On m'a dit lorsque je l'ai acheté, que ce véhicule n'a jamais été accidenté et on donne une preuve CarProof. Selon moi c'est pratiquement impossible que ce véhicule n'a jamais été accidenté pour la simple et bonne raison que le pare-choc avant n'est même pas la même couleur que le capot du véhicule. Le pare-choc est plein d'éclat manquants dans la peinture du a des cailloux reçu sur la route et c'est évident. Par contre le capot et les ailes avant n'ont absolument rien comme si le capot et les ailes avaient été changé ou le pare-choc(et shell) venait d'un autre véhicule de toute façon c'est évident avec la différence de couleur que le pare-choc n'est pas celui d'origine et qu'il a été changé. Surtout que le pare-choc en fait tout le devant de véhicule il n'est pas à sa place comme s'il avait été remplacé ou comme s'il avait été mal installé, c'est sûrement pas chez Chrysler à l'usine de montage qui l'on mal installé. Je découvre de plus en plus de problème sur le véhicule... comme j'ai déjà mentionné, on m'avait dit que le derrière du véhicule (aille arrière surtout) avec été refait en fibre ressemant alors que la rouille ressort déjà... Donc vraiment fardé et peint à la canette plein de coulisse. L'auto a été fardé est c'est évident. Pourquoi avoir mentis a ce point ? De plus j'ai due payé pour faire arranger une porte qui ne s'ouvrait pas. On m'a jamais proposé de régler se problème. Au départ, je pensais que la porte était gelée puisque je l'ai essayer par une journée très froide. Lorsque j'en ai parlé avec le garage(Alec), on m'a répondue: ah ben, ça me surprends, j'ai jamais remarqué ça.... après ça on me dit que les véhicules sont tous inspecté.... UNE CHANCE !! Ce que j'arrive difficilement à m'expliquer c'est que le véhicule ait 133 000 km lorsque je l'ai acheté mais par contre quand je suis arrivé pour le plaquer à la SAAQ aucun km était disponible dans le système. Je remets donc en doute le vrai kilométrage et la preuve CarProof. Je considère que je me suis fait avoir sur plusieurs point. Un simple dédommagement aurait éviter que je fasse les démarches au près des petite créance. Très déçu du commerce qui se dit est honnête sur toute la ligne..

Had a great experience buying my first car here! At first I was skeptical about buying from a dealership, but for me it was totally worth it. The price I paid was quite reasonable, especially considering the high level of service I received. The staff were super friendly, very organized with the paperwork, and generally helpful and communicative every step of the way. There was a problem with the radio in the car when I bought it, but they were kind enough to go in and fully replace it twice in order to resolve the issue. I feel good about supporting such a great little local family business! Their office had a pet cat, which I found really cute. Highly recommend!

Alec (the person who was in charge for me) helped me a lot in finding the perfect used car. Basically, he gave me the time to do a test drive, inspect the car from the inside and outside, and he answered to all the worries I had on my Mazda CX-7 2011. An example, would be I saw a solid yellow light which seems like a problem with the oil. So, instead of brushing it off he decided to inspect it and fix any additional problems he stubbled upon before handing it over.
