Depuis mon camion roule comme un neuf. Grâce à ce bel esprit de famille, et surtout la mentalité de M. Lefebvre « de ne jamais lâcher d’essayer » cela m’a redonné une pleine confiance à mon camion. Moi et ma conjointe sommes extrêmement satisfait du travail acharné et surtout de l’excellent résultat que nous a procurer cette entreprise. I live in Toronto and found a used 2013 Suzuki Grand Vitara on AutoTrader posted by Langevin. I work in the auto business so I'm not the typical car buyer. I called to inquire about the truck and was told it was available. I called back the morning I was planning to drive to Montreal, and was surprised when they said the truck was on hold for me. My family and I drove to Montreal, where we met Simon, who immediately gave us the keys to test drive it. We had a lot of vehicle-specific questions which he was able to answer. We were very impressed with the condition of the truck and also by Simon's honesty, helpfulness, and easy-going personality. Simon allowed me to inspect the underside of the truck which saved me time, money, and told me he had nothing to hide. After negotiating the price, we left a deposit and drove back to Toronto. After getting our insurance in order, we returned the next weekend to pick it up. Simon said he would try to find original carpet mats, which he did. The delivery was quick and everything was clearly explained (despite most of the documents were in French), and everything that was promised was included. Overall, we would highly recommend Simon and the team at Langevin Suzuki. Thank you!
