I purchased 2 ATV's from MSE. Very pleased with the level of service. My sales person was helpful and easy to deal with. The overall transaction was pleasant and without issue. In particular, I give huge kudos to the parts and service department. Service is second to none. I highly recommend St-Eustache Motosport to anyone looking for a recreational vehicle - you will not be disappointed.

The other reviews are correct - bad prices and directly insulted by the manager. Don't bother with this place, you'll be disappointed. Wife and I visited to look at a specific bike, the sales guy (Christian) was helpful. Price wasn't good though, $1000 above MSRP, plus $1000 in special fees. I'm happy to pay the fair price (MSRP), but they wouldn't negotiate below $500 above MSRP, plus requiring that I finance the bike (adds at least $200 - $300 of interest fees). We talked it over, and told them, "Sorry, no thanks", and prepared to leave. Then the manager actually began to insult us, saying "I'm really disappointed in you, it's only $500, are you really going to walk away for just $500?". He kept repeating this, more and more loudly, as we thanked them for their, time, and simply walked out. Amazingly insulting, and really embarrassing for him- do you need our money that badly? Anyway, we found the bike we wanted, and we'll buy it from a better location - probably Moto Sport Newman.

Just bought my first motorcycle here and I was pleased with the service, especially from Isabelle and Marie-Caude at finances. They took the time to break down the options and payment plans to satisfy my needs and budget. I was lucky to find a 2019 demo model of the bike I wanted for 1200$ less expensive than my local shop and way under MSRP. They are far from Vaudreuil but worth the drive when you shop for prices. That money was put towards a 1000$ in store credit for my gear so it's a win-win for me. I was a bit sad that the sales person didn't spend more time with me, he seemed really cool. The agreement was done over the phone and I really wanted to save that demo price so he made sure to save it ASAP. Plus I went to sign the papers late in the evening so it didn't give us much time to chat. Hopefully we will connect more when I go to pick it up. Looking forward to ride my new Z650 this spring! Where do I start? I bought a 2019 demo cf moto zforce 1000. I asked the salesman the condition of the vehicle and he said perfect condition they take care of their demos. What a joke! when I got it home I realized it had a rip on the seat, throttle broken (couldn't even get it off the trailer) and gas tank was leaking, Bumpers have gouges out of them etc.etc etc...The salesman gave me 200 bucks compensation. I was happy with that as it was my fault I bought the demo over the phone.MY MISTAKE. That being said I figured I should do a further in depth inspection! So upon further inspection I realized the vehicle is in terrible shape. The following issues were observed. the vehicle was missing 9 body rivets, 11 major bolts to secure the body, extra battery was missing, battery cover was missing, 2 bolts sheered off in critical places, EFI light is constantly on, signal lights were not working, tilt steering is broken, needs new throttle line, shorts in dash from corrosion (doesn't say what gear I'm in) and motoplex did not even conduct the vehicle prep (part of the deal.)THE VEHICLE HAD NO OIL IN IT! who delivers a vehicle without oil in it? I have spent more time trying to fix this thing than riding in it! I have texted my salesman 3 times and called 4 times and no response....Buyer beware, do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I have bought countless demos from dealers over the last 10 years and this experience has caused me to re think ever buying a demo again! NO OIL IN VEHICLE on delivery, I have never even heard of that before! This is the first review I have ever given anybody, that should speak volumes!

Excellent buying experience and a good price to match. Price was below what competitors offered me after dealing. They know their stuff and they take the time to explain everything about your contract. Do not hesitate to ask questions to clarify things. They offer, but they don't pressure you in buying extra insurance, financing or taking accessories. Overall very good place to go and would not hesitate to recommend. They changed name a year or two ago and they have new management. The staff is pretty friendly without trying to be absolutely be your friend. Take the time to go see what they have and talk to them.
