It's probably we didn't need financing but it's among the worst customer service of several dealers we've visited lately. The other location up the street wasn't even open but we were not warned. Who would buy from such a shady salesperson?

Unprofessional, unethical, unprincipled staff (Anthony & Adams) my advice specially too you and your manager is just this shut this place down and do any other part time job. Don’t sell cars you guyz ain’t made up for that. Never trade in your car they won’t gave you the market price. & even never buy any car or don’t visit their dealership its a waste of time. I appreciated my experience at Auto Alex. The sales rep was very welcoming and friendly. There was no pressure and the deal was great. The only thing is that I felt some info was left out. I had to inquire about certain extra fees and discovered a minor scratch on the car. Regardless, it required me as a consumer to ask more questions and look carefully. I am very happy with the car and the service given. I recommend everyone looking to buy a used car to check out Auto Alex!!

terrible service, when i asked over the phone about a car visited in its website , Adam said there is no problem, even not a scratch but when i went there to see the car the whole front bumper was broken, and he told me to fix this cost you another 300$, plus he told me we dont like cash deal, it has to be finance only. plus not a good service, i dont recommend to anyone

Bought a car from this place, the worst headache! These people are super nice when you go in to buy the car, but as soon as there’s a problem (3 days later) they do not return your messages and basically ignore you. The manager or owner (Alex) is rude and unprofessional (once you have a problem). Stay away, save yourself time and $$

Agents doesn't care... just want to go through clients until they get a sale instead of taking their time to make the car purchase experience pleasant and help you find the perfect car. Also be careful with prices posted online compare to dealer. They are not the same and salesman might trick you to pay the higher price. A reply to the dealers message: I waited my turn to speak with the salesman, when it was my turn he was too busy to speak with me, just gave me a car key to go for a test drive. Now, the car that has been in your lot for months was not ready to be sold. Messy inside plus the engine light was on in a car that is still under manufactured warranty. Given that my first request was to speak with the salesman, knowing that there were at least 6 cars in the lot that I was interest.. and given he gave me the key to a horrible car... I don't even want to know the states of the others. In all my years of purchasing cars, this has been the worse experience in my life. Specially for an item that was going to cost me over 18k, I expect better service. A one on one service to suit my needs. I went to buy a car, and left with a sour experience. Plus 5 years ago my husband bought a car from you guys. He saw an add on Kijiji with a price, and in the lot the car was over 1k more expensive. The salesman took advantage that he was with a tired toddler and charged my husband with a higher price. Plus the car was not fit to drive because the hand break wasn't working. The salesman said that the car had a clean record, but after we found out that the car had a major accident. Now what kind of service to you give, when this car was sold, my husband drove it out of the lot with a toddler and he had to drive 200km to get home with a car that had no breaks. The only reason we went back os because you guys had changed the address and we thought it was a different dealer. But when we arrived we saw that you still have the previous address and this was a second lot.
