Shout out to the amazing team at MB Rive-Sud, receptionists, detailers, valets, foremen and customer reps included. MB dealerships should always be like them. They listened to my concern about an abnormal exhaust noise on my amg c63s and got the parts under warranty replaced as soon as the manufacturer acknowledged the issue. Always great service and high quality work. Silverstar was the complete opposite and dismissed my concerns altogether from the get go (didn't feel right considering the premium payments on such cars)...MB owners do yourself a favour and go to Rive-Sud!

So far they offer a good service when I leave my dads car for service. Always properly taken care of. And every visit they offered a Loaner car without charge. Only thing I would say is thank you for cleaning the car. But if it’s raining outside I would préfère if you guys washed the inside. But other than that thank you for the services.

Hello, So first they weren't able to tell me if it is too late to make an appointment. Apparently sometimes they close at 16:30 sometimes at 17:00. They are not able to give you an estimation for an oil change, despite giving them the model and the year of the car. It is not what it used to be after they changed owner in 2013. I am extremely disappointed in just how awful my service experience has been with Mercedes-Benz. When purchasing my vehicle, I expected nothing but the best service from a company such as Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately, what I have come to realize is that the service offered is by far the worst service I have experienced, in addition to being no where near the standard of any “luxury car brand”. This dealership, as well as other Mercedes Dealerships I have visited display absolutely no interest in customer service, professionalism, and courtesy. My vehicle recently broke down, leaving me stranded and late for an extremely important meeting; which was a shame to experience in a newer model Benz. Upon request for a tow, I specifically instructed the roadside assistance not to have my vehicle towed to MB Rive-Sud, but it was towed there anyway. Once the vehicle arrived, I was not informed by the roadside assistance team, or by the service department at MB, even though I had specifically requested a call back. Upon finding out that my vehicle was delivered to MB Rive-Sud, in an attempt to get an update, I was greeted by a cold and discourteous receptionist who lacked any interest in my concerns. My advisor Michael told me that he would try to have a courtesy car arranged for the next day, which is yet to happen. When I called for a follow up the next day, the receptionist had told me that all cars are reserved for “their clients who book appointments”, which is completely ignorant to say, considering I could not possibly schedule or anticipate that my car would break down out of the blue. In addition to all this unprofessional behaviour, I had realized a certain trend develop over these few days. The receptionist had my number memorized, and would immediately place me on hold when I called, and transferred me to my advisor, who would send me straight to voicemail. In an attempt to get in touch, I immediately called from another number, and to no surprise both the receptionist as well as my advisor immediately answered, and were shook when they realized it was me calling from another number. I found this behaviour to be quite careless, as my time was already being wasted with my vehicle being in service without a loaner. All I wanted was to be updated on my vehicle status, as well as be provided with a loaner and some level or professionalism or customer service, but it is apparent that it is too much to ask from Mercedes Benz Rive Sud.

Worst service I have ever received from a car dealer. These guys are real crooks! BEWARE! Brought then my C450 Amg with a flat Pirelli tire that needed to be replaced. I specifically asked them to get me a quote on the repair based on the fact that Pierelli. It took them two days to get me a quote and instead of calling me with a price, they call me to inform me that my car is ready. When I asked them how much it was, they quoted me over $450 including the discount from Pirelli and the installation. I asked them to check the tire again as it was brand new and they refused. I decided to go look at a very reputable tire dealer that I have been dealing with for years. Funny, for the exact same tire and the warranty from Pirelli, it cost me 160$! PS, they will always try to sell you an alignment, whether you need it or not. The typical used car salesmen approach. Extremely unprofessional and basically thieves. Avoid at all costs! FYI, I received a much better service at Mercedes-Benz West Island last time I had an issue with my car. It’s worth every minute you sit in traffic to get there.

