I've dealt with one other dealership for around 20 years where i leased two cars from, bought one car and one truck. I've always walked away feeling taken advantage of and unsatisfied. I recently bought a newer van from Waverley Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, and i can honestly say that Edgardo Mateo was very genuine, professional and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation to go back to him to purchase another vehicle and i would also recommend him to any person that was buying a new vehicle. The new product they offer is exceptional and we get top notch customer service from Dean the Internet Sales Coordinator and Steve Dennis the Dealer Principal. I’m not a fan of dealerships in general. After the initial purchase I always hope that I don’t need to return for any service or parts because I’ve never had a pleasant experience in the past. I recently bought a new Wrangler from a different dealership because they had the specific model in the colour I wanted and I didn’t feel like dealing with dealer transfers etc. 5 weeks after purchase I had an warranty issue that required a trip to the service department and I knew right away that I wasn’t going back to where I bought it due to what I considered poor service in the past. I decided to try Waverley Chrysler and am glad I did. From the initial phone call right after Christmas to them getting me in the very next day to Mike in service being super nice upon me dropping my vehicle off. It took a week to get my vehicle repaired due to needing parts shipped in over the Christmas/New Years holidays but Mike was always calling me to keep me informed on what was happening. The parts came in and the mechanics did the repair properly. From Mike in service to the guy (didn’t get his name) in the car rental area I was treated great and felt like they were actually interested in being at their jobs instead of just putting in time till they go home. Waverley will now be my go to dealership for all my needs as long as they keep employing good people like Mike.
Really poor quality of vehicle and service. We bought brand new jeep Cherokee trailhawk elite 2019 2.0T for 47000$. front hood literally vibrates when the semitrailer passes on two way highway, this was even confirmed by their service manager, he accepted that its manufacturering defect but he can't do anything! All jeep Cherokee has this problem, he said. All the customers who are planning to buy jeep.....Don't pay 47000$ for vibrating front hood. Also the car's mileage is not as what they state, my wife drives every day on highway to Winkler but she never got mileage more than 10km/L which suppose to be around 12km/L. I would suggest all the customers, if you are spending 47000$ go for hybrid SUV's which can give 15-16km/L and more money in your pocket. Jeep is off-road vehicle which is something we don't do every day. Don't make the mistake, that i did.
I had a great experience with Ed and Alanna with my recent trade-in and purchase. This is our favorite dodge dealer in the city. We bought our car from another dodge, we wish we would have bought it here, next one will be bought on Waverley! Everybody is so friendly and they have the best budget car rental in the building. Super convient.

just changed the light bulb in my girlfriends jeep grand Cherokee cost took about 10 mins to do. She told me they charged her 360$ to change it last time because they had to take the bumper off and all this nonsense. Worst part is she bought the jeep from them. Bunch of crooks taking advantage of a young mother with kids.

As a Sales guy I can truly tell, that those guys in this dealership know not just how to sell, but what most important is they understand you. They know how to treat a customers, how to listen to their needs and how to think out of the box. There will be no false promises or small prints that won't be fully explained and reviewed; there will be no pushing of something that you, as a customer don't need or can't afford. They're upfront, decent and trustworthy. My experience with Alan Asher was one of the best I've ever had while buying a vehicle (and it's not my first one). His attention, patience, understanding and willingness to help. After almost 6 hours of negotiations (spread out into two days) I walked with a vehicle of my dream and payments I can afford. He will do everything that in his power to get you what you need in a price you can digest. Whether it's your first vehicle or a trade-on - Alan will be their to understand your needs help. Highly recommended!
Bad experience! I ignored my co-worker's warning about his bad experience. Service guys are unfriendly. Brought my JGC for service, they opened the gate, i drove in, and that's it. I was given attitude for asking a question. I did not feel welcome at all. I even bought my Jeep there. Too bad. I left and will never come back.

The service was fast which was great, but my overall experience was awful. I was told that they would be going through NAPA Auto for my parts because they didn't have them in stock which was fine by me as going through NAPA is what I wanted anyways. I personally searched the items I would need on NAPA one was $124 and the other was $65. When I went to collect my vehicle when it was ready they had charged me $332 and $102 for the parts. Trying to figure out why there was such a price difference with them was impossible just vague replies and non-answers. I would not recommend them, if you have the choice to go elsewhere then do that instead. TL;DR: They overcharge by 20%-30% on parts, don't give you actual answers when you try and talk to them about it, and generally take advantage of you.

The closing manager (on Oct 18th, don't know the name as he didn't bother introducing himself) needs to learn how to treat and talk to people let alone coustomers. If he has any personal grudge against my religion he should leave that at his house. Alex Zhou can further vouch the details as obviously he messed up his sale as it was almost a done deal for both of us..

My husband and I were looking for a new SUV for our first child arriving in October 2015. Needless to say we wanted to jump on the deals that were advertised for blowing out the 2015 models at the end of August. We searched the whole Waverly auto mall and went to Jeep last. We worked with Elias and had a fantastic experience. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to our question, he would find out right away for us. We ended up purchasing the 2015 Jeep Cherokee North for a great price. It took a couple visits to work out the deal, but we were pleased to drive away in a Jeep - Thanks Elias! :)

Anybody else find it odd that all the reviews that the dealer responds to are super detailed and positive? Most people don't take the time to write a thorough detailed POSITIVE reviews. Seems like all waverly Dodge's customers do. I started looking at the reviewers.....it seems they're only passionate about waverly dodge. They've NEVER come across any other services that they've felt passionately enough about to take the time to right anything, positive or negative...... this is another scam. Fake reviews. I've been in that dealer twice, left extremely frustrated both times. And having a few coworkers that have dealt with them ive never heard anything to make me feel the need to go back.

