Bought a 2003 996 Turbo form here and was not a good experience: Flew to Winnipeg from Toronto to inspect car and then again two weeks later to pick up car and drive it home. Got flat tire 7 hours into the drive and found the tire that had been installed was brand new that the installer had shredded the bead on during install which was why it went flat! I was compensated for the new tire but no other costs since it delayed the trip for a day and wasn’t a pleasant experience...luckily I was able to find a tire to fit 1.5 hours from where it happened. When I went to the dealer they said car was ready but the clutch accumulator had failed which they documented but didn’t fix. However when I picked up the car they said “it’s no big deal some drivers like it like that”....I felt handcuffed to accept it due to the time constraint of getting the car home and took them for their word. I asked them to pay for it but they refused and threw me a baseball cap! License plate lights were noted as failed and fixed in the inspection but never worked! Battery vent not installed and lots of debris...leaves etc in rad and battery areas.Some other minor items that should have been fixed Documents for the ownership were missing and there was a lot of confusion as to who they were....bill of sale said Volkswagen but ownership, when it arrived, said Porsche centre Winnipeg so I was denied licensing the car initially! Hopefully some lessons learnt on both sides! This is not the experience I expected from a dealer for a car that cost $60k plus

I was trying to purchase a used Corolla (2011 Corolla) and that experience was so fustrating. First of all the car was not safetied upon viewing and once the deposit paid I had to wait more than 3 weeks to get a response from the delaership. They were not attentive and caring about the customer at all. Even after 3 weeks I did not get the vehicle because of another "sudden safety issue". After another 2 weeks (1 mo 1week total) I withdrew the deposit and I had to go to another place. They were very unresponsive to my messages and calls about the vehicle all the time. I was very patient given all the "good" reviews about the dealership. They are just after big $$$ and they don't care about lesser value deals. Unless you are looking for a porsche better be off to another dealership. If I had the time that was wasted I could have found a vehicle long time ago.

The Financial Services Manager - Premini Ismath she is a liar! When you sign the papers she will hide some pages of the optional insurance contracts and directly force you to sign your name. She ask me to sign a 10K life insurance eventhough I told her I don’t want any insurance! My husband and some of our friends have the same issue! When we notice the insurance she keeps lie to us said only when you pay off the full amount then you can cancel the life insurance! I called the insurance they directly cancel it for me and the csr from the insurances company suggested us to complain about the problem to prosche’s manager.

Best experience at a dealership I have ever experienced and I don't know if this 5 star can speak for the dealership as a whole but it is definitely deserved for Mateo. I came over from McDonald's and Mateo happened to be outside and greeted me with open arms. He would have never been able to "judge" me from what I drove due to where I parked and walked from but it did not matter to him. He did not ask me typical qualifying questions to see if I was worth his time like many other dealerships such as Honda, Toyota or Lexus etc. that I have been to. We had conversations as enthusiasts with a common interest over an espresso he made me and he spent at least half an hour talking to me, educating on the Porsche brand and experience. I was the one who had to cut the conversation short as to not take up more of his time. All I can say is Mateo really took Carrera of me.

Over the last several years I have had great service dealing with the parts and service department at Porsche Centre Winnipeg. Recently I was scheduled to attend a PCA event on the weekend. A few days before the weekend unfortunately the water pump failed on my car. Ryan, Brent and Junior went above and beyond and got my car in ASAP.
