Il me dit également que la personne qui m'a contacté ne sait pas si les véhicules sont disponibles ou non au moment de fixer la date avec les clients. Ils ont pris mes coordonnées et me contacteront lorsque la Mustang Mach E sera disponible. Heureusement qu'ils ont un excellent service client, j'ai été contacté par Étienne Bélanger qui m'a proposé un essai routier à domicile. Étienne est venu chez nous à la date prévue avec la Mustang Mach e, et a passé tout le temps nécessaire pour répondre à nos questions et résoudre nos doutes sur la voiture, nous avons pu faire l'essai que nous voulions. BUYER BEWARE worst service ever from Ford! My relatives all have Ford, so i decided to purchase my first vehicle with Ford as well. I shopped around and found a used car with the specs I needed at Olivier Ford. Took an appointment, seller Cyril gave me the car key and asked me to drive it while he is busy with other customers. I was satisfied after the test drive so i decided to take it even though i got very little served. Got told they have a promotional rate for 72 months. I was satisfied and did the financing with Karine, and put a 200$ deposit. When I finally had time to call insurance company, i pull out the purchase offer, then I noticed a fee of 1395$ (produit F&I). contacted the seller, got told if I want to finance with Ford, that is the associated fee. I said then I wont finance with you, what is the price if I pay cash. Seller sent me a new purchase offer without the fee. Still not satisfied with the service, I went to see a manager in person. A manager said the 1395$ is to CERTIFY the vehicle. Also, since the second purchase offer has no signature, it is not valid, so i have to pay the original purchase offer price. I wanted a vehicle with an asked price. DO NOT make decision for me by putting hidden, unexplained fees for ANY reason. finance fee, certify fee, administration fee...does't matter. Please be transparent. Explain ALL the fees and let the customer decide. Poor service -> hidden fees-> different explanation provided -> a mess Some staff were nice and understanding like Lucie and Mr. Beaudry, but beware of others, they all ready to mess with you.

horrible experience, never got a rental car when i had booked an appointment 4 days prior for monday, when i dropped my car off monday morning then got to enterprise i wasn't even in the system,i never got a car, and to re-reserve a spot and now waiting an entire week for a rental and still no answers? makes no sense at all.

Pas étonnant que les gens n’aiment pas aller chez le concessionnaire pour faire entretenir leur voiture... il y a d’autres Ford sur la Rive-Sud, mon conseil: essayez ailleurs avant Olivier.

After assisting my friend with purchasing his vehicle here as he needed someone to translate for him, I DEFINITELY will NOT be purchasing from here. From the salesperson to the director of sales, this is not the kind of service one would expect from any type of dealership. The vehicle being sold was unique, so unique that we tolerated the "service". First off, we deposited 200$ to reserve the vehicle, once there, discussions of winter tires, we were negotiating to include them with the asking price being it is winter. Sales person's lack of tact and respect responds with arrogance, no , we will refund your deposit and sell it for more next month. There is a way to deal with clients, simply replying that the prices are non-negotiable would've been enough. She did not even have the decency to deliver the vehicle herself, a woman named Lucy was kind enough to take over. At no fault of Lucy's, the delivery was also a disaster, leaving fees on the contract to be signed and missing parts off the car, Lucy had to rewrite the whole contract because of the carelessness of the salesperson. All of the events above were brought to the attention of the sales manager. We still had to chase for the keyhole cover, the car was picked up Tuesday night, and they were in no hurry to find the piece for us, it was only Saturday that we received the car in it's entirety. No sense or urgency into pleasing their customers. The only one worth dealing with was Lucy,. I don't recommend this place at all, other dealerships treated us far better! Had the vehicle not been so unique, they would not have gotten any business from us at all.

Terrible service. I call a million times and they never answer the phone. Had my car’s bumper repaired by them because they « insure » their work with insurances company’s. Came back a year later because the bumper sides are popping out and they tried to dispute with me , saying that there are tiny scratches in front of my bumper from parking and that could of made the sides pop out. In addition, if you saw the work they did my bumper is now as soft as a piece of cardboard. Just to give you an idea of the quality of work.

