Want to take some time to write a great review with respect to one of their sales members, Riley. I did an application on line with multiple dealerships, Volkswagen was the first to get back to me, Riley messaged me the next day and was ready to show me the car I wanted. I went the next day and he was eager to show me all the great things about my future car, was very professional and made sure everything was perfect for me. Did not feel like a pushy sales person at all and he builds a great connection with his customers. Highly recommend calling Riley!

Don’t walk, run from this place. I do not recommend dealing with them. Nice and pleasant until you discover the hidden fee they try to sneak in. By the end, having dealt with this clown show, i was happy that they actually did return my deposit. Do yourself a favour and don’t do business here! Edit: This is a complete lie that they would have no record. 2017 Honda Pilot on hold for me for about 3 weeks while they sort it out. $250 deposit held on it. If you have no record: you are either lying, or completely oblivious to what your staff are doing. I sat in the "finance" room with Rome twice. Second time to have him spring the extra fee, including the scam etching fee. There is nothing in what I write, as far as your practices go that you would not be aware of. I had already sent an email and included you on it to Consumer Protection in MB who indicated they will investigate. Advertised prices in MB must be all-in with NO hidden fees. If you don't want to be scammed folks, seriously avoid this place.

Poor customer service!!!! Would never go again!! There was a manufacturing error on my vehicle that needed to be fixed that would take 5 to 10 minutes of their time and they would not fix! it even thought my car had not reached 80,000 km it was an error that was made by them and they would not fix it which is ridiculous. YANG doesn't even know the meaning of Customer service I guess. We didn't close the deal because of him. Please do consult the sales rep that he's not the sales manager who is involved with your purchase. Highly disrespectful person. Hats off to ROME and especially ALEX for doing everything in their power. But unfortunately ALEX reported to YANG and we didn't want YANG involved at all. That's why we didn't close the deal. I've been taking my last two VWs to this service department for over eight years, and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. They've helped me out more than once on short or zero notice. They recently helped me get a tow on a Monday night and were able to fix my car and get it back to me the next day even though I didn't have an appointment. I made a trade for my Golf GTI for a Golf R on December 15, 2021. I purchased the “Manitoba Winter Protection Package” which meant my car had to be in the shop for a week. Brought my car in on December 20, 2021 to get all necessary work completed on it. So far I’ve driven my car for less than 5 days. I got my car back on Friday December 24, 2021 in the evening. On December 25 I made a trip out to see family, about an hour drive out of the city. On the highway the ACC and lane assist cut out and stop functioning. Brought the car in for service and was fixed within a few days. Great service, quick and painless. Look forward to servicing my car here again.

Matt was my sales guy. He did a great job zero issues there. However, I told the finance manager Daniel that I have a referral from someone and what's the procedure for them to get something for it. I was told they will get a 200 dollar go card! Great that's awesome. Forward 4 months later still no card, so after booking my 1st service appointment and asking where is the card for the referral I get told to talk to the service desk. I pay for my service and tell him I was told to get a GO card with 200 dollars on it for a referral, he gives me a card with me thinking alright I can pass it on to the person I was referred by. Fast forward to September 2020, I was told that the GO card has 5 dollars on it by said person, I message my sales guy to see what the hell is going on, tells me give him a couple days he will see what happened. Get a message saying "we pulled the contract nothing in there saying anything about a GO card for 200 on it" I tell him it's for a referral and that it had zero to do with a contract on my vehicle. Sorry nothing we can do. You've lost a customer for service and honestly when I'm in the market again which I will be (or if anyone I know needs a car) over 200 dollars, I will not go back. I spent 40 plus k on a 2019 Golf R which I love, best car ever. Just don't go to Autohaus they like to lie for some reason, makes me think what else are they doing if they gyp someone out of 200 Bux. Thier loss not mine!!!

This is comparably one of the best auto dealers in the entire city, after dealing with one of the sales Representatives, a one Mr Riley petracheck, I can say I almost felt a familial bond along with their no pressure sales attitude and genuine care in getting me the car I wanted with a deal I wanted as well, they put the top in top tier.

