pushy and was still helpful even though I told him I was going to buy local and not from him. Went to parkway following Monday and talked to Don and he got me into one from there lot (with all the upgrades I wanted). He answered all my questions, gave me a very fair trade in vaule unlike other places, and best of all DIDN'T PUSH TO MAKE THE SALE. My time at parkway ford I delt with Don, Bob and Hannah. And I would like to thank these 3 for selling a ford to someone who never thought they would buy one because I love it and I love the fact that they wernt pushy to make the sale. When I say pushy to put things into perspective, i signed papers for my escape on Nov 28 and I told the sales rep at GM i was dealing with that I bought elsewhere on the 29 and he has called or emailed me every other day since trying to get me to change my mind or bring them customers and today is Dec 5. He has called or emailed at least 6 times. Im sorry for a long review but you guys were the most stress free/ friendliest /helpful place I went to and you can bet to see me back in a few years. I was very disappointed in my service experience yesterday. The work was fine but the price for a "Works" package has increased by 44%, to $130 from $90 last Nov/20. It is particularly upsetting when my old Toronto dealer confirmed they still charge $90 as does Kitchener Ford. How can Parkway charge so much more for the same service. Then, to add insult to injury I had to immediately return as only two blocks from Parkway I could hear a noise that increased/decreased with speed. Upon returning to Parkway they found a metal screw imbedded in the front right tire. They agreed it was the type of screw with integrated washer used to secure automotive trim. Yet, there was no acknowledgment that it may have been imbedded while in the auto shop or elsewhere on the lot. As I had left the lot, barely, it was then my problem so another $68 repair to plug the tire on top of already over paying some $40+ for the original Works service. I'm grudgingly required to give one star to post this review...I'd give zero stars if I could. I will not be returning to Parkway for any auto services.

Got some work done and asked for a price to fix my heated seat. Receptionist said "I'll get you a quote". When I came in to pay they charged me $150 for said quote. Had she told me there was a cost I wouldn't have done it. Very shady business practice. The guy at service was nice about it and offered to split the cost, which I accepted, however, was still unhappy with the whole experience. Beware of hidden costs with this place.

Very disappointing customer service. It took me months to get a warranty repair covered by Parkway and Ford Canada. Ford Canada Customer Service and Parkway had very poor communication. Parkway finally fixed the issue covering most of the repair but it took an unreasonable amount of time for this to happen. I had offers from Parkway to regain my business which I accepted through phone but I did not receive. I had better service through Kitchener Ford.

I came in for an oil change, knowing that my coolant level was really low and needed to be topped up. I forgot to mention it when dropping my car off, but coolant check and top up are suppose to be included with the oil change. I picked up my car, and the vehicle "Report Card" that they gave me after the oil change specifies that they did a visual fluid check on my coolant and that it passed, so I didn't think twice. However, I came home later that day and checked myself, and the coolant was untouched and still very low. This makes me question if they actually inspect everything they say they do. The reason I go to a legitimate Ford dealer for oil changes is to not have to worry about questioning what is told to me by a mechanic.

My life was totally ruined by another deal in Waterloo West. They broke transmission pump while changing transmission line. The transmission had to be replaced. But that dealer took zero responsibility. I waited for two weeks and they told me they don't have tool to do the work! I had to tow my car to Ford Parkway by myself and my own expenses. Thankfully, they accepted my car. Craig and Lindsey helped and supported. They rent a car from Enterprise for me so I can drive for work. Even receiption lady helped a lot too. They all know the job very well. Finally my car is repaired by Ford Service and my life goes back to normal. I definitely recommend Ford Parkway for service. I will never go to the other dealer that broke my car any more.

I attended Parkway Ford to have a REV Ford hard tonneau cover installed on my 2021 F 150. The service department notified me the installation was complete. I attended picked up my truck and drove home to London. When I got home and opened the tailgate I found the drain tube parts laying in the bed uninstalled. I completed the installation at home in my driveway after watching a YouTube video and drilling holes in the box liner and access plates in the front of the box. This was disappointing to say the least.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! If there was an option to give no stars I would have done that. This was second chance I gave them. I was looking to buy F150 2020 special edition after 3-4 hrs of negotiation we agreed to a deal with all discounts and my trade in. I even did a deposit of $500 and both parties were happy until I reach home. I got a call from sales agent I won't name him that he accidentally did wrong evaluation of my trade in car and will take it $1250 less than what we agreed. I didn't agree on that and he called many times to convince. Even manager called and said we will work out to honour what was agreed and will get back to me. When I didn't heard back for 3 days I followed up with Sales about whats happening and again same thing we will get back to you. Then finally on day 4 I got a call saying we will take trade in for $750 less than what we agreed. I said honour the deal/ word or the deal is over and the deal was called off. I think this is how sales at Parkway works first they make a mind of customer by agreeing the terms and then later back off, feels like trap or fraud. Before this incident couple of years ago similar think happened when I finalized the deal and Bed-liner spray was part of it and later they back off saying we can't do bed-liner and that deal was also called off. I would never buy any vehicle from Parkway Ford, in-fact just because of this I may never buy a Ford vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. THEY WILL TRAP YOU IN A DEAL AND THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY. YOU CAN NEVER TRUST THEM. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I don't see a reply option to your response below, so writing the response here. There are just 2 things I would say: 1. If 0 stars was an option I would choose that. Extremely disappointed with how Parkway Ford dealt with my service and unfortunately they have now lost a loyal customer. In talking with other people it seems to be an issue with this location specifically. Had issues with the seat heater and heat on the driver side of my 2010 Ford Raptor. $350 to diagnose and told $1800 to fix. Expensive, but I needed them fixed to sell. My first appointment was cancelled as I was on my way in. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. My truck was serviced and returned back to me with the heat now working but only blowing max heat constantly. Plus, the air conditioning wasn't working now. Called back and they wanted me to bring it in again for a diagnosis. They told me it would take 2 hours of a morning and I would have the truck back. They did not notify me they were closing early, I drove to ford at 5:00pm to grab my truck and it was locked up. I had to find alternate drive to work in gta the next morning. Tech called me the next morning and told me it was going to cost an ADDITIONAL $300 TO FIX! Spoke to Craig the manager, he reduced the cost to $200 for me admitting they were at fault. I was forced to pay, otherwise I would have payed $2100 for absolutely nothing. Shouldn't have had to pay any extra charges and a return for the diagnosis after all the time i wasted driving my truck to and from Ford and not having a vehicle for work. Terrible customer service, no communication and a faulty diagnosis. DO NOT TRUST THEIR QUOTES

