In a panic, I called Bart and to my amazement, he set me up in a vehicle far beyond what I ever thought I could ever have with payments that meet my budget. Being on ODSP, finances are tight. BART strives to carry on his fathers legacy, and he does a great job! It’s hard to find him in a good mood, but he’s not a bad guy in any way! He’s got a successful business and the cars he sells are all good, running vehicles. Rob is also a great mechanic! He knows his stuff. When he’s not sure, or if your vehicle needs a more specialized work, he’s honest in that. I just love coming in here every month to make my payment - and I know that’s an odd thing to say but I say it honestly. Every time I come in, the guys all ask me how my family is! That is what it’s all about. Family and honesty. And that’s what you’re going to get here.

I gotta say i was angry with my car when told they couldnt figure out what was wrong. Even after getting loud and rude with rob and bart , bart solved my issue with the car by offering me the same car but two years newer! Needless to say i was overwhelmed and felt horrible for being rude. I can faithfully say bart will not leave you unsatisfied with anything you buy from his lot.

I didn't get stuck dealing with someone who just wanted to sell a car... Horrible customer service, they sell cars that are broken and claim they will fix it but it takes 6 months to even get 1 thing fixed. Also trying to get 2000$ more than what they originally asked out of my boyfriend. I highly DONT recommend this place.

I went to 5-6 different dealerships on March 31, 2018. Had some nice vehicles, walked around the lots, saw many employees and customers. But not one approached me, asked me what I was looking for, how I was doing. I pretty much gave up. On my way home, thought I would pop into Courtesy. Bart was there, came right over to me, and within minutes I was test driving a vehicle. Talked to him for a bit, put an app in and he said he was confident he could work out a deal for me by Tuesday. It's Tuesday, the deal was approved last night, had DMS doing the financing paperwork and I drove away with my new vehicle today...Tuesday!!! Could not be happier with the level of service from Bart, the finance company DMS with Joe, and Michelle who came to the dealership, explained every aspect of the agreement to me in detail!! I would recommend this lot to anyone looking for a vehicle. Honest, no BS, get right to business and get to work for you!!! Thank you Courtesy and everyone involved!! :)