I went in to ask them about their requirememts for financing and to see what the trade in would be on my car. I recently have worked very hard to build up my credit, and specifically asked them not to do a hard pull and cost me points. I wanted their opinion on my situation and would have trusted that opinion before deciding whether to proceed and apply for credit. The finance guy I talked to, Daniel pulled my credit anyway, explaining it wouldn't be a hard pull but he obviously doesn't know the difference. I have now lost points. I will not be returning here. When I am ready I will go somewhere else.

⚠️ Unhappy with the Service Shop and the COMPETENCY of their technicians. Fixing a car is not guesswork! I feel like I was almost being conned out of thousands of dollars and being advised to do something not in my best interest! Long story short, my 4 year old vehicle had a generic p0300/1/2 codes. Dealership replaced a spark plug and ignition coil (which were necessary). But, even after that I was told that my car was completely un-drivable due to mechanical failure, and that I either need to: Pay $2000+ to fix the current engine, or $4000+ to buy a used engine (and whatever issues it has), or go upside down and refi a new car!? 4 year old vehicle, bricked. Got it towed, got a second and third opinion, checked the codes, nothing showed, no light errors, and car is driving successfully! Almost seemed like I was being taken advantage of. Fixing a car should not be guess work, and if someone pays for a diagnosis, they should receive a fair diagnosis. They shouldn't be told to have to pay for more diagnosis and labour and parts, before the real problem is even diagnosed. This is my experience and I'm never going back.

When I bought my second car here I had to peel the plastic off and wash it myself if I wanted to take it home that Friday. 2nd last service there I was still waiting at 6:30 when a sales staff asked if he could help... the service department left for the day without telling me or ringing me up. Yesterday they did a bunch of work to my car that I didn't ask for and I had to point out that the charges they were ringing up weren't on the work order I had signed that morning. Volkswagen's are awesome but Knight Auto Haus is a company to avoid like the plague. I'd also point out that the other reviews here look like they were mandated by a sales manager.

I recently purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan SE with 61000 kms, and I could not be any happier with the vehicle and the service our sales representative, Mike, provided us with! He was generous and was not aggressive with us in any way, allowing us to go on numerous test drives with the vehicle alone, and never trying to push any "extras" on us that we weren't interested in. The vehicle was a lease trade in, and was part of Volkswagen's "Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle" program, which ensures that it is in better condition than is required by a Certificate of Inspection (safety). The vehicle had its strut spring coils, tires, and brake assembly replaced under this program, which certainly gave me peace of mind, taking into account the low mileage the vehicle already has - they put a lot of work into the vehicle for how much it cost. There was some cosmetic damage on the vehicle, and, upon our request, Mike had the service department further detail the vehicle without changing the price, and it looks great! When it came down to settling on a final price, Mike was very patient with us, and consulting with his sales manager a number of times, trying to get us the best deal possible! The financial advisor, Dan, was also great. He was very accommodating, communicated with us clearly, and he, and the kind lady at reception, put up with our fiasco surrounding multiple payment methods for our down-payment. I came back to the dealership as one of the keys wasn't working correctly, and they resolved the issue on the spot (it was just a battery, but I didn't know how to open the key without breaking it). It was a great experience, overall, and I will be recommending Go Autohaus Volkswagen to everyone I know! Thank you!