Elle me répond le soir même m'indiquant que tout est reçu et qu'un représentant me contacterait. 2 jours plus tard (18 Nov) elle m'envoie un courriel de suivi me demandant mon expérience. Je lui réponds que je n'ai eu aucun appel ni courriel de quiconque représentant. Elle me répond le lendemain (19 Nov) qu'elle s'assure que la situation soit corrigée... nous sommes le 23 Novembre et personne ne m'a contacté. J'ai donc commencé à magasiner ailleurs..

George is a very dishonest used car sales rep. This dealer advertised 2011 Tucson GLS AWD for 11900 claiming there's only one scratch when I called to inquire. I made my decision based on that claim and decided to drive all the way from Toronto only to find out that the car has at least 8 panels scratched and dent which would have cost me well over 1000 to fix. Lorsque le chef d'atelier, toujours injoignable comme la direction qui après de nombreux messages n'ont jamais pris la peine de rappeler, en a été averti, sa seule réponse fut: "Nous on a le meilleur service à la clientèle du Canada, ca a juste pas dû cliquer avec vous". Il semble qu'une bonne réputation passée justifie aujourd'hui de pouvoir se moquer de certains clients. Ni excuses ni gestes commerciaux pour réparer le tort, même le service à clientèle de Ford ne fut capable d'entrer en contact avec le chef d'atelier qui ne semble faire aucun suivi des dossiers ni des autos qui rentrent dans son garage puisqu'il n'était absolument pas courant de ce qui avait été fait sur notre auto et justifie les erreurs commises par le fait qu'il n'était pas là (étrange pour un chef d'atelier?). Une fois le problème de la batterie admis, ils ont juste rechargé la batterie (morte) et nous ont proposé une neuve pour 300$.... Difficile de croire que notre auto fut bien traitée si même les niveaux n'ont pas été fait en quittant l'atelier. Autrefois le nom de Ford était encore signe de qualité et de respect du client mais il semble que certains concessionnaires abusent de cette image pour justifier leur tarif horaire sans offrir le reste. Olivier Ford fait honte à la réputation de Ford.

Alors j'avais commander une manette aux pièces pour l'a remplacer lors du prochain rendez-vous pour le capot. je vais chercher mon véhicule le directeur me dit pas besoin d'une autre manette j'ai fais configurer tes manettes et je ne te charge rien pour ça. Le lendemain je viens pour démarrer mon véhicule aucune des manettes ne fonctionne. la semaine suivante j'appel pour dire que ça fonctionne seulement par intermittence sur une boîte vocale. on me rappelle pour me dire qu'ils sont en vacances donc d'aller au service ils vont m'arranger ça. Donc je suis sorti de là avec une facture de $182.96 pour avoir changer deux batteries que pour tant le directeur de la carrosserie m'avait dit qu'il avait changer et ils ne veulent rien entendre de rembourser ma facture. BUYERS BEWARE: CROOKED DEALER I purchased a used vehicle here back in 2016, and asked to have have some add ons including a hitch, remote starter, and custom mats for my Ford Explorer. The first red flag was when we finalized the sale, I noticed they had labelled the extras as "winter tires". When I mentioned this, they said not to worry and that everything would be there when I came to pick up the vehicle. When I did, the car mats were missing (a $400 value), and the manager said he would order them and have them ready the next time I came to Montreal. I called over a dozen times, just to be ignored and dismissed. Given the fact that I paid the asking price of the vehicle, this is still an extra I paid out of pocket. The new manager said they had some issues with the previous manager who sold the vehicle to me and again, said they would look into to. To this day I still am not getting through to them. Update: Even though they replied to this review, it was simply just for show and all efforts on their part are still nil.

