However, the sales department still behaves like the old school style of promising you everything then leaving you in a lurch after you've signed the papers. Extremely friendly and professional staff. No pressure sales and everyone worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. Made the switch to Ram because of the excellent service Chuck McCorry provided. Took the time to make sure we were getting the right vehicle for our needs and made a deal that worked for us (had actually stayed a hour past closing since we arrived later in the day). Great experience first time coming for service, have a Ram truck that I bought used from another dealership. I purchased new tires for my truck from LSL tire that I suspected were defective. I searched service locations that had a road force elite balancer and Gauthier was listed so I chose to come here, as well as I figured I could get two recalls taken care of at the same time. I explained the issue with the tires I was having and asked them to road force balance them. Before returning to LSL with suspected faulty tires I wanted to do my full due diligence to 1) try to make these tires work by using the best type of balancer available 2) confirm it is the tires and not any other issue with the truck causing the vibrations. The recall work was done but I was informed they were unable to road force balance the tires and recommended I get new tires, thus confirming my suspicion that the tires were the culprit. They did not charge me for the road force balance as they were unable to do it properly, I was expecting to be charged for this. I found their pricing and service fair and felt well taken care of. Will return for future repairs I do not do myself.

I'll start off by saying my wife and I have dealt with many dealerships and this dealership is a poor example of what a car sales experience should be. They had a pre-owned listed with no price. So I called for a price and made myself very clear, I was only paying a maximum X amount and was not interested otherwise. They said to come in and we could negotiate, so we came down. The salesperson had double booked us, left us standing. We are an older couple and there is no place to sit other than at the salesperson's desks. They did not offer us any coffee or drinks of any kind while we stood around for half an hour. When we finally got to the desk, the only thing the salesperson was interested in, was trying to make us sign things, take our information, lock us down with multiple contracts. There was even paperwork, for them to walk 20 feet to the manager's desk with an offer. We made it quite clear we would not sign anything without verbally negotiating a price first. They seemed insulted and put off that we would not lockdown for a $700 paperwork fee, before verbally agreeing to anything. They then produced a price, thousands more than my maximum X amount discussed. We walked, went elsewhere without any issues like this place. They then later listed the price on their ad, with the SAME PRICE they offered us, for someone else to negotiate it lower. Absolutely greasy.

Be weary when giving your information to or dealing with them. Apparently I gave them my S.I.N and they ran my credit without my consent. They will manipulate, convince, and try to confuse you when you call them out. I’m still waiting for the “proof” of where I signed the paper. Somehow I was listed as a “teacher” on the application, just utterly bullsh!t on how they attempted to get commission out of me. I highly doubt this issue will be resolved as I just uncovered lies and false information. If you’re dumb enough to do business with these clowns go right ahead as they will take you on a roller coaster ride.

Had water leaking from the roof of my brand new car in the middle of winter, they told me “you wash it too much”... so what about when it rains? Then because of all the water, the humidity inside my car was insane and because it’s winter, I had a thick layer of ice building on the windows. Turns out my air conditioning drain hose was clogged causing moisture to stay in the car and build on the roof inside then dripping down at the pillars onto my seats. Took me 5 years to figure this out and it was through an expensive garage. Car was definitely off warranty by then, but instead of blaming me and assuming, look into it?

For a few years I've been experiencing problems with an older vehicle of ours. On November 2, 2015 I visited Gauthier Chysler on Regent to talk about the problems we been having with our vehicle. The Vice President of this dealership took it upon himself to personally be involved in what was happening with our vehicle. After seeing for himself the troubles we were having with our old vehicle he offered us such an amazing deal on a new vehicle that would have been foolish for us not to take considering our situation. They worked out every discount possible to make it work for me and my family. It really showed me how much they cared about keeping their customers happy. I hated dealerships up until now, I've never had this sort of treatment from dealerships in the past. I can't guarantee you will get the exact same thing I did, but I do know that there are people at this dealership who care about their customers. I got a busted alternator I brought my van here hoping they could fix it, its under Global Warranty. I was happy, despite the fact that I dont have a booking they manage to accomodate. After 4 hours DALE phone me telling me that I need to buy a new battery so they could run the diagnostic, I ask DALE just replace the alternator because its the one discharging my battery but he woudn't listen. I felt like his forcing me to buy the mopar battery ($375). Day After my conversation with DALE Ron phone me for follow-up, I told to Ron Dale's is forcing me to buy new battery before they could replace my alternator I ask Ron if I could buy aftermarket battery ($179.99). Ron told me that he'll get back to me in 2 days, Ron Also mention me that I have a ABS Wire problem that need to fix and not under Global Warranty. If you have a busted alternator and dying battery all the cluster panel will lite on. At the end they REFUSE to fix my Van and and pay $99+tax. BAD Customer service and SCAM.

