The salesman I dealt with, Enio, knew nothing about cars... He though my 135i had a 3.5l engine, if you know anything about cars you know that's wrong. They also told me that they would change the oil before delivering the car. Well it started leaking oil a couple months later and when I changed the oil myself it was black and to my surprise there was a Chinese filter canister. These guys are an embarrassment, never buy a car there.

Once in France, the car is certainly in good cosmetic condition overall, a few scratches, but nothing bad The biggest problem is that the gearbox is completely out of service. The Syncro of 3 and 4 do not go cold and above 2,500 rpm. A known issue with Mustang transmissions between 2007 and 2009. I immediately contacted the garage to let them know about this more than annoying problem. Their response is "Sir, we can't help it and we won't reimburse you". So I had to bring in another replacement box from the USA to be able to use the Mustang that I bought from this seller and which should logically be able to hit the road upon receipt. Two possibilities, not better than the other: - United Auto is a dishonest garage and knew about this problem before shipping the car to France. - United Auto don't know what they're selling, don't test cars before offering them for sale and / or know absolutely nothing about mechanics. Clearly a garage is either dishonest or incompetent that I will not recommend to anyone. (Original) J'ai acquis un véhicule vendu par United Auto. Une Belle Mustang Bullitt de 2008. Pour information la voiture est destiné à l'export. Pour la France plus précisément. Cela à son importance. Autre point, ils vendent la voiture pour le compte d'un autre vendeur... Etant à l'étranger je demande bien évidemment le plus d'informations possible sur la voiture quelle vais acheter. Cela le vendeur la voiture est COMMe NEUVE. Comme toujours... Je leur fais donc confiance. ERREUR ! Une fois arrivée en France, a la voiture est certes globalement en bon état cosmétique quelques rayures, mais rien de méchant Le plus gros problème vient du fait que la boite de vitesse est complètement Hors Service. Les Syncro de 3 et de 4 ne passent pas à froid et au dessus de 2500 tours. Un problème connu sur les transmissions de Mustang entre 2007 et 2009. Je contact aussitôt le garage pour leur faire part de ce problème plus que gênant. Leur réponse est " Monsieur nous n'y pouvons rien et nous ne vous rembourserons rien". J'ai donc du faire venir une autre boite de remplacement des USA pour pouvoir utiliser la Mustang que j'ai acheté chez ce vendeur et qui devait, en toute logique être apte àa prendre la route dès réception. Deux possibilité, pas meilleur l'une que l'autre : - United Auto est un garage malhonnête et connaissait ce problème avant de m'expédier la voiture vers la France. - United Auto ne sais pas ce qu'il vend, n'essaye pas les autos avant de les proposer à la vente et/ou n'y connais absolument rien en mécanique. En clair un garage soit malhonnête soit incompétant que je ne recommanderai à personne.

Prix tel quel plus 500$ pour inspection. Rapport d'inspection n'indique aucun accident selon eux. Chez un autre concessionnaire par contre en 2 minutes ils trouvent tout les bobos et confirment que le véhicule est accidenté.

I learned that a Carproof is totally useless when the person has the damage repaired at his expense without informing his insurer. In short, I had a whole lesson. (Original) Gens très malhonnêtes, aucun souci de satisfaction du client et je me suis fait avoir de A a Z. Pris possession du véhicule et constaté que le phare avant gauche au xénon ne fonctionnait même pas et qu'il manquait le compartiment de rangement arrière au niveau de la console. Auto livrée avec 4 pneus Dunlop mais trois modèles différents. Première crevaison je trouve au niveau de la roue de secours un amas de morceaux de verres fracassés. Un mois plus tard je mets le dégivreur arrière a ON et surprise, ça ne chauffe pas. Une visite chez le concessionnaire VW et on me dit qu'ils ne peuvent effectuer la réparation sous garantie puisque la vitre arrière n'est pas l'originale de VW. En passant il n'y avait aucun fil de connecté a la vitre arrière ! Voila qui explique les débris de verre. Retour chez United et on m'envoie promener en me disant que c'était a moi de faire inspecter le véhicule avant de l'acheter. Je fais donc mes propres recherches pour découvrir que la voiture a été sérieusement endommagée a l’arrière et tout le coté droit. Le Carproof était pourtant impeccable. J"ai appris qu'un Carproof c'est totalement inutile lorsque la personne fait réparer les dommages a ses frais sans en informer son assureur. Bref, j'ai eu toute une leçon.