I want to give zero star to dodge waverley service point. One of the most stupid service ever received in my entire lifetime. I told them before handing over my car that if you install following two items my car will be good to go. Cause i already have two complete car diagnose reports. But waverley service team is part of avenger crew. They want to charge for diagnose anyway. Cause they have special software from "mars observatory" to find out what's wrong with car as compare to other reputed service center like super lube & midas. I paid for $67.66 for body throttle outside with life time warranty on it. Part labour cost me $76. On the other hand #dodge waverley or dodge rarely gave me quote for $529 for body throttle part. I will only recommend this service point if you have enemies to send there. It was my first car with dodge but i would say this will last one for sure. yes i got charged for $158 for a diagnostic report that i already have it. DONT GO! THEY STEAL MONEY
Been there 4 or 5 times, still can't cut a deal with the dealer. The dealer was super nice to me at the beginning, taught me a lot of things about cars since I have no experience or knowledge in cars or purchasing a car. He texted me and called me a lot, and each time told me some tips for cars. Those made me truly want to purchase a car from him. The only issue was we couldn't cut to a price that please both sides. So at my last visit, the dealer suddenly lost his patience. Said he's a dealer but also a human being too, he could get tired too...blablabla... I was feeling a little bit sorry for him. But after he said that, he started saying if the deal he's offering me right now still can't make me sign it, then he doesn't want to do my business any more. I felt a little offended, so I told him I need to go back home and think. Then, he pointed at the door and the paper in front of me, saying "If you leave this door today without signing this deal, you don't ever need to come back any more! I don't want to do your business! You can delete all my contact! And I got nothing to offer!!!". I was totally shocked! I stood up and walked out of that door immediately. He ran out of the door after me, offered me another $200 off. But I felt threatened. If I didn't leave right away, I would like to call the police the first time in my 5yrs staying in Canada. Three days later, the dealer called me again to apologize. Said that was a hot busy day, he lost his temper and he's sorry about that. Said he doesn't want to explain any more, he did the wrong thing, wrong is wrong, he got nothing else to say...blablabla... The two star is for all the nice things he did and his patience before he lost control. Because of those, I don't want to give his name. I think he could be a better dealer after times. But if possible, no, I don't want to go back to that dealership again.

I bought my Jeep liberty off of Waverley chrysler about five years ago and was very pleased with the services they provided. They have an excellent parts staff and Duane in service is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with.
Got a transmission fluid flush today on my 2011 Grand Caravan. It took an hour ish. Had no problem with the service but my niece who is a grad 9 girl came along realized that some of beef jerky she left at passenger side are gone. She said "I ain't leaving any food item in the vehicle next time we are getting serviced at the dealership." LOL After she said that I start to ask myself, "did they actually perform the service I paid for and promised?"

I had an ongoing and hard to diagnose issue with my Jeep. They patiently worked with me over the course of about 6 months to help diagnose the issue until it was finally resolved. Pat in the service department was particularly helpful and easy to work with. Despite how frustrating the issue was, it was one of the best dealership experiences I've had.
I purchased a Dodge Journey from Kemajl Hyseni when he worked at Winnipeg Dodge. I was very pleased with his professionalism and advice on which model to buy and which accessories to include. He was always very supportive of being treated fairly and has regularly kept in touch over these past two years. I appreciate his professionalism and concern; he is genuinely interested in his customers. I look forward to a long relationship with him at Waverley.

Well I purchased a Jeep Patriot here and the known issue throughout all of Jeep (there are multiple sources that confirm the issue) that the transmission temperature light will come on and drop the speed right down to 20 WHILE you’re still driving at posted speed limits. Sadly due to the typical “Unable to replicate said issue.” Excuses I’m stuck in a contract with this very unreliable and dangerous Jeep. I’m afraid to keep driving this vehicle AND they won’t take it back. I can’t do anything with this Jeep nor can I trust it to not cause me to drop from highway speeds down to 20 like a damn rock and I would have to pull over shut it off and wait until I might be able to continue driving.

I've known Pat since Midway days... he's the best Service Advisor of all time (my favorite, caring and helpful) and a special shout out to Ralph (shuttle operations) for his loyalty and assistance. While I know there are a number of great people in the background, I feel at home when I come to Waverley due to the people that work there.
Had my car painted there and got the orange peel effect all over. Had to go through mpi so they could try it again which was a little better the 2nd time around but, someons stole the key chain for my car, like it's something I use daily so I think I'd notice it missing... Never been back since. My sister bought a jeep there no issues until she got her brakes done last month. 3 days to do brakes lol, and today she asked me to check under her jeep because it's been making a slight rattle since they did the brakes. I noticed the heat shield above her muffler is just sitting on the muffler, so either both bolts failed and the fell or someone forgot to put them back on... Not sure why it'd even have to come off for brakes lol

