They are very professional and do their best to help you make the right choice. It's not just money for them, they want to make their customers happy. Stephane Siguouin is amazing and very eager to help, and he is a great guy. Definitely recommend. I actually just got my new Sentra and I am very happy with it.

Good service, sales rep are not pushy, decent inventory, and relatively seamless purchase process (some handover from sales to sales director, to finance) but overall nothing too inconvenient.

I was asked by someone to put a 5 star review even tho I've never been there. I don't know if everybody is on board with this but this sucks and it's false advertising. I read the bad reviews and they look more truthful than the 5 stars review with no comments on them.
They are very greedy , lacking professionalazim, have to run after you deposit money for a week, no call back for days just very un professional
I have come into the showroom and was greeted by Sébastien Rousseau. I had called him the next day to get some additional information before picking up the car and he emailed me back with the answers. The Credit Dept was very fast and efficient and everything went smoothly. I came back to the dealer to buy new wipers and the service man at the counter was nice and friendly and put the wipers on outside. I am happy with my used 2015 Nissan Rogue S that I picked up right on my birthday this March 4, 2020!! I have been back to the Service dept and Frédéric Lapointe said he fixed the Check Engine P2096 error message. Well it looks like I have to go BACK to the Service dept for the same Check Engine light error P2096 that I spent 2 -1/2 hrs in the waiting room 10 days ago!!! NOT HAPPY and wonder if I was sold a lemon, or the mechanics fixed nothing at all and simply erased the error saying they fixed it. Will update this review after my appointment is done after Victoria Day 2020.

He was also very patient in answering any questions we had about financing and insurance. We did not feel pressured to buy, and were extremely pleased with his professional manner, and friendly, courteous service. Rick helped us to find the perfect car, at the price that we wanted to pay. Bad experience. That was just a bad decision buy a dream car with them. The car is great. But that is not their merit. The hole thing from the beginning is they push you as much they can to make you say "I like the vehicle". And shoot one price and advantages that car have like warranty, certification and others. Fit in the price you are seeing. When you get to the papers nothing matches with what you had seeing. And than it starts a war of numbers and concepts. Don't need that for my life. That wasn't first car a ever bought. But was by far the worst experience I ever had.

Leased a 2019 demo from this dealer at 10.000+km(almost considered a second hand car at this mileage), however they leased it to me as new. Car was delivered scratched all over with the promise that someone will call me within a week to get it fixed, while I was supposed to get a loaner. 4 days later the car caught fire on Decarie while I was driving with both my kids in the back. Called Nissan Road Assistance...a joke... help came in after 3 hours. No inspection whatsoever on this car, they're just happy to get rid of the lot, not making customers happy. Car is at the dealership for the last week, for a fan replacement and still no news. File opened with Nissan Canada...BEWARE
Great experience. Everything was fast and efficient. Stefan is great sales person, very knowledgeable about cars (we asked a lot of questions and every one got answered). I would recommend Nissan St. Eustashe dealership.

Drove a long way to get to this dealer and it was worth the drive(40 mins+) Was helped by Ric, he was calm patient and answered all of our questions . Never did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and he provided us with privacy when we needed it. He spoke about options that fit our lifestyle and our needs in order to find the the right car for us. After 2 weeks of purchasing our Sentra that's exactly what we got. The after sales are the poorest I've ever seen. The certified preowned ment nothing. Shop, just about the same. I won't even have my oil exchange over here. Very sorry I dealt with them.
Horrible service after sales, they don't care of you after sales I did purchase my car on July 2016 and putptutupttut no service at all from the sales manager don't remember his name but don't count on him to help you with what matter .... change location if you have to change but dont go at the st-Eustache one.....

Disrespectful and dishonest...Where do i start. 1. Before I purchased the used Rogue from them the said they had done an inspection and I needed a right susprension table replaced..fair enough next day they say they did it and I purchased that weekend...5 months later i get a service done at another Nissan dealer and they say my right table is very loose and dangerous...I wonder why?...They will try to scam you if they think they can... 2.I recently went back there to get my vehiculechecked out one last time before my warranty expired and the person at the help desk wouldn`t let me get a word in on what I wanted checked. He just assumed what type of warranty I had. I mentioned the problem with the right table and he says no it was the left they fixed...But i know it was the right...they dont want to fork up the cash to fix their mistakes...DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!

I purchased a new nissan sentra 2020 in December, the next day after I picked it up I noticed that the under tray was hanging, when I looked underneath the car I noticed there was alot of cracks, I called the dealership and was told the director/manager would call me, then someone from service called and I asked if they were going to replace or fix the under tray, they said they would changed it and that they ordered a new under tray. But they never did they just patched it up and now 4 weeks later the under tray is broken in the same spot and the dealership won't take responsibility. I regret buying my car with them and will never go back there again. Bad customer service. Beware if you do decide to go here triple check everything at delivery, check under the car if you have too. Worst experience and I am very disappointed. Buy here at your own risk! These people (service and management)are liars !

Feels like you are pressure sometimes to buy the car. Not much info given, and they don't have at least a model of car in promotion, so it's hard to know if you will like it.

at one of the stores i didn't get a call because i was dirty after a long day at work. However, at Nissan I got the treatment I deserved and of course I left with my new car. I was attended by the seller Rebeca. she did a good job. Great lesson for dealerships and salespeople, no matter how the customer is dressed he will always be a great sales potential.