First time buying tires at a car dealership but since we have been getting all our maintenance done at Parkway thought it would be convenient. I could not have been more mistaken. Arrived at 7:40 to a mess. Lined up behind a car and soon realized had no driver and no one was coming to talk. Moved over to other line and eventually got served in 20 min. Went to waiting room just after 8::00 AM and new it would be awhile as I had just seen the courtesy cars depart. At around 8:55 the first driver returned tool our names and said she was taking the 3 people at the front of the waiting room and did anyone have a problem with that; and another car would be here in less than 15 min.. The people she was taking had all come in after me and 2 had only been there 5 min. I did not respond to the question as I did not feel like making a scene. When the other car arrived 20 min. later we promptly drove a select customer to the U of W. I then realized I was going on a trip to the opposite corner of the city about 1 hour round trip and asked if the driver knew were I lived. The response was verbal abuse with comments like "The route is chosen for the convenience of the driver" ,"If you wanted service you should have complained" and "this is a free shuttle you should be happy with what you get" Suggestions to the manager to implement a system that records when you got to Parkway were met with platitudes of we will try to improve but basically will do nothing. He reinforced they don't track anything and the drives decide on what they do. i was left feeling like a second class citizen treated with extreme prejudice as any reasonable route would have taken me the 5 min. to my house and then followed a straight line across the city.

Went for snow tires and an oil change there once, Lenni told me that if I made an early appointment , 8:30 am, I could avoid the rush and I could get on the road quickly. So I showed up before 8:30 and sat in the waiting room. At 11:15 , Lenni informed me that they couldn’t find the wheel lock for my car and that AFTER 3 HOURS OF WAITING, THEY HAD NOT YET TOUCHED MY CAR I left without snow tires and without an oil change . I phoned Craig Moser, the so-called service manager twice and he never returned my call. Pathetic service, pathetic . Never will I return to this amateur operation.

I wish there was the capability to review service separately from sales as I have had very different experiences with both. Starting with service, I would rate 4 or 5 stars as my experience has been quite good. I own a 2016 Focus RS and I've taken it in for a slew of various services including oil changes and diagnostics. The car is modded and tuned and while nothing major has gone wrong, they've worked with me on whatever was needed. I didn't purchase the RS at this dealership, up until recently I've only used them for service. My sales experience, however, was horrible. I made the decision to purchase a 2020 GT350 in May, and placed a $2K deposit on an existing build order early May with an expected delivery date of early July. I have been emailing back and forth about every 2 weeks looking for updates. About 4 weeks in I received the VIN number and everything started to feel real and I was over-the-moon excited. I kept up the e-mails however every reply was that there was no update and no new information. I visited the sales office twice during this time while I was in purchasing parts for the RS. This morning I learned that the car I placed a deposit down on in May was actually already sold to another buyer. I was extremely confused as to how this could have happened. Apparently, another sales rep "sold" the car and told the rep that I dealt with that it was no longer available. I don't know if this was before or after I placed my deposit, but the sales manager said they had this conversation over a month ago. This was supposed to be my fun summer car and now I have to start the buying process all over again. I even bought a vanity plate "82FIDDY" that references the Voodoo engine and it's high rev-limit. The worst part is that this was one of last GT350s and now there's ZERO more and all signs/leaks from Ford Motor Company show that they will no longer be making it anymore. Don't ever buy from this dealership if you expect any professionalisms such as communication, honesty, or integrity--you'll be horribly disappointed.

Polite service department and fast turn around. This was my review earlier this week. I just changed it to 1 star 3 days later for this reason. My wife and kids are now broken down an hour from home with the same issue that it was brought in with. I guess the fast turn around was due to the fact they didn’t do anything.

Zero on the rating! Service dept. has a cancel culture and unable to have empathy towards customer service. Simple steering issues that a child could detect was denied service not just by service consultants (Johnathon) but also by the service manager (Craig Moser). When push came to shove I was told to never come back!! 55,000 dollars later and two years of frustration I finally resolved the issue at another dealership.

Went in shortly after 5 on a Friday to buy a truck. We had to ask if there was someone who could help us. We Actually told the sales agent we were looking at getting one in a couple of days. He quickly went through the pricing and told us to come back on Saturday because they were closing. That's all fine and well, but it's all about your approach. So we went on our way still interested in the Ford and headed to Kitchener Ford. Where we were greeted with opened arms, offered a hot drink and were greeted by a lovely sales agent who helped us every step of the way. Went through all our options. Took us for a drive. Pulled the truck into the garage and let us have a good look at it and shortly thereafter we were signing our names and are proud owners of a new f150! They happily stayed open for us to finish the paperwork and the deal is done we will pick up our new truck at the beginning of the week :)! Point of the story go to Kitchener Ford. They rock! A seamless transaction!
