Brought a dead battery in that I'm certain it is under warranty, they where not interested in helping me at all because I dont normally deal with them basically told me I'm on my own. Strongey suggested not shopping here for car parts. Went to carquest and they helped me.

Good selection of parts in stock. They will find it if they don't have it. Very accommodating people.

Had to leave as there was only 2 agents working and each serving a customer. There was a lot of idle chatter not specific to buying some parts. I know because i stood there between both agent stations for 5 minutes listening to both conversations. At no time was my entering the store acknowledged, as well as my departure to go to carquest.

I had a warranty on a wheel bearing that I purchased less than one year ago and they gave me a hard time about trying to use the warranty... they literally told me no and then I called the Aylmer store and they said I had five years on that bearing