Let me start off by saying that Chuck McCorry is the best car sales person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with! He will go above and beyond for his customers, and truly cares about their well being rather than just cutting a deal and making a sale. From start to finish Chuck, and the dealership was patient listing to our needs and really trying to stick within a comfortable budget that we could realistically afford. You really feel like your dealing with a person, and not just a "sales person". Also, the Sales Manager, and Financial Manager were very friendly, and you really got to know everyone who was a part of the deal. My wife and I we Went to this dealership , we were looking for a Dodge Ram 1500 2019 new model . From some reason they started to offer me 2017 models. The guy there even brought one to the front to show me it . I was confused for a second I didn't understand what's going on. I asked him to show me 2019 and he said it's starting for $63,000 and up. no idea from what reason he decided thst I can't afford the price. The representative guy was really not nice with us .really poor service I got over there . Anyway we went to different dealership and purchased a brand new the new model 2019 Dodge Ram exactly what we wanted it.

Probably the worst customer service in the City of Winnipeg. Shamefully inconsistent time estimates and real lack of customer consideration. If it wasn't the nearest dealership to my home I would not go there for any of my warranty service work. Call for an appointment, leave message now 4 hours later, still no callback to confirm. Braydon was by far the worst car dealer / person I've ever met. After endlessly trying to persuade me into purchasing a car without getting a mechanical inspection I decided to go with my gut and wait to get it inspected. Needless to say on the way to the mechanical shop the power steering went on the car and steam started to pour out of the drivers side. After getting a ride back to the dealership on my own buck I was told I'd have to somehow tow the car back to the dealership before I'd get my deposit back. The first question when I walked in the door was a dumbfounded 'what did you do to our car' by the one and only Braydon. Furthermore he wouldn't get off his butt the entire time I was there and asked 'why?' when I asked to speak to the manager. Jim eventually came over and put Braydon in his place and got him off his lazy ass to finally get my papers for my deposit. Needless to say I will never ever ever ever set foot in this building again. Afterwards Jim (the manager) accused me saying that someone saw me pressure washing the engine of the car in a car wash which clearly was not the case. They will do whatever they can to put blame back on you for their problems. This dealership is built on lies and they will say whatever they can to pull a fast one. I highly doubt any cars here are even safetied and I would HIGHLY recommend taking any car you would consider buying here for a thorough thorough thorough mechanical inspection. Better yet run far away from this place. Far away.

Service has no respect for your belongings sitting in your vehicle let alone that my truck windshield came out of the shop with a crack all the way across. TERRIBLE SERVICE: Annie our advisor was kind enough to keep us waiting in our vehicle for 20 minutes untill I just addressed her my self and I told her as well as the manager our engine light is on and the vehicle's transmission is slipping an the gears are changing roughly so they did the diagnostic for $99.95 and confirmed that there was some mud and water in the oil pump and there is nothing wrong with our transmission and we are safe to continue our drive back home to Toronto Ontario , now we are on the side of the hwy awaiting the tow trucks arrival to tow us to nearest jeep dealership because our engine light is on and our transmission has failed us. DO NOT GO HERE

Went today with the intent to purchase a used van. Of course, to no surprise the one I was interested in was not there and it had been listed online for over a week. This is not the first time this happened at this dealership but I figure I would give them another try. After finding the other used van I had interest in, we were in the process of negoitiating a deal, and then the sales manager came out to try to sell me a new van with features I had no intent of using. I told him I wasnt interested in new as it was out of my price range and he still continued to push asking me what features I was looking for, etc. He could tell I became very agitated and left the negative atmosphere that he created. I flat out told the sales associate Cierra that she could thank her sales manager for him losing the sale on a used van today because he didnt listen to my requests. I was more than happy with her service, and figure the management team would listen to what the associates tell them about the customer when they play the game of going back and fourth "to ask the manager". This dealership is a complete joke. Ive tried to give local business to the transcona area but everytime I go here its the same old story.