March 1,2017 - Purchased a truck for my company, price was right - everything went very smooth. Six months later I realized that the vehicle had a different option than what I had discussed and signed for in the original sales contract. The option in question is deemed something that cannot be fixed and a replacement vehicle is needed. Also the option basically makes what I am doing illegal in the eyes of the government. After they realize that they are in the wrong and admit it, their solution is that they will find me an equivalent value truck with the same specs and corrected option - great that sounds reasonable. I get a call back, they can't find an equivalent so now insist I get a brand new truck and pay the difference. I kindly explain that I will not pay for a mistake that they are guilty of making. They proceed to explain to me that I will be causing them to lose money because I have driven my current vehicle for 6 months and that the new model (2017) are more expensive than my 2016 because of a new body style. I again refused to pay for any mistakes that I have nothing to do with. The dealership proceeds to offer a newer truck but lower model to try and my match my payments. Again I refuse. At this point I am now waiting for an answer as to what they will do for me. Meanwhile I need to make alternate arrangements to operate my business legally. I have set and expressed a clear deadline to resolve the problem otherwise I will have to proceed to pursue this at a higher level of authority. I am immensely disappointed about how unprofessional and low this dealer will go to avoid fixing a wrong that they are 100% responsible for. Especially after they have admitted that they are 100% at fault and recognize the problem and how severe it is for my business. In my line of work, if I make a mistake I will not leave the job or contract until the customer is not only satisfied, but content with how it all works out - EVEN if it may be a significant expense to me! Waiting for further information... UPDATE May 5,2017 - Until now I have not received any offer or any indication that anyone cares or wants to try and solve the issue. Bought a 2019 Ford Ecosport ,in late February online/ telephone as I live in Ontario and I only wanted to make one trip to St.Hubert. Why Olivier : great selection of vehicles ,had the colour and options I wanted, the final price and my friend had bought cars from Olivier and he had stated the service was excellent. All the staff were great to deal with and they truly cared about my business. The receptionist/ sales administrator on the phone was my initial contact and she was extremely polite, spoke perfect English and immediately referred me to the right salesperson in Patrick. He made the process of buying the car from Ontario very easy and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Patrick handed off the closing of the deal to Andrew Gagnon . He was truly professional and had me in/out in fifteen minutes. This was 100% perfect for me. As I was about to leave the dealership with the vehicle I had a few concerns with the Ecosport.. I spoke to Patrick and he immediately referred me to Sacha the Sales Manager. . Wow! He was not going to let me leave the dealership until I was completely satisfied . (Original) J'ai fais un changement d'huile et un changement de pneu d'hiver. On m'a contacté durant la procédure pour me dire que mes freins avaient moins 1mm et que ma "sécurité" était en danger. On me chargeait 500$ pour 2 freins avant et on me dit que je dois absolument prendre les 4 morceaux (plaquettes et disques). J'ai dit que je ne voulais pas payé autant pour ma veille bagnole de 2012. Ils ont "vérifié" leurs affaires et ont diminué ma facture à 380$ après vérifications. Au moment de payer, on peut lire clairement sur ma facture quil reste 3 mm de freins et ils se sont prit 20$ pour retirer un morceaux de plastique sans m'en parler. Je peux vous dire que je n'y retournerai jamais! J'ai eu une excellente expérience dans un autre concessionnaire ford je me suis donc présenté au OlivierFord confiante. Services à la clientèle excellent et accessible. Ils ont une très bonne plages horaires par contre.

