Not impressed by any means with customer service they are brutal and very aggravating to deal with. This is a insurance claim my insurance company told me that they were going to be contacting me to get an appraisal done on the vehicle almost a week went by and yet nothing from them the communication was awful!! car took just about a month before my vehicle was repaired. I have a CEL on from the accident I asked them to have a look at it when I pick up the car the CEL is still on I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to get it checked I don't understand why they didn't do it the first time when I asked now I'm going to have to pay out-of-pocket this accident wasn't my fault. If Google review offered a 0 star I would have given it. The actual body work was decent but the office staff unreal. I will never ever go back for anything. I do not recommend this shop

This winter we had someone plow into the back of my Lincoln MKC. It didn't look like much damage but when all was said and done it was a 7 day visit to Fix Auto St. Thomas. The car was still OK to drive so no urgency to get it in immediately but I believe we had it scheduled within two weeks. When the car was brought in they had pre-ordered all the necessary parts. I was pleased with the process and co-ordination with insurance. Of course the most important thing is the repair work and when the car came back it looked brand new. It is good to deal with a reputable place like Fix Auto.

My insurance company had my truck sent to Fix Auo St. Thomas after an accident. It was a total loss so no repair was required. The manager at Fix Auto was very efficient assessing the damage and coordinating with my insurance company. Friendly, personable and I would recommend.

My wife crashed my truck and went here as this was a preferred shop for My insurance company. They finished my truck 5 days before the estimated time. I had a few minor paint defects that I was not happy with and they were very prompt at arranging a time around my schedule to get the truck back in to have these issues dealt with. They arranged a rental truck for me and had the issues fixed in a couple days. All in all I have never had to deal with this before and it was a good experience. Thank you to Daryl and Tim and all the staff for your work. Truck looks like new again!

I was rear ended on the 401. Brought it to this shop as it’s a guaranteed shop with my insurance and situated behind the dealership I bought the truck from. Phase one of the repair was done quickly with my only concern being the bumper Ford has sent them. This isn’t going to affect my experience with them because it’s a Ford issue and not theirs. They detailed the truck as well as an added bonus. I was still experiencing some slight shutters while going over bumps and they agreed to take a look as part of insuring all my concerns had been addressed. It turned out to be a shock that appeared to be functioning properly and had no visual indications of damage. I’m a pretty busy person, I run a business that services SWO and this shop is busy as well handling not only the shop appointments, but anything the dealership needs as well. This combination makes coordinating rather tricky but Darrel was able to make time for me and get me running smooth again without delay. All in all, the work done and the experience (they coordinated with the rental, insurance and ford) was pretty good. Thanks guys!

Do not take your vehicle here! The terrible customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse. The manager came across completely un empathetic and I even over heard him talking down to his own staff.