Staff gave us below market value on our trade then sold it for $10000.00 profit then Yadwinder Sandu told us he was ordering us a rear dvd package for our 2018 Durango RT which is the only reason we purchased the vehicle on Oct 12 proceeded to charge us a fee for $3399.00 It is now November 8th and we are still arguing with them for it we were lied to by 3 different staff members and managers and told it was on order. When we contacted FCA Canada they found out nothing was ordered and now are trying to get or money back. We purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey yesterday from Kemajl Hyseni. The whole experience was smooth. He was very personable and eager to earn our business. He has a good sense of humor and was fun to work with. We also met Daniel Adelman, General Sales Manager, and he was helpful and appreciative of our business. Cheryl Appleyard, in the business office was also quick and efficient in getting us in and out. We love the vehicle that we purchased. The only thing that I would comment on is I would have liked a little more tutorial on the technology in the vehicle. The whole Uconnect system is amazing, but it is pretty detailed, perhaps once we watch the included DVD tonight and play around with it we will have more insight. Otherwise, the whole experience was positive. The funny thing is when we came in on Saturday we were only planning to have a look at the Jeep Renegade. First time I had my car there the younger guy who drove it back to me sped over the speed bump and scraped my car.. After they "fixed" my tire pressure/tire location sensor issue and the problem came up again 4 days later they decide to blame it on my after market rims which have nothing to do with the problem..
We spent hours there and when after 45 minites of negotiating a purchased and two hours of being at the dealership our second visit we were informed the van we were looking to buy had sold aproximately 8 hrs prior

I'm disappointed with Chrysler as now both my Keyfobs have stopped working before my extended warranty was up. Was checked by service dept and was told I needed to replace them and was charged $69.48 to confirm they are faulty. I am tired of setting off the alarm every time I use the actual key to unlock door to open it. Other than this issue I'm very happy with the Caravans that we have owned.
About as good as you can expect from a dealer. Quite willing to take advantage of you where they can, but if you keep calm and patient, you can usually get what you need. ☺️

Brutal service department. Left my Ram for a day and a half for a technician to spread silicone on my timing chain seal and charged 4 hours of warranty work. What a scam. The next day I took my truck to another dealer who completed the job correctly. Brutal sales department. I inquired about trading my truck in and made a appointment with sales. As I was pulling into the parking lot the salesman called me 2 minutes before the appointment to cancel. Many ram dealers to choose from. Stay away from this one! Wait for the copy paste owner response to this review lol.
Emailed Waverley Chrysler Dodge to see if they could book me for a quick estimate. They responded the next day and was able to fit me in the following morning. The manager himself took the time to go out and check. He wanted to ensure i was provided the proper info, and instead scheduled me a day for a thorough inspection. I appreciate the straightforward communication given, and the customer service they have provided. EDIT: I just wanted to add that i've been dealing with Dwayne, the manager of the Collision Centre, along with the receptionist Leah. They have been so accommodating to me and my time. The estimate that was given for my truck repairs were also significantly better than the other places I've visited. Definitely check this place out if you are trying to find the best prices for work.
Had a great experience purchasing my dream car on the weekend! I wasn't really looking, but when Jason pulled up a beautiful 2 door BMW, I was hooked. After I took it for a test drive, I was sold! In and out with the car in the same day (literally 4 HOURS)! I am just curious Jeremy P who posted a testimonial on here earlier, if it was the same car. I was told that they had someone make an offer on it the same morning, so knew I had to act fast! Hopefully Jeremy, if this was the same car, sorry, but they were telling you the truth, and hopefully this restores your faith in the dealer! To cut the long story short, they sold me a broken used car. Broken differential on the first day I got the car. I was patient, waiting and hoping for them to make it right. Was treated extremely poorly upon complaining to the used car sales manager, only thing they can do apparently was to fix the car. Owned the car for 3 weeks, 13 days was spent going back to the dealership to fix the car the I RECENTLY purchased. Service is amazing don’t get me wrong but the sales floor is the worst I’ve seen in the city. Called multiple times on my cell asking for help with my purchase, they just kept dodging calls and upon using a different phone, they answered within 2 seconds. I sincerely hope that Daniel is aware of everything going around this dealership as he is the only one that I can recall that actually spoke to me in a right manner. Another dealership already made it right for me and I won’t be coming back here, won’t recommend to anyone trying to purchase a car. Their customer service stops right after you sign the contract, they only care about commissions and nothing else!

This is a great Dealership but sadly it is almost impossible to drive in the yard. There are vehicles everywhere and it all seems very chaotic! But the staff are friendly and courteous and the dealership does a brisk business so all the indicators point to finding what you looking for at a good price.

They lied when they sold me (what they said), was a "New" vehicle - it actually was a demo with over 115 KM. The Canadian APA clearly states that any vehicle with over 50 KM cannot be sold as a NEW car. I will never go here again. Unbelievable.

