I highly recommend giving Flynn Automotive a call if you’re thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. Just purchased a new (to me) car from them a few weeks ago. The whole experience was fantastic, start to finish. I still haven’t stopped raving about it to friends and family. This is how car buying should be. It was much more personal than walking into any big name brand dealership. You can tell they truly want their customers to be satisfied. And with the knowledge and passion that they have for cars, I’m certain everyone will be leaving happy. They have an ever-changing inventory of some beautiful, premium vehicles. Or if you had something else in mind, like myself, just let them know and they’ll find what you’re looking for. Amazing team at Flynn Automotive, looking forward to watching them grow. I don't often write reviews but compelled to do so based on my recent car purchase. Adam and Carly know their product inside and out. Every question I asked was answered. I had a small hiccup on my purchase and everything was looked after!! That is customer service. They also had the car ready for me by end of day after calling at noon hour to agree on the purchase. This operation is a class act it is as simple as that. Let Adam and his team find your next car so you know you are buying a quality product. I was looking at several private vehicles and none stacked up to what he was selling.

When looking for a BWM for my wife I couldn't help but stress over getting a lemon or dealing with shady dealerships. When you walk into a dealership you instantly get a gut feel about the place. Thankfully my gut feel is that the two owners (Husband and wife) cared about their business, success, and customers. They were genuine and had good knowledge of the vehicles they were selling. They also went above and beyond when the vehicle was certified and had anything that was not to spec replaced. I would have no problem purchasing another vehicle from them.

They went out of their way to make sure the car was in top-notch condition by pulling some minor dents out, detailing the interior prior to delivery, taking it to my mechanic for a PPI and then delivering to my home (which was 90 mins away). I had a wonderful purchasing experience, Adam and Carly are very Professional and very serious about their business I purchased my range rover from them, they deliver it to Ottawa for me it’s about 5 Hours Drive, and Adem told me that when you receive the vehicle please test drive it and check it make sure you like it, But if you don’t like it by any reason my driver can turn around and come back, this condition gave me confidence to buy it, When I receive the car Carly called me and said that the driver side floor mat is missing and she Said she will send me the weather tech floor mats it costed them $320 I got them the next day, and The next day I got this message on the dash saying suspension failure so I called Adam and I ask him this is what happening and he sent me to shore automotive here in Ottawa They replaced the sway bar hydraulic lines which costed them about $4000 and believe it or not Adam paid for it, you all know that these days you go buy a used car and there’s so many problems with it and when you call back to the dealer they will simply tell you you don’t have warranty but Adam took responsibility and fixed it for me I really appreciate that the Range Rover is stunning and it drives beautiful I love it! If you want to buy your next car from them I highly recommend them I want to thank you Adam Carly and Gord !!!

I took delivery of a '15 BMW M4 two weeks ago from Flynn Automotive and I am VERY happy with my purchase. What this place has to offer in terms of service, professionalism and honesty is exactly what big box (and Used car) dealerships lack in the the GTA. During my visit to the dealership, Adam took his time answering all my inquiries, and addressed all components of the vehicle that I had concerns about (prior to delivery). For anyone from the GTA dreading the drive to St. Catherine: extended details of vehicles, photos, Carfax reports are available on their website. Carly has been great providing me with detailed service documents electronically prior to my visit and answered all my inquiries via email rightaway. The dealership holds good inventory of imports - in very good condition (during my visit, I was very impressed seeing some awesome examples of single owner, low mileage German cars). Thank you, Adam and Carly - I will be contacting you again in a couple years when my wife is ready to buy her next car!

Did the entire thing over Facebook. They answered all my questions promptly. They brought the car over 2 hours to me with just a small refundable deposit to test drive it on my own. They waited for 2 hours while the vehicle got an independent pre-purchase inspection, and a little longer still for me to go to the bank and get the money. Drove the car home immediately after. Very pleasant people, and will reach out to them again for my next car.

Their unique online approach to selling vehicles is similar to Amazon. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Dennis Van Heusden. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. I was not expecting to purchase the car of my dreams (1985 Porsche 911) and scratch it off my bucket list. Their approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure at all. Not only was I looking for a 911 to purchase, but I was also looking to sell my Porsche Boxster.
