Went in for my yearly air conditioning checkup. Was down a little freon. They do what they're supposed to do and I got my car back within 45 minutes. Seems very professional to me. It's my go-to garage now.

The most honest service I have ever received having to do with my vehicle! I came in for a visual inspection, I knew I needed work done so I wanted a quote for that work. I ended up getting such great honest service and quote that I said go ahead and do the work (front/rear brakes, rotars). I was not expecting same day work done but they fit me in and had it done in less time than originally stated. I will continue to have all work on car done here and I will always recommend this location! Thank-You for restoring my faith in auto mechanics!

I was packing a few hedgehogs on my way home from work and I dropped my spitter, as I watched it spill all over my car seat I was in disbelief. To say the least I feared for the worst, the unconcealed stench of Grizzly wintergreen baking in the heat of a car with leather seats, absolutely unbearable. Then like a deer in headlights I froze and thought, thank god for Lyle Cook Automotive. Needless to say the folks over there took care of the vehicle, not a stain or stench in sight. Beauty. 10/10 great service will be returning and I do recommend to anyone who is seeking the highest quality of service available.

Brought my car in first thing in the morning for an E-test, had no appointment. Gentleman at the desk was very friendly and started the test immediately. It took no longer than 15 minutes for the whole process. Everyone there was very nice and efficient, amazing service! I went to Canadian Tire first and they didn't even have a guy there to do the test! I will definitely bring my car back to NAPA :)

Usually the best place to go for the best prices on most items. Staff is always friendly and will do their best to help you. Always call around though as sometimes you can find what you need at one of the other auto supply shops in town. Or if you're not in a rush for your part you can usually find what you need online and save 50% or more.

If your looking to get work done on your vehicle or just general maintenance I would highly suggest giving Napa a try. They are very friendly and honest. They are pretty quick too. When it comes to price I was astounded at how low the bill was. Depending what time of the year I would suggest looking at what promotions they have running. I got the Winter maintenance service package done.

Had the worst experience at this car wash!!! I used the vacuum and ok they worked but when it come to use the self wash it was horrible!!!! Took my money basically give me 2 mins to wash my car, had drive home with soap on my car because they have no where to put change in to get I loonies, half options don’t work, I couldn’t even do rinse on my car before putting the soap on, this place is ran down smells nasty I would honestly keep your money and not use this place!!!! It the worse!!! If I could give 0 star I would!!!!!

worse experience ever. ALWAYS took my vehicles there before. Now the new owners could care less. Car was in shop 17 days and STILL could not fix it right. Went to pick up car to take to another shop who knows what they are doing . They never put my car back the way it was when I took it in AND now the power steering does not work.........sabatoge perhaps???? maybe.....Time to take it to Nissan to find out what else they ruined. NEVER again......

Excellent experience! My car was making a noise that was concerning and my father-in-law recommended NAPA AutoPro because they had been good to him before. To keep it short, they found the problem but it would have been easy to charge me for a lot of of other things and they didn't - the fix was minor but critical. Mike was open and honest about everything. They brought me into the shop and showed me what they were working on and told me the issues they were going to check on, waited for my consent before they did any additional work and to top it off they lent me their shop car for most of the day so that I wouldn't be stranded. My bill was more than reasonable and I can say that this is where I'll be taking my vehicle from now on. Mike runs a business built on trust and that's why I'll be back.
