Great experience buying my 2015 Honda Civic EX. As a first time car buyer, I felt very comfortable every step of the way. The car was so clean. the car was well prepared for sale, it was like new car ????, the brakes and wheels are new. They offer a 2 year warranty. Bought a car 1 year ago. The sales manager (George) is very convincing when telling you that all possible issues were already fixed in their on-site garage and that it is an advantage other retailers do not have. The car was nice, with interiors in very good condition for a 10 year old car, with only some traces of rust inside and outside. The traces were well hidden anyway. But then it came the worst, during the year I had to change timing belt kit (belt was about to tear apart), exhaust system (was through rusty and cracked and let the fumes get inside); some suspension problems as well as transmission was never serviced. Total repair cost me 4000. And there is one more problem approaching: it is a worn-out clutch which will be about 1500 to replace. Substantial part of the cost is the labor which is 75/hr in my garage (not bad considering the good quality). When I am buying a car I wouldn't mind to pay extra for some major parts and have them installed at on-site garage, it is fair to know the actual condition of the car. But when such major things appear in just 20k kilometers after purchase, that's a rip off. Shame on you guys!

When I went to pick up my beautiful new car, I was impressed with their attention to detail, right down to the Armour-all on the tires! They also gave me a "loot bag" to take home which had a bottle of windshield wiper fluid, a cloth to shampoo the car, and a cloth to clean the inside. WOW! Totally avoid this place...The sales Director (George) is very bad person to deal with he don’t care of his customer after his sale is done. When they show car proof read it carefully if not the cheat on you. When I Toyota sienna in December 2015 defective air conditioning compressor, Hand break cable is Jammed when I bring home I have to send back to my own expense to SKS and transmission problem after 30000km. Prior to me purchasing this Van SKS assured me that they will affect all necessary repairs prior giving me the Van I brought it to another Toyota Dealer to exchange they told me this van is total lost in Ontario they bring here fix cheap and sale bad paint job spry clear coat to avoid any previous damages on body!!!! Totally stay away from these guys bunch of con-artists! But George was so convincing that I never would believe that SKS can do such awful misleading deals.

Dishonest and liers Bought a vehicle from them sight unseen, told them I had to rely on their honesty as I couldn't go see the vehicle and I had to get it shipped. Told them that my first criteria was to have a vehicle without any rust, they told me the vehicle didn't have any rust at all. When I got the vehicle it was so rusted that the rocker panels where nonexistent and the floor was also rusted through at some spots and there was hole big enough to fit my hand through the floor and grab the seat belt from underneath. The vehicle would have cost me the same price I had paid for it to get it fixed properly so that it could be put on the road in my province. I had to return the vehicle which cost me a total of 1300$ that I lost in shipping. And they are a member of AMVOC? It's funny how they got 3 5 stars review right after mine when the other ones are all 1 years old at least. That because they are a bunch of liers and dishonest people and they put fake review.

I've been a client of theirs for a while now, seeing some of the reviews here made me want to comment and share my experience. I bought a Nissan Altima many years ago. 3.5L really fun to drive. Drove it for 5 years, gave it to my mom who drove it for another 2 years AND we sold at a profit, it still driving today cuse I know the owner, maybe I was lucky but heck I bought at SKS Auto. Got it at a great price, my first repair came in 2 years after I bought it which is completely normal. engine light came on and it was an evap sensor just like a lot cars do during the fall/winter season. When buying used, do your homework, not just at the dealer level but general knowledge about how the car your willing to buy has done in the past. There are tons of reviews online from reputable sources that'll tell you what to expect along with mechanical issues and so on. Most dealerships selling used cars have the mandate to ensure that it's safe to drive and is up to standards, NOT new. I've also referred many people here who have had positive experiences as well. Bought a Nissan Rogue for under $7000 fully equipped with winter tires included. It was one of the easiest transaction i've ever had, I got it approved on house financing gave a small deposit.. No fees, 2 Year warranty included. I totally recommend these guys. I had a small issue with my ac and they filled up my freon (2 bottles) at no charge.

totally avoid this place...The sales manager (George) is very convincing when telling you that all possible issues are fixed in their on-site garage. When I test drove the car it had a defective air conditioning compressor and transmission clutch totally was slipping on me when I test drove the car. Prior to me purchasing this car SKS assured me that they will effect all necessary repairs prior giving me the car....3 weeks later the clutch totally failed on me , and the AC dose not work anymore. I brought it to anther garage to check it and they told me that this transmission has never been opened and it is still the original clutch and also with the AC compressor.!!! totally stay away from these guys bunch of con-artists ! over 1500$ of repairs...I couldn't even bring SKS to small claims court because they never marked the repairs on the invoice (very smart of them)..But George was so convincing that I never would believed that SKS can do such awful misleading deals.