Not gonna lie, after reading the reviews I was pretty scared to come here. However, FÉLIX, gave me a prestigious and first class service. Never did I felt pressured or uncomfortable. I was shopping between other dealerships too, but Felix’s service is what convinced me to seal the deal. His professionalism and humbleness is by far superior than others, I’m so glad that my first Mercedes has been completed with him. I have had problems with my A250 from the time of pick up Mid dec 2019. Following the chain of command, I finally ended up speaking with the General Manager. The cars transmission has stuck in gear twice, the MBUX system has been flakey from the get go. The GM didn’t seem to care about the experience or being bounced around from service to Mercedes Benz Canada back to sales. Spoke with the sales person to get me out of this lemon and into a new one - it’s been a week now and no one is calling me back. Service is okay. But they only treat the symptoms- and the underlying problems - they come back. Update June 2021: After 18 months of leasing this car - the problems seem to have been resolved. Too many visits later. The new General Manager took time to speak with me, and Jean-Francois, in service took an interest in this problematic vehicle and owned my experience. While it’s taken far too long to come to what the issue was - after transmission controller replacements, MBUX replacements, waiting for Mercedes to write a code change to get two phones working on the car at the same time ( one car play one Bluetooth) a valve issue, a head replacement and a throttle actuator replacement - the car drives like new. For how long?? This is a guess. And I’m pinning this on Mercedes quality. Not on the dealerships ability. This has taught me a lot about how manufacturers relationships with dealers work - very eye opening.

I had a great first experience here. I got my car B service and part recall. I bought it in Boucherville, but the transaction didn't go as smooth as I had hoped for. So i tried Silverstar, which was a nightmare experience for Service. I ended up driving a bit further to MB riv sud, and I was very relieved to experience a great Service. The courtoisie car was brand new and great to try out. They didn't try to upsell me anything or even suggest a repair on my 2013 c300. The service desk lady was polite and professional. Thank you! I definitely recommend MB Riv Sud. I will be going here from now on, and eventualy buy my next car.

Rascit salesperson. First and last visit. Having already purchaed a vehicle from Mercedes Silver Star, we decided to head to Rive Sud to view a specific model which we called beforehand to see if they had in stock. Receptionist was excellent, smiling, very polite and courteous and willing to help. But after being introduced to our sales agent (jacques) we knew we were in trouble. Upon glancing at us, the first point he made was not about the car we were in the market for, or to briefly introduce himself; rather he barked that he does not sell cars for export... His next move was to make a point that he wasn't going to shake our hands as a result of him feeling "sick" (explanation of the quotations below). The combination of both comments made us feel uncomforatble but we decided to move forward. Upon asking why we would look to export a car that we had no intent of taking outside the province he motioned past us and towards the underground garage and ignored our question. Not the best of starts I thought. He lead us downstairs to a car and made no attempt to explain the features or talk about it at all. Nothing... He then pulled us towards another that was locked and made no mention of getting the keys or talking about that model either. It was by far the worst experience I had ever had so far from any dealer. Any questions posited towards him were dismissed with a banal and vacant look that befits a royal looking down upon his minions. No communication. No talk of the car or its options/ features. It was as if he has something better to do and it wasn't to be around us. Even the vendors at Costco who give you free samples of food outclassed this guy. Upon leaving we extended our hands again to thank him for his time, but with his hand on his hips, he reminded us he wasn't going to touch ours. Maybe he was sick, but the virility he demonstrated going up and down the stairs showed he had more energy than either of us. I would have hoped his proclivity to not deal with us would have warranted an excuse to another sales person; someone who actually wanted to sell a car and have a start a relationship with a client. But to our disappointment no. It was a rasict ending to a rascit start. But hey, at least he was consistent... I'll give him that.

Hi I bought pre-owned vehicle 2011 model, the vehicle was clean and nice when we tried, but after first few days we realized various sounds in the vehicle. one frustrating big sound was when we turn the vehicle. as the vehicle is under full bumper to bumper warranty, we have contacted sales person to fix these and he confirmed that all issues will be fixed, but we are just waiting and waiting, its been almost four weeks, we have not been contacted to fix appointment to fix all problems. I feel disappointing and not satisfied with the after sales customer service. I am still in contact with sales and hoping to have problems. I will keep my review updated in coming days.

