I personally feel that Certified is the worst place to get your car, being a customer of theirs I was ripped off and highly over priced for a car that had multiple problems that they decided not to mention. Taking the car back to them for mechanical work is a complete waste of time, they lied about changing the spark plugs and and charged me $200, I took the car two days later to a different mechanic and was shown the spark plugs that they DID NOT CHANGE. Take your money and time elsewhere!!

Usually I HATE car dealerships because of pushy salesmen and the secret fees and shady way of business but these guys changed my mindset. I drove by and saw the car that I wanted, I went by later they were happy to help, very transparent and helpful without being pushy! I had a great experience buying our 2007 GMC Sierra 2500. We drove over two hours to look at this truck and it was in great condition. We completed the sale and everything went very smoothly. A few weeks after buying the truck we had an issue with the driveshaft and I had to have the vehicle repaired at a shop near my home. Certified Affordable Cars honored their powertrain warranty and sent me a cheque to cover the cost of the repair. I have now driven almost 10,000km pulling my 5th wheel trailer and the truck has been great. These guys know what good customer service is and are very honest to deal with. Thank you!

LOVE THIS PLACE? i purchased a vehicle from them a couple of moths ago. from Lee (sales) to thier mechanic, i was treated with respect and professionalism. After the purchase the car had a couple of mechanical problems, after all it is a used car it's to be expected, but their service manager Boyd dealt with the problems in a quick and efficient manner and got the problems fixed, I would definitely come back to purchase another car from this place, & I would recommend it to anybody looking to buy a quality used vehicle!

Thought I would write a review here about my experience at Certified Affordable Cars, since these reviews were helpful for me when I was skeptical about buying from a smaller dealership. Overall, buying my car was a pretty good experience working with Matt and Lee (the two Salesmen). I was nervous, as one would expect, buying my first car. My parents wanted me to buy something from a big dealership, like a Corrolla or a Civic, but that isn't really my style. (I bought a lifted 2009 Ford Ranger, on 33' tires) The only real knock that I had on the experience was that the battery was dead when I first went to test drive the car. Turning the key and just hearing a click and no engine roar was a little unsettling. After 15 minutes the battery was replaced and good to go. Lee answered all of my questions that I had on the test drive, and even offered advice dealing with the big tires. (and even told me that he didn't like them honestly) Having test driven a few different cars at larger dealerships, and being in sales my self, I was puzzled and pleasantly surprised with the lack of pressure that I got from Lee. After the test drive he just gave me his card and let me talk it over with my dad with no real follow up planned. The overall feeling was, "This is the car, this is the price, let me know if you want it." It helped me myself to really make sure it was the right decision for me, as opposed to being pressured into something that I might have regretted. I eventually bought the car a few days later, and picked it up. I was surprised with the amount of effort they put into fixing up the car before they gave it to me. A handful of repairs had to be done, which were all completed before I went to pick it up. A month later I am writing this review. My Ranger is riding smooth and even have taken her off road a few times with no issues. If you are considering buying a car from here, as long as you have done your research, it is a safe bet. You're not going to walk in and get a steal of a deal for a car, but you will be taken care of, given great value, and deal with people who honestly seem like they care about you and the car that they are selling.

Really friendly staff very helpful. I went in looking for my first midsize pickup after looking at a few on their website I went in to take some for a test drive. When I asked for carproofs they new where everything was there very organized and efficient. They also let me take one of the trucks I was looking at to my macanic to get a second opinion on if the truck was a good buy or not. After all this I ended up buying the truck I wanted and left feeling very satisfied I will defiently be recommending them to my friends.

Bought a 08 cobalt sport from this place. I delt with Matt. It's has been a enjoyable friendly experience from start to finish. I went in with a broke down car and 1000 bucks. Over the past ten years I have purchased 2 cars here. What I really like about this place is there "no pressure" sales approach. The bad reviews I read on here seem completley unrealistic and slanderous, I don't believe for a second they are valid. I bought a car from this car dealership and a week later I was pulled over by a cop because my brake lights weren't working. I didn't think to check my brake lights after purchasing my vehicle as usually you would think the car is in good working order. I also asked several times if the air conditioning worked in my vehicle and they assured me that it was working. I just found out that it is completely broken and will now have to spend a lot of money for a costly repair. I will not buy a car here again after the poor service I received. I would not recommend this dealership either.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Lee at Certified Affordable Cars. Lee was the total opposite of what my wife and I have dealt with at other dealerships. Of particular importance to us is that we were treated like valued customers even though we might not have been making a purchase. Lee's honestly was immediately evident. And so was his willingness to help us find the right vehicle for us. His intention was not to try to put us in a vehicle that wasn't to our budget, or to persuade us into buying something out of our style. While we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle on this particular visit, I am confident we will find our next vehicle with Lee. Does not return phone calls after telling you they will call you back. Happened 3x & still no response. 9 days & still waiting for my car that I purchased to be ready. I was told it may be ready on Friday or Saturday last week. I guess they don't really care about satisfied customers. Been reading the reviews & certainly not impressed so far I hope this isn't an indication on the 2003 Sunfire I gave a down payment for. Maybe I'll get a response from this as they don't return phone calls. Picked up car today & apologize for review of 2 stars. They had a lot of repairs but had they returned my calls to tell me this I would have been more patient. In future just get back to customers & they will understand After speaking to Matt on Saturday I have changed my rating to 5 stars. He was very sorry for my experience & understood my concern. Hearing back from a busy, growing business made me feel much appreciated. This earlier rating had nothing to do with Boyd. His service was very much appreciated.