I purchased my Dodge Dart from Waverley Chrysler Dodge in 2013. I love my vehicle, and had a positive sales experience. I find that at Waverley Chrysler Dodge, service typically takes a bit longer than expected, but nothing too unreasonable. In general, staff try their best to be helpful and efficient. On my last visit, Jesse from the Service Department was very friendly and helpful, and even followed-up with me a few days later. However, while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I was approached by a unsolicited and persistent salesperson who made me very uncomfortable. Overall, interactions here have been mostly positive.
Thumbs down for the sales department, when it was time to buy we test drove a vehicle. After we decided what we wanted to buy, they refused to give us a price over the phone. They had all of our info but explained to us that their Sales Manager's time was to valuable and that unless I returned to their dealership, they would not give us a price. On a different occasion, stopped in to ask if they could sell our Dodge vehicle on consignment, or purchase it outright, as we received solicitation in the mail. They took done all my information as the sales manager was not in. They never did get back to me. Lastly, got them to do a safety on my vehicle I was selling, but I hadn't noticed that they made an error on the "date inspection started" and that they had changed it by hand. MPIC agent refused to register the vehicle for the buyer because Waverley Dodge did not initial the altered document. I returned to Waverley Dodge in hopes of having this corrected, and asked the buyer to meet me there. I was referred to the Sales Manager on a Saturday afternoon as the Service department was closed. He told me there was no way for him to contact the mechanic who did up the safety, and that we would have to wait till Monday morning. This caused both the buyer and I an inconvenience to say the least. The Sales Manager's suggestion was to try a different MPIC agent that may overlook the discrepancy, and refused to initial the change even though it was clearly their error. No apologies, just turned around and walked away when the buyer of my vehicle walked in the doors.
Irwin Zhou was very helpful when I was looking for a car. He gave me couple of options to choose from and very thoroughly explained how I could benefit from it. I highly recommend him.
To-day arrived from a small town to the big city and wondered what to expect....was ushered right in for an oil change and service. The advisor, the service tech and the parts dept were all very helpful and outstanding in their manner and professionalism

***Read update below*** I came in to the dealership the other day around 8:30 to check out a loaded up Ram 1500. They didn’t have any trucks in the showroom so I asked if I could take one out for a spin. My sales guy spoke to sales manager who then greeted me. He said that he didn’t have a loaded up truck on the lot and that we should come back another day. I said that it didn’t have to be a loaded up one for tonight, any one of them on the lot would do. I just wanted to see how the truck felt compared to some of the other makes that I had been looking at. He then said that because of the cold, none of his 40 trucks were starting (that was alarming to say the least). He went on to say that they were closing in 20 minutes and didn’t feel like trying to get one of them started. I said “hey, if you don’t want to sell me a truck, then I’ll leave”. As a business owner, I would lose my mind if one of my customers was treated like that by one of my managers. I sent a message to the one of their Vice Presidents and never heard back which tells me a lot about the dealership. I went across the street and received wonderful service from a competitor even though they were scheduled to close in 15 minutes. It was a breath of fresh air. ***Update*** After my post, I received this message: “Response from the owner Todd, We are looking into this matter as we take our customer complaints very seriously. We apologize that we have not reached out in regards to your complaint made late Tuesday evening. Thank you ...” Still no word from them. The manager didn’t care, the Vice President never responded and now the owner doesn’t care. This kind of thing starts at the top and trickles down throughout the organization. There’s plenty of other dealerships in Manitoba selling these very same vehicles. I would suggest trying one of them.
I've been going to this dealership for 5 years now. I've had stellar service and support from the service team. Primarily I deal with Carl and he's been amazing. We have also dealt with other service personnel, who was equally helpful and understanding. It's quite rare to find a dealership that I feel comfortable and confident in! The only issue would be some of the pricing, but this is just like any dealership service centre. They could be more competitive for "consumable maintenance" as well as lose the stupid shop supply line on bills -- Perhaps I should charge a fee for using my time to go to their dealership to let them perform the service.

Terrible! I went to this place to diagnose my traction light issue in my Dodge journey. They told me there fees is $142 per hour (Other dodge dealers charging less then this, I came to know after). They said me that you have faulty break switch issue and you need to replace it. This took about 10-15 mins and they charged me for full hour labour $142 plus taxes. Where as other dodge dealers in city charging for actual time spent on labour and NOT FULL HOUR. On top of this, I told them that I already replace the break switch by buying new switch from dealer. Then service advisor told me that it might be a wiring issue. But they don't want to check whether it is wiring issue or not in rest of the labour hour (45 mins). Service advisor told me if you want to check whether it is wiring issue or not you need to pay extra labour hour fees which is again $142 plus taxes again. Careful when you give your vehicle to this place. They charge you for basically doing close to nothing. WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

I have been driving my Jeep Cherokee for almost four years, there was an issue with my transmission which caused me driving in for couple times but repaired eventually. During the entire process, Jerry was pretty helpful and answered all my doubts with patience. Jerry is a good dealer with strong knowledge background whom I recommend to choose for.

