Honestly, they make it seem like they care about you and try to provide the best service but once they have closed the deal they want nothing more to do with you. 3 days after I bought my car the battery died and I noticed that the outlet to charge my phone was not working. I emailed and called multiple times only to get no response or for them to put me on a 20 minute hold only then to hang up. they told me i have a 15 day or 6000KM guarantee or trade in yet when I wanted to be reimburse for the battery they could not contact me back. I am also still waiting for them to send me my spare key an they have yet to do so. When I went to the location they made me wait hours only to tell me they're too busy (there were no clients) and that they will call me back tomorrow. I am still waiting for my call back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They're honestly terrible. biggest mistake I've ever made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PLUS** they sold me a car that was completely trash. Brakes were worn down, they told me it was inspected and that there was less millage then there was and that it was in a minor accident when it was COMPLETELY RECONSTRUCTED. Also the rims were not the same and the horn doesn't work properly. Stay away from Emmanuel. He's a liar and does not care about you what so ever. If you go here, make sure you bring someone who knows about cars.

STAYYYYYYY AWAYYY!!!!!!! Regarde a une autre place I went with my brother to look at car the first dealer that approach us practically handed us the keys no questions asked. When we came back from the test drive he sold us some bull about the car being inspected by a mechanic that had 25 years experience that they have two qualified esthetician (but really they look like two teenagers they took off the streets). Eventually the first seller disappeared and as we were leaving the lot another dealer approach us. He gave us more information on the car was really nice made promises bla bla you know the deal. I made the deposit on the agreements that the car would be cleaned, the dents would be fixed and the scratches removed. So I came back the car was miserably although you get charged 200$ in preparation fees. The dent was still there and the scratches seem to be covered up with nail polish that how bad it was. My mother said it was mother so whatever I went along with the deal. They practically rolled out the red carpet for us. They offered us coffee, drinks and came to pick us up the metro. So its time to drive the car home no gas in the car have in mind I get 50$ for gas although he put enough gas in the car for me to get home he did not give me 50$ worth. I ask for my mats since the original dealer said it came with mats its been 3 months and I am still missing my mat. The second dealer tells me the car as not been driving so it will make alot of noise. The financial agent tells me the break pads have been changed so the car will make noise but if its continue come back in 3 days. (I can only return the within the first 2 days I did not know that then) At this point I am on a high I so happy its my first car. It was a noisy ride home. The noise was so bad my brother went to get it inspected turns out our break pads were FINISH it was to dangerous for us to drive!!!! The car was also in a accident the tires were not going to last us for 2 more years. Call the dealer took him forever to return my call. I go there he was less than pleasant he was not the same dealer. They only accepted to change back breaks with no cost they never apologized for letting us leave with a death hazard. Even there own mechanic was in shock to horrible breaks were. That tells me the car was never actually inspected. They are a bunch of liars Turn away its not worth it En francais .... Le deuxième dealer ma dit que la voiture na pas été conduite de sorte qu'elle fera beaucoup de bruit. L'agent financier me dit les plaquettes de frein ont été changer donc la voiture va faire du bruit, mais si le bruit persiste C reviens dans 3 jours. (Je peux seulement retourner la voiture dans les 2 premiers jours, je ne savais pas à l'époque.Le bruit était si mauvais que mon frère est allé au garage. le mécanicien révèle que nos plaquettes de frein étaient FINI il était trop dangereux pour conduire !!!! La voiture a également été dans un accident . le vendeur a pris une éternité pour retourner mon appel. Je vais là-bas, il était moins agréable, il ne fut pas le même concessionnaire. Ils ne acceptées pour changer les freins de lavant et larriere sans coût qu'ils ne se sont excusés de nous laisser partir avec un auto qui aura pu cause un accident Même là propre mécanicien était en état de choc à des freins étaient horribles. Cela me dit la voiture n'a jamais été effectivement inspectés. Ils sont une bande de menteurs