Hello everyone, just wanted to share my experience with the RAM I bought from Gauthier Chrysler its been 2 years since I bought this vehicle from them. As I didn't drive my truck in 2021 winter. Firstly, this is the first winter drove my and found out that this air suspension doesn't work in Winnipeg Winter. Sales person didn't even mention that this truck have air suspension and it doesn't work in Winter (I know I should've done my research but I trusted sales lerson to honest).And Secondly, back up camera and tail gate is not original. It was not the report and they didn't even tell me. And I thought may be tail gates are just heavy. Coincidentally I meet the first owner at the car wash and he told me that tail gate and back up camera are not original and this truck have air suspension problem that's the reason he sold/return it to dealership. My recommendation for anyone who is planning to buy any vehicle from Gauthier Chrysler don't trust them, do your research and ask as many questions about the vehicle as you can. Or best option would be to buy from someone who is trust worthy.

Great customer service. I got my Jeep from here. All the sales people are really personable and they made sure I got what I wanted. I have also had a few claims and I only take my vehicle to their body shop to get fixed. The first time the damage to the vehicle was so bad so it took longer in the shop than I had anticipated. I was honestly frustrated but then the manager Frank was really so nice and patient with me, him and his team later on explained to me why there was a delay and it was out of their control. I have never taken my vehicle else where because I completely trust both the service department with my vehicle and the body shop. The body shop also cleans my vehicle after they are done working on it. which is really awesome. My experience at this place has been so positive. and I thank the body shop team for being very professional and patient with me. Highly recommend.

2015 Ram 2500. I've been taking my truck for service & warranty repairs to Gauthier's since purchasing my truck used; was a fleet return. Oil changes are competitively priced and you get your 5th oil change free (added bonus). I also purchased by tires through them after getting 3 other quotes that were slightly higher. I've always had a very positive interaction with all staff in their Service and Parts departments. I've already recommended Gauthier to several people without hesitation.

Lied on the loan application to the bank about my income to try and get me approved for something I couldn't afford. Then charged me an extra $10,000 in assorted fees that I was not told about and also instead of giving me credit for my trade in they charged me $20,000 essentially taking my car for free and making me pay extra for it.

Brutal communication internally and externally. Staff contacting me were missing key pieces of information, I eluded to poor internal communication, and he agreed. A few weeks removed, still dealing with this dealership, phoned to speak with a manager, left a message. I never heard from this manager to discuss the issue, or apologies for the inconveniences. I know he received my message as the staff contacted me shortly after saying he contacted them to kick start the process. Come on guys, gotta try harder... Or even a little.

Had issues with my 2014 van was worried on ongoing issues until Andrew phoned me with a amazing deal on a brand new 2017 van with no issues. Didn't push very professional. Barry the financial manager explained everything answered all my questions. This van has more space then my old one. I got it for price I wanted. Highly recommend. Only thing I was disappointed about reason for 3 stars was I felt I was lied to by financial manager he told me I would get a refund for my extended warranty I had on my old van as it kicked in only 5 months prior to buying my new one. When I called I was told no that was a lie they don't give refunds if you sell back to dealership I couldnt put it on my new van. Their not sure why I was told that when the dealership knows there's no refunds on extended warranty. So I lost a few thousand not amused.

I recently had my truck stolen and written off, and of course was low balled by MPI. Not only did Gauthier provide me with a valuation report, which ended up helping me receive a much better settlement, when my rental was taken away they let me take home a truck I was interested in so I wouldn't be stranded. When it came down to purchasing a new truck, I dealt with Tony, who was very accommodating and worked with me to get the best deal possible, which I felt confident I had received. At the end of the day I would recommend Gauthier to all my family and friends, this is the second truck I have purchased through them and have always been treated very well and fair. If you go in to look for a new ride, ask for Tony, he's a good guy and you will feel ZERO pressure from him, he'll just help put you in the vehicle you want and fight with you to get a great deal from the management podium. I originally wanted an suv and when I got on the phone I got told that I would get one got a phone call saying that they couldn’t get me an suv that they had a car for me I needed a vehicle fast so they took advantage of that I went from paying 19% interest to paying 24% interest on a car that I didn’t want. When I got the car there was chip in the windshield they kept avoiding me now my windshield is cracked across the whole windshield I had to pay for my own out of province inspection they said they sent me a cheque but I have not received anything it’s been two months now. I am not happy I keep getting the run around.

