Walked in with a friend to buy two BMW K 1600 GT and GTL. No clients were in the store and the sales man was speaking to another employee. I was told to be five minutes. After 15 minutes I walked out the door. If I were the owner Of this dealership I would reprimand the sales person and trying to gain the client back. Instead I get a text message from an employee telling me I’m not the only client in the store. Blaming me for their wrong. I have owned over nine BMW motorcycles and over 19 motorcycles overall. I have never been treated like this in my life by a dealership. Gabriel just purchased more international and I’m sure the service could not be worse. For those of you reading this please consider not going to the dealership because of the type of service they offer. What kind of service will you receive Once the bike is purchased. I will never step foot in this place or recommend this dealership. I hope the owner takes the time to read the complaints and the behaviour of their staff without clients you have no business.

If you value you money just dont go to Nadon! I bought a used Ducati from them, it came with a lot of problems that made the bike unridable. I went back a few days after to get the bike fixed, they changed original parts for aftermarket parts cause as they said ''OEM parts were expensive and they dont want to spend the money''. The problem wasn't even fixed! They never tested the bike before giving it back to me and then they never returned my calls to actually fix the problem. The floor manager J.P or what ever he is was insulting, rude and completely unprofessional to his behaviour through all the process. I ended up fixing the bike on my cost and selling it for an other bike from a dealer that actually cares for his customers.

On a day I just went window shopping, I ended up buying a BMW R1250 GS Adventure. My salesman Frank was wonderful and answered all my questions and he had a few questions for me as well to see if the bike would be a good fit. From there , it was off to do paperwork with Melodie. Buying a high end bike is a bit of a stressful process but Melodie was awesome and felt completely at ease. She explained financing, warranties etc. Melodie was also a great help with insurance. From start to finish, my experience with Nadon Sport was great, even during a pandemic. There is a Motorrad much closer to where I live but glad I drove the extra miles.

Good and large choice of motorbikes and accessories, not necessary the cheapest. Staff is usually nice and mostly knowledgeable. If they are busy, expect service to be veeeerrrryyyy loooooong!!! Very stiff on pricing... they hate negotiating and have somewhat of an independant attitude almost arrogant if you « dare or try » to bargain when buying lots of stuff or simply ones or twoees. Which is not the case with all of their competitors around them... everybody else bargains!!! But overall a good store for bike aficionados!!

Horrible service. Even considering Covid-19, my experiences so far have turned me off to never do business with them again. Spoke to sales rep over 2 weeks ago. Was supposed to get back to me regarding availability of a brand new model bike, and associated questions. Never returned my call. Show up in person today and bring this up. Says they were really busy. Still don't have availability date- fine. Finished with sales and want to browse the boutique. Must wait in line again. fine. after 20 minutes of being first in line, 2 people walk in to see boutique and are immediately taken in. I say what about me ? ''oh sorry, didn't see you there. I'll ask someone to come see you''. been standing there the whole time. should have said excuse me to the people your about to let in and say someone was ahead of them.

Very pushy to buy a bike, and then completely forget you afterwards. Impossible to get anyone to write or call you back. Basic communication is absolutely woeful or non existent. An attitude to stop any repeat customers or recommendations, and yet so easy to solve. This was an exercise in frustration that I shall never repeat at this dealer and completely ruined what should have been a really pleasing experience of buying a new bike. If I could go zero stars, I would. Save your time, go to BMW MotoInter or Ducati Montreal. I recommend to all to stay away.

One of the worst places for service out there on Ducati bikes. Purchased a new 2018 Ducati Monster 821. Had the 30k Desmo service completed there in May 2018 since I originally bought bike there. Brought bike there multiple times due to engine noise since servicing. Replaced multiple unrequired component pieces. Dropped bike off again end of September and picked bike up mid November with them re adjusting vales from their own Desmo servicing. Was told every excuse in the book bout ruining riding season and at one point was even told they required to lubricate the engine belt (wow) Will NEVER return there again. Please look elsewhere for competent staff. Worse service department out there.

After several conversations with sales rep Ralph I was promised that my 14 year old sons scooter would be ready and waiting for us, and that a sum of $21 dollars would be taken from my credit card once a week along with a $500 deposit i drove 3 hrs from Val-Des-Monts with my son to meet salesman Ralph. He never showed up . the bike was not ready .they do not take payments from any form of credit card. the other salesman were very rude and it was all nothing but lies . broke my sons heart. We purchased our first four-wheeler with them in 2014 and found their service level left much to be desired. After our ATV was stolen, we went back to them because we had no other choice as our replacement insurance was with Nadon. The whole replacement process with them was prolonged and inefficient, and all follow up on your file was on our end. We had to continually follow up with them on every item to speed the process along.
