Some employees are just disrespectful, scammers looking to loot your pockets. I went for regular maintenance and they didn't even report that the viper blades were due for a change, so I had to take another appointment where they finally realized they were completely used. And they wanted to charge me $79 for these blades, which I refused. When I came back to pick up the car the lady at the reception wanted to make me pay for the no service done on the car, and called her boss to pretend I had just refused to pay. The truth is, I had just asked her why would I have to pay more for the same service I had paid for $189 just 2 weeks before?

My first experience buying a Toyota, and it was very pleasant. No hassle, rather quickly done without tons of paperwork like in some other places, also none of the going back and forth with the boss while they make you wait (Something else I've seen in other places), plus I got a very decent price for my trade-in. Would definitely recommend this dealership, even to friends and family. Edit: Now the car itself, a 2019 hybrid RAV4 has all sorts of problems starting in -20 weather, and won't start at all at -25. Toyota Canada has no clue what the issue is and has shown no progress after months of investigation. Stay away from this specific model.

Oil filter and gasket $ 8.86 + $ 2.08 at Toyota St-Eustache, but $ 7.91 and $ 1.39 at Toyota Ste-Thérèse. I noticed this price difference with other products but I don't have the invoices to be sure. So this reviews is just to say that it's worth going just a little further, especially for more expensive parts and services! I contacted a manager to find out the reason for the price difference and was just told that each dealer can sell the parts (the same parts) at any price they want. Be very VERY careful if you are interested in buying a used car from them. In my case, it was a complete waist of time. They lied about the KM on the car in their adds and worst, about the condition of the vehicle. After inspection, the car was redeemed to be unsafe to drive!!!!