I brought my truck to Olivier Ford after receiving a recall notice from Ford Canada to repair an issue with the transmission. After the service advisor confirmed that the transmission problem was covered by an extended warranty I decided there was enough room in my budget to see if the truck needed any other repairs and requested a complete inspection. When I picked up the vehicle the service advisor told me that they had changed the oil and everything else was okay. I objected to the charge for the oil change because I had not requested this and had just done it myself and reset the oil life. So the charge was removed, I paid for the inspection and the service advisor told me everything else was okay. The next day the front wheel began to shake and by the time I got off the highway the tire and rim were destroyed. I immediately called the service advisor and explained what happened and he sent me a tow truck. It was at this time that I noticed the inspection report was not in the envelope. After repeatedly requesting a copy of the inspection report the service advisor told me the mechanic who worked on my truck had not actually done the vehicle inspection. The service advisor then offered to refund the charge for the inspection. Instead I requested that they have another mechanic do the vehicle inspection that I had originally requested and ensure the vehicle was still safe. At my request I was allowed to watch the inspection during which the service manager had to coach the mechanic on how to do a proper vehicle inspection. I then got a bill for $470 for the towing and to install my spare tire. I objected to these charges because it was their negligence that caused the damage to my vehicle. But the service advisor told me it wasn't his decision. I requested to speak to the manager and was contacted by mr. Charbonneau who explained that since the garage did not do the vehicle inspection they are not responsible for the damage. When I explained to mr. Charbonneau that they are guilty of negligence for not doing the work I requested and allowed me to leave the garage in an unsafe vehicle he told me that was a matter of opinion. Mr. Charbonneau then claimed that the garage did two road tests to check the transmission and would have noticed any problems with the steering. I pointed out to him that I had not requested the vehicle inspection until after the service advisor confirmed that the transmission repair was under warranty. I can only take their word that the mechanic did not touch the wheel during the incomplete Inspection. On the original bill it says "jai fait entretien et inspection multi-point..." so between the comments of the mechanic and what I was told by the service advisor what was actually done to the vehicle is unclear. I'm still waiting for mr. Charbonneau to respond to that . As I explained to him I am currently extremely low on funds and need my truck for work. I need to resolve this matter urgently because I can't afford another tow truck and unnecessary repair. I requested that they replace the broken rim and the tire, inspect the front suspension to make sure there is no other damage, and refund the $470 I was charged for the towing and the installation of a spare tire.

Puis au moment d'examiner les jantes d'été, au déchargement de ceux-ci, (la livraison les mag étaient dans la voiture alors j'ai regardé que 2/4, évidemment les beaux était les plus accessibles) je me rends compte qu'il y en à 2 que la peinture est complètement "scrap"! On me répond que j'ai quand même pas acheté un véhicule neuf! Au moment de l'achat on m'explique que le véhicule vient avec un garantie prolongée +20 000km et + 1 an sur les 2 garanties de base. On m'explique qu'une telle situation n'est pas couverte par la garantie car ils n'ont rien changé ! Je dois alors payer le temps de garage ! (Me voyant furieux de la situation) Il me dit que le technicien est entrain de scellé le tout avec un produit approprié et me demande s'il doit lui demandé d'arrêter le processus . C'est qu'un pur mensonge et je lui en fait part! Car je reviens tout juste de l'extérieur et ma voiture y était!! Il change alors de sujet et il va évidemment pas voir le mécano! Mais à quoi bon sert une garantie ! De la pure arnaque ! Je porte beaucoup attention à mes voitures et le problème était rien de visible. Au moment de la reprise de mon véhicule, les bancs arrière sont tout sâle! Plein de traces de bottes! (Ils ont dû examiner le tout depuis l'intérieur avec la valise fermée). De plus, mon pare brise est fissuré! Aucune trace d'impact de roche rien... Traces de doigts au site de la fissure comme si quelqu'un la examinée ! Bien évidemment ce n'était pas la avant mon rendez vous. Décevant de l'achat jusqu'à l'entretien. En passant par le service. J'ai changé de banque et je devais fournir un spécimen chèque pour le prélèvement automatique, j'ai appelé environ 5 fois en une semaine sans réponse et sans retour à mes messages vocaux.. Finalement j'ai demandé à la réceptionniste d'aller voir la dame directement, puis elle m'a enfin rappelé pour me dire que je dois appeler crédit ford.

I get to the dealership, they make me look around the truck and offer me a test drive, we than go back inside to finalize the price and contract but the price was different from the online price so i than show the ad to the salesman he than states it must be a mistake on the ad and has to go see his director. After 20 minutes of wait both the director and salesmen come back to see me and seem really nervous. the director than states that the car was sold this morning and isn't available anymore even if i called multiple times to confirm and they also have many identical pick ups on the lot. He doesn't even offer a solution or another truck for a different price or any other explanation and was told bye as a polite way of saying to go away. i argued that the truck isn't sold and they just didn't want to honor the price of the ad but was given no response or solution and wasn't taken seriously. Good day bought my 2013 focus to Olivier June 8,2016 the people were pleasant I spoke French and English and no one got mad...thank you for that.