I usually dont write reviews but the service level I received had to be shared. It took 2 days after several call transfers/voicemails in btw their departments to finally get in touch with someone to get updates on my car. He confirmed the car was ready to pick up. However, I was promised it would be ready the same day(smal recall and tire change) and that someone would call me. guess what? no one did and it took me at least 10 calls to find out mysself. when asked to get someone to pick me up so I can finally get my car and go to work, he transfers me again and guess what? again voicemail and no one returning the calls. Really bad customer service and PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.they also have the same excuse that they dont have courtesy cars available but lie to you when you purchase the cars. I worked in customer service for several years and never seen a service like this in my life. Now I am still waiting for a call...Do they care about the hours you missed at work for their false promises? Logically, would I even bother going there had I knew it would take that long? Had specifically booked an appoitment to coincide with my work and now they are doing whatever they feel like. Just to add: the people I dealt with dont even know their stuff and couldnt even answer my questions. this dealership is a pure joke.

The only problem is the car entertainment system that doesn't have car play and Android auto for the car you buy in 2019 under the Mercedes brand, is sooooo underwhelming!! ???? infotainment looks like a car of ten years ago! There is not even a survey for customer car satisfaction to send the feedback. Hopefully Merceses bring us the a software update to upgrade their out of date infotainment.

My last service appointment at Mercedes-Benz Rive-Sud was rather pleasant and relaxing. On this occasion, I chose to wait for the service to be completed. While waiting, I popped in my AirPods & listened to some music, some podcasts... while also catching up on my email, essentially creating my own personal Maxwell Smart cone of silence. The sparkling showroom had two impressive new AMGs on display that caused the heart to flutter. The waiting area had a sleek retro modern 60’s vision of the future allure that was rather cool. The staff as always was welcoming, professional and polite, giving you this overall sensation that you as an individual were appreciated and not just your dollars. Some negatives; the refreshment center was sparse. Some croissants, Danishes and muffins would be appreciated. Mini or otherwise.

Sales dept was great when I was interested to buy a GLA250. Courteous and called me back the same day to book a test drive or answer questions. In a turn of event, I ended up canceling my appointment due to finding the exact GLA I was looking for at a dealer that is not MB. Since I live on the south shore, I wanted to make MBRS my go-to place for maintenance. Contacted them again to obtain info on the warranty left, to update owner info and discuss an issue with my usb ports not working. I was told my contact information has been given to the service dept who would call me and be able to assist me... never got a call. Tried a 2nd time, I still haven't heard from anyone in a week and a half. I've received 5 star treatment from the service dept at Toyota even though I was driving their low end cars...but I can't even get a call back from MB's service dept. This was my first experience with the brand... although the brand itself prides on excellence, it seems MBRS doesn't think the same way...

First time I was spoken with a such unfriendly tone, like the salesperson didn't want to make the sale. I bought a certified mercedes benz CLA from one of the sale rep and received top notch service. He gave me all the information i needed and really worked with me to get the deal done. The one star rating has more to do with their customer service. 2 months after I purchased the car i noticed a bubble into the paint on the driver side door. About the size of a 25cent. I called the dealer they refered me to the body shop. I went in and they inspect the car, they told me they would get back to me within 2 weeks. I received a call from them and they told me this wasnt covered. The car is 3 1/2 years old, still under warranty for 2 years and its not covered ? I was told it was a stonechip by the bodyshop. When i pointed out to the guy that first of all the car has been sitting in the garage for about 5 weeks while i was on vacation and that i could see the same kind of bubble rust spot starting to appear on the other side of the car on the passanger side door i was told still not covered probably a stonechip also. They offered to fix it for 2700 dollars and i gladly refused. Ill take my business somewhere else. Can you believe i almost refered them to my girlfriend for her GLK 350 and i almost pull the trigger on the cla45 amg after a week of ownership ? Glad i didnt.

I bought a used GL 350 for over $55 000.00 from Benz South shore. I was very disappointed regarding the quality of the car. Within one year, I had to take it in for three repairs. The last time I had to replace the whole sensor system at a cost of $2500.00. To make things worse, the mechanics torqued the tires without my consent and damaged two of the tire nuts. Now I am face with another major repair for the wheels and tires. This is the first time I have bought a car from Benz South Shore and I am very disappointed with the whole experience. There are far better and professional Benz dealerships in Montreal than this one. In response to the dealership's comment: A car which is worth over $55 000.00 needs to be taken in for three repairs, does it make any sense to anyone? This shows their inspection is totally unreliable and I can assure you this car was never inspected properly. I do have the receipts of each repairs to proof it. This dealership does only minimal inspection so that they can sell the extended warranty in order steal from the client. As far as the torque of the tires are concern, I have noticed that the two of the bolts/nuts were totally damaged when I took the car in to the local garage for tire change. Their mechanics have damaged the nuts but again they are denying the whole facts instead of rectifying the situation. That is what you call a lousy and unprofessional customer service.