* Read update Below* Warning *They will lie about details of the car to push the sale. Bring a checklist or find a dealership who doesn't allow employees to lie to push the sale. Bought my first car from a dealership here back in April 2018. (Usually go for the private sellers) Regret it everyday of my life. Just a quick reminder to never believe what the salesperson is telling you. Was told "We just put winter tires on in the shop" - which made me believe i had brand new winter tires... nope. The tires were from 2009 and after switching to my summer tires in May - i was told the winter tires that came with my car are no longer safe for the road, ended up having the get new ones for this winter. Was also told i would be given $500 off the asking price- which was never actually given to me. (partially my fault for being to excited during the financing period, and not double checking the total sale price of the car). Sneaky Sneaky tactics going on here. I also noticed they put someone else's name under who sold me my car. Not sure why they would do something like that. I tried calling and talking to the salesman who sold me my car so i could mention the above issues, but they kept telling me i was wrong and that it was really this other guy who sold me my car. (seems fishy to me). So i wasn't able to speak with the guy who actually sold me the car, and when i went back to try to talk to him in person, they acted like they had know idea who i was talking about. The car itself isn't awful, I've ran into a few issues with it, but mainly due to recalls. Main issue here was Customer Service and sneaky selling tactics. Disappointing - but if their goal is to make it seem like the customer doesn't matter, only their money - they are on the right track! Update: I've recevied a call from Dodge and they are trying to sort out some of the problems I encountered. After a month or so of back and forth between a Manager, the problem was never solved. After spending close to an extra 1200 on the car and being lied to about the winter tires, i didn't feel like giving Waverley Dodge anymore of my money. They made it very clear they did not care that their sales guy lied to me abotu the winter tires as they were "Legally" safe for the car. I understood they were "Legally" okay. My main issue is that they were okay with their employee lying to me to push the sale.

I was disappointed with the service from Waverly Chrysler. I recently bought a vehicle in December with high km's told I would have warranty and that if I wanted to purchase the extended warranty afterwards that it wouldn't be much more added onto my payment. Well was I miss informed! No warranty as when I bought the vehicle it was over 60, 000 km's and because I didn't get the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle it would cost me 4-5 thousand dollars! I have had nothing a few problems with my vehicle and of course no warranty so have to pay up front for everything. But I would like to say that as soon as I posted this review the dealership contacted my husband and myself and helped us out with the outstanding issues we were having at no cost. They took accountability and it was much appreciated. They helped us out with a courtesy vehicle and we are very thankful to them. Just goes to show that they did want to help us out. Thanks again!

Bought a used truck here. What a bad experience!! They miss advertised the mileage by over 6000km. Used car manager (the stereotyped kind) blamed everyone else, but took zero ownership for the error. Told me how’s this truck is losing money and it costs his pay cheque money to sell it. I don’t care, I paid you full listing price online. Bring that up with your owner, not the customer. Don’t try to make me feel bad about giving you a 35k draft. Speaking of, I paid this place bank draft in full. Now it’s over 1 month after taking delivery, the $1000 deposit still hasn’t been refunded to my credit card. The sales Bikram and business manager Michael, don’t reply to me emails or text. One bad decision to come from out of province, to buy a car from there guys.. #REFUNDMYDEPOSIT

After I received a letter from the dealer telling they have buyers for my old Grand Caravan, my wife and I decided to do a visit... why not. On site, we were directed to Yadwinder (Yadi) and wow! Yadi answered all our questions, reassured all our concerns and proposed different models with our criteria. We traded our minivan for a new one that have the same features as the old one and few more, for a lower monthly payment. He fulfilled all his promises with a sincere smile, even after the purchase. the absolute worst dealership all around! purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep compass.....the service department is by far the VERY worst I have ever dealt with! my vehicle has less than 17thousand km on it... I have driven more rentals and borrowed vehicles than I have my own brand new Jeep! so far it has had a brand new radio...issue with it still NOT corrected! told there was an update coming in about 4 months that "should" fox my issue transmission went....after telling them for 4 months there was issues... new transmission....next day... Left me stranded! when I called Waverly they told me to call road side, get it towed to another dealership to fix it.... needs a new starter as well....... Now it is at a different dealership.... and there are issues from the new transmission installation...broken and loose parts broken electrical components.... needs a new starter..still not running...at what point Waverly do you say ok this is a lemon lets fix this!!!!!! poor poor service! so disappointed in my move to switch from Ford! currently waiting for the owner of this dealership to return my call sp he can let me know what he is going to do with this LEMON I PURCHASED FROM HIS DEALERSHITP

Great people and service centre staff are very nice , but coming out of a german brand vehicle I have noticed a big difference in how I get my vehicle returned. I would say having a courtesy car wash would go a long long way with me . The one thing all import dealers ships do is wash the vehicle after a service is done. That for me was the biggest shock this dealer ship doesn't do that would go a long way for there customers.

I contacted the dealership through their website last week and received a contact from Bikram, a sales rep. We exchanged info by email, phone conversation and text messages. I was looking for a new Ram truck. Bikram did a great job of helping me shop virtually from home on their website, also by exchanges of emails with specifics related to financing and available trucks with the options I was interested in. We setup a meeting to go over the details at the dealership that included working out my specific needs in financing, the Ram truck that appealed to me and a test drive. I received every need I requested including my trade-in price, options, and price range with discounts. I also received extra cash discounts and free options installed! Who does that? Bikram was knowledgeable, went out of his way to help with the complete process from start to finish. I love my new 2021 Ram Sport Crew Cab.