I bought my first car from Auto Zoom the week before last. The service was beyond amazing. I had Mike as my salesman. He is very kind and honest, the car i first looked at was on the market for a fairly good price. Although when we looked at it, it had a few dents and scratches. When my dad and i pointed that out to Mike he said that wasn't the best car he had on the market and he showed us an impacable car. Almost brand new. And i fell inlove with it, the price wasn't bad as well. They have an open loan for finacing which is awesome if you want to build your credit. He explained everything extremely well, to the T. Even the questions we had were answered throughly. Mind you i have been to plenty of delarships and i wasn't sold the way Mike sold us. When we came back to sign the papers everything was seemless. The finance guy also helped a great deal. Mike sat with me for nearly hours helping me find an insurance company for my car and that was great????. The men at the garage also filled my gas tank before i left and they gave me free mats. The one thing i didn't like was that the winter tires, weren't included in the deal, and they weren't mentioned until after i asked of them. However, the overall experience was superb and i would highly recommend my loved ones and friends to come here. Thank you so much Auto Zoom team. You guys are awesome!!! Horrible experience. These guys are telling the lies with straight face. After confirming the price in the written quote they simply "tweaked" it in the contract. Tricked 2000 dollars from us for the services we never asked for this way. Finally, after being threatened with contact cancellation they agreed to reimburse the money. After a month delay they are still claiming the money is in transit! Never again will I deal with these thieves especially their finance guy Mark. Planning to sue them now. P.S. They bought it specifically because I was the original owner, the vehicle was still under the manufacturer's warranty, and I had the full history of service at the dealer. We had a very pleasant and seamless experience selling our car with John from Autozoom. We hardly had to do a thing aside from driving the car to the dealership. Once there, we took the car from a quick drive to verify the mechanics and that everything was in good working order and then John did a quick inspection of the outside and inside of the car. John pointed out some of the dents on the outside of our car, which was fair. Afterwards, we got to the paperwork which was super efficient. We were done and out of there in barely over an hour. They tried to sell me an SUV while failing to fully disclose the car's history. The Carfax report they provide was not updated and seemed to have been modified, hiding the fact that it was commercial car (taxi or rental) and that it was parked for 2 years. They said it was an honest mistake on their end but I am not sure what to believe. If they were upfront about all this, I may have considered taking the car. But the lack of hosnesty just broke the trust so I had to walk away from the dealership all together. Disappointed Update: Following my initial review, I was contacted by the owner, Moe. What transpired from this conversation is that the issue I experienced was an unintentional error on their part and he was sorry about it. From what I understand, they did not notice the carfax they were provided was not accurate. At the end of the day, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and would be willing to give them another chance in the future. So I updated my rating from 1* to 3* for good customer service.

At first, they seemed great. After I signed the contract and started payments, I quickly realized they weren't honest with me about my tires and they were not willing to help. It was in my contract that they would provide winter tires and to call them in October when they received their stock. After several calls to my sales rep and the manager who would "call me back", in the end they tried to sell me a cheap brand of tires for an additional $350 (but they kept saying they were worth $750 so it was a deal), when it was clearly stated in my contract that the tires would be included. Furthermore, when I went to change my summer tires to winter tires after purchasing them independently as I wasn't going to give Auto-Zoom another cent of my money, I was told that my summer tires that were supposedly "1-2 years old", were finished and I should not have been driving on them. Very safe - thanks Auto-Zoom. I would have had a great review to write before the tire saga, but they reneged on our deal, and tried to compensate me with an insulting, dishonest offer. It makes me wonder what else they were dishonest about. Hope it wasn't my car's mileage or even worse, accident history. I'll never know, but what I do know is I'll NEVER trust Auto-Zoom again and will make sure nobody I know does.

I am extremely disappointed by this dealership. I bought a Mazda 3 years ago. It was an average price, but I needed to get the car quickly for internships at hospitals in remote areas. However, what's hidden in the price is the 1500$ useless supplementary insurance from Garantie Nationale that they coerce you to get for lower interest rates. It is at first non-refundable, but if you negotiate long enough, they agree to refund the insurance if you don't use it in the next 3 years. What they don't tell you is that you have to claim the reimbursement in the 30 days following the contract's expiry. My contract expired in the middle of the pandemic, during a major confinement while the city was in a red zone. As a healthcare professional, I was stationed in a remote area and in maximum isolation until very recently. Therefore, I am extremely disappointed that they held my money hostage.

Went to buy a car and as I started asking questions regarding details such as if the car had power windows, power lock, the seller interrupted me to tell me that yes yes it was fully equipped!! It was a 3 year old car which had all features. They did not tell me that the car had NO AC which is an important feature in a car!! When they said it was a 3 year old car that was fully equipped I figured that included AC as well. When I realized the car had no AC (right after the purchase) they told me they were trying to sell their cars and that telling someone a car has no AC isn't a good way to sell a car. They very purposely failed to tell me and purposely stopped me during my questions so I wouldn't ask about AC. Now, 2 years later I need to sell my car and obviously nobody wants to buy it because it has no AC (and I am honest enough to let them know). Would never buy from this place again!!!!! Dishonest.