I brought a set of tires from Gauthier. Excellent prices by the way. However I didn't like the way my Jeep handled with the new tires. I picked the picked the tires and size so I was all on me. Anywho I called Gauthier about changing the tires to something smaller. I fully expected to pay for the replacement set. Ken, the parts manager helped me with picking the new tires. Then he said, wait for it. No charge. Just pay for the mounting and balancing. I was totally blown away! I've always had good service from Gauthier. I brought my Jeep me from them. Great product , took some time to agree and finalize , but staff was patient , took over a week and a half to purchase my 2004 ram 1500 truck . Some hidden costs surface like most dealerships , but the product good . Takes a bit of arm twisting , but some give here at Gauthier . Jim one manager very knowledgeable , and a pleasure to speak with , Cierra my sales lady great , some mistakes made , but a good deal , would come back to deal again . NEW COMMENT My windshield on my new ram truck was not right , body shop installed a new one , well , not right to my estimation , went over and talked to Chris , well all done today July 2nd , perfect , and washed and cleaned my truck throughout . Dishonest. I had a few oil changes done and even though my 2014 Journey was only in for about an hour, they recommend about $2000 of repairs. I had a second opinion at an honest garage and they determined that Gauthier had lied and wouldn't have even had time to diagnose one of the "issues." Stay very clear from this place, they will try to take advantage of you.

I too called for a truck with the options i wanted, When i signed i noticed on my way home i had one option that i asked for, They sold me a plane work truck without a CD player really is this the 1920s i called one of the owners and he was to resolve everything. After a couple days it was all for nothing no CD, No Command start which they offered to do after. No duel tailpipes ,no upgraded headlights so i got one thing that i ordered heated seat and stearing wheel. I will take Legal Action if i dont get my old truck back which they stole from me. I was told a trade of 14,600.00 but when i got there 6 hours drive it was 13000 and i was told it was the same as 14 600 what a rip off. also the normal standard for DOC. fees in winnipeg,Alberta, and Ontario are 399 which shouldnt be anything i was charged 900.00 for doc fees never again will i buy anything there unless they fix all of what they done. This review only reflects my experience with the Parts and Service department, I've never had to deal with the sales department. I scheduled an appointment for our Dodge car because the battery was not holding a charge. In short, I am giving a poor rating because I had spent about an hour and a half to replace a battery with a scheduled appointment, some requested work was not done (the main reasons for going to the shop), the pricing, and the service department lied about the cost of the work. Here are the detailed reasons for my review: 1) It took just over an hour for them to run a test on the battery to confirm that it was not holding a charge. To me this is a very long wait for a simple test when I had an appointment at a specified time to get serviced. Just to check the battery was $30, even if you're buying and installing a new battery from them. 2) When I brought the car in, I asked them if they could check why the Check Engine light was on. I also asked them if they can test the car electrical system to make sure there's no short. They said that they can look into these issues. They did not look into either of them. The $200 battery only has a 26 month warranty by the way. 3) When I was told that the battery needed to be replaced, I asked how much it will cost. I was quoted $179 (including the "refund" for surrendering the old battery). I approved the work, and they swapped out the battery in about 25 minutes. When I went to pay for all work, there was an additional $80 labour charge (I thought this cost was included in the quote) along with some unexplained $2 "document retention fee" I was not told about. In total I spent about $306 and an hour and a half (remember, with a scheduled appointment) to change a battery. This is ridiculous. You can get a better battery, with a better warranty for much less almost anywhere else, and do the work yourself in 10 minutes for no cost. The only reason I took it to the dealer was to get the electrical system and check engine light looked at, so I allowed them to do the battery replacement as well for convenience. Do not go to this dealership for service.

Il tell you now, this 4 stars is directed at one person only, 1 star left = 1 star rating for the rest of the staff we dealt with. On to the positive Jim McMillan is a man who goes above and beyond. He was able to execute immediate solutions to any problem we had and its a shame the others don't follow his lead. If your going to go to this dealership, try to deal with him or atleast have him assist you in some way. Pleasure to be around.

