On December 2nd 2020, I bought a 2016 Chevrolet Trax LTZ from Denis Breton Chevrolet.Buick GMC in Sainte-Eustache. The car was in excellent condition, and very reasonably priced. When I went for a road-test, it was washed and ready on the lot - something that has not always been my experience at other dealerships. Salesman Olivier Pintal was friendly, engaging, forthright and flexible ; through three separate visits on my part - and some minor misunderstandings - he remained professional, courteous and gracious. He was a big part of the reason I went ahead with the purchase : the negotiations were considerate, and in my opinion, fair. Follow-up after the sale was equally thorough and competent through all departments including reception, finance, and the introduction to the car etc. It was clear that service at this dealership is of a consistently high quality across the board. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to consider Denis Breton Chevrolet Buick GMC in Sainte-Eustache.

Had to bring the car in multiple times for warranty work and every time had to bring it back as the mechanics broke something else. La facture n'est pas du tout le même montant que l'on m'avait dit. La facture est de 474$ plus les taxes..... Il me dit qu'il fonctionne toujours comme ça! C'était ma première expérience chez vous et la dernière..... Plus jamais je ne ferai affaire avec une organisation comme celle-là!!!

J'ai donc décider de faire réparer la voiture chez le concessionnaire BMW. Il va m'en coûter plusieurs aller-retours et environ 1500$ pour réparer ce qui semble avoir été un impact sur la voiture. On m'a donc vendu une voiture qui a reçu un impact sur le côté et aucun moyen de les rejoindre.

Également, le prix du véhicule a été inférieur à la moyenne de ce que j'ai magasiné pour exactement la même chose et avec moins de Kilométrage. En plus, vous repartez avec un véhicule garantie par GM pour 3 mois ou 5000 KM! Si vous y allez, faites affaire avec Jason, un jeune vendeur qui prend le temps et que si il ne sait pas, ne bullshit pas, il recherche les réponses!
