I spent 20 minutes talking to a guy and set up and purchased a car starter and it's installation for my wife's car as a Christmas present, we spent 5 minutes talking about the fact that we would not need to use the additional FOBs because the kit allows you to use the cars factory key FOB when within range to start it by hitting the lock 3 times. Wife went in today and had the install done,they told her they disabled that feature because people start their vehicle without meaning to. So the only feature we wanted after spending $500 isn't enabled. edit: I was contacted and they are going to fix it, so I upped from 3 to 4 stars, I can't give 5 as I believe the feature should not be disabled unless the customer asks, or at least agrees to have it disabled when they purchase the install. Especially when the feature was talked about during the purchase. Big kudos to Jacques for reaching out to make it right.

Staff is always friendly. Prices are great. Excellent service especially during COVID, they definitely made it feel safe with precautionary measures put in. I’ve purchased rims and tires with Action for the last few years and can’t wait to have a remote starter put in this winter!

I got ahold of Action at 9am Friday and they had me in and out within minutes of my initial call to them. The customer service was top notch, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have dealt with the Saint John store on/off for the last 7 years for roof rack gear and now my car starter. The staff are upfront and honest. They have made mistakes on ordering wrong roof rack parts but changing the order was fairly painless. Never had any major issues at this location.

I was really impressed with the store. It had more merchandise than I expected. It is a hidden jewel to everyday auto accessories. I bought my wipers and they installed them promptly. I also found many other items that would be ideal for gifts for a person who has everything. I know I am visiting again to purchase a few small items for gifts. If you have not been in the store, take a few minutes and browse.

Very poor, staff are nor knowledgeable and quote was wrong (labour twice the amount), parts were finally found in stock room after three weeks wait poor installation bolts were not tightened (discovered by another mechanic). Staff turnover high and unfriendly.
