If you go for service check your car for scratches they are careless and do not take responsibility for there actions. Service à la clientèle just called with the same cassette telling me it is impossible this happened during the tire change. There technicians always tell when they accidentally scratch a vehicle. And it is impossible that the tech did not see an accidental scratch that he could have done. I'm so frustrated by these people playing the same cassette. Still waiting for the director to contact me. Let's see witch cassette he will play.