My mom and I came into to Gauthier Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in December of 2017 to look at Ram trucks, we had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman by the name of Chuck McCorry. His knowledge and expertise was second to none, he was so very helpful and patient as my mom is 80 years young and wanted a Ram to be her last truck. After a short while Chuck was able to explain things to us in such an easy way that we decided to buy our dream truck that same day. As a surprise at the time of us picking up our new truck Chuck had a red bow on our new truck and even had a few gifts inside our new Ram (coffee mugs and a Ram t-shirt.) It brought tears of joy to both my mom and my eyes. We even had the pleasure to meet Mr Kevin Schumacher who was also very nice to talk with and thanked us for our business. Since then Chuck has always helped me out with any service questions or concerns, he even installed my new bug deflector which he got for me at a discounted price. Be very careful of of the paperwork as they try to change the numbers before you sign. Only place where I have bought a vehicle and they tried to push $499.99 documentation fee. Shouldn't be more than $50 at most or even waived. They only delivered on 60% of what was promised. Still waiting on getting a few recalls to get done, not their problem though as it is an automakers problem. Will I buy dodge again? Yes but definately be purchasing from somewhere else. The autobody shop is no better. Full of promise but just can't or won't deliver.

I Paid a delivery fee on a vehicle as i they didn't have one i wanted on the lot, to find out a week later they haven't ever delivered it(it was being delivered within Winnipeg?) also i called them 5 times within 4 days to see if they still where trying to deliver it and not one of them could return my call or email likes how terrible of a dealership that cant even return a call or email? After dealing with several we were able to find 1 honest salesman who we purchased from, we are very happy with the experience...until we met with the finance manager. DO NOT LET THIS DEALERSHIP HANDLE YOUR FINANCING!!! They will add thousands of dollars in extra fees...which they will already have worked into your payment when you go to sign your documents and you won't even notice until you have signed on the dotted line...thankfully we figured out their fraudulent scheme and were able to get our money back after of week of phone calls, emails and threats of fraud investigations. The finance department at this dealership are CRIMINALS and if you have purchased and done your financing through them CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK ASAP...thye've probably done this to you too!!! They will make you THINK you are getting an excellent price but they are really adding around 8-10,000 (on top of the extra charges for taxes, delivery etc)in extra bogus fees to make up their bottom line......I'm sure they were really unhappy when we figured out their scheme and we actually DID get our car for a good price....we beat them at their own game!

These guys have the best price and service if youre shopping for winter tires and FREE storage! Other shops will charge $120-$200 per year to store your tires, but this was one of the only shops that offered their customers complimentary storage. I am a Honda owner but Honda could not compete at all with what Jeep was offering for even better quality tires, highly recommend this shop to purchase and store your winter tires.

Terrible place! Fraudulent practices !! They will con you into unnecessary service , phoned & sent me letters saying "Based on Manufacturers Maintenance Guide your vehicle is due for its next routine maintenance check up" I want my new vehicle to last a long time, want to treat it right, so I went in. They like to change oil every 3 month/5000 km they say, because oil breaks down & our vehicles are exposed to different seasons, you see. My manual says 12 month/16000 km, Jim the Manager says if you wait that long, you'll ruin your engine. Is it not the dealers responsibility to tell the manufacturer that the vehicles are going to be driven in different seasons? or that oil breaks down? These guys, from Jim the Manager, Ron the Service guy, Trish the letter sender, all intent on sowing misinformation and deceit. They must be trained the same- BAFFLE WITH BULLSHIT is the policy here. They have forced me to end our relationship over $53.

My latest purchase was from Gauthier on Regent for a Dodge Ram for my husband and this was THE WORST vehicle buying experience I have ever gone through! While the service request was completed - without an appointment..... the Service person - my experience dealing with "Dale" was not pleasant. We purchased our brand new 2016 Jeep Rubicon from Gauthier's and when I dropped it off for servicing - I left there not knowing if they would have the time to service my vehicle, how much it would likely cost (just to install the headlights after trying to get after market equipment on unsuccessfully) or whether I would have to wait a week before they would have time to do it. Late in the afternoon I was told they were able to "fit it in" ... no cost estimate was provided. When I picked up the Jeep I was surprised to learn it was $130 to have the headlights re-installed (8 screws in total) .... we were missing 5 screws and Dale said "we didn't charge you extra for the screws". I think I was supposed to be impressed. When the lot guy brought my Jeep (manual transmission) to me....he raced up to where I was standing, took his foot off the clutch and stalled it. He said he was the only one that drives standard vehicles and hasn't for quite some time...... OMG... I am so very unimpressed. The two stars are only for getting the work done without an appointment.