The salesman that I was confirmed to meet with wasn't there although we confirmed our appointment 15 min before!! I was referred to someone else upon arrival! (confused) A few days later I called and visted another Mercedes Benz dealership, and ended up buying same car there instead, at a much better deal!!The trade-in value they offered me was $3000.00 more at the other Mercedes dealership PLUS an additional $1000.00 discount on top of the $2000.00 discount I was offered here ! $4599.00 More in my pocket! We wanted to replace our B200 for a B250. After looking around and getting terrible service from a dealer in Montreal, we decided to check out the dealer in Brossard. We looked in the showroom and the sales people were very nice. No pushy or hassle nonsense. My wife and I really were asking questions about warrantee and so on. We found a beautiful black B250 with low km. I must say I really hassled the poor salesman, but in the end they made me an offer I couldn't refused. I got great buyback for my B200 plus an extended warrantee and they thew in a rear OEM cargo mat and a few extras for the 2013 B250. Two months later a small crack appeared on the lower front windshield, brought it over and the service checked it out and a week later they replaced the windshield. Had the car serviced for oil change and I must say the price is a bit hefty, but in the end and a year later we are both very happy with our Mercedes and no problems what so ever.

A year ago i bought my CLA 250 brand new from mercedes benz taschereau and never once was i satisfied with the service. Every time i would try to get a hold of a specific person i would never get an answer so i would leave a message yet i still wouldn't get a phone call back. Therefore i would be stuck chasing the person i needed to talk to. When i would receive a missed call and i would call back the front desk asking who called, they would say they didn't know who called and they couldn't help me. i would need to wait for the person to call me back. Not only this but i would also be stuck waiting for them in person as well. I would go in and tell the receptionist that i needed to speak with a specific person which they told me would take 5 minutes, 20 minutes later i saw the person walk by which he told me it wouldn't be long, just another 5 minutes which would be a lie as well.. i would end up waiting a good 45 minutes. Every time i would show up in person it would be the same situation over and over. Not only this, but i would receive phone calls for surveys from other peoples accounts from when they brought their car to the dealerships garage. Every time i would tell them its not me they would say yes for the cla250, which i would then tell them yes that's my car, but the name is wrong. They said they would fix it and they are sorry yet i would still get phone calls about other peoples accounts. And at the beginning for the longest time they would never be able to find my file under my name. So then i decided to write a bad review and i decided to sell my car as well. The dealership ended up calling my mother to tell her i need to take down the review or else they wouldn't buy my car. I ended up taking the writing part of the review down and left the one star. They called my mother back again telling her i didn't take it down and that i needed to take it down or else we would have a 1,000$ charge for ending the lease early and that they wouldn't buy my car anymore. I ended up putting the rate to 3 stars even if i didn't feel it was right since i would have been charged extra for selling my car. After all this happened i wrote a Facebook status about how I felt on the whole situation. The dealership had the nerve to track down my mothers work phone number telling her that if i didn't take it down they would bring me to court and that they would write a bad review about my mothers job. Which drove my nerves. i never would have thought a high company would go so low to do something like this. I ended up taking down the facebook post as well and when i went to go sell my car back to the dealership we ended up getting a fee of 500$ which my mother didn't understand why. She asked politely why we got charged when they said there wouldn't be a charge since i took all the reviews down and everything. Their response was "because of everything that happened". And to this day i still have problems with them and mercedes benz financial. lesson learned

I really should have read the reviews before buying a car from here. Bought a used X1 (2016 Model) in Aug 2019, I was in contact with Evan and his manager (Bachar), they told me brakes were brand new and tires(summer + winter) would last another 2 years. I thought additional warranty was added to the car as well, only for me to find out that nothing whatever is true about what I was sold. Brakes are totally bad, tires are worn, so imagine less than a year factoring in the fact the car was used limitedly during the lockdown I have to change brakes and buy new tires plus warranty ended. I'm so pained and this dealership crossing my mind irks me. The worst car business I have ever done. To think I drove all the way from Ottawa to this place. Honestly, don't believe what they tell you when buying used, don't be deceived like me by the nice things or beauty of the place.