Deceitful Blatant Liars. I was interested in the 15 VW Touareg TDI. Tanveer contacted me after I requested a Carfax. Tanveer mentioned they completed a full mechanical inspection and the previous owner had the routine service completed at the dealer. I decided to drive 5 hours to see the Touareg, and the night before I confirmed it was available and I would be able to hear a cold start and that I was coming from 5 hours away. The next day I made the drive. When I showed up at the dealer Tanveer met me at the door saying they will bring the vehicle around, I reminded Tanveer I wanted to hear a cold start. He said they took it into the wash bay because the windows were dirty. When I reminded him I confirmed a cold start, but he argued the windows were dirty!.. Then we waited 30-40 min before the vehicle was brought to the front. When the vehicle arrived the lubricant used to mount tires on to rims was all over all four tires, yet it was the same worn tires in the picture online. Then I checked under the hood and noticed an oil leak and when I mentioned it Tanveer said it just came in this week and they haven't completed the mechanical inspection. I questioned him as on the phone he said the full mechanical inspection was complete. While inside the vehicle i noticed the vehicle had 3500km more than on the website. I took it for a drive and the was a pungent burning coolant smell inside. When I accelerated from the next lights there was a huge plume of white smoke from the exhaust. (possible blown head gasket or cracked head) I turned around at the next exit and returned to the dealer. While returning the low coolant light came on!! I arrived back at the dealer and brought up all the concerns with Tanveer he became very rude and aggressive while I pointed out all his lies, 5 or 6 at this point!!!! The vehicle has been listed on Auto Trader for 30 days, they were changing tires not washing the windows, the vehicle had 3500 more km's, there is a major engine malfunction and lied about the mechanical inspection. I left the dealer and drove back 5 hours while completely wasting my friday, driving 10 hour round trip and a couple hundred dollars in fuel, all while having a headache from the smell of the burning coolant!!!! I would not recommend buying anything from this dealer as for this level of deception and lies has be be completed with the help of the complete dealership. I wouldn't support any GoAuto dealers as these tactics seem to be common!!

Bought a vehicle with them few years ago, but ended up with a much higher interest and found out from the bank instead of them directly. When I asked for clarification, they never replied properly. Whenever I bought a tire from them, it always burst few months after. So I stopped buying tires from them, and the tire I bought at different places didn't burst. I avoid doing service with them as much as I can.

Folks, do your research before buying a car. Get to know your wanted model, trim. Don’t trust (at least take a grain of salt with) what your salesman tells you what your car is equipped with. The trick they play is to post one car pretty lower than market average, but when you go to the shop, if that car does not satisfy you, all other cars are most probably above market price. In the end, if you buy from them, you are paying more than market average price for no good reason. For their customer service? Come on. In terms of the insurance, read the contract of any before buying any third party insurance from them. When you pay, they include all kinds of insurance by default without notifying you. Be sure to check what kind of insurance are included in the price. In my personal opinion, all third party insurance does not worth your bucks. Dealing with Yang Wang is a total pain as well. In summary, try to avoid this dealership.

I had a recall letter sent to me by VW Canada for a small issue that needed looking after. I called to make an appointment for service. I spoke with Micheline who was so very helpful. When I bought my vehicle this summer, it had been smoked in previously. The shop cleaned it and “bombed it” and my sales associate assured me that they would repeat this procedure if necessary. I was also promised a new cabin filter. My salesman had changed jobs during this time so I was a little nervous that these promises would not be kept. I had no need to be nervous! My vehicle was booked in, all the work done, and they even added washer fluid and washed it. This is how a customer stays loyal to a dealership! Riley was very professional, he knew his stuff, took his time to explain all the features the car had to offer, it was a sweltering hot day. I would like to take a moment to explain my 5-start rating. Huge credit goes out to Matthew Melo, my sales guy. He did an excellent job at communicating all relevant and pertinent information and was never pushy on me having to buy a vehicle - was super honest about all the answers, and gave some decent advice! Second, he was really flexible in accommodating my timeline, given that I had an accident and had a few logistical issues to work through with MPI. Third, I was also one of those customers that bought a german luxury vehicle - an Audi A4. And the worst nightmare one could think of is obviously something going wrong with the vehicle - so you try to be extra safe and purchase a vehicle under warranty - nonetheless, within the first 4 weeks of driving off the lot, I had 2 issues come up - both electronic related issues - nonetheless, when I brought it into Audi Winnipeg, Matthew reassured me that if the diagnostic testing was not to be covered under warranty, Go AutoHaus would pick up the charge for that and also work to resolve the issue - now that is what I call customer loyalty and going the extra mile to first and foremost ensure customer satisfaction. If I had to wrap it all up, I am most certainly going to be back there purchasing a vehicle in the future. Thanks Matthew!