Bunch of idiots, my sister took the car there to change the back brake lights and ended up them having to "fix"the recall on the steering wheel for the Dodge Journey, she got it back after a few hours of them not letting her go home at all without "fixing" it, then they said the back trunk doesn't work and quoted 200$ for "broken wires", I checked it when I got home later from work and the wires were not broken what do ever AND the trunk worked now! Then she and my mom noticed none of the locks worked, couldn't unlock or lock the doors with the switches or the key, the turning signals would flash and the lights came on randomly, they screwed something up when "fixing" the recall issue. The same day my mom called and the girl thought it was ridiculous on the phone, set up an appointment for the next day, she brought it there, and had to go to work that day obviously, she asked for a ride, she was the first one there and she waited half an hour to ask someone where her ride was, they said the driver took someone already, even though she was the FIRST one there! Ended up getting a ride with one of the technicians which is crazy unprofessional but nice of him anyways, she went after work, they said "THEY COULDNT FIND THE PROBLEM" after having the car for the whole day they couldn't locate the issue that they created, now my mom has to bring the car in ANOTHER time tomorrow and waste more of her time with work and not having a car. This is beyond ridiculous, the issue should have been avoided from the beginning, they should have been able to find the issue immediately, and not focus on wasting time and trying to get money. Don't waste your money or time with them, beyond insane, anyone with experience wouldn't have created that big of an issue and would have fixed it within the day they had it.

Horrible place to buy a vehicle.. To the unknowing customer i am .. We bought a Dodge caravan from them in September I wasn't told of the issue's this van was having.. I have No A/C in my back to this day still have no A/C.., My one stow and go on the passenger side seating work once. I tried to get it to work again and It won't pull out. I asked at the Service desk to Fix said it was my Problem and would cost me $400-600 To fix I was No fn way..Then I had my Van check out and found out that my Muffler was being held up by Zip ties.. Lastly i was in for my oil change Was gong show that was.. Anyways morel of the story on this was got the van home in The am Looked Under my van to see all my oil had Leaked out.. The idiots didn't tighten up my bolts up properly again at my Cost i had to get it towed back to the dealership... So I am a Very disgusted Old customer i would Never Ever tell anyone to head here....

My Canadian friend advised me to go on this dealer because they will treat you right, so I called them to replace a broken part of my car, my apptment was 3pm but I came at 2:50pm, and the service advisor told me that the repair will take an hour and a half , it's pandemic I thought it's not allowed to stay in the waiting area and nobody also informed me that I can wait inside, I waited outside under the sun but I decided to find a place where i can be comfortable while waiting, the shop will close at 4:30pm so I went back at 4:15, directly went and spoke to them only to find out they did not do the repair because it needs another part which they don't have and they already ordered it and will take 5 days to arrive but the next day they called me to go back to do the repair. I have waited and wasted my time for nothing they even don't have the courtesy to call me when they found out that they can't do the repair. I am not coming back to them anymore. I guess my canadian friend was right they will treat you right if you are Canadian, I am sorry because I am not naturally born canadian. They don't deserve even one star for this review.

Needed a new hinge for the back window on my liberty, called ahead to make sure they had the part and they said they did. (I did not ask to have it set aside) went down there and asked for the same part at the counter and was told that i had to buy the whole new back window with both hinges and i had to buy the rubber gasket for the inside, total would have been over $600.00 for the parts. When I mentioned i had called and was told they carried the part instead of looking again they said that person made a mistake. I went home did some research found the factory part number for just the hinge. I then used there fancy online parts service for a call back and still 10 days later have not heard back. In that 10 day period I had already ordered it from another dealership and ordered the part. In sharing my experience with other jeep owners they also had the same experience with them trying to sell the whole thermostat control when just a cable was needed or a back window washer nozzle that sold on amazon for 80 cents they tried to sell the entire window washer assembly with the motor for over $250.00. If you are stuck dealing with them for the parts do some research and have the factory part number.

