En réalité, je peux vous dire que ma confiance de Brunelle a beaucoup diminuer, je vais possiblement aller voir ailleurs, a moins que vous dites que vous auriez un technicien plus qualifié que le dernier que j'ai eu et que vous me remboursiez les frais charger inutilement $$$$$ J'ai hate de voir ce qui va arriver, car j'ai parler avec quelques personnes qui me disent que chez Brunelle, ils se préoccupent plus de $$$$ que de bien servir la clientèle........Christian Legault

Toujours derrière son bureau, il m'indique alors qu'un vendeur est disponible, d'aller à sa rencontre à son bureau. Ceci est la première fois qu'un client est appelé à aller à la rencontre d'un vendeur. C'est normalement les rôles inverses! Suivi ensuite de la rencontre avec le vendeur. Prise de rdv depuis 3 semaines a 9H du matin. Je laisse le camion a 8H15 pour le reprendre a 16H00. Le diagnostique du problème en question n'a pas été fait de la journée. J'ai du relancer l'aviseur technique a 14H30 que je devais ramasser le camion a 16H. Elle me répond ''bien oui aucun problème, on entre ton camion a 15H00 et le diagnostique ne prend pas plus que 20 minutes''. Je me suis présenté a 16H15, sans avoir eu de nouvelle de leur part, le camion venait de rentrer dans le garage mais personne ne travaillait encore dessus. Je suis repartit sans diagnostique, ni réparation sur mon camion. 3 semaines de perdu... et surement un autre bon délai avant d'avoir un autre rendez-vous.