Nice enough place. The whole buying experience was good overall, however the car was supposed to have a "cut & polish" as stated in the agreement and it wasn't done. I took the car back to get what was written in the agreement and it still wasn't actually polished, it was just detailed. When I picked it up a few days later it looked great however after a couple washes the swirls all throughout the body clearly showed it had not been polished, just filled, which washes out. Some light curb rub was also to be repaired on one rim and it was just grinded down and not finished well. Make sure you follow through with what they promise.

Worst... They sold the car to someone else when we confirmed at 7 am if it was still available. Took day off, ran to dealership and got to know someone else bought it. On top of that management has worst customer service skills especially Young. His way of dealing indicated that he doesn't care to earn clients business. Alex is an excellent sales person. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself time and money!!

Absolutely greasy spot, Buyer Beware! Servicing Staff are extremely rude. Warranties don't mean anything with this place. Strongly recommend staying away from this spot. Buy a car from anywhere but this place. First negative review I've ever written. Have to give one star to submit the review, but they don't even deserve that. Negative Stars across the board. Stay Away!

He was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He was also very approachable and friendly. Sold me a certified pre-owned golf that had scratches, a big dent on the underside of the passenger door, and included only one key. All of these things were listed as things that would not appear on CPO cars. Did not notice these things as the car had dirt from winter on the test drive. Upon bringing this up to the dealership, the representative was very rude. They insisted that this was legal even though the VW CPO fine print contradicts this. Do not buy a car from here!

Wowed by Auto Haus VW!! I went looking for a newer pre-owned luxury SUV and was set on buying an Audi Q5. I checked out various dealerships selling Audi’s. I must say that when I stepped into Auto Haus Volkwagen, the experience was totally different. There were not any cheesy salesman questions trying to pre-qualify me as a buyer. I came upon Riley Petrachek (Client Advisor)—totally a professional at his job. Riley did not try to “sell” me the vehicle but was very open to answer questions, let me take it for a test drive with or without him, came in on his day off to close the deal, and then worked very hard to provide exceptional service. He offered me a loan vehicle, knowing I had sold mine already. He even offered to have a ride provided to the dealership to pick up the loaned vehicle. Riley went the extra mile to ensure that my vehicle was serviced timely, extra detailed, and ready when he promised. After the sale, he has been very quick to respond to questions or provide service. I met both with Yang Wang (Sales Manager) and Rome (Finance/ Warranty Specialist). They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic to deal with. Rome did a great job at advising me on the best option for extended warranty. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle that you save yourself the time and start here first—Ask to talk to Riley. Their prices are very fair, there are not any hidden costs—taxes only (ie. NO Admin/ Documentation fee of $800), and you will not be asked to put your credit card down before you go for a test drive. I had been a customer for about 5 years, and things weren't too bad until the very last appointment I had. My old vw was acting up so I dropped it off for servicing and got a quote of 3k. I told them to go ahead and left it at 5pm so they could start working on it the next day. Later that night, my boyfriend said its better that I get a new car as he didn't think my existing car was worth the fix. So I called in when they opened the next day but the guy on the phone said they had already started working on it. I asked them to stop wherever they were at, as I didn't want to continue with the servicing and that I would pay for whatever they had already started. He said he would talk to the service members and get back to me. He called me back saying they took parts off that cannot be placed on again without being replaced with new parts. I was super bummed but what can you do? I told them to wrap whatever work had already been done, and that I would cover the costs. He said he would call me back. At the final phone call, he calls me to tell me that there was actually no work done yet. ???? If I hadn't asked them each time to wrap things up, I would have been put in a position of paying 3k that I didn't really have to.

We all know walking into a dealership can be intimidating. This dealership is one of those few ones which will make you feel at ease. Our experience with Alex Klassen was excellent. He was more than accommodating. Everything that he promised he was going to take care of the used GTI we bought was granted, and more. At the time when we picked up the vehicle, Alex gave the whole family goodies. In all of my experience buying vehicles, that has not happened to me yet. On top of that, he filled up the gas. Alex has a very welcoming, non-intimidating approach. I would highly recommend dealing with him when it's time for a new or used vehicle. I sense a future management position for Alex.
