Very polite , respectful employees . The service is a little slow as i thought , but very nice friendly atmosphere. The parts woman is very knowledgeable.

At first I thought the Ford dealer was inept and unable to fix my car. When they found the problem after several tryes it was a connection that would fail when I was driving and would reconnect when they would work on the car. The failure finally happened at the dealership and was repaired. All other problems have been repaired.