I went back there today, for an mpi claim, and honestly, they were very helpful and fast, service people are on the ball there. My original post I was mad because a sales person, pulled the wool over my eyes, was all talk, and he didn't honor our deal, but he's not there anymore, probably because of stuff like that. Met Joseph today while I was waiting on my claim, and it was literally just to talk, and he was straight up and honest, insightful, and he treated me with respect. He ain't pressure me, blow smoke in my face, nothing, was such a good talk, I walked away feeling good, n I ain't even buy anything lol. I feel guilty cause i let a bad employee make me judge this company, and I apologize for that, because obviously they do care, and we're not out to screw me like I originally thought, cause today was so silky smooth, and I felt they had my back, ya can't hate after that. I do all my maintenance and repair over here because Carl is a great service adviser. This morning I came at 7,and I finished my appointment registration at 7:20. Everything is planned. The shuttle driver told me I just need to wait 20 min to get delivery. I waited for 1 hour to get delivery for the bad weather. That is fine anyway. I was the first one to wait for the shuttle, but I am the last two who got delivery evenIlive much closer on the route. Thanks for that,I suppose to deliver my wife for her midterm exam,and she got late. I am late for my work too. Besides,I missed my breakfast so that I need to work with my empty stomach. Best customer shuttle experienceIever had.

Brought my jeep in after an accident for repairs and everyone there was great. My rearview mirror fell off a few days before bringing my car in (unrelated to accident) and although it wasn't part of the repairs they were required to do they still took time out of their day to fix my mirror for me too. After having gone to 4 dealerships before Waverly Dodge, my wife and I drove across the city on a recommendation from her parents. They had bought there Journey from Mr. Alan Archer and were very happy with him and there vehicle. When we walked in the door, we looked around for about 15 mins trying to figure out what our needs were. Then we were greeted and we asked for Alan by name. When we met Alan he was very nice and helped us find the vehicle that was perfect for us. We went in with a budget and told him exactly what it was and what we wanted. We also told him that it was firm and that we didn't want to find a vehicle and then end up in the second room were the price goes up. Alan was straight with us throughout the whole process and between him and his co-worker that deals with finance worked hard to get us what we wanted and for the price we wanted. I truly feel he was honest, helpful and had our best intentions at heart. The whole experience was great as he was funny and made my wife feel that she was as involved in the process as I was. We also made a last minute addition to our purchase of a car starter which initially we were told couldn't be installed for a week. When we went to pick up our vehicle on delivery day he had managed to get it installed for us. If your looking for a guy to be your car guy at a dealership Alan is him. Thank you Alan and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles in the future from you.

I usually dont give poor reviews unless they are deserved. One of the service advisers was a complete a$#@. I took my vehicle to another dealership after speaking with him. He tried to tell me my extended warranty was not vaild without even diagnosing my vehicle. He also expressed that he would charge for diagnosis because i explained the issue was not resolved previously. Charge me on top of the extended warranty??? Ok, I will be sure to pay that bill when pigs fly. For that reason a poor review is well deserved. I will say this, the sales team did seem very decent and respectful with regards to purchasing another vehicle. If I did buy one, I probably would not have it serviced at this location.

I purchased my Jeep in 2010 and haven't regretted it - I LOVE my Jeep! Everyone who knows me knows I love my Jeep. Taking it in to get repairs done has been hassle-free, they always call with an estimate (except last time they forgot to call to tell me it was ready). Very courteous workers in all departments!

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. It was making a ticking noise from the engine when i test drove the car, which the salesman assured me was normal for a 4 cylinder even though the car was a v6. After purchasing the car I had it inspected at my mechanic and there was some mechanical issues. I reached out to the salesman but was left hanging and told that there is nothing they can do for me even though they have a 1 month warranty on all used cars. Eventually the operations manager James reached out for me and assured me that the warranty that the sales man denied was in fact in place for all used car purchases, and that the dealership would help me out. In the end the dealership came through and did more then expected. Massive thanks to James Bonner! Very professional and understanding. I would rate 5 stars if I could rate the salesman separately

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. First time going here I had side swiped a car and brought it here to get fixed, they put 2 of the wrong colored rims on my car but fixed it by painting my rims teal which I was fine with but then did not fix my rocker guard correctly and now my 2014 dodge is rusting. I also recently went here to get new tired on the front as I popped one but now one of the tires now in the back which they didn't touch goes flat everyday. I had called and left messages in regards to them fixing it as I did not cause the flat seeing as they returned my vehicle with a flat tire and didn't even notice. I will not be returning to this Dodge as iv givin it 2 chances! Very disappointed. Multiple bad experiences with the service department at this dealer. Bad sign when you are on a first name basis with the shuttle driver, and you realize the shuttle driver has more common-sense than the technicians and writers. Was going to have warranty work done on my used vehicle as I bought extra warranty through a company called global. I talked to a service rep and was told that they deal with my warranty company and there wouldn't be any issues. Then I go to have my truck taken in for the work to be done and the new service rep tells me they don't deal with that company. The work won't be covered, even consulted another rep but not the provider of my warranty . So I contacted my warranty rep and was told they would cover the cost of the required work. To sum it up the service rep was just lazy and did no due diligence of just contacting the company to see if the work was covered. Wasted my time and has made me never want to deal with this dealership again.
I had a wonderful experience with Randy and Jason at Waverley Chrysler. We came in and were greeted with smiles all around. Randy was very professional and Jason was incredibly helpful. I'd say these guys are world class experts at conflict resolution. But I will never return there because I prefer independent garages. If you run into a disagreement with them, just calmly raise the issue with them, and watch how they handle it. I wish more businesses had this capability.
I’ve had mixed quality of experiences buying my last three vehicles here. Their salesman are top notch and willing to work with you to get the best solution, however my most recent transaction left a bad taste in mouth. I would love to continue buying from Waverley Chrysler in the future assuming the outstanding balance from my vehicle trade-in is paid in full, as well as my deductible from a glass defect claim that I had to pay myself. Terrible service department. Booked an appointment and brought my truck in for the Winter Service Special which includes an inspection, tire rotation, and oil change - mentioned to the service advisor that there's been a rattle from the back end over the past few months. After about 6 hours, I receive a call and am told that the rattle is due to a shovel in the box of the truck. I informed the guy that the months old rattle under the truck is definitely not from the shovel that I put in the box yesterday. They then drove the truck around and informed me that there is no rattle and that the truck service is complete. Showed up to pay and pick up the truck and, after reading the techs notes, realized that they forgot to change the oil in the truck and did not rotate the tires either. They called a guy in to change the oil - as I went to drive out of the shop I sure enough heard the rattle from the back. The oil change guy went under the truck and after 10 seconds found the source of the rattle, a bolt in the strut was loose and needed to be replaced - not sure how that was missed in the initial "inspection". Was told to bring the truck in again the next day to get it repaired as they didn't have the proper tools available. That night I took a look under the hood and noticed the tech left the air intake tube off when they inspected the wiring for the headlights. I jammed it in so it wouldn't fall out and asked them to re-attach it properly during the next days repairs - this was not completed as it was left exactly where I jammed it in. I'm not normally one to leave negative reviews. I was told by the service manager that the tech working on my truck was new (third day working for this service dept). I feel pretty strongly that customers should get the work that they pay for regardless of how green the employee is. Stay far away from this service department. Other places will happily take your money and actually do the work.
baught a commander. did a thousand dollar seasonal. left with no motor oil a liter shy in the tranny. the biggest piece iv ever seen three batteries 2 navsystem every 2 days had fill the tires because the sensors rust at the wheel. 110-000 replaced tranny . had a stroke one side the car lost power. service rep pat what a clown...... never ever a dodge again....