This was my initial post after a few hours of owning this vehicle I noticed that I had major vibrations at high speed. I immediately called the sales department and the salesman that sold me the vehicle. They asked me to bring the car in, after further examination, they noticed my car had 3 bent mags, one of which was cracked. This is a certified vehicle, that I had barely driven. They have asked me to pay for the damaged mags, I obviously will not be doing so. Beyond that, the vehicle has transmission issue, it needs a software update that I've been fighting to obtain. All in all, I love Mercedes, a great brand and honestly a wonderful car overall, however buy it somewhere else, even if you have to drive down to Montreal, avoid this dealership.

BE VERY CAREFUL when leasing with this dealership, they offer you a promotion to move you into another lease before your current one is up. Then after 11 months send you a bill of thousands of dollars for repairs to the old car that you can not even validate of have repaired somewhere else. I attached the invoice of damages and their pricing. The sales agent Ahmed Sarhane mislead us and when you call him after the sale, he hangs up on you. We leased our company cars from this dealership for years and will never again. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER The sales agent hung up the phone on me, that is the respect your team shows your customers ? At the beginning I was very happy with my purchase, but unfortunately 3 weeks after my purchase my financial situation changed suddenly and unexpected. I ask them if they buy my car. I expected an offer $3000 to $5000 below the selling price, but I was surprised. They offered me a price $12000 below my buying price only and only 3 weeks after my purchase and the selling dealer told me if I am looking for a better option , I have to sell my car on Kijiji. I don't recommend at all this dealership because selling department want just to sell their cars and services and they are careless after it and display no interest in customer service and professionalism, . Very bad service, I don’t believe they represent one of the bigest company on the world. I just bought a used car, I took it there after a month of the purchase to do the inspection, when I left it there I said I have 2 noises mainly that’s why I am bringing it 1 on the roof and the other under the car they said there is already a recall on something behind the steering wheel. After 4 hours I went to take my car , the guy told me there is a noise on the roof they tried to repair it ( with out having my approval ) but they couldn’t and they will need to spend more time to doit, but they will charge me 170$ for spending time trying to fix it !!. The other noise they couldn’t find the reason because the roof is so noisy, while it’s already on the exterior!! All of that is not a big deal, I took the car now the roof became very very very noisy, the Bluetooth has a delay between audio and video, and the steering wheel is noisy because of what they replaced, After a month i went again, they did fix the steering sound, the roof they said it needs to be replaced for 9000$ !! And the thing I couldn’t stand, when I told the repair guy about the Bluetooth issue he said “ and when we run the YouTube on a car we watch a video or we just hear the sound” and he hide the screen for me saying is it okay like that? !!!! Are you kidding the clients? I will send a message to the main Mercedes Canada explaining what happens if they don’t fix what they did.

Change of owner in 2013 = BAD SERVICE. Bought 2 cars from them, sale rep. (Valentin) was very helpful and professional. However as of 2013 the service was disappointing - one price over the phone, other price at the cash! Service rep. not willing to provide estimation by email (for a simple change of oil chane). Wrote an email to the service manager/owner - they did haven't gotten back to me. It's a shame that the new owner cannot keep-up what the true Mercedes branch had built during all these years.... I would like to share my experience with this dealership. A few days ago, I saw a car that I liked ( a used car) and I have contacted them to ask some questions, schedule a test drive and evntually to get the better offer then the advertised price of 29.5k. Well, there was the surprise of my life. I've got a ""super special" offer of 32k for the cash purchase !!! On my remarks that the advertised prise includs all the fees and charges and it't not right to add 10% on it , the sales agent continued to show me the price 29,5+chrges+....=32k. I'm just very disapointed. I think because of COVID 19 they need more money maybe.
