It's a good place to shop for a Porsche if you don't mind to pay for the sticker price. Compared to other brand, they don't give you a big window to negociate. They might say 2-3k down but that's nothing. Beside, some brand like Mercedes Benz have a bigger discount on their car, and THEY can give an additionnal discount. I have received up to 40k discount on an s, 15-16k on a CLA45 OR 20K on a C63. My point is that Porsche you won't get that much of a debate. In fact, according to some research, they said that Porsche make the most profit off each car they sold compared to the other brand. If you are someone who cares about their money, and want to feel good to pay less than sticker price for a brand new car.... Porsche is not the way to go. DONT GET ME WRONG, I admire Porsche, they make awesome car!

My rating of 4 is therefore based on 5/5 for the sales service and 2/5 for the maintenance and repair service (the only positive point is that they take care not to damage your car and that they offer loaner not to be on foot). Ils travaillent à ce que chaque auto soit selon vos attentes. Le service de maintenance et de réparation est terrible. Impossible de leur parler directement, doit passer par le centre d'appel. Les diagnostiques qu'ils font sont souvent erronés, c'est comme si les mécanos ne connaissaient pas leur produits. En plus, s'ils ne sont pas trop occupés, le temps de travail risque de trippler. Ils voulaient me charger 3 heures la dernière fois pour enlever un set de roues et poser un autre pour effectuer un test. 3 heures pour enlever et reposer 4 roues, pas pour poser et balancer les pneus, simplement dévisser et revisser les autres roues... Si vous êtes de la rive-sud, je vous conseille fortement GTA performance, il règle les problèmes rapidement et sans passer par 50 chemin, et il le fait à un prix abordable considérant le fait que le véhicule reste une Porsche. Ma note de 4 est donc basée en fonction de 5/5 pour le service de vente et 2/5 pour le service maintenance et réparation (seul point positif est qu'ils prennent soin de ne pas abimer votre auto et qu'ils offrent des loaner pour ne pas être à pied).

Very clean sharp atmosphere. Great help, great service. The staff looks sharp and certainly appear to be efficient. I had a very pleasant experience from noticeably knowledgable staff. I had a very good experience there with my nephew. He enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks that were at a superbly looking snacks bar. I recently bought a pre owned Porsche from this dealership , The sales experience was painless ,The used car manager François was easy going ,no pressure and really professional .After sales service is what impressed me most . I had a small issue , They were amazing ,they looked after it no discussion with no worries everyone I encountered at the dealer was a real professional from the courtesy drivers to the service advisors . They even gave me an office to use upstairs while they washed my car ! Amazing customer service and experience . I am a young owner of a Cayenne 2019, what I can say that the sales service very bad when I went inside for the first time to purchase my first Cayenne the salesman told me if I know that the car worth 75K starting price which telling i am not able to pay for it. Second thing service department I went there to check up a funny sound on the front wheel but they said no appointment can’t check it so I have booked an appointment but when I came in again on that day the sound wasn’t there anymore and instead of still checking it to see if they find anything suspicious they told me come back again if you hear it again with an appointment. I suggest you guys to go Lauzon even is the same owner but this all depends on people who give service or Prestige.