Went to get my car fixed after an accident on an MPI claim and received excellent service. Dwayne is a super nice and friendly guy who made sure to be in depth and do the best job when in cane to vehicle inspection and repairs. Would highly recommend!

Went to Waverly Dodge with the full intentions of buying a car. Salesperson was nice, took me for a test drive and it went great. When it came down to the actual purchase of the car we couldn't strike a deal and as I was getting up to leave the sales manager threw a couple subtle insults my way. Will not be going here nor recommending it to friends or family.

terrible service! about a month ago I went there for my truck to get both CV boot fixed, waited over an hour just to be advised that parts are not available. service advisor told me that someone will contact me once the parts are available. it's such a waste of time. 4 weeks after and still no message regarding the parts, then I sent an e-mail just to get an update. Took me multiple e-mails and several days just to get an answer from the service department. today I took my truck there to get the work done, everything was good until i drove my truck for about 30 minutes i heard a rattle on the drivers side and the tires are wobbling. when i got home i checked underneath and saw that the driver's side outer tire rod is loose then the passenger's side cv boot came off and there's grease all over the lower control arms, tire rod and ball joints on both sides. is it that hard for them to clean the grease off? I am completely unsatisfied with the workmanship of the service department. Outer tire rod being loose that you can feel your tire wobbling it can cause serious accident! very poor service just shows you how much they don't care about the job they are doing.
this is the worst dealership I ever experienced in my life.I purchased 3 jeeps in this dealership in last 6 years and reward for that is that these guys tricked me so bad that I still can't believe I was so stupid.The latest wrangler I purchased in 2013 and had a big discussions about the payments and the deal was almost over when I saw they want to give me the loan for 7 years .I told them that I want for 5 years.I almost went out and then John from sales came and told me they going to give me the deal because I am a good customer of the house. I went back and it seemed everything was just fine.I signed the papers without reading them and was more then happy to finally have the jeep wrangler. After a year I got the paper from the bank and then I realized that the loan is for 7 years. So guys be careful when dealing with this tricky people in Wawerly jeep dealership because this was a criminal act which unfortunately I can't put in court -don't have any written act to show, and I am pretty sure none of these people would say the truth. Way to go Dodge Chrysler jeep wawerly to show your appreciation to your customer.
I bought my van here 2 years ago and always had great service till today....I dropped my van off to get my winter tires changed. Took the shuttle home as always. Made lunch and shuttle came so we left out lunch thinking I'd only be gone 40 mins TOPS....get there paid my bill told me they'll bring van around..go outside...wait about 7 mins. Shuttle driver comes out to tell me the mechanic left my key in someone else's vehicle and I'll have to wait 20 mins for this other customer to come back and give me MY van key.... now note my key had a tag on it saying CARAVAN and they vehicle he left my key in was a PICKUP TRUCK....it even said on the KEY what vehicle so now I question their service. If your MECHANICS are that CARELESS how can I trust the work they actually do knowing my kids are in this vehicle....and all I got was a sorry and I'll buy ya a cup of coffee...nothing offered to my 3 yr old that had to sit patiently waiting with me during this. Very and extremely disappointed with how this was handled. All in all I got picked at 12 PM and didnt get home till 1:40 PM...I live 15 mins away from the dealership...thanks for wasting my time..my kids time..the other customers time(and gas) all for a sorry and a cup of coffee...smh