I bought a brand new truck 2 years ago, for the last year or more i have been taking it back for service something to do with the air suspension system. Just before christmas the suspension failed while i was doing 100km, almost lost control. Took it here and they "fixed" it at "no cost". Suspension failed again a day later. Took it back, now it is a 1500 fix, "the air suppension does not work in our climate". The tech says that it would be cheaper to spend 6000 to convert it to regular leaf springs. They sold and serviced a vehicle that they knew would fail and expect me to foot the bill. When i asked weather a should get my lawyer involved, Mark (business manager) said "good luck with that", "it is what it is". Bunch of f@#!ing crooks.

Several occasions when a specific employee will call you and say your car is ready to get picked up and he'll leave for the day and when I go to pick up my vehicle - they work is not finished, and is a huge inconvenience, where other employees acknowledge that one specific employee does this very frequently and apologizes for him. Also, had to take my chrysler 200S elsewhere, as I've brought it in several times for the same issues, where they would tell me the problem was fixed when it wasn't.

I just purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Gauthier Chrysler for my newest driver in the family. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle at a dealership. In the last 30 years I have bought around 300 vehicles for personal, family and company use from many dealerships including this one. Apparently Gauthier Chrysler is under new management since 2010 and the improvements are clear over the last three years. The dealership was ok before and I never had a real problem, much like many dealers I've used. But this past experience blew me away. I dealt directly with the Internet Sales Manager Mike Ferris and he was great, he offered me Employee Pricing for my entire construction company, and his price was thousands less than all the quotes I'd received from the other Winnipeg car dealers. The finance guy Del was also great, he offered me 0% financing on my loan, even though Chrysler hadn't advertised it as available yet. I picked up the 2013 Dodge Dart with my daughter and they treated her with the same respect as me, made sure she knew how to operate everything and how to care for the car too. and it was so clean when we picked it up, just awesome she said!!! I've never written a review before, actually my son showed me how to do this. I had to say something about this perfect experience. Horrible customer service. I recently brought my car in for Winter tires. They said it would take approximately 2 hours and that they would call when it was done. Nobody called me. I called back twice but no one could tell me if it was ready or when it would be ready. I was either transferred around or put through to someone’s voicemail. The third time I called (close to closing) they said it was ready and when I asked when it had been finished, I was again put through to someone’s voicemail. The tpms they installed isn’t working and they can’t fit in an appointment to fix it for over a week. And to top this off they did not give me the rebate they had promised when they gave me the original estimate. I’ve called to ask about this but no one is returning my call. I will never do business with this dealership again. Very disappointing.

3 visit for a simple safety because they are unable to correctly fill out a form. Rude service staff, and a huge waste of our time. Not to mention the prior breaking of the wheel nuts (which was replaced), but overall a simple safety that should have taken one quick visit, turned into a nightmare. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Also not the safety was incorrectly filled out. They also failed the safety because a parking ticket pass "obstructed" the view, and instead of removing or check what was in front. The vehicle failed. Huge headache. Would not recommend

Dishonest . Make sure you get your Papers once you done the deal with them. If you don’t get the copy of papers at the time you made the deal then get ready to get surprises on the day of delivery . Sales manger was very rude and unprofessional.

Craig Littlepage knocked it out of the park. I never even went into the dealership or met the man. We did everything over the phone. It was a little nerve racking at first because I live in an entirely different province but he worked with me to secure a new vehicle. Every thing legitimate, in my budget, on my own, with less than fair credit. I got everything I was looking for and more. Out of province inspection handled, small window chip repaired covered. Satisfied customer. Will return and will recommend.

For two years I've been buying Dodge Grand Caravan's here for Wheelchair conversions. My company converts the vans to be wheelchair accessible. The level of service I recieve each and every time is awesome, Mike the Wheelchair specialist there always gives me a great deal, and now with his Employee Pricing Plus+ program its even better. I've saved thousands under the other local dealers and some of them in Winnipeg I'll never visit again regardless of the deal. The Service & Parts departments at Gauthier Chrysler have been great too, I had a customer with a small repair need on a wheelchair van and they had the van picked up, repaired and returned to my customer the same day, great service.
