They answered all my questions patiently. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them. Toney even arranged for a driver to pick me up from Mississauga & I drove back from the showroom in my brand new red X4. Very satisfied :)

Saw an ad for a used Acura that had an absolutely great price. Went to Performance Acura and was immediately greeted and was directed to a salesman (Joe). Best salesman I've ever met. Made me instantly comfortable. Answered evey question I had. Took me out for a test drive without any hesitation and after the drive showed me all the maintenance records for the vehicle. I bought the vehicle and have had no regrets. I traded in my old car and met the service manager at the same time. Again another very friendly and knowledgeable professional. I strongly recommend this dealership and especially Joe. When I came in to finalize and pick up the car it was inside their showroom delivery area and the person that detailed the car have me a lesson on how all the controls worked. He even gave me a lesson on how the entertainment system, hands free phone system, navigation system worked. This was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had.

We love this place. The service was excellent. They had toys for the children and Netflix for the kids to watch. The bathroom was fairly clean and they had free coffee with 10 percent coffee cream. Someone came to us promptly to help us look at cars, and the salesman was friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back. It made the car buying process almost enjoyable.

INCOMPETENT SERVICE RESULTS IN ENGINE FAILURE! After only 4 years and regular maintenance my 2014 BMW X6 began leaking a major amount of oil. Two visits and $1900 later, I was sent up the road and reassured that the problem was resolved. Two days later I was left stranded. After many emails, phone calls and texts I was called in by the owner Andrew Marchand , Sales Manager Mike Bewley and Service Manager David Heidebrecht and explained that the engine could be replaced with new at a discounted cost of $22500 (reduced from $30K) and that BMW Canada would provide that discount. A discounted shop cost of $100/hr down from $149/hr was in their words a fair resolution. REALLY? A four year old car is not expected to last longer when treated with regular maintenance. In the words of owner Andrew Marchand "people try to sue me all the time, and to go ahead and try, it would get me nowhere. THANKS PERFORMANCE BMW FOR THE INCOMPETENT, GROSSLY NEGLIGENT LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND ITS UNDERHANDED TACTICS AND LACK OF INTEGRITY!

Always excellent customer service ???? Had to drop off my Mini (my baby), she has a few minor issues. They are right on top of it. Have a loaner for the weekend. Don't have to worry about how I am getting to work. If you are thinking about purchasing a Mini, this is the place to go. You will never have to worry about a thing with maintenance/repairs.