I cannot begin to explain just how upset I am with this dealership. The story starts after I walked out of the dealership not being able to settle on the price I offered for a pre-owned vehicle. Sales person calls me up a few hours later nearly meeting my original offer. I accept. Give my information to place a hold on the vehicle at an excellent price ($7000 below original asking price and $4000 lower than anything comparable in Canada), excited as can be to come back after the weekend to finalize the deal. Get a message shortly after saying that several minutes before I placed a hold on the vehicle, it was sold to someone else. Now, most people, including me, would say that is completely possible, but this vehicle was on the lot for months. It was already sent for auction before I came in showing interest. After not being able to sell the vehicle for months, the chances that they make two deals the same day within minutes are ridiculously low. This means that their sales manager would be negotiating on the same vehicle at the exact same time and agreeing to sell the vehicle to me at a "loss". I do not buy it. Some one screwed up and they are trying to cover for their mistake. I'm furious with Waverly Dodge and I will never step foot on their lot again.

Took my truck in for a recall. They then replace my lower ball joints under warranty but never did a alignment afterwards. Driving home from the dealership the alignment was out so bad I was having the vehicle tugging me towards the ditch or oncoming traffic. I called dealership and told them what was happening. I explain to them that doing the ball joints has put my alignment out. I was told over the phone that doing the ball joints wouldn't do that. they had me bring it in the next day. After waiting a hour they came to me to tell me alignment was out and I need a alignment. So j had them do the alignment. After wait another hour and a half I was returned my truck and a bill 150 dollar for the alignment which they cause by doing the repairs to the ball joints. I would not recommend this dealership for any warranty work or repairs.
I just purchase a Dodge Ram 1500 privately and discovered just a few days before leaving on a camping trip I needed a trailer brake. I called other Dodge dealers and they were less than pleasant to deal with, but then I called Waverly Dodge. I spoke with the parts department and they put the part aside for me and transferred me to service. I spoke with Les who was fantastic to deal with, he told me I would have to leave my truck for the day because they were very busy, but he would get the trailer brake installed so our vacation plans wouldn't be interrupted. Since my truck was there for the day I transferred back to the parts department and they ordered a tonneau cover, which they had shipped in from Minneapolis so everything could be done at once. When I arrived the next day they got me in, checked the truck history and found a recall that they fixed as well. Great service, I will be bringing my truck there and dealing with Les from this day forward. Thanks Wavery Dodge, Jeff

Was getting quotes through email from dealerships and I asked for a quote but it was held under the condition to expire within 8 hours. Even though I live in the next province and wouldnt be able to come to Winnipeg anytime soon. Very friendly up until I rejected the soon to expire offer. I asked why it had to expire and I was not provided with a response.
This place is an absolute nightmare. I would give this place a 0 if i could. Over a year to figure out and diagnose the issues with my truck. Once they finally figured it out it I then had to come back 2 more times to finally have new issues fixed steming from the original issue. This dealership if you want to call it that are hands down the worst of the worst. I attempted multiple times including today when my vehicle was there once again to speak with James bonner (service manager) who couldn't be bothered to come out of his office to talk to me or return my emails about the service I received in his own department. If you are looking for service at Waverley dodge, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I bought a RAM 1500 (2020) last two week. At the begin, I did not satisfy with the service when my truck had problems with the battery and tires after delivered. However, with the wonderful support from Mr Bikram (Salesman) and Mr Graig (Manager), I have felt happy and enjoyed the truck from Waverley Dodge.
I wouldn't recommend anyone I know and anyone else going there. I bought a pre-own truck from them and regret it big time. rude service writer, sale Manger wouldn't return a phone call after I left a message because he would take my complaint. And the sale man I dealt with was so unprofessional
I bought truck here 6months ago and Now I have problem with the fuel gauge. They keep saying we know we know but nothing is fixed. I already brought the car there twice to get it fixed and still nothing. The service advisor is also rude. He keeps saying that he is not the one doing it we know he is not but we are telling him what is wrong so he can let the mechanic know what is wrong. Or he can check if the problem is fix or not. He shouldn’t be a service advisor if he doesn’t know how to communicate with clients properly. His name is MICHAEL PEDDLE. He is very rude! If he doesn’t like us going back and forth then do your job properly so we get satisfied and not complain and keep returning!
Took van back and went for a road test with the service manager. He was very good to deal with and would recommend Waverley service department.

My first experience with Waverley was in 2010, Alan Asher was my Sales Guy. Alan was great, he walked me through the process and helped me with any questions or concerns. He wasn't trying to talk me into something I didn't need or couldn't afford, he made it as stress free as possible. I drove away with a Caliber, and 2 years later, I drove away in a Patriot, and then a Wrangler, and finally a Cherokee. I will probably never go anywhere else, why would I.. You always hear of people having terrible experiences, well mine was awesome!! And I recommend Alan Asher and Alanna to anyone I know that is interested in buying a vehicle. And it doesn't end there, if you have any questions about your Jeep, even after the sale, they will always answer your question, Always!

really got to watch out with this dealership. I got a new car from them 2 years ago with finance. Recently I am buying a new house, when the mortgage specialist pull out my credit history, and found out this dealership did about 10 times credit check with different banks at once for my car finance and this affected my credit score by about 200. Not only that, the car sales also provided incorrect information to the bank, and the bank almost put me on blacklist. That is going to affect any loan or mortgage going forward. I tried to call them and request an explanation, no one call back or reply at all.
