The agreements were respected to the letter, the documents were all ready and without error, and the costs according to the information received in advance. Absolutely no hidden costs or surprises. Frankly, the best car deal I have ever done; I change my vehicle every 3 to 4 years and I am 56 years old (do the math ...). What I liked the most; no tank seller stuff (which we all know by now), no pressure to buy derivative products such as insurance, etc ... Too bad I was on the defensive a lot of the time; I'm always on the lookout for tips and tricks from car dealerships ... too many bad experiences. But still honest transactions with nice people. We also greatly appreciated their respect for sanitary restrictions. Here is an organization that wants to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. J’avais plusieurs doutes car tout était par téléphone et Internet sans même qu’ils n’aient vu nos véhicules d’échange physiquement. Je craignais donc une forme d’hameçonnage; que lorsque nous arriverions pour prendre possession, les ententes seraient revues à la baisse pour toutes sortes de raisons. Pourtant, tout s’est déroulé sans anicroche. Les ententes furent respectées à la lettre, les documents étaient tous prêts et sans erreur, et les frais selon les informations reçues au préalable. Absolument aucun coût caché ou surprise. Franchement, la meilleure transaction d’automobile que je n’aie jamais effectué; je change de véhicule tous les 3 à 4 ans et j’ai 56 ans (faites le calcul…). Ce que j’ai aimé le plus; aucun truc de vendeur de char (que l’on connait maintenant tous), aucune pression pour acheter des produits dérivés tel qu’assurance, etc… (on en était bien informé, sans aucune insistance), des informations précises et détaillées et une courtoisie inégalée. Les véhicules étaient préparés d’une manière parfaite avec tous les accessoires demandés et installés impeccablement. Merci à Charles (directeur des ventes), Claudine (aux finances), à Jean (aux pièces) et Catherine (à la livraison). Cette dernière a rendu la chose simple pour ma fille qui acquérait sa première voiture neuve; elle était prête, organisée, polie, et nous a présenté nos véhicules d’une manière motivée et efficace. Dommage que j’aie été sur la défensive une bonne partie du temps; je suis toujours à l’affut des trucs et astuces chez les concessionnaires automobile… trop de mauvaises expériences. Mais enfin des transactions honnêtes avec des gens sympathiques. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié leur respect des restrictions sanitaires. What a great dealership to do business with. From the moment I met Daniel to the time I drove away with the car, everything went smoothly. Other dealerships can learn from these guys. They gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and did not try push a lot of little EXTRAS on me just to make a few extra bucks. Edit - As great as the sales experience was, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I just took my car in for scheduled maintenance at 24,000 KM and the bill was over $400 which seems quite excessive to me. Also, I advised them that the trunk release on my key was not working and that I was hearing a weird noise at the back when turning right (kind of a rusty spring noise). A month later and still no replacement key (not a big deal for me). However, regarding the noise, the mechanic said he test drove the car after the maintenance was done and there was no audible sound. First right turn I made, noise was still there. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but part of me wonders if they did not want to fix something that falls under the warranty.
